Fanfiction: The Land Before Time: Into The Unknown and Beyond.

It has been a long journey. Littlefoot and his friends slowly pass through the feathered Sharptooth home.

" I am glad we are finally going home." Littlefoot said happily.

"So am I" shrieked Wild Arms.

" But first, we have to pass through that feathered Sharptooth home again." Littlefoot reminded him.

" What Sharptooth? " Wild Arms exclaimed jumping up and landing right into Chomper's arms hugging him tightly.

"The feathered Sharptooth." Little foot answered before Cera looked like she wanted to tell him about the Sharptooth behind him.

"How else do you expect to get home if we don't cross this way." Grandpa Longneck said.

" We can hide from him like the last time. I can smell him coming." Chomper told Wild Arms.

"Good thing, I have you around." Wild Arms sighed in relief before he noticed Chomper is a Sharptooth. " Yikes! Sharptooth!"

"Cut that out! You will bring that feathered Sharptooth on us. " scolded Mister Threehorn.

" This is going to be a very long journey back!" Cera snarked.

"That's the least thing we want right now to be attacked by a Sharptooth with Bron's injuries." Grandpa Longneck replied.

"Don't worry about me, I'll be fine." Brown groaned while he grinned in the back struggling to keep up with injury foot.

All through the journey, Wild Arms shivered behind the others waiting for a sign that a Sharptooth would be approaching.

" The Sharptooth is eating something around the cliffs. I can smell blood and mouth water." Chomper reported.

" I hope that isn't someone I knew." Etta said.

" We can sneak passed him without him noticing us." Grandpa Longneck ordered.

" Sharptooth! " Wild Arms screamed flapping his arms and ran in circles.

" Stop him before he alerts the Sharptooth of our presence. " Mister Threehorn scolded. All of them hid for a moment behind some boulders nearby to see if Wild Arms had been heard. All they could hear was tearing and chomping sounds from the feathered Sharptooth. Cera looked disgusted. Ruby looked nervous. Chomper looked hungry. Littlefoot looked gross out. Petrie was scary. Spike and Duckie looked worried. Grandpa Longneck watched. Mister Threehorn was seriously defensive. Etta looked concerned. Bron had a serious expression on his face. Wild Arms had fainted. " Let's go before he decides to have us for meal." Grandpa Longneck told the group who looked up at him curiously. Finally, they arrived home, exhausted from their long journey back, Littlefoot shouted. " Home at last!" All of them arrived safety home. Littlefoot, Cera, Spike, Duckie, Petrie, Ruby, Chomper, Wild Arms, Mister Threehorn, Etta, Grandpa Longneck and Bron.

" I could do with a drink of water." Cera moaned.

"Yes, Yes, some water." Duckie agreed.

" Hmm, hmm," Spike responded.

"Some tasty tree stars, star trees." Ruby cooed.

" I am so sleepy." Yawned Chomper. " I could use a nap." Days passed before Bron was able to led his herd once again. Once he was able to lead them, he set off with Little foot and Littlefoot's friends accompanying them.

" Take care, Littlefoot." Bron bidding farewell.

" I will, safe travels, Dad." Littlefoot replied. Littlefoot turned away after watching his father and his father's herd leave as they went going deeper into the Mysterious Beyond. As Littlefoot and his friends were heading back home , Chomper picked up a scent.

" Ah, guys, Red Claw is somewhere nearby." Chomper informed." We should be aware of our surroundings from now on."

It was too late Red Claw had already found them. "Run! " screamed Chomper. " It's Red Claw! " Immediately, the gang ran if their lives depended on it, which it did. Red Claw was no Sharptooth to take lightly. When any sharp tooth was around, Littlefoot and his friends ran . When Red Claw was around, any Sharptooth would run away like Littlefoot and his friends. They ran fast the Sharptooths did when Red Claw was around. Littlefoot and his friends ran in all directions. Red Claw went after Chomper and Ruby. Scud and Thud went closely after them. Cera, Spike, and Duckie went the other way. Petrie flew in all directions. Little foot went away from the Great Valley. Cera ran screamed at the top of her lungs. " Aah!"

Petrie flew terrified trying to avoid Red Claw's teeth as he flew. Spike ran with all his might in terror while Duckie hung on to his back holding her dear life, but still looking to see if Red Claw was still after them. Chomper and Ruby ran dodging Scud's and Thud's terrible sharp claws. Little foot ran so fast that he tripped down a steep, dark, deep hole in the ground. He was so busy running away from Red Claw he didn't notice it . He shrieked as he tumbled down. His legs swayed as he tried to stop falling down into an unknown, large cave underground.

"Aaarh!" Littlefoot cried out loud with his eyes wide open with fear.

Dripping loudly and slowly, the ground water from the cave fell drenching the cave floor as Littlefoot landed. "Splash!" He hit the water soaked ground. "Oh!" He shouted as he landed. " Where am I? " he said out loud as he looked around his new surroundings. He sighed. Red Claw had attacked him and his friends. His friends had ran in one direction. Littlefoot had ran in another direction. As he ran, he lost track where the others had gone to. He also lost track where Red Claw, Scud and Thud had gone to. Littlefoot hoped he and his friends were now safe but not lost. Littlefoot thought as he lifted himself up off the wet, cold cave ground. He slipped abruptly hitting the ground again splashing. Finally, he arose shaking himself like water furry after the falling sky water had stopped. He started to walk carefully across the drenched wet cave ground hoping not to slip again. Littlefoot had to find a way out. He had to find his friends. He saw a bright light before him and he followed it cautiously. He wanted to be sure that Red Claw and his fast biters were not out there waiting for him to come out. He popped his head timidly as he looked out of the cave's opening. When he decided it was safe, Littlefoot went out ready to look for his lost friends. Littlefoot started to call out for his friends, but he had to be cautious. Red Claw and his friends might to able hear him. He couldn't endangered himself and them. " Cera! " " Spike !" "Petrie!" " Ruby! " " Chomper!" He yelped. " Where are you? " He couldn't call too loud. Littlefoot soon became weary screaming their names out. " Where could this be? " They were lost just as he was. Littlefoot sighed. He looked around where he was. He had no idea where he was except in a large, strange looking dark canyon. Then, he saw them . Two sharpteeth shadows on the canyon walls moving stealthy. He wouldn't have noticed them if he hadn't been looking for his friends.

Littlefoot crept silently toward the shadows. Was it Red Claw and his fast biters? If so, why was there only one and where was the another one? One of them looked smaller than other like Chomper kind of Sharptooth. The other was a very strange Sharptooth shadow. He crept closer to get a better view of those sharp tooth shadows. Littlefoot let a long gasp. "Ah!" He never seen a Sharptooth like the larger one, but the smaller one he had seen before. The large Sharptooth had a huge feathered flipping head with enormous glaring bulging red eyes that looked like eggs. Its body was covered with feathers that were grayish brown. Its tail was an elongated stick , which it moved up and down. It made a wooden thumping sound as it went. Its arms were thin feathered covered twigs that bobbing up and down like its tail. Its feet were covered by all its bulging feathers body. It moved side to side wobbling as it moved. It moaned . It moaned like nothing that Little foot had ever heard. It sounded hurt.

Littlefoot looked at these strange creatures. He saw them tangled with tight brown long vines unable to move despite against his better sense he decided to free them. Little foot would free them from those snare traps. Slowly he approached them with caution not wanting to alarm them or to get hurt by their teeth and claws. Their hands, feet, mouths, and bodies were tightly wrapped around by tight, long brown vines. There was no way those strange sharp teeth could free themselves, much less escape whatever had gotten them trapped. These sharp teeth must have fallen from the cliffs and got wrapped up in the vines.

It was like someone had laid a trap for them such as the time he and his friends had done to that sharp tooth before they had found the Great Valley. Soon as they noticed his approach, Littlefoot started to chew on the vines that held them. First, the smaller one and then the larger one. Littlefoot torn through the little sharp tooth 's vines. He had recognized her as the little pink sharp tooth that Chomper had rescued in the lake. She was his size and age. Chomper had been friends with her. Her name was Tiara. She acted like she remembered him because once she had been freed, she was looking at him with curiosity as she knew him. The other one only looked at Littlefoot trying to free him from his bonds. Once done, he turned its head inside out to reveal a smaller yet stranger creature inside its body.
