Dungeon Diving is Better with Friends!

As much as I hated how stuffy and uncomfortable my armor was, I had to make sure that I was adequately protected. Dungeon Diving was serious business after all. I was under no illusion about how fragile I was. I needed those [WIS] and [INT] points more than extra constitution after all. Now covered head to toe, I turned to find Utena staring at me all wide eyed and blushing. Did she see something while I was changing?

Snorting in amusement, I smirked at the girl as I rested my hands on my hips, "Well?" I asked, jolting the girl out of her daydream, "Aren't you going to change?" I didn't really mind her attention, but we did have a dungeon to explore.

"I-I'm not ogling you!" She denied with a stutter, but her gaze was hard to miss even as she averted her gaze. Turning bright red, she wrung her hands as she told him, "I-I'm just not used to changing in front of someone…" Well, she did have to hide her identity when she transformed so she wasn't lying when she said she wasn't used to people looking at her.

Still, it was quite funny that she had to become comfortable with her new look. "For a girl that wears something so risque, you're awfully shy," I pointed out, not missing the chance to tease her. Bullying the evil magical girl might just be my favorite pastime now.

"I-It's not my fault my costume turned out that way!" She cried out as she turned a pretty shade of her red before she buried her face against the palms of her hands. She was just too easy.

"If you say so,~" I teased her as I walked over and poked her on the side, making her jump up and let out the most adorable of cries. Given how red she was, however, I had to dial it down else she might actually pass out. I'd already had my fun.

I gave her a pat on the head for her trouble and gave a silent look of apology. It was only fair play given what she did to Tres Magia, I reasoned to myself. Walking past her, I told her, "But if you're still a bit embarrassed," trailing off, I faced away from her and up against the wall, "Here, I'll turn around just for you."

Utena sniffed before she replied, "O-Ok." Taking deep breaths, she then shouted, "T-Trans Magia!" A flash soon followed as I felt a wave of magic washed over. It was soft, almost imperceptible, but the unmistakable electric sensation of power against my back was hard to miss.

Resisting the urge to turn around, I asked, "Are you done?" I could have turned right then but it was a matter of courtesy. My future workers needed to be respected.
"Y-yes, you can turn around now." She answered and I turned around. I thought I was prepared but the moment I laid my eyes on her, I felt my brain just grind to a halt. Everything about her costume oozed sensuality. From the cute wings framing her slender form, the star shaped pasties covering her budding chest, and her tight leather pants that were riding a bit too low, leaving almost nothing to imagination.

Shrinking into herself, she cried, "W-why are you staring at me like that?" Her cries finally broke the spell I found myself in. I was so captivated by her looks that I didn't realize I was standing there like a fool. Tearing my eyes away, I felt my cheeks burn. Of all the times my hormones had to kick in, it had to be now. 'Get a grip of yourself Mizuku, you're better than this!'

"I-is it too much? I-I can take it off-!" Stuttering, she asked as she reached up to what little cover she had on her person and started pulling.

As my thoughts finally caught up, I panicked. "N-no! It's fine!" I assured her, doing my best to make sure she didn't strip there and then. "I just needed a second because wow," I admitted as I looked away, scratching at my rosy cheeks. Deny it all I might, the fact was that I was a teen. There was simply no way to get around it. It was all too easy forgetting how horny one could get.

Thankfully, Utena wasn't too angry about it as she smiled while poking her fingers together, "Y-you like it?" She asked as looked back at me.
"Y-yeah," I admitted, hating how my heart was already racing. Clearing my throat, I told her, "It'd be a shame if you changed it because you look beautiful-! I mean, it looks beautiful on you." Biting my tongue at the fumble, I quickly corrected myself, "It looks good."

"T-thank you," Utena nodded back before an awkward silence soon descended between us. We stood there for a bit, unable to meet each other's gaze.

Ever since I woke up as a teen, the urges had been far more intense. I would be lying if I said that the thought of actually just asking if they could do it hadn't crossed my mind yet, but I needed to be professional. Short term gains by listening to my dick would only take me so far. I needed a far more cordial and civil relationship with her so their working arrangement doesn't fall apart.

"S-so!" Breaking through the silence as I gathered my wits, I asked her, "Ready to go?" Perhaps a good long trip through the [Instant Dungeon] would clear his mind. Some fresh air and a long walk to curb off the horny thoughts threatening to overwhelm his sensibilities.

"O-oh, right," She replied, her voice tinged with a hint of disappointment before she looked at him and asked, "How… exactly do we go [Dungeon] Diving?"

"It's simple really, but it'll be easier if I just show you," I answered as I cracked my knuckles and braced myself for the shift. Looking over to Utena, I warned her, "You might want to brace yourself because this might be a bit disorienting."

As both of us got ready, I closed my before whispering, [ID Create]. The world turned gray as my hands moved in the required motions. Picking my usual stomping grounds, the world shifted once more. Expecting the shift, I managed to stop myself from slipping but Utena wouldn't be so lucky.

Letting out a yelp, she flailed about before stumbling on the mossy ground. Chuckling, I walked over before giving her a hand. Reaching out with the shaky hand, Utena grabbed on. Pulling her up, I told her, "Happens to the best of us." She was lucky that she landed on some wet moss rather than mud or something unspeakable.

Dusting herself, she looked around, mouth agape at the giant trees now towering over us. I really couldn't fault her given that I was in her shoes back when I first stepped into this place.

With the thick canopy that almost blotted out the sun, the constant mist just at the edge of their vision, the twisting vines and glowing mushrooms, mixed in with the constant hum of insects and the song of birds alike, this place never failed to amaze. "Where are we?" She whispered.

Spreading my arms wide, I introduced her to my favorite dungeon, "Welcome to the [Dark Forest], a wild and untamed wilderness filled with both wonders and terrors." Despite the creepy vibes and the shadows dancing at the edge of my vision, there was just something about the fresh air and the untamed wilds that made me feel excited, eager to face the adventure up ahead.

Stretching my limbs to avoid any cramps, I said, "Right now, we're at it's [Outskirts]." Bending down to touch my toes before standing back straight and pushing against my back, I added, "It should be safe here, so feel free to look around."

This was as safe as one could get inside the [Dark Forest]. There weren't any true safe zones within the dungeon. If a monster saw us, they would chase us down until one of us was dead; preferably the monster. They don't stay out here as far as I've experienced so we could stay here for as long as we wanted and explore to our hearts content.

While I had gotten used to the fantastical area, Utena was still absorbing the sights and sound, "It looks like it came straight out of a fairy tale," She whispered in amazement as a glowing butterfly flitted by before landing upon her up stretched hand. Staring into its almost ethereal wings, her gaze followed it as it flew away.

"It really does, doesn't it?" I replied, smiling softly at the childlike wonder she showed. Looking around, it wouldn't be much of a stretch for the forest to be the setting of a fantasy series or maybe even just a fable concerning some animals. "There's a few other dungeons but this one is by far my favorite," I told her as I leaned against a nearby tree.

"Is this real or is this just something your power made up?" She asked as she walked up to a nearby tree and felt its trunk with her hands.

"As far as things go, it's as real as things can get," I replied before adding, "Every scratch I've received and every piece of [Loot] I've taken came with me after I stepped out back in the real world." As wonderful as this Dungeon was, it was still one filled with danger. I had yet to see what my death would mean for this world but I wasn't in a hurry to find out. I want my insides to stay inside myself, thank you very much!

"So just be careful and be mindful of your surroundings," I warned her before peering out beyond the tree line, to where the shadows and trees melted into one. For a second, I thought I saw something watching us. "This place can be quite deceptively peaceful when monsters are just lurking at every corner," I added as I shook my head. Must have just been my nerves. The Forest loved playing with my paranoia.

"M-monsters?" She asked in confusion before panic settled in her tone, "There's monsters here?!" She stuttered as she pulled back, holding her riding crop close to her chest.

"Yup!" I replied as a grin stretched across my face."I did warn you that we were heading in a [Dungeon]," I teased her. This wasn't just going to be some walk in the park after all. "There's [Goblins], [Wolves] and I'm pretty sure I once saw a [Alligator] near the [Bogs]," I recalled before I continued, "but I wasn't really sure. Everything's just so overgrown here that it's hard to know if you're just hallucinating"

Swallowing thickly, Utena asked, "A-Are you sure they won't find us here?" Her gaze jumped at the shadows moving from the unseen wind and sunlight filtering through the undergrowth. The human mind was all too eager to see patterns where there wasn't. It was up to them to figure out if their fears were right or they were just tricks of the mind.

"Well they could but they're usually deeper in the forest," I answered but considered it regardless. There was nothing stopping them from straying out from the dark forest itself, so why?

Perhaps it was the relatively thin vegetation, or maybe it was something else. I should probably figure it out as it could be a useful bit of information. For now though, I have a companion to calm down. Grinning, I teased her light heartedly, "If anything though, the monsters should be worried about you.~"

The girl blinked before bristling at my accusation. "H-hey! W-what's that supposed to mean?" She asked as she stomped on the ground. She was probably trying to look fearsome, but it only made her look like a kitten throwing a tantrum with how soft her shaky voice was.

Snickering, I pulled from my leaning post and walked off deeper into the forest. "Well that's enough small talk for now," I called out, refusing to answer her question as I left her behind, "We still have a whole forest to explore and we don't have all night. Let's go!"

It wouldn't take long for the girl to come flying after me as she shouted, "W-wait, slow down!" It seemed that my little magical girl finally worked up the courage to step into the [Forest]. Good, I'll need her at her best because there was profit to be made!

With two sets of hands instead of one, gathering Reagents was a breeze. I no longer needed to worry about getting jumped. I carefully harvested the [Healing Herbs] without damaging the plant as these were the only ones I could safely gather. The others were more uncommon in these parts of the woods.

[Mind Mushrooms], [Bezoar Beans], [Frenzy Flowers], and [Running Roots]; ingredients I needed to make [Mana], [Antidote], [Strength] and [Speed] potions. Glancing over to Utena who marveled at the fire colored petals of the [Frenzy Plant], I wondered if I should push for an expedition deeper into the woods.

Seeing my gaze, she jolted out of her day dream before harvesting the flower. Storing the plants in her own [Inventory], she asked, "S-so, how long have you had this…?" Gesturing vaguely to their name tags and their respective inventory.

"My powers?" I asked, to which she nodded. Humming, I gaze up as the memories of the past come rushing back, "A few months, give or take," I answered as my mind wandered to that fateful day, remembering the joy before the painful jolt and sear-! Shaking my head, I gazed down on my shaking hand.

Giving me a look of concern, Utena reached out before I raised my hand. Letting out a sigh, I recalled the day, "One day I was just minding my business when an accident turned my life upside down." It was painful, but I had to face it. "Next thing I knew, I could see names and levels on people's heads," I added with a wry grin.

"Thought I went crazy until I realized what was happening," I shared before I chuckled, "Let me tell you, seeing [Former Assassin] under a teacher's name freaked me out but I got used to it." This world was strange. So much like my own but different… or did my old world hide wonders that my eyes just weren't privy too?

Nodding, Utena prodded, "I-is that how you figured out I'm a magical girl?" Perhaps I shared too much already.

Pursing my lips, I dodged the question, "Well… sorta but you did run into me back then," I pointed out. It was one fateful meeting that changed the course of everything. "I was honestly planning on just staying clear of you, but then that happened. But maybe that's a good thing, that we got to meet up on the rooftop," I told her as a smile graced my lips.

"Oh? How so?" She asked, her voice tinged with apprehension and intrigue.

Looking back into her eyes, I replied, "Because if we hadn't met, then I wouldn't have known just how adorably cute you are.~" Was it teasing if what I said was true? Meeting her was a stroke of good luck. Noticing a lonely white daisy growing nearby, I reached out before plucking it.

"Here, I think you'll like this," Walking over, I reached down before slipping the flower above her right ear. It took a second for the girl to process it before her cheeks and ears started to burn red.

"Too adorable,~" I chuckled, leaving a stunned magical girl behind. Turning back to the forest, I paused as I looked down on the herbs. We could just keep harvesting as is… but this feels inefficient. There's definitely a faster way to get more herbs.

Looking back at my companion, I did have options. The problem was, I really couldn't let her know just how much I had on her. "Say Utena, I've already told you a lot about my powers so how about telling me something about yours?" I asked leadingly, glancing over to the whip she had, "There must be some reason why your powers gave you a riding crop, right?"

Utena nodded slowly as she replied, "Well… now that you say that, maybe it's why I have this." Looking down on her wand, she answered, "My power isn't exactly flashy, but I can turn things into my minions and command them how I please." walking over a nearby [Healing Herb] Bush, she raised her whip as she showed off how her powers worked, "Like this."

With a tap, the darkness seeped into the plant as it twisted as it grew to a child-like nymph. Bowing before them, the creature pranced and danced to Utena's instructions. It was effortless, without a hint of sound as the creature moved to the girl's will.

Dark Forest Nymph
Minion

"That's a really strong power if I've ever seen one," I replied, not even needing to lie for that. It didn't really take a genius to appreciate just how versatile having minions were for any would-be villain or even any adventurer.

"R-really?" She asked as a shaky smile stretched across her lips.

Walking back to her, I laid my hands on her shoulder. "Utena," I replied, catching her attention as she froze in her place. "You can make an army by whipping something as a single stalk of flower and command almost effortlessly," I pointed out as I looked straight into her eyes, "I'm pretty sure you could overwhelm a city if you really put your mind into it."

Looking away sheepishly, she replied, "T-tres Magia would probably defeat me before that even happened." Turning to her minion who teetered and tripped over now that they had no instructions, she added, "My minions are strong but they'll turn back if I ever get knocked out."

Smiling, she then asked innocently, "Besides, why would I even want to rule a city w-when I could fight M-magical Girls instead?" There was not a hint of malice or hate in her voice, only love for the magical girls she held so dearly in her heart. She was almost too pure (If I ignored her other tendencies and her magazines).
Bless her pure heart because a world where Utena wanted to conquer and dominate rather than tease and play around was a world that I did not want to live in. Never change Utena, be the free spirited evil bitch you were always meant to be.

"Fair enough," I replied as a soft smile stretched across my lips. Reaching up to ruffle her hair, careful not to hit her horns, I mused, "Sometimes, I wonder how the hell you even became an Evil Magical Girl in the first place." I knew it was Vanelita, but she didn't need to know about that.

"Maybe a question for another time," I shook my head as I turned towards the sprite before smiling, "Hey Utena, can you make some minions for us?" I asked.

"Eh?" She replied, giving me a questioning look, "I can… but why? There's nothing to fight here," She pointed.

"Oh that'll come in later once we approach the limits of the forest," I replied, "But that's not what I need them for. I needed them for a far delicate task." Kneeling down before the minion, I examined their hands to functional digits in their grasp. These would do nicely.

"Can you make more of these but with bigger hands? Nothing fancy, just need their hands to be delicate enough to harvest the herbs," I requested, sharing with her my plans.
"Oh!" She nodded in understanding before she asked, "How many."

I smiled and she cowered back in fear. Letting out a dark chuckle, I replied, "As many as you can make." Harvesting by hand was simply too slow. Having a workforce though? One without need for payment and neither tiring nor needing food? Now, that's only something any self respecting capitalist could only dream of having. I was about to make a whole lot of money.

"Go my pretties! Strip the forest of its resources! Leave nothing behind!" I laughed as an army of green nymphs scoured the forest for my [Ingredients]. Following closely behind the horde, watching them stripped the land of its valuable resources, I couldn't help but shed a tear. The British Capitalists of the 18th Century would have been proud to have such a workforce.

Walking beside me, Utena clutched her riding closely as she voiced out her concern. "A-are you sure this is ok?" She asked while the nymphs worked in concert, carefully stripping the usable [Herbs] off the delicate plants.

"We are destroying a virgin forest just so we can make more products," I mused, considering the ramification of my actions, but I couldn't care less as I turned to Utena. With a smile stretching from ear to ear, I grabbed her by the shoulder before I told her, "But every potion I make means more money for you, my cute little minion.~"

Utena shook as she nodded hastily. Oh she probably wants to stop, but I'm sure she'll come to terms once she sees the profits. Besides, it's not like I wasn't like the forest itself couldn't handle the daily harvest I've been doing ever since I got my powers.

Patting her shoulder, I assured her, "I'm pretty sure these plants are magical because I harvest them everyday and they return pretty much the next day, so free to go ham so long as you don't uproot them." They weren't like anything I've seen before. They regrew at a staggering rate. Thinking about it, I wonder how much a university grad student would pay to have access to a live specimen? A thought for another time.

I checked on the basket that Nymphs were dropping off their haul back to and found them filled to the brim. "Yesss~" I purred as I stuffed them in my inventory, "I'm definitely going to eat good tonight!" At this rate, I could recoup what I've paid to the school and Utena, with interest! I could already taste the burger patties I'd be making later.

"I-Is this all for those [Health Potions] you told me about?" Utena asked with a shaky smile.

I nodded back and replied, "While [Health Potions] are the most profitable, I have other potions that I can do," Alchemy was a path to many powers but I was gate keeped by the ingredients I have on hand. "[Fire Bombs] and [Bath Bombs] to name a few but if I want to make better potions, I have to go there," I listed off before pointing at the edge of the [Outskirts].

The [Outskirts] were perfectly ok, don't get me wrong, but if I wanted to access the higher tier potions, I needed to go deeper. Aside from the [Reagents] themselves, the [Materials] to craft the tools for the better potions is located deeper inside. It was the old, if you want to make something, you need to make the tools to make them first.

The [Dark Forest], however, was not for the faint of heart. I already had my fair share of encounters. With the older, craggier trees and the how little light penetrated through the undergrowth, it was a far more hostile environment.

"That's the true [Dark Forest], isn't it?" Utena stuttered, taking an unconscious step back. I couldn't blame her as gazing deeper inside made my skin crawl. And then, there were the [Monsters]; their glowing eyes peering through the darkness.

"Mhmmm," I nodded as I pulled out my bat. "You can see them don't you?" I asked, pointing at the leering eyes in the darkness, their form scattering; probably at the sight of all the Nymphs. Sneering, I warned her, "Damn [Goblins]. Don't let their scrawny size fool you. They're just as vicious as any other monster in this forest; Maybe even more so..." Being chased by a pack of shiv wielding maniacs was not a fun experience.

"A-are we going to explore there?" Utena suddenly asked, making him turn to her. Should we? Stroking my chin, I considered it. "W-well, you did say you wanted to get stronger and the only way you'll get stronger is if you can get better ingredients," She added as she held her wrist before looking she looked up to me demurely, "This is why you hired me, right?"

Smiling back, I nodded, "I knew I liked you for a reason." Facing the [Dark Forest], I then said, "At the very least, both of us could get some experience dealing with [Goblins]." Maybe it was being too cautious but this was a test run, not a full dive. He was just supposed to teach her the ropes.

"Hmmm, we do need stronger minions," I told her as I looked over our current minions. "They aren't going to cut it," They were just too small and weak for the task, a compromise to make as much of them as possible, "[Goblins] are trash mobs and they know that, so they never come alone."

"We either have to match them in quantity," I considered but that was the boring option. Turning to a nearby dead tree, I grinned. Its branches were bare of leaves and it sported a hole that looked almost like a mouth, it looked like it was just asking to be turned, "Or we go all out on quality."

Pointing at Utena, I ordered, "Utena, you know what to do!" The girl nodded eagerly, knowing what was needed. Walking over to the nearby, she raised her whip before viciously slapping the hollow trunk.

The tree groaned as it woke up, cracks appearing as its eyes peered out into the world. Its branches twisting into gnarled arms as some semblance of life. With jagged teeth, and its disproportionate frame, making it look like some hulking hunchback monster, it roared into life.

Vengeful Treant
Empowered Minion

"Now, that's a minion!" I laughed as Utena let out a panicked cry of fear. Stumbling back, the girl tripped and nearly fell down but I thankfully caught her. Before I could ask her what's wrong, the treant decided to answer for her.

"The [Dark Forest] has become infested and filled with blight!" The massive creature roared as the very ground itself shook. Turning to the [Dark Forest], it marched onwards, pushing back gently on low hanging branches as it headed deep inside. "We must remove the stain so that it can return to what it once was!" It declared as it raised its misshapen and oversized right hand, "Death to the [Goblins]! Death to the [Orcs]! Death to all invaders!"

We could only watch helplessly as the multi-ton, two story minion stomped away. Soon, the cries of [Goblins] filled the air as the sound of creaking wood and what sounded like a landslide filled the air. It was a horrible sound, one filled with crunching and tearing.

Looking over to my companion and precious employee, I asked, "Utena…"

"Yes Mizuki?" Utena replied, her voice trembling ever so slightly as she held onto my arms.

"Why didn't you tell me your minions can talk," I asked, nearly jumping out of my skin at the sound of a thunderous crash. This… this was getting out of hand. Then again, the Treant wasn't exactly destroying anything important.

"That's because they can't, Mizuki…" Utena replied truthfully. Pulling away from my hands, She gazed out to the path of destruction that the treant left before asking, "... Should we stop them? I can still feel them."

I paused for a moment before shaking my head. "No… Let's just watch the fireworks and see how it goes," I replied before I reached inside my inventory and pulled out a picnic basket and a large blanket to lay on. This was a nice clearing and I was starting to feel a bit peckish.

Pulling out a thermos and twisting the cap off, I poured Utena a cup of tea before offering it. The girl took it graciously as she sat down with me. Enjoying the hot drink, we watched in morbid fascination as the Treant came back with the broken remains of both pig like [Orcs] and tiny [Goblins] before it headed back inside.

Ignoring the head that rolled near our feet, I offered Utena some biscuits. "Do you want some snacks?" I asked as I took a bite from my own. I might be broke, but tea and snacks were one of the few things I didn't skimp on. I bought some digestives just for the possibility of a tea break.

Utena smiled as she graciously accepted, "I'd like some," Taking a few, she dunked them on the black tea before taking a bite, "These are really good biscuits," She commented as I saw a spray of blood shoot up in the air, "But perhaps some pastries would better."

"I'll keep that in mind," I replied as I sighed in peace. Truly, this was a successful dungeon dive. There was nothing terrible happening to the local [Mob] population. Nothing at all.

Utena groaned as she laid her head against her desk. Lunch had just started and just about every girl hung around Mizuki as he talked animatedly with them. She knew he was going to be her classmate, but did he have to be in her class? Wasn't having Tres Magia there already enough for the comedy that was her school life?

She'd laugh if it wasn't for her eyes tryings their best to close shut. She was so distracted that she almost missed what Kiwi was asking her, "So,~ what should we do today, Utena-chan?" Her… friend? Girlfriend?, asked, "A date in the park? Karaoke? Perhaps a night at a motel~?" It took her a moment to process it before her cheeks darkened.

Kiwi Araga
Leopard

Staring at the name tag, she was still trying to get used to the insanity that was Mizuki's world. Maybe that's why she couldn't sleep, when there's so many questions plaguing her mind right now. That and perhaps a binge of shopping given her "paycheck."

Giving her looks of concern, Kiwi prodded her cheeks before asking, "Utena-chan?" Utena felt bad that she couldn't answer her properly but Kiwi couldn't care less as she pulled her into a hug, "Are you ok? You don't look so good right."

"N-no, I'm fine," She replied, weakly pushing away only to give in. Kiwi feels so nice and soft. She could just lose herself in her hug. "I'm just a bit tired," She admitted, feeling drained beyond measure, "I might have stayed up a bit too late into the night…" She told her, but this one felt different.

She wasn't a stranger to staying up late, having waited for the leaks of her favorite shows, but she had never felt this weary. It felt like her limbs were made of lead while her eyes were bearing the weight of the world. Then, there was this throbbing headache that wouldn't go away, "My head is killing me right now," She groaned, burying her face against Kiwi's chest.

"There, there," Kiwi whispered as she stroked her hair soothingly, "Kiwi will make everything better,~" She whispered and Utena was just too tired to argue. Maybe she should just accept Kiwi was her girlfriend…

Her little peace would, however, be disturbed as a familiar, foxy voice whispered into her ears, "I might have something that can fix that." Jolting awake, she pulled away to see Mizuki grinning wryly at her as he leaned against the backrest of the seat he occupied.

Utena's ears burned as her heart raced, her mind racing as she tried figuring out why he was here. Before she could ask, Kiwi got between them as she hissed out, "You!" Her close ally bristled as she jabbed a finger against the boy's chest, "You're that boy that had his hands all over my girl yesterday!"

She could feel the tension in the air as the two stared off but Mizuki just shrugged off her hostile reply as he greeted her casually, "Good afternoon as well, Kiwi." Kiwi fumed but Mizuki ignored her as his gaze locked into her eyes. Swallowing thickly, Utena found herself frozen as the boy handed her a thermos, "Here. Some coffee should help with that."

Unsure at what to say, she just thanked him, "T-thank you." Why was he here? Was he just going to tease her again? She felt her stomach twisting into knots at the thought.

"Also, I might have made too much last night when I was preparing for this week and I've run out of space in my fridge so you can have this as well," Mizuku added as she found herself the owner of a bento box. A boy just gave her a bento! She could already feel the stares from her classmates as she took the offered treat. "Just think of it as a thank you for yesterday."

Utena felt like she was going to burst into flame at his sweet words, but that was the least of her worries as Kiwi gave her a smile that sent shivers up her spine, "What did he mean yesterday, Utena~?" She asked sweetly as her stare pierced through her very souls, "Did you two meet last night? Perhaps in a love motel?"

D-did she know?! No, she shouldn't. No one was following them, Mizuki assured her when he sent her off. "N-no, it's nothing like that!" She denied the accusations but Kiwi wasn't buying it.

Before Kiwi could reply though, Mizuki stepped in and covered for her. "Jeez, way to ruin my sales pitch," The boy pouted, "I just wanted you to try out some packed lunch and I was hoping that if you liked them enough that I could start charging you for them." Utena should have been happy, but something about his excuse made her feel disappointed.

"Well, since I've already said that," The boy rolled his eyes as he reached inside his bag before offering it to Kiwi. Her girlfriend blinked at the offered lunch as Mizuki gave her a grin. "Want some~? I only have a few free samples and they're looking quite interesting," He told her as the rest of the class gave the meal looks of interest.

Mouth agape, Kiwi reluctantly accepted. "Tsk, fine," She replied, tearing the box away from his hands. Making his leave, Mizuki left them in peace as he started offering free lunch to some of their classmates.

"Just return the box once you're done!" He told them as he opened his own box and started eating. Smelling the fried rice and assortment of delectable side dishes, Utena opened her own. She stared at the happy smile over the omelet before a smile crept up her face. Maybe Mizuki wasn't so bad.

Having a home made meal gifted to her by a boy felt so nice. The fact that it tasted good only made her happier. She could get used to this. Maybe she could ask Mizuki if she could have this everyday… but given how greedy they were, she'd probably have to buy it from him.

As she ate, she noticed that the bento box she had had a smaller compartment beneath. Curious, she took a peak before nearly choking on her food at the wad of cash tucked neatly inside. Hastily closing it, she did her best to ignore it before she noticed the note attached to her box. Taking a peak, she read:

"Your first bonus for a job well done. Keep it up and maybe you'll get a raise~! Love, Mizuku." Utena couldn't believe her luck. Was this what being employed felt like? With all this money, she could indulge in her collection!

While Utena was over the moon, Kiwi wasn't pleased. Utena jumped as she heard chopsticks snapping. Looking over at Kiwi, she found the girl with a rictus of a smile across her face, "... Damn it, he can cook." Clenching her fist, she let out a hiss of frustration as she took out the extra plastic spoon and dug in, "Why does it taste so good!" The girl complained.

Utena gave her a pat for her trouble. Kiwi could just be too passionate sometimes. It was honestly endearing. With determination burning in her eyes, she shouted, "Ok, that's it! I need to step up my game!" Grabbing her shoulder, Kiwi told her, "I need to show that bastard that my love will triumph over his tempting treats!"

"K-kiwi, it's fine. No, really!" She tried dissuading the girl but it was far too late. She wanted to one up Mizuki and she was going to be part of this whether she liked it or not.

"Utena, from now on, I'm going to make packed lunches for you!" Kiwi smiled as she glared at Mizuki. The boy merely grinned as he gave them a salute.

In the end, she couldn't say no. While Mizuki's meal was nice, Kiwi went the extra mile. Mizuki, of course, took notice and tried matching Kiwi so Utena found herself torn between a boy and a girl. While it was stressful seeing the two clash, she had to admit that she felt happy having both their attention on her. Was it greedy if she wanted them both?

A/N:

Utena is a greedy girl not only in the matter of profit but in the matter of love. Oh Utena, I wonder how you'd fair once you get your harem~ How ever it goes, it'll definitely be quite the explosive affair. Oh one last thing, Utena might be wearing something very risque underneath that coat. Makes me wonder if I should write about an alternate scenario where Mizuki finds out and things... happened... But I do want to reserve that some chapter down the line. Probably chapter 7

Anyways, I'd like to thank vyor once more for making this possible. He refines the idea to a horny edge.

Now if you want to support me or want to read some fic chapters in advance, consider dropping by either Pat reon or Ko-Fi. I couldn't have done this without the support. Links in my Bio
