Alright. Chapter 6. I was pretty proud of Chapter 5. We got Ester into the group and giving her the opportunity she should have had with Ben. Now for the last time, Gwen and Ben are not getting together. I have a plan for Gwen and Kevin. Eunice is not joining either as Ben is basically her cousin. Lucy as well. But other than that, I'm so happy you guys are enjoying the story. My editor is also very happy as she puts so much effort in the story. Now…Chapter 6. Enjoy!!!

Chapter 6: Shar-ing Feelings
Plumber Base
11:00 AM
Ben was showing Ester around the base. Since she was now part of the relationship, Ben found her a position with the Plumbers. She was very useful and very knowledgeable. With proper training, she will be an excellent fit for his team. He took her to Grandpa Max.
Max was in the kitchen, making some weird alien dish as usual.
Ben smiled. "Hey, Grandpa." Max was tasting his soup and looked up. "Hey Ben. Who's your friend?"
Ben introduced Ester. "This is my new girlfriend, Ester."
Ester waved then sniffed the air. "Is that Gorlon soup??!!" She asked and walked over.
Max chuckled. "Looks like someone has good taste." He lifted the pot top and it was a steaming purple liquid. Ester took a spoon and tasted it, a smile on her face. She said.
"Just like father used to make…"
Max smiled. "Thank you, Ester. Looks like some appreciates my cooking."
Ben walked over and looked into the pot. A tentacle came out and grabbed him. Ben started to choke. Luckily, Ester grabbed a knife and sliced the tentacle off. Ben grabbed his throat as Ester rubbed his back, making sure he was okay.
Max chuckled. "Looks like you're forming a little love nest, Ben."
Ester smiled. "He's that irresistible but…we make it work." She kissed his cheek.
Max replied. "Just take care of them."
Ben looked at Ester and smiled. "I intend to."
Ben held her hand and they went to the meeting room. Rook and Shar were there, talking. Shar looked distressed.
Ben asked. "What's wrong?"
Rook looked up. "There is a celebration happening on Revonnah. It is a two day event that only happens once every one hundred years."
Ben nodded." Okay, and the problem is….."
Shar replied. "It requires two people…a mate…Blanko is going with Rayona…and I have no one." She teared up. "I will be shamed and scorned…"
Ben looked at Ester and she could tell what he was thinking. She gave him an approving nod.
Ben stepped forward towards the distressed alien. "Hey, maybe…I could go with you, Shar?"
Shar said, with teary eyes. "You would do that for me?"
Ben smiled. "Of course…I don't want you to be humiliated…I want you to have a good time."
Shar smiled and hugged Ben tightly. "Thank you!! You really are an amazing person…"
Ben hugged back and looked at Rook. Rook couldn't help but smile at seeing his sister happy.
When the hug was broken, Ben looked at Ester. "Ester, I promise-"
Ester put a finger to Ben's lips.
"We trust you and we know that whatever happens, it won't be out of selfishness. Take care of her and we'll be here when you return." She kissed Ben deeply, with him returning the kiss in the same passion.
"We will be there at 8 A.M. tomorrow morning to get you. Be sure to dress accordingly." Rook said as he and Shar left the room, with Shar blowing a kiss and giving a wink.
Ben blushed and Ester giggled.
"I like her. Wouldn't mind if she wanted to join."
Ben replied. "But it's gotta be her own choice. I don't want to force anyone."
Ester nodded. "And we know you won't. Or else, we would all kick your ass at the same time, sweetie." She said in a mockingly sweet voice.
Ben gulped hearing her 'threat'.
The day went about as usual, with Ben doing his normal job of kicking butt and drinking smoothies. At the end of the day, he waited outside of the elementary school to pick up his daughter. It was her first day and he was nervous about how it went. Would she be happy or sad?
The doors opened and the kids all stormed out. He saw Evie and smiled. As soon as those little green eyes saw him, she rushed straight towards him and jumped into his arms, giggling.
Ben caught her. "Hey, lovebug. How was school?" He asked as he got her buckled into her car seat and got in, driving.
Evie began to tell him about her day. "It was awesome!!! We made finger paintings, we learned math and English!! I even saw how volcanoes exploded!!"
Ben chuckled. "Sounds like you had fun. I also got you something." He handed her a smoothie cup.
Her eyes widened excitedly and had the gimme hands and gently took it. She sipped it and smiled. "Strawberry banana, my favorite!!" She drank it, doing a little happy dance in her car seat.
When he opened the door to their home, her mothers were all in the kitchen. Helen was peeling potatoes with speed, Mazuma was cutting vegetables and Ester was browning meat. But also, Ben's mom was there. She was helping the girls cook while telling stories about Ben.
Sandra told another embarrassing story about Ben to his mistresses. "Oh he just had the cutest little blue teddy bear as a toddler. He would always carry it with him everywhere he went. He called it Mr. Boo Boo Bear. Because he couldn't say blue, so it was boo boo."
The girls awed at the adorable story about their man, then giggled at Ben.
He blushed a bright deep red in embarrassment. "Mom!!"
"What? I'm just telling your girlfriends the cute things. Like when you used to fall asleep at dinner with your head in your spaghetti, from playing all day." Sandra said, adding another story about her son as a kid.
Evie giggled as she heard her grandmother's stories.
Ben slapped his face as he listened to his mom tell his girlfriends and daughter his childhood stories, but also the good things. She told them how he always tried to help others and be a good person, despite his ego sometimes.
Helen smiled. "That's why we love him. He treats us very well." She took Ben's hand and rubbed the back of it with her thumb.
Mazmua plated up the food and they all sat down at the table to eat. Ben told them that he was going to be gone for two days to help Rook and Shar.
Ester backed him up. Mazuma nodded and smiled. "I will make you a travel bag of all of your favorite snacks."
Sandra interjected. "And some healthy foods too. I want my little man to be fit and strong."
Ben smiled. "Thanks mom but you all don't have to go through that."
Mazuma replied. "We want to. You will need something to get through the ride to Revonnah."
Sandra agreed. "And I will watch Evie." She smiled.
Evie got excited at this as she knew her grandma loved to spoil her. "Yay Grandma's house!"
Ben chuckled and thanked Sandra.
The next morning
Ben waited outside for Rook to show up. Helen left early as she had an assignment, Ester went back to Undertown to deal with village matters, and Mazuma took a much needed break and went shopping.
The Proto-TRUK showed up and Ben hopped in. Shar was wearing her outfit she usually wears on Revonnah. It was a brown bandage wrapping-like dress with a brown headband. She wore light brown gloves, a piece of wrapping on her upper left arm, brown fur boots and a brown choker on her neck.
Without the armor, her figure really stood out. She had a nice athletic body but was also quite feminine. She had nice hips and a wonderful bust.
Ben smiled. "So...are we ready for the trip?"
Rook handed Ben some clothing. "As I said, dress accordingly."
Ben groaned and went into the back of the Proto-TRUK to change as Rook took off.
Shar couldn't help but take occasional glances. Ben had a nice toned body with muscles starting to take shape. He had been training his physical body when not using the Omnitrix. She blushed as she watched, but quickly snapped her glances forward when she saw him look up. She blushed; she never knew Ben was this...attractive.
Rook noticed this but didn't say anything.
Ben came forward as he wore a light brown vest with brown pants and near the same boots Shar had on. He had leather bracers on. Ben sat between them and said. "I hope your people don't mind a human during the celebration."
Rook said. "On the contrary, this is the one time you may actually fit in. This celebration is about closeness and togetherness, celebrating the union of our ancestors. That is why you are here with Shar. Think of it like your St. Valentine's Day on Earth."
Shar nodded. "I am terribly sorry if it gets you in trouble with your other mates...I just do not want to be shamed…"
Ben then took her hand. "It's ok, Shar. You're one of my friends…I'd do anything to help you."
Shar smiled. Ben may be weird at times, but he was definitely a good man. Why it took her so long to see this side of him was a mystery.
Soon they arrived at Revonnah. It was very different from usual. The village was decorated with flowers and banners. Everyone went in pairs of two with their mates. When they got out of the ship, Rook and Shar's family were waiting. Their father (Rook Da) ,their mother, Rook Bralla, two younger sisters, Rook Shim and Rook Shi, (and younger brother) ,who at this point was still called Young One, as he still had his tail.
Ben stood silent as he remembered what happened the last two visits. He didn't want to mess this up for Rook and Shar.
Da smiled and walked forward, hugging his children. "It is good to see you both, Rook Blanko and Rook Shar."
Shar and Rook hugged their father.
"It is good to be home, father." Rook said.
Shar said." I have missed you, father."
Ben smiled as he watched.
When the hug broke, Da approached Ben. "Though we do not agree on a lot of matters and I still believe you are an outsider…thank you for accompanying Shar on this occasion. It does my heart well to see my daughter happy. Treat her well or we will castrate you with a pair of rusty shears."
"Father!!" Shar scolded.
"I was only kidding, my dear." He then gave Ben a glare that said he was absolutely serious.
Shar took Ben's hand and they walked into the village. Both were nervous but inside, Shar was as giddy as a schoolgirl. She was secretly falling for Ben and now she had him as a companion for the celebration.
The village had many things to do during this time. Food Stands where they had food… obviously. Of course it was amber ogia, but boy it was delicious though messy.
There were also games, similar to some Earth carnivals. Ben tried some so he could win Shar a prize. But alas he had no luck. She giggled at this as she thought the gesture was adorable and sweet. Ultimately, he finally won a game and got a weird stuffed creature. He smiled and gave it to Shar. She smiled and kissed his cheek, causing Ben to blush hard.
At the end of the day, they came back to the house that belonged to Rook's family. Shar had a lot of gifts Ben got for her.
Ben looked beat as he spent the day playing for her. Her siblings chuckled at the sight. Bralla smiled as she saw her daughter was in love. Da…was a bit more approving of Ben, since he was treating his daughter well.
They sat down for dinner and the family talked about the plan for tomorrow with the big ceremony to conclude the celebration. Da said. "It is a beautiful flare that only shows itself once every one hundred years. Our ancestors used to sit under it with their mates and share affection. It is one of our most sacred rituals and traditions. Tomorrow, the village will make the hike to the peak."
Ben looked at Shar. He could tell she was nervous about the whole thing. Under the table, he took her hand in his, seemingly calming her down. She looked at him and he gave her a reassuring smile. She smiled back.
That night, Ben was hanging out with Shar in her room. She was showing him things she had collected from her childhood. She used to be into geology and collected rocks and crystals. "These crystals are only native to Revonnah…" She said as she handed one to Ben. He held it and examined it. "It's beautiful…" He said.
Shar watched. "I have never shown these to anyone…no one has ever mattered enough to me.." She said as Ben gave the crystal back.
Ben asked. "You've never been with anyone or had a crush?" He tilted his head in question.
Shar shook her head. "I was always focused on family….the harvest...becoming a Plumber…when you first came here, I found you odd, brash and too arrogant."
Ben nodded as he listened.
Shar continued. "But…you have changed, Ben. You're more experienced, patient, and you show great respect…not to mention you have become an outstanding leader. You are not that same boy…you have become a great man...and a father." She touched his cheek.
Ben touched her hand, smiling.
The two then leaned in and shared a kiss.It was passionate, beautiful and romantic.
When they broke the kiss, Ben gulped. "Rook is gonna be pissed…"
Shar giggled. "Let him…being with you is worth it."
Ben smiled but then dropped the question. "How do you feel about you being…one of my lovers?" He rubbed the back of his head in slight awkwardness of asking it.
Shar was taken aback but then nodded. "If it means I get to be with you…I am fine with sharing." She smiled as she cuddled up to him, closing her eyes.
Ben smiled and stroked her hair.
Next day
The people of the village began to make the hike up the mountain. There, the flare would appear. Ben was already tired halfway through but kept going for Shar's sake. He panted with hands on his knees. Then he felt a slap on his back. He looked and it was Rook. Rook chuckled and said. "Come on, Ben. Only 5 more miles to go." He walked forward with Rayona. Ben gave a thumbs up and caught up to Shar.
"Thank you for sharing this experience with me, Ben…I'm really grateful." She said, holding his hand as they walked up the rest of the mountain.
Soon they made it to the summit and Ben nearly passed out. Shar laughed at her boyfriend and helped him up. They got their tent and area set up as the sun began to set.
They cuddled together and…there it was. A beautiful orange and purple light in the sky. It looked almost like the Northern Lights. Just beautiful.
Ben was in awe, as was Shar as they held hands.
"It's so beautiful.." She said in awe of the lights in the sky.
Ben replied. "But not as beautiful as you."
They looked at each other and shared a kiss under the lights. It looked like something out of a cheesy romance movie they play on TV.
They embraced as they watched the sky.
After the flare ceased, they had a celebration with a large fire and dancing. Ben couldn't dance to save his life and even fell on his ass a few times. Shar helped him up and taught him to dance properly. (Think of Native Spirit dancing)
All around it was an amazing celebration and Ben felt honored to take part in it. He was the first "alien" to take part in it.
They returned to their tent and Ben fell on their blanket exhausted. Shar gently placed his head in her lap and stroked his hair. Ben smiled and closed his eyes allowing her to run her fingers through his brown locks.
Shar smiled softly. "Thank you for doing this, Ben…you did amazing..." She kissed his forehead sweetly.
"Of course…I'd do anything if it meant helping you...I love you Shar." He said, opening his eyes to look up at her.
She smiled. "I love you too, Ben Tennyson."
They fell asleep in the embraces of their love for one another under the planet's version of the aurora borealis.
Meanwhile…
Galvin Prime
A small alien that resembles a frog worked in his lab. He was 6 inches tall and had gray skin with green eyes. He was deep into a project when he spoke. "I know you're here, Timewalker. You mustn't hide."
Out stepped Professor Paradox (he has his AF/UAF look). He smiled. "Nothing ever gets past you, old friend."
The small genius looked up. "If you hadn't noticed, I am extremely busy." He went back to his project.
Paradox then replied. "Even for Malik?"
This made Azmuth stop in his place. "Impossible...he died…centuries ago..."
Paradox went in front of Azmuth. "He survived your trap. He's spent near a decade studying Tennyson and more importantly, the Omnitrix. As we speak, he is heading towards Earth."
Azmuth gritted his teeth. "Tennyson is not strong enough to stand against him. We have to warn him and stop him."
Paradox sighed. "Unfortunately that's not possible. This timeline is set in that path."
Azmuth sneered. "Don't give me that time travel dribble. He's just a boy. Malik is the one who collected the samples for the Omnitrix. He knows how to defeat every transformation."
Paradox said. "That is true but we can't change what must happen."
Azmuth sighed. "Then we must prepare for the aftermath. I've been working on upgrades for the Omnitrix, but it seems that I will have to do more."
Paradox nodded. "And I will assist you, old friend."
He picked up Azmuth and the two walked through a portal into the ever growing multiverse. Here…they would find what they needed.
Things were about to change.

So that's Chapter 6!!! It was hard to come up with an entrance for Shar, but I feel happy with how it turned out. They are together and now Shar is one of his lovers. That's half our gals. Now we just need Attea, Looma, and Charmcaster. Still haven't decided on Julie but we'll see. And if ya'll have any other girls BESIDES Gwen, Lucy or Eunice, please leave them in a review or my messages. I would love to hear them. Thank you all!!! Chapter 7 will be coming soon!!
