Erik's eyes snapped open when Rosegold said those words and looked at her like she was crazy "how could anything like this become beautiful...it's horrendous" Erik stammered
Rosegold tsked at Erik's demeaning attitude towards his appearance "you should not hate your appearance, you should embrace it...your beautiful" Rosegold repeated
Azurite and Kunzite knew exactly what Rosegold had done, if only Erik would look in the mirror he'd see what was going on with his own self
"Why would a monster like this ever be considered beautiful" Erik said about ready to swipe his mask back from his soulmate's grasp
Rosegold kept the mask behind her back "just look at yourself in the mirror and tell me what you see" Rosegold said making Erik puzzled at her suggestion
Erik knew what he looked like he didn't need another reminder "could you just look into the mirror and see yourself, you'll probably be surprised at the outcome" Kunzite said closing his eyes while crossing his arms
Erik slowly turned to face the mirror to take a look at his disfigured face...but...to his shocked surprise the face which gave him so much trouble in the past...was replaced by a handsome man with no imperfections
Rosegold lookedat him from the side and smiled "See, just beautiful" Erik looked at Rosegold as if something was telling him to thank her for this sudden miracle
"Y.you..." Erik bends down on his knees and gets on all fours seemingly about ready to cry and vent out his every frustration to the woman on front of him
Rosegold kneels on the ground and lifts his face to meet her eyes..."Hey, look at me...can you learn to love yourself more...not just because your appearance changed...but because you deserve it" Rosy said with a gentle smile
Erik seemed content with her words and pulled her into an embrace burying his face into her neck while saying 'thank you' repeatedly for the next half hour
3 days later...
Erik seemed to be coming out of the shadows to help prepare for the oncoming performance of the first show of the Opera since it was rebuilt
Rosegold was sewing the costumes that were needed for the Performance in a quick pinch, of course Erik would help out even though he'd clumsily prick his fingers with the needle at times
Rosegold was currently putting another Bandaid on Erik's pinkie finger "maybe you should take a break, sewing obviously is going to take awhile so let me handle it ok" Rosegold said with a smile
"B.but...I have to repay you in some way, I feel like your my savior pulling me out of the darkness...it wouldn't be proper if I..." Rosy cut off Erik with a finger to his lips
"Let me finish...I'm not saying you can't help, maybe you should take a break or maybe help with the rehearsals, you can play instruments right...I'm sure you could do that" Rosegold said with a thumbs up
Erik wasn't too happy about being shoved out of the sewing room...especially since he's now become infatuated with his goddess soulmate
How he knew this...It was about a day ago and Erik just so happened to see Rosegold using her signature spell 'I Wonder' on a dress to make it more to the style that fit the actress
Of course Rosegold had no problem with telling her soulmate about her true identity and the brother's didn't mind either as they were all from a very open family
Azurite's cellphone started ringing which caused Erik to look at Azurite while he answered the phone "yes? Oh...ok let me go somewhere private first" Azurite said as he walked away
Kunzite saw Erik who was curiously looking at the cellphone and walked over to him "something on your mind" Kunzite said with his usual stoic expression
"What is that device your brother is talking into" Erik asked pointing at the cellphone that Azurite had making Kunzite understand what was going on
"You mean a cellphone...we use it to call and text people from long distances" Kunzite said taking out his own cellphone to show Erik
"A cellphone huh...how interesting" Erik said trying to understand the capabilities of having a cellphone would be to benefit him
Kunzite called out to Rosegold "hey, your boyfriend doesn't have a cellphone take him out to get one" Kunzite said making Erik look a bit skeptical as Rosegold made her way out of the sewing room
