Now that Ariel has finally been adopted by Floyd, everyone else thought it would be best if they had some one-on-one time with Ariel in order to get know her a little better which is why John Dory was spending the day with his oldest niece while the others were busy with other things. "So...any ideas on what we should do?" Ariel asked the oldest of her Uncles, JD thought for a moment before he decided that a camping trip was in order since he loved being outside, and believed that he could teach Ariel about some of the things he'd learned while living in the woods. "Wanna go camping?" John Dory asked with a smile, this made Ariel tilt her head a little with a cute confused look on her face. "What do you do while camping?" Ariel asked as JD gathered what they'd need from inside Rhonda. "I'll show you. It's going to be fun." John Dory replied before he went to let the others know what he and Ariel would be doing.

"Be careful!" Floyd called out to his oldest brother and daughter, the two waved back at him. "We'll be back tomorrow." Ariel called back, she was still getting used to having a parent that actually cared about her, but she loved Floyd. "He's a first time Dad. This is normal behavior according Bruce and Brandy." John Dory told Ariel, he could understand why Floyd was worried about his new daughter, which is why JD was going to teach her what she'd need to know if Ariel ever got lost in the woods and would need to survive on her own until she was saved. "This'll be a good lesson for you." John Dory said as they hiked a bit a ways from where the main part of the island was. Once they found a good spot for setting up camp, the two got out their tents before John Dory showed Ariel how to pitch the tent. "Thanks for the help." Ariel said sincerely, she wouldn't have been able to put her tent together without him. "Just practice and you'll be able to do it by yourself." JD responded with a smile, he was happy that Ariel had accepted his help since he realized that she didn't know anything about camping.

Once the tents were finished, John Dory showed Ariel how to find the best sticks to use for the campfire. "Make sure the sticks aren't wet or else the wood won't burn." JD advised patiently, Ariel did as he said since she wanted to help make the fire...even if her oldest Uncle wouldn't actually let her light the firewood. "Alright, we have enough sticks." John Dory declared, the two went back to their campsite where John Dory got to work on making the fire while Ariel watched him with great interest. "Now to make dinner then s'mores." John Dory told Ariel, she smiled since he let her help make a simple dinner of hot dogs then they worked on making their treat for the night. "This is so much fun." Ariel said with a bright smile, the happiness in Ariel's voice reminded John Dory of the fun times he had with little brothers when they had been kids and he got to teach them something that made them all happy.

"Now I want to teach you something." Ariel told her oldest Uncle, John Dory wondered what she wanted to teach him. "What're we doing?" John Dory asked as Ariel made him stand up, before she grabbed his hands then spun him around before knocking JD to the ground. "Judo lesson!" Ariel replied with a smirk, she'd taken judo lessons for years before and after her parents left in order to learn to defend herself from some unsavory characters in her home town. "What's that?" JD asked with a groan, he was feeling a little pain as he sat up while Ariel explained what judo was. "Rhythm is the key to this." Ariel said a she grabbed her oldest Uncle again before knocking him down once more. "I'm ready this time!" John Dory said with determination, both of them got into position as some music started up after Ariel had snapped her fingers. "Bring it!" Ariel replied with a smirk.

At the end of the song, John Dory had managed to pin Ariel's arms against her sides with her on the ground. "Not bad for a beginner." Ariel praised with an impressed tone, John Dory got off of Ariel then helped her back up. "Thanks. I think I might be too old for this though." JD replied as he cracked his back, Ariel giggled a little before the two settled back down before the fire. "Now what?" Ariel asked with a satisfied sigh, JD then began to tell Ariel stories of him and his brothers from when they were kids as a way to pass the time which made Ariel laugh at the description of the pranks that Clay had played on him and Bruce while Floyd got caught in some the pranks that Branch helped Clay with. "I didn't know peanut butter could be used that way." Ariel said with a laugh, John Dory chuckled at his niece's expression as he remembered how long it took for him and Bruce to get the peanut butter out of their hair. "You'd better not use that stuff on us." John Dory said with a mock stern voice, this made him and Ariel double over with even more laughter once more.

Ariel and John Dory shared more funny stories with each other before going to bed for the night, which led to peaceful dreams for the two of them since they had so much fun getting to know each other a little more during their bonding time. Once morning came, John Dory helped Ariel take down her tent before doing his own, and then making sure the fire was still completely out. "Let's head back." John Dory told Ariel, she nodded in reply. The two made their way back down the trail that led them back to the beach where they saw Floyd waiting for them. "Remember, normal behavior." JD said as Floyd jogged over to them, Floyd hugged his daughter as he greeted her and John Dory. "How was camping?" Floyd asked Ariel, she looked from him to JD before giving her Dad a smirk. "It was very informative." Ariel replied before she ran to Bruce and Brandy's restaurant for some breakfast. "What did you tell her?" Floyd asked John Dory, his oldest brother just laughed before taking off after Ariel with Floyd hot on their heels. "What's so funny?" Floyd asked them both.

Once everyone was together at the table, Ariel told the rest her Uncles and Dad about the stories that John Dory had shared with her last night which led them five brothers to wrestle, meaning that it was four against one. "Alright! Break it up you guys." Brandy told them, with Viva grabbing Clay while Poppy got Branch as Brandy and Ariel grabbed a hold of Bruce and Floyd respectfully. "We've got some stories too." Clay said with a smirk, JD gulped in mock fear as his little brothers told their funny stories of him to the rest of the family. Needless to say, breakfast was as lively as ever, but it was even better since they were all together which made everyone happy.

Sing a Bit of Harmony is an anime movie that I got for Christmas, and I wanted to use this song first chance I could.
