Chapter 27Forge
Tangent ran away through the tunnel squealing, a menial man running behind her trying to grab her!
She cried out as strong male arms wrapped her from behind!
She struggled to escape but she couldn't get free of his arms!
"Hypotenuse! Stop we will get in trouble! Hypotenuse!" Tangent squealed in agitation, unable to get away.
"Mwahaha you can't escape my CUDDLES!" The male menial laughed theatrically, hugging her tightly as she squealed and struggled to escape.
The man was her boyfriend Hypotenuse and he was in a very playful mood today, much to her mixed anxiety and secret delight.
"Hypotenuse! We will get in trouble!" Tangent squealed adorably, her rad suited arms trapped against her sides in his tight hug from behind.
Hypotenuse chuckled fondly and gently rocked her body from side to side in his tight hug affectionately.
The pair of them were in a tunnel just after finishing work, they had been working together drilling and blasting iron ore until they reached their quotas and finished up at work not more than a minute ago. Tangent's boyfriend Hypotenuse had then playfully threatened to cuddle her, leading to a playful chase and now a cuddle.
Tangent moved her arms futilely, unable to escape his strong muscular arms. She was getting stressed even though she enjoyed being cuddled, stressed at the thought of getting into trouble for engaging in physical acts of intimacy outside of the fertilisation unit once a month.
"You are adorable." Hypotenuse chuckled, releasing his arms and letting her escape his affectionate cuddle.
Tangent fretfully separated from him, looking around anxiously for any Skitarii or tech priests coming to rouse on her for breaking the rules. The tunnel was empty and deserted but for some servitors walking mindlessly back to their storage cavern to eat and drink and sleep as they awaited further orders, no scary authority figures were present.
"We have privacy to cuddle you adorable wuss." Hypotenuse reassured very fondly.
"They might come around the corner!" Tangent fretted.
"I'm only cuddling you, at worst they will just tell us to stop, they won't turn a registered breeding pair into servitors for being caught hugging, if they caught us they will just say 'save it for the fertilisation unit menials' or something along those lines." Hypotenuse soothed in a calming reassuring tone.
"We SHOULD save it for the fertilisation unit, I don't want to break the rules!" Tangent adorably fretted.
"We have been together for years, it's not evil for me to want to platonically cuddle my own long term girlfriend more than once a month." Hypotenuse justified his rule breaking.
"It's still against the rules." Tangent said in disapproval.
"I'm going to cuddle you again…"
"Don't you dare!"
"Not up for debate, you're getting cuddled." Hypotenuse said playfully.
Tangent squealed and ran away, but Hypotenuse was faster and caught her in another inescapable hug!
"Hypotenuse!" Tangent protested with a squeal.
"Mwahahaha! Cuddles!" Hypotenuse mischievously taunted her, not letting her go.
"Hypotenuse!" Tangent grumbled cutely.
"Mandatory cuddling, you can't escape." Hypotenuse teased playfully.
"You are a no good cuddle rapist, I don't consent." Tangent couldn't help playfully replying from his arms.
"A very serious crime." Hypotenuse replied playfully, still holding her arms trapped against her sides in his grip.
"You are making fun of me." Tangent adorably complained.
"Surely not." Hypotenuse replied affectionately, nuzzling his gas masked face against the top of her gas masked head.
Tangent secretly enjoyed this even as she complained the entire time, the cuddle felt lovely and she felt very comfortable.
The cuddle continued until Tangent finally relaxed with a sigh of contentment, she leaned back into the cuddle and half closed her eyes as her body was rocked from side to side in his arms.
Tangent turned around in the cuddle when Hypotenuse let her, wrapping her own arms softly around his body and pressing the side of her gas masked face against his chest as she was rocked from side to side. The stress seeped away as the cuddle extended, Tangent was a woman who deeply loved to be cuddled.
The pair stood cuddling each other intimately in the tunnel for long minutes, every ounce of stress and anxiety washed out of Tangent's body as she was cuddled by the man she loved, her entire highly strung body relaxed, her perpetually tight muscles relaxed gloriously with deeply satisfying pleasure, the world was a wonderful soothing safe comfortable place.
Hypotenuse made soothing sounds with his mouth as he cuddled Tangent and rocked her relaxed body, his gas masked face nuzzled her gas mask covered head lovingly, increasing her pleasure and relaxation. She felt so safe and secure in his muscular arms, as though nothing could hurt her or scare her now. To her severe anxiety this feeling was akin to heaven.
"I love you Tangent." Hypotenuse softly told her as they cuddled and nuzzled heads.
"I love you too Hypotenuse, so… so so much." Tangent breathed out in a soft whisper with her eyes closed intimately.
The pair kept cuddling romantically, Tangent was so relaxed that she could fall asleep if she wasn't out in a tunnel.
The cuddle ended organically, the two lovers holding their gas masked foreheads together intimately, their gloved fingers entwined holding hands romantically. Tangent sighed deeply, profoundly comfortable and in love.
They walked slowly together down the tunnel holding hands, wishing they could kiss each other. Tangent rested her head against his shoulder as they walked romantically.
They both knew this wouldn't last once they reached a more populated part of the mine, they walked slower and slower to prolong their time together. They paused completely at the threshold to a more populated gallery tunnel, they hugged each other again and just kept hugging until the sounds of footsteps made them hastily step apart.
It was just a servitor, but Tangent got anxious again and refused further hugging despite dearly wishing to.
"See you at the fertilisation unit Hypotenuse." Tangent said fondly but shyly, waving softly.
"See you sooner than that." Hypotenuse replied fondly.
Tangent shook her head in shy anxiety despite dearly wanting to see him again sooner, she shyly left and went home.
Later Tangent was lying in her left side second bunk dressed in the too big old sleeping shirt Hypotenuse had given her, hugging her pillow tightly as she looked out the window beside her bunk.
All the bunks had a window beside them in the wall, the windows all lacking curtains or other coverings. The windows were designed not for the menials inside to look out but for the Skitarii and others to see IN to see what the menials were doing, they very deliberately had little privacy to make it harder to do something illegal like having illegal children, (though mothers of illegal babies still managed to hide them for years in the few places in the hab unit out of view of the windows like the kitchen). This was one major reason behind sex segregating the menial hab unit districts, otherwise any men could just peep on the women undressing after work or naked from the shower.
Tangent liked to look out the window as she lay in bed, she was always worried that someone was looking in at her so she liked looking out to keep watch for unwelcome surprise observers like Skitarii or men.
Through the window she could see a demountable scaffolding walkway and another hab unit on the other side of the walkway. She could see in through the bunk windows of the other hab unit, seeing a pair of women in nighties sitting on the second bunk together playing some game with a deck of cards. Occasionally a woman in a rad suit would walk past up or down the walkway between the hab units. Tangent's hab unit had walkways on both sides and hab units on both sides, it was located right in the middle of several rows of hab units.
Wedged down the side of her thin mattress were pocket sized books about mathematics and other sanctioned subjects, as well as loose pens and little notebooks full of mathematic squiggles. Tangent liked maths, she found the order of mathematics very soothing, no anxiety provoking surprises in mathematics, it always did what it was supposed to do.
Most prized of all down the side of her mattress was a little sacred prayer box containing a pocket calculator that Tangent worshipped and prayed to, (she also did maths on the calculator). Machines were sacred in Tangent's religion and were worshipped for containing a small part of the divinity of the great machine god, even something as humble as a calculator contained part of the divine and must be honoured and worshipped.
Tangent didn't own her own data slate, work issued them during work hours but she couldn't take them home. They were expensive and few menials expended the considerable money to buy one. She also didn't own any sort of telephone or even a television or computer or radio, she would have to spend too much time praying to each of them if she owned them, she liked to own few machines in the interest of maximising her free time. Some menials owned a lot of tech but not Tangent and her roommates.
Tangent hugged her pillow a little tighter and reached down the side of her mattress, fishing out her prayer box and opening it to reverently take out a small scientific calculator.
Tangent rested the back of the calculator against the window and put her hands together in prayer as she lay in bed. She whispered the words of memorised ritual prayers and closed her eyes in deep and sincere worship, worshipping the calculator with deep faith.
Tangent felt deep religious and spiritual fulfilment as she worshipped the calculator with great reverence, her faith in the machine god was deeply sincere, she really and truly believed every word of her religion with childlike faith.
"The machine is my temple, each one a sacred shrine. I name each circuit blessed, and every screw divine." Tangent whispered in prayer to the calculator with deep religious devotion.
The calculator did not respond to this prayer and worship, but Tangent imagined that it understood her words and was pleased by them.
Tangent fished down the side of her mattress with her hand and pulled out a little pocket sized book of maths practice problems, opening a page at random and reading the first question:
Solve for x: 2x 22 = x 1
Tangent immediately rearranged the equation to: 2x - x = -22 1
She didn't even need the calculator to figure out that x = -21
That one was a bit too easy, she moved onto a question that would probably require a calculator:
The circle has a radius (R) of 5 meters, calculate the circumference (C).
Easy. Tangent memorised the formula that circumference of a circle C = 2PiR
Tangent used her sacred calculator and got a value of 31.415926536
Tangent paused to worship the calculator, thanking the sacred machine for using its holy logic to calculate the answer.
These were still very easy questions, she moved on to trigonometry and calculus questions and then quadratic equations, giving the holy calculator a good exercise in its sacred functions.
Mathematics itself was sacred on Ferrous Prime, it was seen as the language of machines and therefore it carried some of the divinity of the machine god and his glory. Tangent herself was named after a maths function, everyone on Ferrous Prime who had a name had a mathematics related name as a sign of piety and devotion to the machine god. It was considered extremely bad luck and ill omened to have a name that wasn't in some way directly related to mathematics.
Tangent basked in deep worship as she solved mathematical problems with the help of the sacred calculator, making her feel deeply close and connected to the perfection of the machine god. Every sum and calculation was an act of worship, every answer a prayer, she felt part of the divine as she used her mere humble flesh brain to comprehend flawless mathematics as though she were a machine herself.
She lost herself in the sublime perfection of her worship as her brain was ever more taxed by ever harder maths problems, her anxiety faded as her over powered brain was used to its full potential wrestling with enormous mathematical problems. She spoke prayers in rapture as mathematical majesty filled her entire mind.
The worship of the machine god was lovely. The religion of their Imperium allies was all about hate and fear, emotional and nasty. The religion of the Cult Mechanicus was all about perfection and knowledge and logic and order, perfection in mathematics and perfection in machinery. It was a deeply satisfying religion that allowed even lowly menials to feel some sense of tangible personal connection to their god in a way that the Imperium religion did not.
Tangent was enthralled in the deepest and most satisfying sense of spirituality as she solved maths problems with the help of the sacred calculator, she felt complete, she felt like part of something bigger than herself and something wonderful and perfect.
Tangent felt her long blonde hair being patted from behind, distracting her worship. Tangent turned her head to see Pi standing completely naked from the shower with her hair wrapped up in a towel, patting Tangent's hair fondly.
Pi was an impressive sight naked, her pale body was glorious, her hourglass figure was mouth watering, her boobs big and full and wobbly, with the big fat nipples and large areola of naturally big boobs. Tangent felt physically inadequate in comparison with her skinny body and smaller breasts.
"Your hair is so pretty." Pi said happily, touching Tangent's long hair softly.
Tangent smiled.
Pi removed the towel from her hair, releasing her own long blonde hair, rubbing it with the towel as she stood in the nude.
Tangent was very grateful that she was completely straight and heterosexual, a lesbian or bisexual woman would be getting hot and bothered right now watching the gorgeous naked Pi fresh from the shower in such close proximity, Pi was a very sexually attractive specimen. Out of the six roommates Cosine was the prettiest and flashiest but Pi had easily the most physical sex appeal body wise with her large breasts and broad hips and curvaceous bottom.
A soft tapping on a window on the other side of the hab unit drew both women's attention, a rad suited gas masked MAN was looking in at the naked Pi!
"Logarithm! Stop being such a perv!" Pi protested in fond irritation, covering her body with her towel.
"I want to breed you, you look so fine." Pi's boyfriend replied through the glass!
Tangent blushed, feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. This man shouldn't be here.
"You just bred me recently, stop being so greedy to breed me all the time Logarithm." Pi fondly protested with a smile.
"At least let me see you naked again." Logarithm pined.
Pi sighed and removed her towel, facing him naked as he ogled her body.
"This is embarrassing." Tangent complained, blushing as the completely naked Pi struck provocative poses for her boyfriend with an inviting smile!
Tangent hid her face behind her hands and squealed in protest as Pi spread her legs and showed Logarithm her vagina!
"Alright you breed crazy man, you have had your viewing pleasure. Now go before somebody catches you." Pi said to her boyfriend fondly, blowing him a kiss with her hand.
Logarithm was reluctant to leave so Pi covered herself with her towel to give him nothing to look at. Logarithm waved sadly and left, Pi smiling very fondly and looking romantic.
"This mandatory sex segregation outside the one day a month is agony sometimes. The Imperium women are so lucky getting to breed with their boyfriends every single day." Pi said sadly.
Tangent's cheeks blushed crimson at this scandalous statement!
"You mean to say that you WANTED him to come inside and do something to you?!" Tangent squawked in embarrassment.
"Well yeah, that's why I put on a show for him. I wish he could have come in and bred me." Pi quietly admitted!!!
Tangent hid her face behind her pillow, her face cheeks hot from blushing so much at these scandalous words.
"I was not going to let him in, I know it's illegal. I'm just saying that I WISH it was legal and that I could have invited him in to breed me." Pi reassured.
"In front of ME?!" Tangent squawked in dismay
"Well in my fantasy Logarithm and I would also have privacy." Pi explained naughtily.
"That is so sexually liberal to even fantasise about such illegal things!" Tangent said in dismay.
"You don't ever wish that you could spend more time with Hypotenuse?" Pi coaxed.
"Not in such ways! I mean I do but not being naked and hungry to breed! I would just like to cuddle him in bed and fall asleep in his arms." Tangent frantically defended herself.
"You don't like to breed with him?" Pi gently asked.
"I, this is embarrassing! I don't want to talk about my breeding life! I mean, I guess I sort of like it, but not in a bad way!" Tangent squealed with embarrassment.
"I'm not trying to embarrass you…"
"I know you're not, Pi, I just am not like you, boldly stripping naked at the window to let your boyfriend see you, I could never do something like that." Tangent made peace with a sigh.
"I didn't plan on doing it, it just happened in the moment, I was feeling playful and it was fun. I'm glad I did it, I feel closer to the man I love after doing that." Pi explained her actions gently.
"You are such a free spirit Pi, I can't imagine being as bold as you." Tangent said seriously.
Pi patted Tangent's hair fondly and leant down to kiss her forehead affectionately.
"You are adorable." Pi said, continuing to dry her hair with the towel, still completely naked.
"Get some clothes on you free spirit." Tangent complained fondly.
"I want to sleep naked and think about Logarithm." Pi said mischievously.
"Please don't masturbate, it's gross!" Tangent protested.
"I didn't say I was going to." Pi innocently defended.
"Our bunks are close together, I can hear it when you masturbate under the sheets. It's really gross." Tangent complained.
"I already masturbated in the shower." Pi teased!
"No no no tell me you didn't!" Tangent squealed.
"I didn't, that's why I want to do it in bed now." Pi teased!
"You are just trying to stir me up!" Tangent crossly accused.
"Of course." Pi giggled, kissing Tangent on the cheek and going to get dressed.
"You are adorable." Pi added.
"You are an annoying tease." Tangent replied grumpily.
Pi went and rolled on some deodorant in the kitchen/living/laundry/clothing multipurpose room.
The hab unit was literally a modified shipping container and was all one room apart from the single shower cubicle, the single toilet cubicle and the single airlock chamber. From end to end it went airlock, then a central walkway between the pair of 3 bunk bunk beds to each side, then a multipurpose space that acted as the kitchen, the laundry, the storage area, the living room and a place to dress and undress and brush your teeth and put on deodorant among other functions. Finally at the far end was a tiny shower cubicle, and a slightly larger toilet cubicle with just enough space for a tiny sink and mirror and toilet paper storage.
Pi was currently using one of the shared sticks of roll on deodorant that all six roommates used, smearing her freshly shaven armpits with an odourless chemical that killed the bacteria responsible for armpit odour. Pi put the plastic lid back on the ball bulb of the deodorant stick and put the stick away in a space efficient wall cupboard.
Pi still didn't get dressed, putting her wet towel in the washer/dryer machine and then standing naked in the kitchen brushing her long slightly damp hair with a hairbrush.
"Why are you still naked?" Tangent complained.
"I'm hot after the shower." Pi explained.
"Don't have such hot showers." Tangent lectured Pi.
"The soap doesn't work as efficiently with cold showers, the soap gets all sticky on my skin and doesn't rinse off as easily." Pi explained.
"I didn't say have ice cold showers, just not so hot that you need to be naked afterwards to cool down." Tangent adorably squabbled.
"I enjoy hot showers. It's not illegal for me to cool down naked in my own home after enjoying a nice hot shower." Pi defended with a playful grin.
"But I have to see your bare boobs!" Tangent complained.
"My eyes are up here, stop looking at my boobs. I'm not forcing you to look at them." Pi teased playfully.
"It's hard not to look when they are so big." Tangent replied, poking out her tongue jokingly.
"You could still look out the window or something." Pi pointed out.
"At least put on panties." Tangent requested.
"I don't want to…"
"Pi!" Tangent complained adorably.
Pi giggled, obviously just stirring Tangent up for her own amusement.
"What about these panties?" Pi suggested, holding up a crotchless G string playfully!
"Ew Pi no! Stop being so vulgar!" Tangent squealed.
"Well if that's the way you're going to react then I will just stay in the nude." Pi playfully baited Tangent with a laughing grin.
Tangent knew that Pi was just doing this as a game but Tangent just couldn't resist taking the bait and complaining.
The airlock chamber made the clanking noise of the outside door opening and closing, followed by the air fan roar of a rad scrubbing cycle. There was a brief delay of a woman stripping out of her rad suit and gas mask, then the inside airlock door opened inwards into the air lock chamber, revealing their roommate Exponent covered in sweat and wearing only sweat dampened white bra and panties and socks.
"By cog it's hot in those rad suits!" Exponent complained in place of greeting, running her fingers through her extremely sweaty short blonde hair.
"Hi Exponent." Tangent greeted her.
"Hi Tangent, hi Pi. I'm boiling hot." Exponent said, immediately unhooking and removing her sweat soaked bra and dropping it on the floor with a wet sounding "splat" noise.
Exponent peeled down her sweat sodden panties and pulled off her soaking wet socks, her entire body beaded and glistening with heavy amounts of sweat.
"So hot!" Exponent groaned, holding up her arms and standing naked to air cool by evaporating her gross sweat in the air of the hab unit!
"Exponent! I don't want to breathe in your sweat!" Tangent squealed in protest.
"I'll rad scrub the room." Exponent said, going to the panel of buttons next to the airlock and engaging an emergency rad scrubbing cycle of the entire room!
Tangent squealed as fan forced filtered air blasted through the room with a loud roar, blowing away her maths book to the floor in the huge gust of air!
Exponent groaned orgasmically in the blasts of air, her sweat evaporating away rapidly in the roaring air current.
The rad scrubbing cycle ended with silence, Tangent got out of bed and searched for her maths book, finding it laying open on Exponent's soggy bra cup!
"You got your bra sweat on my maths book! Ew!" Tangent protested, squeamishly picking it up by a corner.
"I'm sorry Tangent, I will buy you a new maths book." Exponent apologised.
Tangent accepted this apology glumly, looking sadly at her beloved maths book sullied with sweat. Tangent went to the kitchen and carefully stood the book up open on its bottom on the tabletop to dry.
Pi was still naked and gave Tangent a naked cuddle from behind just to playfully annoy her.
Tangent turned in the cuddle and poked Pi in the tummy side, making her giggle ticklishly and flinch off Tangent. Tangent poked out her tongue playfully in victory.
"Don't tickle me." Pi complained cutely.
"Don't pounce on me in the nude." Tangent retorted.
Pi pounced on Tangent again and trapped her in a hug, holding Tangent's hands so she couldn't tickle Pi.
Tangent grumpily tried to reach her hands about to tickle Pi but she couldn't use her hands. Pi instead used a free thumb to probe into the side of Tangent's belly to give her a taste of her own medicine!
Tangent squealed with ticklish laughter, bucking and squirming to escape Pi's thumb tip!
Pi stopped tickling Tangent after maybe five seconds but kept playfully cuddling her affectionately from behind in her inescapable grip.
"You are so cute." Pi said fondly, kissing Tangent's cheek from behind and letting go of her.
Tangent cutely "humphed" at this and got a cup of water to drink at the kitchen sink.
Exponent was standing between the bunk beds with her arms raised to rest her hands on each top bunk to air out her hot sweaty armpits, completely naked. She had deodorant on and didn't smell but it was still gross.
Exponent had short blonde hair cut in a very pretty feminine style, with a slender body that suited short hair. She was a young adult in her physical early twenties like all the roommates, not quite as slender as Tangent but still a skinny twig. She was the least pretty of the roommates in face, but still prettier than plain, and she was consistently the least traditionally feminine of the roommates.
Exponent's bare sweaty armpits were slightly dark with long blonde bristles, as were her legs. Most disconcerting of all was her sweat soaked brown bristly pubic mound that was in dire need of a shave! Exponent only really shaved grudgingly as a highly resented chore, her boyfriend even affectionately called her "bristly" as a private nickname from the times when she had not even bothered shaving for the fertilisation unit!
"Go have a cold shower and stop airing your pits next to my bed!" Tangent complained.
"And have a shave while you are at it." Pi added cheekily.
"Are the bristles that bad again?" Exponent asked Pi seriously, examining her sweaty armpit with a fingertip in a way that was gross.
"I shave my entire body in the shower twice a day." Pi informed Exponent.
"Me too." Tangent added.
"It takes such a long time and it hurts." Exponent defended her own lack of grooming.
"It only takes ages and hurts because you shave it when it's long. If you shaved morning and night then the razor slides effortlessly over the skin taking off the tiniest tips of the hair, it doesn't hurt and it's really fast." Pi pointed out.
"I guess I will shave." Exponent said unenthusiastically.
The sweaty bristly naked woman squeezed past Tangent, getting sweat on her clean sleeping shirt, getting in the shower. There was a hissing liquid sound but it wasn't the shower spray!
"Ew gross! Don't pee in the shower Exponent!" Tangent squealed.
"It all goes to the same treatment plant and the shower water washes it clean off the floor." Exponent defended herself, starting the shower spray.
"You are so gross! Why don't you just come out of the closet already you lesbian!" Tangent scolded Exponent.
"For the 1 millionth time I'm not a lesbian, I'm heterosexual." Exponent complained.
"You certainly don't act like it." Tangent countered.
"I'm just not traditionally feminine." Exponent defended.
"It's like living with a man!" Tangent protested.
"I'm shaving my armpits right now." Exponent insisted.
"It's not just the shaving, it's the wet underwear left lying on the floor, it's airing out your sweaty armpits next to my bunk. It's all really gross." Tangent complained.
"I will pick up my underwear later." Exponent replied.
"But it's all wet with sweat and it will smell if you leave it there." Tangent complained.
The shower opened with a cool spray of water, Exponent walked out naked leaving a trail of wet footprints to pointedly pick up her gross sweaty underwear and socks and put them in the washer/dryer. She then returned to the shower.
"Thank you!" Tangent said loudly.
Pi was now sitting completely naked in a chair adding a carefully measured amount of water to a bowl containing a standard ration amount of dehydrated nutrient paste powder. Pi used her spoon to mix the water into the powder, forming a thick paste in the bowl.
"Why are you still naked?!" Tangent roused on Pi.
"I told you I'm hot." Pi said reasonably.
"It's stinking hot today." Exponent added from the shower.
"It's ALWAYS hot! We live kilometres under the ground, of COURSE it's warm down here. But that's no reason to be naked having dinner." Tangent grumbled.
"I don't have your same surface area to volume ratio Tangent, it's harder to cool down with the added volume of these big milkers." Pi said facetiously, jiggling her breasts for emphasis.
"You will excite the lesbian if you keep doing that." Tangent complained.
"Not a lesbian." Exponent corrected from the shower.
"Just come out of the closet already Exponent." Tangent bickered.
"I'm not in the closet, I like dicks." Exponent defended herself.
"Ew gross! Don't talk about that!" Tangent squealed.
"I'm beginning to think that YOU are the lesbian Tangent." Pi teased.
"Ew no I'm not!" Tangent squealed.
"I think so too." Exponent said from the shower.
"I'm not!"
"I don't know, I have never heard you say that you like dicks." Pi playfully accused.
"I'm not!"
"Admit that you like dicks then." Pi taunted.
"I do, I like dicks!" Tangent squealed in embarrassment.
"Wow, what a thirsty slut!" Pi said immediately!
"Pi!"
"What's Hypotenuse's dick like?" Pi pressed.
"I'm not telling you!" Tangent squealed.
"I bet it's really big." Exponent piled on teasing Tangent.

Tangent crossly returned to her bunk and hugged her pillow grumpily, looking out the window crossly.
"You are so adorable. Tangent don't pout like that, it's too cute." Pi called to her.
"You are being mean to me." Tangent replied crossly, still looking out the window.
Tangent crossly prayed to her calculator for a while, ignoring further baiting.
Tangent was just calming down a bit when Sine arrived home, roaring the air lock and stepping out into the hab unit completely naked!
"Why are you naked?!" Tangent exploded, her head turned to look at Sine.
"I didn't wear any underwear today." Sine said innocently!
"Why not?!" Tangent exploded.
"Because, well ok I DID have them on when I left but then I sort of… Lost them…" Sine said, blushing guiltily.
Pi wolf whistled in delight?!
"What do you mean you LOST THEM!?!" Tangent squawked.
"Well, my boyfriend worked with me today and… I lost my underwear and my socks…" Sine admitted, blushing naughtily.
Tangent blushed scarlet with embarrassment as understanding filled her!
Pi jogged over naked to high five Sine in delight, the side of Tangent's face twitching involuntarily.
"Out in the pollution like a peddlitute?!" Tangent exclaimed.
"We kept our gas masks on…" Sine shyly defended!
Tangent got out of bed to examine Sine's naked skin. Sine's perky young body was covered all over with grey dust and dusty hand prints on her breasts and back and the sides of her hips! She had very obviously had sex today somewhere dusty, only her head and neck and long blonde hair remained clean!
"I need a shower." Sine said shyly, her pretty face blushing.

"If you shaved twice a day like the rest of us then it WOULDN'T get clogged up at all!" Tangent scolded.
"I'm sorry Exponent but I can't wait. I need to get this pollution off my skin, it's stinging my skin. I'm coming in the shower with you." Sine apologised, walking to the shower door leaving a trail of filthy footprints behind her and opening the door and pushing her way inside the shower.
"Yuck you got your boyfriend's semen on my foot! Why didn't you clean yourself out in the sink at the toilet at work?!" Exponent protested in disgust.
"We didn't do it during our work hours, we did it afterwards, in a back tunnel where we had privacy…" Sine shyly admitted.
"So he just came in you 10 minutes ago?" Pi asked curiously.
"Five minutes ago…" Sine softly corrected.
"How did you lose your underwear?" Pi asked.
"I didn't exactly lose it, I know where it is. It's just ruined from dust, it will never wash out." Sine explained.
"If you got caught we could ALL get in trouble for knowing this and not reporting it!" Tangent fretted anxiously.
"I'm not ovulating yet, I just had my period a few days ago. I won't get pregnant and no one will know." Sine promised.
"It was still really stupid! You ran a terrible risk when you could have just waited until the fertilisation unit!" Tangent roused on her.
"I know it was stupid, it just happened." Sine replied from the shower.
"Did your clothes suddenly fall off and he accidentally fell penis first inside you?" Tangent asked acidly.
"No…"
"Then it didn't 'just happen', you did it on purpose." Tangent pointed out.
"I was horny. I was with him the entire shift and he was getting cute with me the whole day. I got horny and we fucked, it happens." Sine defended.

"Thank you." Sine said quietly from the shower.
"By cog that's a lot of hair stuck in the drain grate Exponent, I keep stepping in it." Sine changed the subject.
"Ew!" Tangent groaned.
Tangent decided that she might as well have dinner now. She got a single ration plastic scooper full of dry nutrient paste powder from the communal powder can and tapped it out into a bowl, she added a carefully calculated measuring cup of water and stirred the concoction to a paste with her spoon. She then went to sit at the table…
"Why are you STILL naked Pi?" Tangent complained, Pi was sitting naked eating the last of her nutrient paste with a grimace of disgust at the taste.
"Why are you NOT naked Tangent? Everyone else is." Pi rebutted.
"Why would I be naked?"
"Peer pressure?" Pi suggested playfully.
"I'm about to dress you myself Pi." Tangent warned.
"Are you really going to wrestle a naked woman like some sort of… Lesbian?" Pi asked.

"Why don't you just come out of the closet already?"

"For the millionth time I'm not a lesbian." Exponent complained.
"You could have fooled me with all this drain hair." Sine remarked.

"I'm not even finished shaving yet, my legs are long." Exponent complained.
"Can someone please pass me a new razor? I need to shave and exponent will be forever." Sine requested.
The stark naked Pi got up from the table and bent over to rummage in a floor cupboard, giving Tangent an unwanted view of her bare bottom including the hole!
"At least put some panties on Pi, I can see EVERYTHING!" Tangent protested.
Pi ignored Tangent and found a new razor, opening the shower door to hand it to Sine.
The airlock roared and Tangent turned around to see the gorgeous black haired Cosine wearing a scandalously revealing bra and T front panties!
"Why is everyone naked today?" Tangent complained.
"I'm not naked." Cosine protested her innocence.
"You might as well be, that T front string isn't covering everything." Tangent elaborated acidly.
Cosine looked down at her crotch curiously, rearranging the skimpy string with no noticeable improvement.
"I just want to not have to see another vagina, another bare bottom and another pair of bare breasts tonight if that's not too much to ask for." Tangent complained.
"It is a little bit too much to ask for." Pi said from the sink as she washed up her dirty bowl and spoon after dinner, Pi still completely and utterly starkers.

"Well go move in with the boys then." Pi advised!
"Just put some clothes on!"

Tangent looked away and focused on eating her disgusting bitter nutrient paste.
"I think I'll go to bed… In the nude." Pi said playfully.
"I'm not listening anymore." Tangent grumbled adorably.
Cosine sat down with Tangent at the table, mixing her own bowl of nutrient paste. Cosine was technically speaking fully clothed, but the word "technically" was doing an awful lot of heavy lifting in that statement. Tangent could see both of Cosine's nipples just poking out the top of her exceedingly skimpy bra!
Tangent buried her face in her hands, so sick of her disgusting roommates.
The airlock roared again and the last roommate Integer walked in wearing a white bra and panties and socks, looking sweaty but completely appropriate in modesty and attire. The mine was deep underground and uncomfortably warm to wear a thick rad suit in, even Tangent herself couldn't stand anything more than underwear under her rad suit for an entire shift.
"Hello everyone." Integer greeted the room as she entered.
The other roommates greeted Integer in turn with calls of "hello" or "hi".
Integer entered the kitchen area, inquiring about whether the shower was free.
"Two already in here." Sine called apologetically.

Tangent was so pleased to see a roommate who wasn't naked or disgusting that she hugged Integer in relief.
"Oh, hi Tangent." Integer said as Tangent hugged her.
"Thank you for being the one person here who is modest and not gross." Tangent praised Integer.
"What are you talking about?" Integer asked in confusion.
"Pi refuses to put clothes on, Exponent is gross, Sine is just don't even ask what sine did, and Cosine is dressed like… That." Tangent said, pointing at what Cosine was wearing.
"Wait, what did Sine do?" Integer asked curiously.
"She had sex with her boyfriend in a tunnel and lost her underwear." Pi explained.
"Wait what? I didn't hear about that!" Cosine cut in.
"In a tunnel?!" Integer exclaimed.
"Don't tell everyone!" Sine complained from the shower.
"Details?" Cosine pressed.
"I'm trying to have a shower here." Sine complained.
Pi whispered in the ears of both Cosine and Integer, who both put a hand to their mouth in shock at what they were hearing.
"That's really gross Sine!" Cosine of all people scolded her.
"I know it's gross, that's why I am having a really long shower right now." Sine defended.
"You should repent to the machine god." Tangent said seriously.
"I will tonight." Sine promised penitently.
"Good." Tangent nodded in satisfaction.
"We will all pray with you." Pi reassured.
"Not unless you PUT SOME CLOTHES ON!" Tangent snapped.
A little bit later Pi had put on a single SOCK just to tease Tangent by saying "I'm wearing something now". The other roommates were all showered and currently huddled around the penitent looking nightie clad Sine in the kitchen who had her head lowered in prayer to the caffeine water machine.
The five roommates laid their hands on Sine's shoulders and they softly prayed to the machine god to forgive her:
"Thus do we invoke the Machine God. Thus do we make whole that which was sundered."
Sine put her hands together in prayer to the caffeine water machine, head hung low in penance.

"Make whole that which was sundered. Reconsecrate this flesh cog in the great machine which is this forge world." The other five prayed over Sine.
"01000001 01101101 01100101 01101110." All six women prayed in unison, ending the prayer.
The caffeine water machine didn't react in any way, but the roommates all agreed that it seemed satisfied with the prayer and had forgiven Sine for her weakness of the flesh.
Tangent nodded in approval.
Pi then cuddled Tangent naked from behind, making Tangent groan with exasperation.
"PUT SOME CLOTHES ON PI!"
"I'll go put on the other sock and go to bed." Pi said playfully, kissing Tangent's cheek!
