Febuary 18th, Age 757

Chi-Chi was sleeping in her bed until she was poked in the back. Sighing, she rolled over and saw Son Goka with incredibly tired eyes. The other woman was now wearing a blue full sleeve maternity shirt which covered her large pregnant belly, but didn't exactly hide it. An exhausted Goka then said,

"Chi-Chiiiiii, I have to pee."

"This is the 5TH TIME THIS NIGHT, GOKA!!!"

"WELL, IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT THE BABY'S MOVING AROUND IN MY BODY AND MAKING IT WEIRD!!!!"

The 2 women began angrily shouting at each other, but Goka's child then kicked, causing the mother-to-be to grasp her belly in pain. She then got up, holding her belly, and walked to the bathroom. She pulled her pants down and sat on the toilet, peeing while caressing her pregnant belly. Once she was done peeing and pulled her pants up, she suddenly felt a cramp in her lower abdomen.

She grasped her belly with her right hand while bracing her back with the other, and felt that her stomach was beginning to feel harder. After a few moments of Goka squirming in pain, the pain eventually stopped, the hardness of her belly fading away. Goka let out an exhausted sigh and looked at herself in the mirror. Her pregnant belly stuck out like a sore thumb, and her hair looked even messier than it usually did.

She also noticed the bags under her eyes. The mother to be looked down at her belly, patting it and telling her soon to be born child,

"Looks like you're gonna be born real soon, huh? And you can't wait to get out?"

She felt a strong kick, causing her to almost double over in pain. However, she caught herself, giggling and saying,

"I'll take that as a yes!"

She then caressed her stomach again and told the baby within,

"Don't worry. You're not the only one eager for this to be over. Chi-Chi says that my due date is today. We'll meet each other soon, little guy."

Goka then walked out of the bathroom and noticed that Chi-Chi was gone.

"Morning already?"

Shrugging her shoulders, the pregnant woman waddled out of the bedroom and headed into the living room, where she began rummaging through the cupboards looking for food. She eventually found what she was looking for: A box full of muffins that Goka had previously covered with celery.

It had been all that she had been craving since her pregnancy started, so the cupboard was absolutely stuffed with them. Goka grabbed all the boxes she could carry, walked up to the table, placed them on it, sat down, opened them and began devouring the muffins like there was no tomorrow. Chi-Chi sighed seeing this and told Goka,

"You know, I'm not Bulma. I can't exactly afford a million muffins for you to devour."

Her mouth full of muffins, Goka responded in a muffled voice,

"Vut y'u shed I'll gif 'irth shun."

"What?! I-SWALLOW!! NOW!!!"

Goka chewed and swallowed all the muffins in her mouth, and after a loud gulp said,

"...I'm not pooping tonight."

"Now Goka, what were you saying?"

"You said that I'm having the baby soon. So you're pretty late on telling me how many muffins I can eat."

Goka put her hands on her hips while saying this, and Chi-Chi was shocked at this. She asked Goka,

"Are…are you back sassing me?"

"What if I am?"

Chi-Chi shot her a death glare, which Goka returned. After a short staredown, Goks went back to eating the muffins, not breaking eye contact for a second. Chi-Chi sighed. These hormones were really having an effect on her. Goka suddenly closed her eyes and slouched over on the table. Concerned, Chi-Chi cried out her name and pushed her up, only to see her sleeping. She had fainted.

Ch-ch facepalmed and shook her head. It really had been a pain in the ass to take care of this woman for all this time, but it was true that she could give birth any moment now. As a precaution, she got out her phone and called the doctor, telling him to show up just in case. As she was doing so, she was suddenly interrupted by Goka jolting awake and clasping her belly while screaming in pain. Hearing this, Chi-Chi put down the phone and asked her friend,

"Goka! What's going on?!"

In between labored breaths, Goka managed to respond by saying,

"I…I think…It's time…!"

"WHAT?!"

Panicking, Chi-Chi told her father to get the supplies as she placed Goka onto a couch. The doctor arrived a few minutes later, having been temporarily living closeby at Chi-Chi and the Ox King's request. He assumed this was just one of their routine checkups, but was shocked to see Goka lying on the couch breathing heavily while clutching her stomach. Chi-Chi yelled at him,

"SHE'S HAVING THE BABY!!!"

Upon hearing this, the doctor quickly prepared all of his tools and ran up to Goka. Once he was ready, he asked her,

"Ok, ma'am. How many contractions have you had?"

"T-this is…my…second…I…think…"

"Ok. just wait for 2 more, then I'll assist."

"Oh…Okay…."

Half an hour later, Goka was panting in exhaustion, but was ready to have the baby. The doctor told her,

"Alright, take a deep breath and push on the count of 3. Got it?"

Goka weakly nodded and breathed in as much as she could. The doctor then counted,

"One….two….three….PUSH!!!"

Goka then began screaming at the top of her lungs, struggling and straining as she pushed with all her might. At that moment, she 100% preferred when Piccolo broke all her bones during the tournament to this. At least the pain wasn't constant! She grasped Chi-Chi's hand with so much force it almost broke and told her with tears flowing down her face,

"It…hurts…"

Chi-Chi hated seeing her friend like this, and told her,

"It'll be ok. I promise. Just be strong like you already are. you've dealt with worse."

Goka actually smiled slightly at this and nodded weakly before continuing to push. Finally, after several more agonizing hours, Goka let out a final scream as she gave the final push. With that, her son was born. Goka fainted as soon as she was done, and awakened several minutes later to see Chi-Chi and Ox-King talking about the name. Goka weakly said,

"My….my baby…give me…."

Chi-Chi handed Goka the child, who wagged his tail happily at her embrace. The doctor was surprised by the child's tail, but reasoned that it wasn't that strange since the king was literally a dog. Seeing her baby for the first time, Goka smiled and said,

"Awwww, I love him~."

She cradled her new son and rocked him back and forth, pulling down her shirt so that he could breastfeed. Chi-Chi had previously taught her how to breastfeed. As the baby did so, Chi-Chi asked Goka,

"Well? Have you thought of a name?"

Goka thought for a few moments, and then scratched the back of her head, chuckling and saying,

"Um, could I have something to eat first? I'm starving!"

The 3 other people there fell over, and Chi-Chi then screamed at Goka,

"YOUR HUNGRYYYYYY?! HOW CAN YOU THINK OF FOOD WHEN YOUR SON'S LYING THERE WITHOUT A NAME?! I KNOW YOU WERE RAISED IN THE WOODS, BUT SURELY GOHAN TAUGHT YOU SOME MANNERS!!! ANSWER ME! WERE YOU TAUGHT ANYTHING THAT RESEMBLES MANNERS FROM GOHAN?!"

Goka, moving back a bit, nervously told Chi-Chi,

"Um…not really."

The baby then began laughing, surprising the 4 present. Ox King then said,

"Chi-Chi, I think you found the name…"

He then said the name Gohan to the boy, and he laughed again. He said it one more time and the same happened. Goka giggled upon seeing this and said,

"Grandpa's name! I love it."

She then held her boy close and softly said to him,

"My little boy. My Gohan-chan."

She closed her eyes and rocked him back and forth, and his giggles he made almost made Goka faint with delight. After a few seconds however, she fell asleep, exhausted by the birthing process. The newly named Gohan soon did the same. The doctor smiled and told Chi-Chi and Ox King,

"I think we should let her rest."

The 2 nodded and exited the room alongside the doctor, leaving Goka and Gohan peacefully sleeping on the couch.
