The Thing 1982 Part 8
More Alien Thing expose when doing another Blood Test and another loss.

After the ordeal with Qrow-Thing, Jaune brings everyone else to another room with his BT X-42 Flamethrower and holding Clover's DC-17 Hand Blaster Pistol.
"What you got in mind Jaune?" Clover ask what's Jaune's plan on finding the Alien Thing this time.
"A little test."
"What kind of test?" Mercury ask what kind.
"I'm sure a lot of you already know", Jaune said as he tosses a ream of steel cable and some rope.
"Mercury, you tie everyone down and real tight", Jaune tells Mercury what to do.
"Let's rush him, he's not going to blow us all up", Clover said disagreeing with Jaune's plan, the audiences already knows the Alien Thing can play innocent many times.
"Let's do what Jaune says, I mean he wasted Qrow enough", Cardin for some reason agrees with Jaune's plan.
"Close enough Cardin", Jaune said to him.
"You ain't tying me up", Ren refuse to do what Jaune says.
"Then I'll have to kill you", Jaune warns him.
"Fearless leader is going to kill Ren?!" Nora protest.
"Can't blame Jaune for that Nora, besides maybe my counterpart is really an Alien Thing", Ren said to her.
"Then kill me", Ren said and Jaune steps forward and points the DC-17 Hand Blaster Pistol at Ren's head.
"I mean it", Jaune said as he put the safety off and Ren holds his ground.
"I guess you do", Ren said and then Cardin lunges at Jaune with a scalpel knife but Jaune spins and fires a shot hitting Cardin in the head killing him.
"Whoa! Vomit boy killed Cardin", Yang said after seeing that.
"Jaune must have already notice it", Ruby said, well Cardin has nothing say about Jaune did.
"Jaune only did it self-defense, because Cardin was going to mutiny", Pyrrha said to them.
After this everyone is tied up all except for Sun and Mercury who are busy tying both Oobleck and Cardin in the table pole, "hurry up Mercury", Jaune said to him.
"Jaune their dead", Mercury said in protest on what's the point if they are already dead.
"I know, Sun you tie Mercury too", Jaune said and Sun complies while Jaune is using the metal from the cord.
"I'm going to draw a little bit of everybody's blood. Watching Qrow gave the idea, I think every part of him was whole. Every piece of you is self-sufficient, an animal, rubber wire and on corpse unto itself. When a man or Faunus bleeds it's just tissue, but blood from one of you Things won't obey. It's a newly formed individual with a bult-in desire to protect it's own life. When attacked, your blood will try and survive and crawl away from a hot needle say", Jaune explains other ways to find the Alien Thing and what's intention in order for it to survive.
Sun begins collecting a everyone's blood using a scalpel knife and pouring it into a small dish and return to all to where Jaune is standing as he heats up the wire.
"So Jaune will find the Alien Thing easier that way", James said knowing it's a good idea if the Alien Thing will expose itself once it touches something very hot whatsoever.
"And it's true what Mr. Arc is saying, we bleed, it's just tissue", Oobleck said.
Next Sun dips some of his blood too on a small dish and hands it to Jaune. Jaune jabs the hot wire in Sun's blood and no reaction, "your okay Sun", Jaune confirms Sun is a Faunus and hands another BT X-42 Flamethrower.
"Thank goodness", Blake said seeing that Sun is not the Alien Thing.
"Now, I'll show you what I know", Jaune puts the hot wire in his blood and same thing, no reaction which confirms that Jaune is really Human all along and the whole time.
"Load of bullshit", Ren mumbles about that.
"Doc", Jaune tries Oobleck next and nothing happens which means he was Human despite the loss of both forearms which ultimately killed him.
"I'm Human", Oobleck muttered then drinking his coffee.
"Now Cardin", Jaune jabs the hot wire on Cardin's blood and nothing happens.
"So Cardin was Human, so that makes you a murderer", Ren denounces after they learn that Cardin was Human and not the Alien Thing at all, but Jaune ignores him.
"Like I said before, self-defense", Pyrrha defends Jaune.
"Well this next part is expose", Hakaze said to all of them.
"Now Mercury", Jaune will test Mercury next.
"This is pure nonsense, this doesn't prove a thing", Clover said not believing this test is even working.
"Thought you'd feel that way Clover. You were the only one who could have gotten to that blood, will do you last", Jaune said to Clover, then when Jaune jabs the hot wire on the small dish of Mercury's blood.
"SCREECH!" Mercury's blood howls from the hot wire and falls on the floor and starts to slither away.
"Well Mercury, your the Alien Thing", Emerald smirked at him and he glares at him because is not going to like how he will transform.
Everyone still on the couch panics as Mercury Thing reveals itself as his face starts transforming and blood starts spewing out his face like a balloon losing all the water that's it's filled in. Jaune tries to incinerate Mercury Thing but his BT X-42 Flamethrower malfunctions for some reason as Mercury Thing starts to break free from his bonds.
And then jumps up the sealing like a bug.
"Oh come on, malfunction in a time like this?!" Winter said after seeing such a thing malfunctions.
"Things always happen Winter", James assures her that malfunctions always happen even when they are in a big bad situation.
"Sun blast him!" Jaune unable to fix his BT X-42 Flamethrower orders Sun to blast Mercury Thing.
But Sun hesitates when Mercury Thing gets down and his mutilated head splits open like a Venus Fly Trap and a long tongue grabs Sun by the neck making him drop his BT X-42 Flamethrower on the floor and Mercury Thing chomps and begins mauling Sun while Jaune is still unable to fix his malfunction BT X-42 Flamethrower and everyone else is scream hysterically.
"Goodness Sun you hesitated", Neptune and the rest of Sun's Team including Blake glares at him.
"I have no idea why would I hesitate." Sun said while rubbing the parts of his head where the Mercury Thing chomped.
Mercury Thing toss a mauled and bleeding Sun to where the books are before Jaune manage to get his BT X-42 Flamethrower fixed and incinerates Mercury Thing who starts roaring in pain and smashes through a wall leading outside and falls on the snow dead. But Jaune throws a lighted dynamite at the dead Mercury Thing and destroys it completely knowing it won't come back from that.
"Good, blowing it up like that, means the Alien Thing isn't coming back from that", Yang said.
"I nearly felt like puking after seeing what happened to my face", Mercury commented.
After coming back inside, everyone seem to notice that Sun is transforming because what Mercury Thing did to him also infected him too. Jaune quickly use Sun's BT X-42 Flamethrower and incinerates Sun too much to the audiences dismay but understands it had to be done.
"You didn't have choice, I'm infected too now", Sun said to Jaune.
"What matters now is too finish blood test now", Jaune said.
Finishing the blood test, Tai with a worried look is next, well Tai's family in the audiences are hoping he isn't the Alien Thing. Jaune jabs the hot wire on Tai's blood and nothing happens.
"Oh what a relief", Summer said holding Tai close to her.
"I almost thought Jaune was going to incinerate dad if he was the Alien Thing", Ruby said.
Tai now armed with a BT X-42 Flamethrower as Ren is next, "let's do this", Ren said and Jaune jabs the hot wire on Ren's blood and nothing happens again. Nora is filled with joy but Ren on the screen interrupts before she can say something.
"Okay get me out of here! Cut me loose dang it!" Ren snaps at Jaune and Tai to cut him loose.
"Sheesh, calm yourself Ren", Nora said to him.
Now both Tai and Ren have the BT X-42 Flamethrowers and ready to finish the blood test which is Clover now. Jaune jabs the hot wire at Clover's blood and like Tai and Ren, nothing happens, so nobody else here is the Alien Thing.
"I know you gentlemen have been through a lot. But when you find the time, I'd rather not spend the rest of the winter TIED TO THIS F#CKING COUCH!" Clover snaps at them which made all of the Ace Ops snicker and laugh.
"You find that funny?"
"More than funny Clover", Elm said to him.
