Kasai landed right next to Arlos, who was quick to act on bandaging Kiwi. Minx and Julio were fixing their weapons. "I don't think Harmony realizes just how powerful Blackchain is..." Lia sighed, looking up at the massive vessel far ahead of them. "If I can make a powerful enough engine, we'll get back to them!" Kagaku exclaimed, frantically creating components. "Nakama! Turn left now!" Julio shouted, startling everyone. She did, right as a vicious glow came from ahead. "Minx!" he cried out, and the mink jumped out and slashed at the flame. But he was immediately thrown back, the beam of flame coated with powerful haki this time. "Guys! I can't!" Minx cried as he fell back on the deck. The fire shot through Nakama's hull, narrowly avoiding major damage to the keel and other supports. But the damage was still severe, and Nakama cried out in pain and panic as she began to take in water. Kasai and Arlos quickly got themselves as well as Kiwi and Kagaku to the crows nest, the others trying to plan something, but she was sinking too fast. Lia tried to close the top, but damage stopped it from even budging. The deck submerged, and the three without Devil Fruits swam to the mast as Kasai and Kiwi took to the sky. Lia and Minx got Arlos and Kagaku over their shoulders as the water came over them, sapping their strength. "I can switch you guys around, we can survive this!" Kasai shouted, but a shot rang out, and a haki laced sniper round shot straight through Kasai's wing at the shoulder, tumbling both him and Kiwi into the water.
"Blackchain wants you dead, so just comply already," Blackscout scoffed, cocking her rather impressive rifle and flinging the empty shell to the side. "Leave them alone! You have me!" Zii pleaded, but Blackchain shook his head. "They'll only chase us. No survivors," he stated harshly, causing tears to roll down from her deep black eyes. "You're heartless..." she muttered, covering her face with her hands. "You're lucky a friend called ahead about this one," he said, holding Harmony by the arm. The pain had gotten to her, and she was passed out. "Lemme go! I don't even know these guys!" Toast exclaimed, trying her damnedest to bite through the string. "Where's the rest of you fishmen? You're far too young to be from before the purge," Blackessa stated as she tighened the string. "I'll never tell you!" she huffed, puffing her cheeks with the attempt to look intimidating. "Shall we leave my love? They've all but sunk," Blackscout chuckled, strapping the rifle to her back as she watched Julio, Minx, and Lia just panic. "Let us leave then," he said, taking Harmony to the brig and the ship began speeding off, leaving the view of them in Zii's mind. He stuck Harmony onto the wall with her arms held up with sea prism shackles. Zii was placed in the cell across from her with Toast in the cell next to her. Blackchain had a neck cuff with a magic nullifying enchantment on Zii's neck, and Toast's toys were placed in storage with no care. "That's expensive equipment you dolts!" Toast cried out, her legs and tail the only things chained up to the wall. "Where are they even taking us..?" Harmony groaned, looking up as she came too. "Harmony... I'm sorry for everything... He's taking us to his family home..." Zii sighed, looking down as she hugged her knees. "The crew... They're all..." she started, tears beginning to roll down her face. Harmony got quiet for a second, gritting her teeth. Then, she smiled.
"No, they're ok." Zii looked up, just a sad look in her face. "Harmony... I don't think they..." Harmony coughed, getting back up on her feet. "I don't know how, but I can still feel that their dreams are alive. They're all still ok," she laughed, giving Zii a big hearty smile. But Zii just couldn't believe it, and decided Harmony was coping to get through it, and sighed as she continued to mope. The ride was quiet, and they reached the home of Blackchain in only a few days. Know Thing was the land owned and ruled by Blackchain, but all that existed outside the huge medieval castle sitting on a massive cliff on the far end of the island, was ruined towns and long dead remains of the people he left to die. The survivors all lived as slaves to the name of Black, and for one-hundred n' twenty generations they have served Blackchain. In his time in Sabody, the castle was cared for by dozens of his children of various ages. They were the Blacksons and Blackdaughters, either too young or weak to have a proper 'name' but still are loyal to their father, for plenty of examples have been made. But there were a few here who had earned a name. "It's been years now! I've missed this place~" Blackchain exclaimed as the crew with the prisoners in Blackessa's string and Blacklady's hands stepped off the massive ship and onto the dock. A young woman with bright golden eyes and pitch black hair waited there with a rolling table covered with various foods and dishes. "Welcome home father. I got excited hearing about you coming home so I cooked up so much~" she laughed and bowed a bit, offering it. "Wondered what that smell was. Blackfry you've outdone yourself~" he chuckled, tasting a bit of everything before heading towards the castle gates. The crew also finished it up, leaving Blackfry delighted as she followed them in, pulling the tablecloth off what was actually just a big biscuit. The three of course got nothing.
The prison in the basement was bustling with anxiety as news of the masters return spread like fire. "He also got that hotshot captain who was saved by the resistance! Maybe she'll break us out!" one hopeful man said, but the others scoffed in disbelief. "She's already caught... There's no getting out once your in here, unless he sells you," an older fellow said, looking down with empathy. "Don't lose hope young ones..." the oldest man said shakily, but everyone just groaned. "Enough of the stories old man! There's no savior who will defeat Blackchain!" He sighed, clutching the cane holding him up with the same determination as the hope he has. The entire floor of cells went quiet as the doors were thrust open forcefully. "Zena, until you behave you will stay here. I've got the navy to call for you two, so this is your home for awhile," Blacklady said, placing Zii down while just kinda tossing the others in carelessly. "Hey!" she cried, running towards them as the massive woman left, closing the door behind her with a massive locking click sound following. Toast shook her head and stood, but Harmony had her hands bound by a tight sea prism cuff of a deep blue color. "True Sea Stone? That's such a rare thing, and it's like a super duper sea prism on Devil Fruit users," Toast explained, kinda nerding out on the rock. "I guess he knows I can power through regular prism..." Harmony sighed, the effect actually making it hard for her to even breathe. "D-don't worry, the guys'll get us outta here~" Zii sighed, looking down as her still black eyes still had tears, but she just said nothing. "That girl... She still has hope," the old man muttered to himself. "That isn't misplaced... I know we'll be saved by the dreamer."
Kasai blinked, the bright sun peering into his eyes. "And that's the last one!" a deep voice called out, causing him to face the voice. A large Drakolos had Kiwi over his shoulder, and Kasai immediately tried to rush towards him, but Arlos was over him and quickly held him down. "Hold on! The bullet is still in your shoulder," he said, and Kasai looked around to fully take in the surroundings as the doctor quickly operated in a small Room. The crew were all lounging about, on board a ship that was similar to Nakama, but the roger and figure head were more lizard than coyote, but the color was practically the same. "Welcome aboard! My name is Daggar," he introduced, placing Kiwi down as he came to. "Honestly... I always hated swimming," Kiwi sighed, shaking water from his ears. "But at least I floated..." The captain of the ship stepped out, and the other four came to attention. "You guys... The Melody Pirates, right?" he asked, already knowing the answer. "Let's cut to it. That fish girl is part of your crew," Kagaku immediately deduced, smirking at the other pirate's reaction. "And two of ours were taken as well. That sounds like enough reason, doesn't it?" he continued, sticking his pinkie up his nose. "For what?" Gizmo asked, genuinely intrigued. "A truce," Cameron answered, nodding in agreement. "Namaqua and the Chameleons will help you retrieve your captain and fellow crew, as long as you help us get Toast back," Cam stated, taking the wheel as Saimo got to navigating with Snipe taking lookout. "Stay out of our way," Cam said sternly towards the crew.
"Nakama..." Minx looked down, sighing. "Don't worry Minx, everything that broke she can fix herself. I'm sure she'll catch up eventually," Lia said reassuringly as she patted the mink's head. "I've heard as long as the keel is untouched, a Klabautermann will always repair itself, underwater or not." This let Minx sigh in relief and turn towards the horizon they were heading to. "We can take that big oaf as a team, but his crew makes things tougher," Kasai said as he crossed his arms. "We need to be stronger..." he groaned, trying to think of something they could do. "We can all fight 'em together!" Gizmo said, merely wanting to team up. "Hey! We're going in to rescue them, not cause a scene. We don't want to stay very long at the Black Castle," Cameron said, not diverting his gaze from the sea before them, currently about to enter the stormy part. "I'd get below deck, it'll feel crowded with all you up here," Snipe said, and the crew obliged and left them to it, continuing to talk below deck. "They got far ahead of us, this ship doesn't have speed in mind," Kagaku sighed, mentally doing some math. "How far is this castle Kiwi?" he asked, the navigator pulling his map out. "It's located on the island known as Know Thing, it's a few days for Nakama," he answered. "But this one will probably be an entire week... We will have to act quick to rescue the captain," Arlos sighed, looking blankly at a wall as he just thought out loud. "And their fish friend. I need to speak with her..." Kagaku sighed, a look of worry in his eyes. The Namaqua was three days away from catching up to Blackchain.
