Here we are!! The Season 1 Finale. I've been waiting for this for a while now as it's been in my head constantly. So after this chapter, I will be taking a break. I will be going back and editing (but not changing) Chapters 1 and 4 as I am not satisfied with them. Also, after this chapter , I think I will start taking inspiration from the InkTanks 5YL. I tried not to as I didn't want to steal anything without permission but a recent video they made gave the go ahead to use it in fan projects. So expect characters and elements from that universe. I hope you all enjoy. Btw, I will be writing other fandoms as well. Stuff like DC, Marvel, Transformers, Harry Potter, Arcane, Mass Effect, Star Wars and others I may like. All great stuff coming in the future. Now…onto Chapter 10.
Chapter 10: Omni-Destruction
G3 Headquarters at Billion Tower
Early morning
The soldiers were just coming off of their lunch break, when the scanners suddenly started going ballistic. Scans were running practically off the charts!
"What the hell is going on?" One of the soldiers said.
"Something big just breached into the atmosphere!! Call the boss!!"
A soldier ran into the training room, where Solomon was training with a staff on a practice dummy.
"Sir!! You gotta see this!!" The soldier handed Solomon a data pad. Solomon took it and looked, his eyes widening.
It showed a satellite image of a large craft orbiting Earth's atmosphere. But from it, came a smaller looking pod.
Solomon looked up. "Where is it landing?"
"Outside of Bellwood, sir." The soldier replied.
Solomon nodded. "Let's go. Gather our gear. We have to intercept this craft."
The two left the room quickly heading out towards the landing site.
Little did they know, this day would be the day everything went south…
Meanwhile in Bellwood
Evie giggled as she did a little dance in her seat in her dad's car. "Grandma's house! I'm going to Grandma's house! I'm going to G-G-Grandma's house! I'm gonna have cookies!!!" She sang adorably and off key
Ben smiled as he drove. "Just don't have too much fun. Me and your mothers are going to have a hard time getting you to bed tonight." He joked as they pulled up to Carl and Sandra's house.
Evie practically jumped out of the car, completely forgetting to say goodbye to her dad and most importantly forgetting the hug! She was excited, what did you expect?
Ben smiled. "Have fun, sweetie…I'll see you later." He said to himself as he knew his daughter didn't hear him. He took a deep breath and drove away.
Evie stopped just before closing the door to her grandparents house. She ran back outside to say goodbye and give him a hug, but he was already gone. She sighed. "Bye daddy… I love you." She bounced on her feet and went back inside.
Ben drove to the Plumber Base to begin his duties for the day. His lovers were all off doing their own jobs at the moment. Helen took the squad off on a mission with Manny and Alan. Looma and Attea went to a diplomatic meeting with Max. Ester was at her home village to settle issues. Hope was in her home dimension to visit, and Mazuma was off on a recon mission. So it was just Ben today.
This was no biggie. He dealt with threats alone by himself before. Besides, all his bad guys were in the jail at the base. At most, he would deal with some small-time criminals.
Then an alert came on the Omnitrix comm. There was a ship landing outside Bellwood. Ben smiled. "Just what I need!!" He got his uniform on and went to get inside his ship.
His Omnitrix comm went off again. "Ben!!!" A woman's voice yelled, startling him.
He gulped and answered. "Y-yes?"
"Please tell me you see that ship?!" Gwen yelled.
"I'm on my way to check it out now." He told her as he flew out to the location.
Gwen nodded, taking a deep breath. She had a gut feeling that this wasn't going to end well.
"Everything okay, cuz?" He asked as he flew the ship.
"Yeah… yeah fine." She said while watching the ship.
Ben landed the ship and exited the hatch. There was a large pod in the sky, landing.
Ben looked up at it. "Hmmmm…not too threatening. This will be easy."
The ship landed and from it…came Malik. He levitated over to Ben and examined him. "So…this is the great Ben Tennyson. I must admit, I expected more, especially for wielding my Omnitrix."
Ben chuckled. "Well, hopefully I can change that. Every other bad guy said the same thing when they tried to steal this thing. You will be no different."
Malik only laughed. "You were that device because I've allowed you to. I was the one who informed everyone in the galaxy about its existence. I planted the seeds that led to your fame. It was I who had a huge hand in its construction. I've been watching for years,Benjamin. You are a legend because it was I who made it so." He told Ben as he circled the young man.
Ben was in shock as he listened. Everything he had ever achieved…every victory, every triumph…was orchestrated. He was meant to get the Omnitrix.
"I can see the gears turning in your head. Now…I will give you a chance to keep that Omnitrix before I peel it off. But remember…I created it."
Ben said. "But I trained with it." He turned the dial and turned into Rath. "Lemme tell you something, alien robot from space who thinks he crafted Rath's destiny, Rath will destroy you!!" The feline alien charged at Malik, but he suddenly levitated off the ground.
Malik had telepathic powers and lifted Rath off the ground. "Begone, insect." He threw Rath across the cliffs.
"Ahhhhh!!" Rath screamed as he went flying across the mountain range. He hit a large boulder hard, he slowly got up groaning.
Malik appeared in front of him. "Care to try again?" He threatened with an evil-ish smirk.
Rath growled and tried to throw a punch, but Malik dodged it. He knew exactly what his next move would be. He knew every single move set from all the aliens. He studied each alien in the Omnitrix and Ben carefully.
Rath was in shock. Malik then smirked as he pressed the Omnitrix dial on his chest, and Rath reverted back to Ben.
Ben looked. "How…did you do that?"
Malik let out an evil laugh. "I told you…I am the original creator. That little toad, Azmuth, stole my work. He is nothing more than a scum eating ugly frog." He then delivered a hard punch to Ben's face, sending him flying backwards. Ben got up, his nose was bleeding.
Malik then pulled out a spherical device that looked like a camera. Turning it on, it sent out a live broadcast across the universe. The entire galaxy was now watching. "Lower life forms of the universe. My name is Malik. But you may call me, the Cultivator of Life. I have created many of your species, watched you grow. But now..I grow disgusted with your reliance on this…" He grabbed Ben by the neck. "This ape…" He sneered.
Ben tried to get free, but it was no use.
"Today….you watch him die." He began to strangle Ben.
Ben was gasping for air and managed to press the Omnitrix dial. He transformed into Heatblast and began to fry Malik but that too was no use. Malik had armor that could resist a Pyronites burn. Heatblast continued to put it on the villain. Alas, it did nothing.
Malik said. "I tire of these games, boy." He then sped towards Heatblast, grabbing the flaming hero and slammed him into the stone wall. Heatblast fought back and the two got into it.
The universe watched as Ben began to swap from hero to hero, failing over and over and over again…
Kevin watched the TV with Gwen. "Come on, Ben. Keep fighting!!" Kevin yelled at the monitor.
Gwen was biting her nails. "Shit shit shit…."
None of his lovers or his daughter was aware of this fight.
Ben continued to shift between aliens. Diamondhead, Fourarms, Armadrillo. All failed to even put a scratch on this guy.
Sandra put on the TV for Evie to watch some cartoons when they saw it.
Evie's eyes widened. "That's Daddy!!" She said excitedly before watching for another second. "Daddy!!!" She screamed seeing him get hit hard
The Omnitrix was quickly running out of energy. But Ben did not care. He kept changing and changing.
Hours passed and soon the Omnitrix began to crackle and green electricity came from it. The dial was cracked. Ben was scuffed up and his left eye was cut and bleeding. He couldn't see out of the eye.
Malik didn't have a mark on him as he levitated. He made his way over to Ben, who was barely standing. Ben tried to speak but he was silenced as Malik grabbed him. "This little game has gone on long enough. I will be taking my prize." He began to remove the Omnitrix.
Malik removed it and dropped Ben. He smirked. "You gave it your all and still…you fail. It seems your enemies overestimated you.
Ben began to mutter something. Malik raised an eyebrow. "What was that, child?"
Ben then looked up as his eyes turned green. "… " He replied in an unknown language as his body became enveloped in green energy, launching Malik backwards. He dropped the Omnitrix onto the ground.
Ben's body began to change. Dorsal spines erupted drop his back. His skin began to burn away as it was replaced with green light. His face burned away as it had a green skull with glowing eyes in its place with horns erecting from his head. A tail began to grow from his back. He let out a roar. (The plates look like Godzilla, think of the still like Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider, and the roar like Eren's Titan roar from Attack on Titan)
The entire galaxy watched as Ben became this...entity.
Gwen and Kevin watched in shock, both of their mouths gapping open.
Carl and Sandra were beyond speechless.
Evie's eyes were practically glued to the television screen.
Malik got up and saw Ben. It was unbelievable. He had excelled past normal Anodites. He was now...a Celestial.
Ben looked down at Malik. " " He spoke in a booming voice and flew towards Malik. The two engaged in battle, flying across the world. It was finally evenly matched. Two beings beyond normal evolution were battling it out.
Civilians in other countries around the world recorded and took pictures of this colossal event.
They arrived in Rome eventually.
Ben delivered multiple blows to Malik's face and it finally began to dent the alien. Malik groaned and threw Ben into the Colosseum. The two began to trade heavy blows, tiring the other out. Ben picked up a large rock and slammed it into Malik.
Evie giggled. "Go daddy!"
Ben had the upper hand and was kicking Malik's metallic ass. He grabbed Malik by the leg and threw him across the continent to Mount Everest.
At this moment, most of his lovers started to watch. Looma and Attea were watching as they returned to earth with Max. Attea cheered. "Kick his metal ass, Ben!!!"
Looma smiled. "Take him down, beloved!!"
Max felt proud of his grandson he was winning.
But soon...Ben's energy began to slow down. His green energy began to fade as he turned back to normal. The mechanical menace known as Malik saw the perfect opportunity. He delivered a blow to Ben's chest.
His ribs broke with a sickening crunch.
Ben groaned in agony. He tried to hit Malik but Malik grabbed his arm and ripped it off, blood splattering all over the mechanical beings body.
Ben screamed in pain as Malik then grabbed him by the neck.
SPLAK!!!
Malik had stabbed Ben through the stomach, his blade coming out the other side. Blood sputtered from Ben's mouth. Malik removed his blade and dropped the boy.
Everyone watched in shock.
Gwen had her hands over her mouth as tears formed in her eyes. Kevin immediately pulled her into a hug.
Looma and Attea were shocked as tears began to stream.
Evie screamed in horror, tears streamed down her little cheeks. "Daddy!!!"
Sandra quickly scooped her up and held the little girl in her arms, shielding her from watching.
Ben couldn't move, his bottom half was paralyzed from the blade. He laid there defeated, broken and near death.
Malik chuckled as he approached Ben, holding the Omnitrix. "You gave it all you had…but it was not enough to defeat me. Now…to put you out of your misery…" He aimed a weapon at Ben.
At that moment, Ben began to mutter something. Malik sneered. "Speak up. I can't hear you."
Then Ben said it. "Omnitrix..S-Self-Destruct in 5 seconds…Command Code..0…0..0..Destruct…0…"
The Omnitrix began to flash different colors enveloped Malik in a green light. It exploded, causing a large dust cloud.
When it cleared, there were bits and pieces of Malik everywhere.
As for Ben…he lied there, bleeding and bruised. This was almost impossible….he couldn't die like this. He had seen the future, he saw himself alive.
Then again...time is ever-changing. Perhaps he just wasn't lucky. He started to close his eyes, welcoming death…
Everything began to go dark….
At that moment, a portal opened up. From it, came a large figure wearing what appeared to be a bulky spacesuit. But that was all Ben saw before he went cold.
The figure said. "The story isn't over…"
When the Plumbers arrived, Max ran out of the ship. He searched the area. He found lots of blood but…there was no body.
Ben was gone…

So Chapter 10 finished!!! Thank the lord as it took a while. It's not my best but I hope you like it. I will be taking a break for a while as I need to recompose myself and recharge. But please, dm ideas and any suggestions for the fic, I love hearing them!!! Don't forget to follow and favorite. Till next time!! Same bat time, same bat channel!!!
