Zii coughed as Blackchain's grip loosened, the snapping crack bringing his attention away from Zii. The walls weren't damaged any further, so he glanced down at the pirate captain and his eyes shrunk in a mix of terror and pure disbelief. "No! How the hell did you just do that!?" he shouted as he pointed at Blackdust, who looked down in confusion. Harmony had shattered pieces of stone in front of her, and her hands were free trying to lift herself. "Y-You broke Pure Sea Stone!?" she shuddered as her heart sank, and Harmony took in the first real breath she had in two days. She zipped out from under the woman as light, heading straight for Blackchain. He tossed Zii behind him and laughed. "You and that lightspeed! I know your game child, you can't react at those speeds. You can only go straight!" He was confident as he reached out to grab her, but he didn't know what she was going through at the moment. Actually using the breathing techniques taught by Will with unburdened lungs, Harmony saw the world slow around her. With this, her reaction became far better, and she actually slipped under Blackchain's arms and got up to Zii. "You ok?" she asked, and Zii started to sob as she hugged her. Harmony wrapped her arms around her and sighed, then she started glaring at Blackchain with a look of pure hatred. "You made your own daughter cry... There's nothing redeemable about you..." He chuckled before it became a full blown laugh, and he just smirked at her. "What're you gonna do about it?" She didn't hesitate; "I'm putting you down." She full-body tackled him, and jumped up as light to carry him through the ceiling. "They will never see the sun! I'll never allow that!" he cried as his eyes took on a lizard like look, and smoke bellowed from his nose.
Some of the Black family had made their way to the ground floor of the castle, watching for potential threats. One of those was currently making its way in, but to the scouts it was invisible. Julio focused on the castle, but there was too much people for him to get a lock on anyone specific with his observation. "I can't find them..." he sighed, rubbing his eyes. "Surely he wouldn't just kill them... Right?" Kiwi asked, clearly trying to hold it together. "Don't overthink it bud, there's no way Harmony would let that dickhead kill her or anyone," Kasai chuckled, and Kiwi looked reassured. Then, some chaos on the island began as the scouts began to charge to the castle. They were very close to the dock by this point, and Kiwi's ears flicked as they left. "They're rushing to prevent a prison break. Bet'cha we know who did that~" he laughed. A dark storm brewed above the island, completely covering the sky and blotting the sun. "The hell, where'd this come from..?" Snipe asked as both crews jumped off at the dock. A loud crash from the castle roof caught their attention, and they saw a streak of light bouncing herself off the hybrid dragon in the air, using strikes to keep him on the defensive. "Captain!" Minx cried out, running ahead with the crew behind him. "Hell yeah! Let's get in there and help her!" Gizmo cried out, trying to run with the Melodies but Cam grabbed his shirt collar, pulling him with a stern, "You are with me buddy." Gizmo groaned as the Chameleons took a more stealthy path up.
Neither Blackchain or Harmony noticed the pirates arrive, both lost in the fight taking place above the castle. The prison was quickly overwhelmed with Black's forces, pushing Zii into the corner. She blew off the biscuits from Toast and had her behind her, eyes yellow but her face was determined. "It's very hard for you to hide your fear Zena..." Blackflame sighed, but Zii's eyes turned red as she said that. "You don't get to call me that anymore," she growled, the wind picking up around her. "There's hundreds of us! What are you, a fish, and some deadbeat princess gonna do!?" Musume laughed, the group slowly approaching the two. Zii grabbed onto Toast and jumped up, landing on one of her wind platforms and jumping further up. "Get her!" Blackflame cried out, and the whole family began to chase. "She'll never make it..." Will said solemnly, turning towards the prisoners who all looked terrified. "But if we rise up, we can help them save us all!" They all just cried out in fear. "Every rebellion ended in bloodshed!" one yelled out. "I don't wanna die!" a woman weeped. "Tch... I've only ever known this place... I wanna be free!" Will shouted, turning his attention to Zii. "Even if it's just me, you shall not be alone!" He rushed to her aid, alone. Someone quickly noticed however. "Sit down old man!" Blackblood laughed as she slapped him away with her hybrid tail. His frail body gave quick, and he stumbled backwards. "Don't panic," a voice from behind Will said as something invisible stopped him from falling, and Will blinked before catching his balance. Blackblood went in for another swipe, but something stopped her tail in midair. "T-the hell!?" the shark girl growled as Cameron came into view just to smirk at her before knocking her back into some of the Black forces.
Zii was nearly cut-off by Blackessa, but some sharp spines shot past her and drew her attention from the mage. Snipe had his back to her, smirking has his hair quilled up, more shooting out towards the pursuers. "I don't know you but thanks!" Zii cried, and Toast looked excited. "My crew's here to help!" Zii looked somber for a moment, but then a voice called out that pulled her out of her thoughts. "I knew they were down here!" Kasai cried out as the Melodies jumped down through the hole Harmony had made taking Blackchain out. "Idunno them," Toast said, and Zii started to tear up, both eyes a mix of half dark blue and cyan. "Guys!!" she laughed, running towards them. But Blackflame intercepted her with a kick, throwing her back. "Dibs!" Kasai shouted, charging straight for the flaming opponent, and striking her with a blazing kick. She looked surprised, "Blackscout never misses, how are you alive!?" He laughed, "Dragon scales' a bitch ain't it~" He shifted and smacked her with his hybrid's wings, throwing her away from Zii. "Careful Kasai! She's also got some kind of dragon Zoan!" the mage warned, and Kasai stepped back as the area he kicked her into bursted into bright orange flames. Her black feathered wings shifted into ragged draconic ones with a dark blue color, with the limb and back of the wings covered with orange scales. Sharp claws jutted from her hands as her face took a reptilian look, orange scales surrounding her skin. A tail shot from her back, the tip of it bursting to life with flame like the one on her back, still burning bright. She roared defiantly in this hybrid form as she flew at him with the hottest flames anyone there's ever felt pouring from her mouth, smashing into Kasai and biting into his arm with burning fangs.
Daggar and Saimo immediately jumped Musume, overwhelming her with a rather vicious barrage of haki laced attacks. Angel tried to step in, but Gizmo stepped up and patted the hyena's head, which confused him for a second. "How dare you touch me! You worms! Vermin!" Saimo kept her under his haki while Gizmo smiled widely, rubbing his fingers together. Angel scoffed, lunging for him as he snapped his fingers at him. He created a shockwave that wiped out about a quarter of the overall forces, throwing himself back as well as he wasn't used to such power. "Impossible! Harmony was the one with the Copy Copy Fruit!" Musume shouted, baffled by this. "Actually, she said it was the Omni Omni Fruit," Minx said as he clashed scissors with Blackdust's katana's. "You idiot! The Omni Fruit isn't a Devil Fruit to begin with!" she corrected as she slashed down, Minx quickly stepping to the side. Blackscout tried to take aim for Zii, but a coin came and knocked the gun out of her hands. She pulled a knife from her boot and lunged right for Julio, only for Kiwi to shoot a zap that knocked the blade from her hand. He smirked, but she took the opening; jabbing her fist like one would kick the air to Skywalk, but she shot the air forward instead of herself. This Skystrike was powerful enough to knock Kiwi off his feet, and some Blacksons rushed him while he was down. But a barrage from Veronica knocked them off, Kiwi quickly thanking Julio as they both stood side by side and faced Blackscout.
Toast was about to run in after Blackflame with Zii, but some crumbs suddenly flew up to her, pulling her back. "I simply must prepare you dear! You must be succulent~" Blackfry laughed, using small biscuits to pin the axolotl. Snipe noticed this, but Blackessa had him busy. Kagaku rushed after her, but Blackdoll spoke up, "Hey nerd, your shoes are untied." He fell on his face, growling in frustration. She just laughed as Blacklady moved in to crush him, but Arlos opened a Room, quickly shifting his position with Kagaku. "What!? That's Blacknurse's power!?" Blackbear cried. Blacklady looked furious, swinging her giant arm down at him. "WHAT DID YOU SCUM DO TO VELUR!?!" she screamed as Arlos jumped back, Lia using her yo-yo's to tether Blacklady's arm. Arlos then used his immense strength to pull the giant further down. "Velur gave my captain her fruit. Her decision was to give it to me," he answered her, kicking her massive nose and then punching her jaw. "Pretty sure she's still hiding from you all," he continued with a smirk as Blacklady roared in rage. "Well, doesn't that make her irrelevant now?" Blackdoll asked, tapping her foot impatiently. "She was a traitor like Blackcat. We only wanted the fruit." Blackbear smiled, drool pooling from her hybrid mouth, "Then we kill this abomination and be done with it!" Blacklady looked distressed about Velur, but focused her attention back onto Arlos. "R-right. Let's get the Op Op back!" Kagaku rushed ahead, aiming for Blackdoll. Right as he got to her, he tried to pull out his crossbow quickly enough, but she just giggled. "I cast weapon break!" and the string on the crossbow snapped. "Damn..." he sighed, getting pulled away by Blackdoll. "They won't interfere with my playmate~" she laughed, cracking her knuckles.
