All I want to do Chapter 5
Charles kept busy working on his stuff for Beckman. She kept an eye on him popping in regularly which made it harder for him to head to Ala's to meet Sarah. Meanwhile, Sarah was busy as well with gun training and tactical. She got word that the next two weekends were leading up to the big final test. The three managed to have a little down time, finally, that allowed them to see each other, which they used to get caught up. Knowing that they were coming to an end with a future they knew nothing about. Where would they go? Would they ever work together and what missions they would be put on and many other questions.
Charles looked up seeing Casey at the door. He walked in and sat down. Charles grabbed the bottle of Jack. "So where are you?"
"Well, you don't wait to rip the bandage off, do you?"
"You know it." Charles gave him his notes. Casey scanned the notes. "So, what's your timeline."
"At least within the next few weeks, then by the end of the month we go in."
"And your team?"
Charles looked up. "Still working on that. There are not many agents that I can trust with this."
"Let me take a look and see what I can do."
They sat and finished their drinks. "I'm away this weekend, gun training at Langley." Charles looked up. "How do the new recruits look?"
"Lots of potential; I had to divide the group into two, so group one goes this weekend and the second one goes the following."
Charles looked up. 'Maybe this weekend he could do something special for Sarah.' Casey went to the door. "Hey, hang on I'll come with you. I need to take a break anyways."
Charles walked with Casey as far as he could before he slipped into the General's offices. He did not want to see or talk to Beckman. So, he slipped down the ramp towards Casey's office instead. He needed to see that list if his plan was going to work. He slipped into his office and was stopped by his secretary. Charles wasn't sure why he had a secretary when he was a different kind of Major. He wasn't one of those paper pusher type Majors. He was in your face, kicking dirt and kicking ass type of Major. "Good afternoon, Agent Carmichael."
"Afternoon Carol."
"The Major is out."
"Yeah, I know I just talked to him. I was wondering if I could see the list of the recruits going out this weekend."
She looked at him like why? Charles put on his charm and smouldering looks. "I need to assess a few; they are part of my team."
"You have a mission?"
"Yeah." As he put his finger to his lips.
"Oh, top secret?"
"Very top secret."
"And these recruits will be on your team?"
Charles nodded.
"Anything for you." Carol brought up the list up on the screen. Charles slipped in behind her and looked. He saw the list for this weekend and quickly scrolled the list seeing Sarah's name, Miller, Rizzo. Then he looked at the following weekend. "Can you switch Walker with Abrahamson. There would be too much competition with these three at the same time."
Charles had no idea what he was doing, and who was who. He watched as Carol switched Sarah's name with Abrahamson. "Does that work?"
"Most definitely. That gives me…." Charles randomly looking at the names only recognizing a few. "That gives me Miller and Rizzo to watch this weekend and next weekend, Walker and this… Charles looking at the names. "This recruit Amy …."
Carol saved the file as Charles gave her a kiss on the cheek. Charles slipped back around and headed to the door. "Do I let the Major know?"
"No, he already knows."
Charles left the office clapping his hands feeling pretty good. Now he had to figure out what else he could do now that he had the whole weekend till noon on Monday. He grabbed his things and went home.
Thursday
The recruits nervously waited for the list to be posted. They had just finished their run and learned a few more tactical moves. Casey walked up to the board pinning the list to the board. He looked at the list then paused slightly, staring at the two groups then turned around. "Recruits."
The room quieted down. "I just posted the list. There are two groups, one for this weekend and the other for next weekend. Once you find out when you go, you will leave campus Friday afternoon and will return Monday at noon. This time you will go through a rigorous intense training to prepare you for the outside world. Mock training you name it. Please see your packet for further instructions. All the best." Casey walked away as the recruits waited for Mitchel to dismiss the class. When they heard those words, they approached the list quickly. Sarah stayed back knowing that either Carina or Zondra would fill her in. Carina came back and crouched down. "You're not with us. Zondra and I leave this weekend and you go next weekend." They were kind of bummed but Sarah saw it as a way to focus on the other areas and not have her friends be a deterrent. Sarah looked up. "That's okay, I have enough to do here. And the cool part is that you can tell me what to expect when you come back."
Sarah assumed that Charles would be gone with the Major for the weekend which was okay but she would have minded the distraction, his distractions.
Friday
Charles gathered his jacket and a small bag and tossed it into his car. He placed his order for groceries to be delivered on Saturday. He drove to the flower shop and looked around, finally settling on a bouquet of gardenias. He also saw a cute bear that he thought would remind her of him. He paid for the items then drove to the wine store to purchase some wine. His final stop was to order some pizza. He figured pizza would be the best bet.
Sarah sat on the edge of the couch watching Zondra and Carina pack and get ready. "You should be coming with us." Carina tossing a bag. "Girl you're only going to be gone till Monday and I don't think that three bags are needed." Carina crouched down and pulled out some of her clothes. "A black dress, really?"
"Okay, I won't take it." Zondra grabbed her duffle bag and headed to the door. "Walker don't do anything I wouldn't do." Carina hugged Sarah. "Be safe you too." "We will." Sarah waved, watching the two head down the street and around the corner heading back to the quad. Sarah closed the door and collapsed on the couch. For the first time in a long time, it was quiet. She laid there staring at the ceiling when she closed her eyes.
Sarah heard a faint knock and looked at the clock. It didn't seem like it had been that long since she laid down. She got up thinking that it was one of the girls. She opened the door "What did you forget now?" Sarah looked up seeing Charles standing there with a bouquet of flowers, a stuff bear, wine, and pizza. "I hope that I didn't forget anything. Cause I don't have anymore hands." Sarah smiled then grabbed the wine and the flowers from him. He stepped in. "Is it okay that I come in?"
She put the items down grabbing the others from him, coming in for a kiss. "Most definitely." Their kiss was urgent and long overdue. He closed the front door with his foot as he was pushed back against the door. She kissed him with a full embrace, then leaned back. "What are you doing here?"
"Surprised?"
"I am."
"Good, cause the other day you were upset and I felt helpless that I couldn't really promise you anything but that I was okay with how things were. Then I got to thinking which led to me standing here."
"How did this happen? I was supposed to go this weekend unless."
Charles looked up. "What did you do Charles?"
He smiled. Then walked into the room. "No biggie."
"Charles."
"Okay. I switched your name on the list. I wanted to do something special for you." She grabbed his face and kissed him. "That, was so sweet."
He held her close looking around. Sarah didn't want to break their embrace.
"Tour or pizza?"
"Pizza, then tour." Charles smiled. Charles grabbed the box and the bear while Sarah grabbed the wine and flowers. She unpacked them and placed them in a jar. She leaned into them taking in the beautiful scent. "How did you know that gardenias were my favourite?" He looked at her.
"I stood there thinking what kind of flowers would Ms. Walker like. Too strong willed for carnations and roses are way too predictable but would like them once in a while. So, gardenias, a little bit like roses with a twist a carnation."
She looked at him. "I don't know it wasn't on your file."
"My file has that on it."
Charles laughed. "No. I know nothing about flowers, I just thought that they looked nice."
"Well lucky choice."
Charles grabbed the wine as Sarah grabbed some wine glasses from the cupboard. Walking back, she saw the bear. "And this?"
"Oh this, something to remind you of me, maybe call him schnookie."
"We'll see."
She held it close to her in a hugging manner. Charles poured the wine. She looked at the bottle. It was the same wine that they had in Athens. She pointed to the bottle and he smiled. They sat at the table enjoying their pizza and wine.
Charles helped Sarah with clean up as he tossed his coat from the chair to the chair by the door. "I guess the tour." Sarah standing facing him with her hand near her lips looking at him. Charles looked at her. "Can't wait to see your place." They started walking. "Living room, kitchen and dining room."
"Yes, familiar with that."
"Pantry, towel closet."
They walked a few steps. "This is Zondra's room." Charles took a peek. "Very organized." Stepping back.
"She's that type of person, everything has to be so."
They turned to the other side of the hallway. "Bathroom." Charles taking a peek. "Nice size."
"It is." Switching back to the other side of the hall. "This is Carina's."
Poking his head in. "Is there a bed in there?"
"She has lots of clothes."
"Wow!"
Sarah walked to the end of the hall. Charles kept his eyes on her. "Your room?"
"Yeah."
They nervously stared at each other as she opened the door and walked in. Charles looked around. There was a bed, closet, nightstand, and a small chair in the corner. "Smaller than the other rooms."
He looked at her as she nervously stood by the door. "It is, I was late to arrive that day, got stuck in traffic coming from the airport."
Charles walked over to her. "You came from the airport?"
"Yeah." Charles sat down on the chair as she sat on the edge of the bed facing him. "I lost track of time after you left and when Nico came to the door, I asked him what day it was. He told me and I freaked out cause I had to get back here. Then he told me that you had made arrangements for me to get back to the airport." Charles hung his head low. "So, you thought of everything." Her voice was quiet. Charles finally looked at her. As she continued. "I got on the flight and sat back feeling numb."
"Me too."
"It was a wonderful experience but you weren't there, then like something out of a novel, there you were. Like it was meant to be."
"Well not my finest moment, I could have treated you better. Acknowledged you differently."
Sarah reached for his hand. He stood up and she stood up. "It worked out just fine. You're here and I am here."
"And this is a wonderful surprise." Sarah slid her hands up his forearms, over his rolled-up cuff of his sleeves. Resting them around his neck. Charles slid his arms around her waist bringing her close. They stood for along time just enjoying another moment that aligned and worked out for them. Chuck kissed her cheek as he broke their embrace. Sarah opened her eyes and looked at him. His next few words that he chose to speak just added to the many things she deeply like about him, surprising her deeply. "I am yours all weekend."
She looked up. "All weekend, but don't you have to go to Langley?" Charles shook his head. "I'm not needed at this time in the process."
"Their loss, but oh so much gain for us."
Charles made his eyebrows dance swooping her up in a passionate kiss. So much her feet left the ground. It was like their first time all over again. He walked slowly to the bed laying her down. She fell into her mattress, even further when he laid over her. He caressed her face. "I want to make your dreams come true." She looked at him. "Then don't let me forget." He kissed her softly then the urgency, kicked in. He leaned back on his knees struggling with his shirt. Sarah sat up and ripped the last button taking his shirt off him. "Ok then."
He took advantage of her sitting up pulling her shirt up and over her head. He laid her back down and somehow was able to flick her bra off. They rolled back and forth eventually just making out in their underwear. They weren't in a rush this time. It was like time stood still for them. Charles covered every part of her making her moan and smile at the same time. Her touches made him catch his breath several times.
They slipped under the covers and memories of their first time came to mind for both of them. Sarah basked in his love making and what he did with his hands. She was lost in the moment and how long they had made love, she didn't think of what was transpiring when he slowed down. He nestled himself in her neck which she took it, as him being close. But when she said 'Charles' in a passionate moan. He whispered back to her. "Call me Chuck. It's Chuck." She whispered 'Chuck.' And at that moment he took her past the brink of anything she had experienced before, even after their first time.
They rolled onto their backs but Sarah quickly settled with her head on his chest. He kissed the top of her head listening to his heartbeat very fast but as they rested, she was almost laud to sleep but ended up giving him a kiss. "Chuck." His eyes were close but he smiled. "Say it again, say my name."
"Chuck." He started to giggle. "Why Chuck?" He sat up slightly as Sarah looked up at him. "Chuck is my name. Only family and people I care about call me Chuck."
Sarah felt special hearing that. "My given name is Charles Irving Bartowski. My agent name is Charles Carmichael. Everyone here knows me by my agent name. Just like you? Jenny?"
Sarah dragged her fingers over his chest hairs. "Jenny is my given name and Sarah is my middle name. I figured with my past people would find out that I was Jack Burton's daughter. I changed it to Walker after I graduated high school. Walker is my mom's maiden name."
"So, you're actually Jenny Burton."
"I am."
She was waiting for him to inquire more but he slid down and rolled her onto her back and deeply looked into her eyes, with all that he had for her. Was it love? If it was it was close to it. He smiled then spoke. "Well, it's nice to meet you Jenny Burton aka Jenny Sarah Walker. My Sarah." She caressed his face. "Nice to meet you, my Chuck Bart."
"It takes a little practice. Bar-tow-ski." Her voice speaking his name made his heart swell. He lowered her back and kissed her softly. In minutes they started all over again.
Sarah heard her phone but didn't see it till she grabbed her jeans off the floor. She broke her hold not wanting to wake him. He deserved his rest. She grabbed it and put it on silent. It was a text from Carina. And a pic of the two of them in their gear. With the 'words wish you were here.' Sarah smiled then texted back. 'Just sitting here reading. Heading to bed soon. Have fun.'
She put her phone on the night table then slid in behind him kissing his shoulder. He was perfect. This was perfect. She slid her arm through his. He laid his arm over hers. "You hungry?"
Chuck mumbled. "What time is it?" Sarah looked over his shoulder. "About seven." They had been in her bed for almost four hours and it felt wonderful. Chuck rolled onto his back. "There should be some pizza left and maybe some wine." She kissed his nose and got up grabbing his shirt. "You know you owe me a button." She laughed as she slipped it on. Chuck got up. "No, you stay here, I'll be right back."
Chuck propped up his pillow and grabbed another one. He could hear her in the kitchen. Chuck grabbed his phone checking on his order. A few minutes later she came back then left again making another trip with her arms full of items.
Sarah hid her face as Chuck stared at her. She knew she screamed his name. And this time he reacted. "It's something different. But I like it, Chuck."
"What we just did or you saying my name?"
"Both." Sheepishly laughing. "Well, it is my name."
"I know but since you told me your real name, this might sound weird but this, what we have done feels different. Feels more committed."
Chuck rests his head on his pillow. "More intimate?"
"Yeah, is that weird?"
"No why?"
"When I met you, there was a connection there. You weren't like those other guys that only saw me as that girl, and not what was on the inside. What you see now has only been like this since high school. I was a nerdy looking girl with braces and my hair was a dark blonde. I kept my appearance very plain just in case we had to run. It ended up being the easiest for me cause, I didn't have to care about what I looked like. When we were in the run so to speak. I learned to blend in. Then when my dad was arrested my mom actually took my hand and almost gave me permission to live. She didn't scold me but made me feel worthy. She asked me what I wanted. I told her that I wanted a change. That is when I told her what happened, all of it. We didn't have the best relationship but it was the beginning of repairing what was broken. We spent the weekend getting our hair done, nails and a new wardrobe. I found a job at a wienerlicious and worked there for a few months then found another job at an Orange Orange place."
"And you don't like yogurt."
"And I don't like yogurt."
"So, when I came to Santorini I went back to blending into the crowd and throughout the crowd you saw me. When I sat down and looked back at the bar. I could not see the bar with all the people. So honestly, I don't know how you saw me. But you did and that was that connection I think we had. Then you didn't assume that I would be that girl. And I knew you weren't that guy but I took the risk. And you know how it worked out."
"I do. We are not a normal couple especially in what we do and what you're going to be doing. But we have made it work. Not ideal at times but we managed to see each other. All I want to do is to make you happy, make you feel safe, cared for. And if ever you feel overwhelmed, please let me know. I have a habit of falling deep, hard and fast."
Sarah grabbed his face. "Come here." Chuck slid his arms around her warm body, kissing her softly.
Chuck got up this time to make brunch. Grabbing the groceries that arrived. They had missed breakfast entirely. Sarah came out and sat in the dining room facing the counter. She looked forward to what he was going to make. While things cooked, he emptied the groceries and placed the items away in the fridge. "And what do I say when the girls come home and see a fridge full of groceries." Chuck looked at her. "Tell them it was a raffle that was given to new recruits and your house won. Or you can say you went out and bought groceries. Which is easier to believe."
"Did you just spy me?"
"Spy you?" As he came around with some strawberries. "Yeah, every once in awhile you toss these sayings at me. Whether you're aware or not. And I'm not sure if anyone else picks up on them like I do."
He tossed a strawberry into her mouth then kissed her. "I don't mean too."
"No, it's sweet. Don't stop."
"For you anything." Popping another strawberry into his mouth. "So how is training going?"
Grabbing another strawberry. "Gun training is awesome, tactical despite the slip up might be a close second."
"Your learning."
"I know."
"How about the other stuff?"
"The other stuff? Oh, the other stuff. Well, I took in a session on lock picking and I think that I will get my helicopter or even pilot licence."
"Why not, cause you don't know what mission you could be on and knowing as much as you can help. The other stuff, names, and numbers. The Major gave me some suggestions."
"Well, he's the best."
"You two seem to have a good relationship."
"We do, been through a lot together."
Sarah noticed that he went quiet way too quiet. She got up and walked into the kitchen. "Is there anything that I can do."
Chuck looked at her. "Give me a kiss." Sarah gave him a kiss then took their plates to the table. Chuck brought the fruit and the coffee and they sat down.
Late Saturday afternoon
They laid together under a blanket on the couch listening to the sounds outside. Lazily playing with their fingers and kissing softly. Making sure that they met their quota. Chuck settled on his back as Sarah slid along her side resting her head on his chest. He had grabbed his bag after brunch cause he needed a shirt. Cause she was still wearing his shirt.
They settled on a movie that was on tv because Chuck didn't think to bring his laptop. It might have been Spies Like us or some Mission impossible movie. They weren't sure as Sarah got up and walked them back to her room. The tv softly glowed in the living room giving the house an ambience of light. Sarah made him sit down on the bed as she pulled his shirt off of him. She ran her hands over his bare chest enjoying the looks he was giving her. She slowly unbuttoned her well his shirt then tossed it being her. Chuck watched as she took the reigns. He enjoyed watching everything about her, everything she did and how she did it. He held her close sitting up just enough to embrace her as they were coming to an end. Chuck didn't move allowing Sarah to catch her breath. He just held her close. He looked at her. Was this love? He wasn't sure. He never had this with the others. Sarah was different. Oh, so much different.
Sunday
Chuck slipped into the bathroom to shower but like a magnet she was there. It was a lot roomier than the gyms shower but the gyms shower wasn't meant for what they did in it. Chuck lathered his hands with soap and caressed her body covering it with suds. Running his hands through her hair and sliding his hands down her naked back.
Sarah turned Chuck around washing his back and grabbing his back side more than once and when she pressed her fingers into his lower back. She heard him. At first, she just thought it was a quick reaction but when she did it again it was more than that. She turned him around to her surprise he looked at her. He kissed her hard. He whispered. "Bed now."
He turned the water off and headed to the bed laying her down and ravenously kissing her. She didn't know what she did but she was going to keep that move in mind. Sarah laid back as Chuck turned it on like the flood gates were open. The intensity, the emotion, and the love.
He collapsed placing kisses inside her neck. That feeling she knew what it meant. He made sure she was taken care of every time. She knew that he was a giving lover and each time he added something just a bit different to spice things up. Sarah caressed his back, it was her way to say she was taken care of, that he took care of her.
They laid in bed talking about training and what Chuck was doing now and when it got too much. Chuck slipped out of the bed much to her dismay. "I will draw you a bath and I will get busy on supper." Their looks showed their disappointment as this was their last night together. Sarah could hear the tub running and Chuck humming a song, then when he started singing, he actually had a nice voice. He popped his head inside her room staring at her. "Your bath awaits you, my lady."
Sarah got up in her beautiful naked form. "Are you sure you don't want to join me?"
"Tempting Ms. Walker." Giving her a kiss. Then walking down, the hall. "Tempting Walker."
Sarah giggled then slipped into the bathroom. Seeing that he found some candles, that he poured her a glass of wine and set it on a tray resting on the toilet seat. She slipped inside and slid down into the tub.
Chuck sliced the chicken breasts into a butterfly, then added the ricotta cheese and the pepperoni slices inside closing them up and laying them in a dish and setting the oven. He opened the door and looked inside. It looked like it was brand new. He made some scalloped potatoes, speeding up the process by blanching them before he slid them inside the oven to cook along side the chicken. He walked over to the fridge and grabbed the items for the salad, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, green onions, cucumbers, celery, and a yellow pepper. He chopped them up placing them aside as he looked for a salad bowl. There wasn't one so he grabbed a mixing bowl instead. He put down the cherry tomatoes first, then the peppers, celery, and cucumbers then the lettuce on top. He grabbed a bottle of salad dressing thinking that it was easier to use than to make his own. He set it aside, then checked on the chicken and the potatoes. He headed down the hall knocking on the bathroom door. He opened the door and walked in seeing her very relaxed. "How are you doing?"
She looked at him. "Great."
"Good. Supper is almost ready, another half hour or so. Would you like some more wine?"
"Sure."
Chuck grabbed her glass and returned with a refill and one in his hand. He sat on the toilet as there wasn't a whole lot of room to sit on the floor.
She grabbed the soap and lathered it making a cloud of suds then slipped her long legs out of the water stretching them in the air. Chuck's eyes were drawn to her long legs as she lathered the soap around her calves and then up past her knee. His voice made a shuddering sound making him readjust his sitting position. Still staring at her. He eventually got up. "I'm going to go and check on supper." Sarah laughed knowing that he just did. He waved his finger like a wand. "You finish up the bathy bathy stuff on yourself and I'll wait." As he almost crashed into the door frame. "I'll wait in the kitchen." Chuck blew her a kiss then closed the door leaning against the wall. Sighing deeply.
Sarah grabbed her outfit that she wore the first day she met him. She blew her hair dry and put it in a loose ponytail.
She walked down the hall hearing him singing again. She hadn't heard that song in years. 'Birds flying high, you know how I feel…' she stood in the entrance of the kitchen and waited. He stopped and stared giving her a big smile. "Don't stop on my account." He took a moment, then looked at her. "You look beautiful, same outfit you wore the day we met."
"It is."
He extended his hand watching her take it bringing her into a warm embrace. Their lips met. "You smell like roses." He squeezed her slightly then went back to preparing their meal. She looked at the table as there were candles and mismatch of dishes but he used what he had making the presentation romantic. He dished up their plates as Sarah walked to the small table. She was being spoiled and she loved it. He pulled out her chair stopping for a kiss. He slid in beside her. This looks delicious. "So, what is this again?"
"Chicken pepperoni with ricotta cheese. The potatoes are scalloped. With a side salad. Dig in." She took her first bite as Chuck waited.
"It's delicious." She grabbed his hand and gave him a kiss. "You like."
"Yes." Then she took a bite of her potatoes. "There so creamy, oh my goodness." Chuck took a bite then grabbed her glass giving it to her then he grabbed his. "A toast." Chuck formed his words, "From something simple as a glance across a crowded bar to wonderful precious moments in various locations I might say. You're the best thing that has ever happen to me. You can kind of say you saved me. So cliche I know, but I don't know how else to put it."
Sarah looked at him. "You saved me too."
The 'words' were there for both of them. Dangling on the edge of their tongues. Waiting to be heard like a singing choir. As the moment passed Chuck raised his glass. "To a wonderful, strange beginning, to the anticipation of what is to come." Their glasses making a tingie sound as they took a sip. Chuck leaned in for a kiss. The kiss was sweet. He pulled back when she spoke. "We better eat this wonderful meal while it's hot." Chuck nodded in agreement.
Chuck brought dessert out to her on the front step as they sat on the front stoop watching the sun set. He passed her a slice of cherry cheesecake. She rested her head on his arm as they ate their dessert. "A perfect ending to a perfect day."
"Indeed, and thanks for helping with the dishes."
"Well, you cooked."
"It's the least I could do. I am not a cook."
"Okay I guess I'll do the cooking in this relationship."
"Sounds good."
Sarah slid her arm into his and leaned further into his arm. The streetlights came on as a few people walked by. It was like a dream that Sarah had dreamed about, the only thing was that this place didn't have a red door.
"This is how I see us." Sarah listened. "A house, maybe a dog maybe a few kids way down the road. A mid size house with a white picket fence and… "
Sarah whispered. "A red door."
Chuck looked down at her. "A what?"
"I want a red door."
"Ok we will have a red door."
It was after midnight when they walked back in. Chuck started to clean the dessert dishes when Sarah stopped him. "This can wait." She grabbed his face and kissed him softly. "It's Monday already."
"We still have time."
Sarah shut the lights off as they headed to the bedroom. Sarah slipped into the bathroom grabbing the candles. Chuck sat on the chair watching her light the candles. In seconds she had the room glowing, it was so romantic. He stood up as she put down the lighter. He approached her standing behind her. She wiped her cheek not wanting him to see her cry. He wrapped his arms around her. They stripped down to their underwear and slipped under the covers. They held each other. A perfect ending to a perfect weekend.
Sarah woke hours later but kept her eyes closed. Some of the candles were still glowing. She could feel his hands in hers. Playing with them. She slid her hands into his then turned around to face him. She stared at him giving them permission to end this weekend on a high note. Chuck kissed her hard, full of passion. She pulled him back as he slid his arms around her, frantically kissing him. He picked her up sitting on his knees, tossing her sports bra as she quickly took his shirt off. She kissed his chest, his neck then settling on his lips. They reacted quickly as they moved as one, with each touch. Their passion love making ended on a whole new level, maybe hard to beat.
Chuck rolled over hearing Sarah's phone. It was a little past eight. He grabbed it reading the text. 'Weather issues, causing power outages, heading home early.'
He put her phone down and placed the few hairs that had fallen over her face back behind her ear. He got dressed and watched her for a little while before he kissed her. He hated to leave her, but he couldn't be around when she woke up or if they came home even earlier than the intended time. He placed the flowers in her room and cleaned up a bit making it look like he wasn't there. He took the little bear and sat it down by her phone. He kissed her once more and slipped out.
"Walker wake up!" Sarah rolled over seeing her room very quiet, she looked over seeing his side empty, the flowers on the nightstand and the little bear by her phone. She heard her name again. She grabbed something to wear and slipped out. "Walker wake up!"
Sarah approached the kitchen seeing Carina and Zondra. "Well, its about time sleepy head." "Why? And why are you home?"
"Didn't you get my text?"
"No, sorry."
"Well, you must have been really sleeping."
Zondra went to the fridge. "What the…" She looked again. "Are we in the right house? We have food."
"What happened?"
"I went for groceries." They both laughed. "Yeah, right Walker." Zondra staring at her.
"No actually there was a raffle and our house won for the groceries and I ordered supper last night from one of those take out places."
Zondra grabbed the chicken and the potatoes. "That's more realistic." She grabbed a fork passing one to Carina. "This is good, very good." Zondra fixed herself a plate and tossed it into the microwave, then put one in for Carina. Sarah made some coffee. Sarah sat at the table watching her friends eat while missing her Chuck.
