SPOILERS!
Riku-A responsible man who helps with his family's poultry, (chicken), farm.
Kyaren-A somewhat lazy woman who spends half her time at her family's general store and the other half her time at the beach.
Jeff-Kyaren's father.
Sasha-Kyaren's mother.
Popuri-Riku's sister.
Lillia-Riku's mother.
Rod-Riku's father.
A Spring day, a young man walked to the general store. He was in mostly brown hair, brown eyes behind a pair of glasses, a green shirt under a blue vest, a white apron-skirt and gray pants under black boots.
"I'd like an omelette and a fried egg, Jeff!" he told one of the owners at the counter.
Jeff was in purple with short brown hair, a wispy mustache, yellow pants, red shoes and green eyes.
"I have your usual!" a lady said as she approached.
"Good, Sasha!" said the young man.
Sasha had a cheese spinach omelet and a fried egg in two bags.
She was in a blonde hair braid tied in a purple thread, a white, blue, red and purple dress, black shoes and green eyes.
Then another young lady walked in from her bedroom.
She was about to leave the house, when Sasha stopped her.
"Kyaren, you were supposed to help your father run the store today!"
"Another time, Mom!" Kyaren said.
Kyaren walked out the door.
"Will you bring her home?" Sasha asked, pleadinglly with the man. "We have to run the store."
"We'd appreciate it, Riku!" Jeff said.
Riku blinked. "I really need to get back to my family."
"Please?" Sasha asked again.
Riku thought. His sister needed him. But the general store owners needed him, too.
"And give this bag of popcorn to her so she doesn't get hungry," Sasha said as she handed over another bag. "For lunch. You may have some, too!"
"All right! You may count on me!" Riku said with a salute.
So, Riku sent out to find Kyaren.
But first, he went home.

"Mom! Popuri!" Riku said as he arrived.
He was at PoPoultry, his family's chicken farm.
A young girl approached him.
She was in a white, green and red dress, red boots, pink hair with a red and white flower in a braid and pink eyes.
"Hello, Popuri!" Riku said as he presented her the omelet.
"You have another bag. Is it for you?"
"No," Riku said. "It's for a girl."
Then Riku and Popuri's mother walked into the room.
"A girl?!" she asked.
"This is the first time I'm hearing of it, too, Mama Lillia!"
Lillia was in red, black, white and gray. She had a relaxed face, with a pink, black shoes, a ponytail and black headband.
"There's no romance," said Riku. "I've been asked to find her and bring her a popcorn bag."
"So, I guess you won't be staying for lunch?" Lillia asked with a cough.
"Are you okay, Mom?!" Popuri asked.
"Maybe I should stay," said Riku.
"Don't mind me!" said Lillia. "This happens all the time, now!"
"Then I'll go," Riku said in assurance "In the meantime, you should eat without me."
So, Popuri got two of each bag and set them out on table.
"Hurry!" said Lillia.

Riku looked all around, but was unable to find Kyaren.
Then he went to the beach. It was night.
He saw Kyaren staring out to the sea.
"Why are you here?" he asked her.
"I'm whale watching," she answered, not removing her eyes from the water."
Riku frowned. "You're lazy!"
"Huh?" asked Kyaren.
"You leave the store to your family, and you goof off!" Riku frowned.
"And you never break from work?" Kyaren asked.
"Today, yes," Riku said. "But I informed my family before I found you."
"Never mind! We're going to your house! Immediately!"
Kyaren got up. Then she smelled something.
"Popcorn!" she said. "May I have it?"
"Sure," said Riku. "It belongs to you."
"Say! You want to watch a movie with me?" Kyaren asked.
"Huh?" asked Riku.
"We already have the popcorn," Kyaren grinned.
"We'll see one at my house one day," said Riku.
"Really? That fast?" asked Kyaren.
"It was your idea," said Riku.
"Good!" said Kyaren. "Tomorrow! Your place!"

It was the next day and Kyaren knocked on the door. She was let in by Lillia.
A few things about the home was a blue and white checkered blanket on a table with four chairs, a kitchen, and a chair near a fireplace. There was a counter for buying and selling.
But Lillia and Popuri had closed the shop for the day.
"Popuri and I are having a girls' night out, Riku!" Lillia told him. "Have fun with your 'friend'!"
They left Riku and Kyaren alone.
"I brought the movie!" said Kyaren. "It's an anime!"
"Cool!" said Riku. "I love anime!"
It was a Magical Girl anime!
Kyaren drew closer to Riku.
Riku, unsure of what to do, also closer.
Then, at that moment, Popuri and Lillia walked in.
"She's coughing!" Popuri yelled.
The other three lifted up Lillia and put her to bed.
"I'll be by her side until she feels better," Popuri said.
Riku and Kyaren walked into the living room and sat down at the table.
"Why is she coughing?" Kyaren asked Riku.
Riku looked grim. "Our family doesn't know what she has or how bad it is, but Mother has been sick for a while now. Our father, Rod, left to find a special flower to heal her, but he hasn't returned."
Kyaren stood up.
"I'll help you!" she said.
"Huh?" asked a confused Riku.
"We're friends, now! And as friends, I will help you!"
And so, Kyaren and Riku worked together to help Lillia!

Time passed. Riku and Kyaren spent more time together. They went whale watching, anime watching, and Kyaren even started working more, much to her parents' delight. She even helped Lillia when she had sick-spells.
Then, they had their wedding!
Their vows went like this:
"Kyaren," Riku said. "I realize it's only been a short time, but I'm lucky to have you as my helpful wife. I love you."
He slipped a ring on her finger.
"Riku," Kyaren said. "I, too, know it's only been a while, but I'm a better person because of you. I love you, too!"
Then she slipped on the other ring.
At once, Pete walked up to them as soon as they walked down the aisle in the other direction.
"First, congratulations! Second, remember when I and my siblings spent the Summer near Mineral Town?"
"I do not," said Riku.
"Me neither," said Kyaren. "We were both overseas, then. Right, Hubby?"
Riku smiled. Then, "No, I don't think we were.
Pete blinked. "No way!"
So, Riku and Kyaren were married.
But Pete and his siblings still had a ways to go.
