Now Jaune sees what's Jacque's plan and then the mine.

Jaune along the rest for Jacque's inner circle are gather in the courtyard, except Jaune is the only one is standing since there isn't an extra seat for him anyway.
"Fellow Nobles of Shade, all of us can recall the golden years when we ruled this Vacuo. We commanded respect and amassed a great deal of wealth. But there was something that we never achieved. We never determined our own destiny. Well, the time has come to claim what always should have been ours." Jacque had a curtain remove shows the map of Shade.
"My friends, I give you the independent Republic of Shade." Then everyone including Jaune clap their hands until one of the random Noble stand up to speak his mind.
"Independent Republic of Shade? Is he really trying to split from Vacuo?" James ask if that is really his motive.
"Yes, but there is more to it than what it seems", Hakaze said to him.
"Sir Jacque, every man here owes you something. The land you gave us made us all wealthy men. However, we must question your motives. The day you arrived, you made us look like fools."
"That is absurd. I was merely playing to the crowd." Jacque denies that,
"And what are you doing now if not playing to the crowd? You're inciting us to raise arms against Ghira Belladonna. You know perfectly well we could never defeat his Menagerie Army."
"I was not suggesting that we fight him for Shade. I was suggesting that we buy it from him. Ghira Belladonna is waging an expensive war for the full control of Vacuo and is increasingly short of money. Even if we all combined our fortunes, we could not come up with enough to buy this Kingdom from Ghira Belladonna. I have already brokered a deal with him." Jacque then opens a chase which revealed to be a gold bar.
"Oh la la", Roman said liking that gold bar.
"He got that from a mining area", Hakaze told Roman and the rest who like gold.
"And we are about to see that on the next scene."
"So they really want to pay up Ghira's money using that?"
"Oh yes Kali."
"You are living in a dream. And why don't we all live in the same dream together? Meet me here tomorrow morning for a journey, that will open your eyes and lay all your doubts to rest." Jacque said to them while holding the golden bar on his hands.
"Now we are going to see the mine", Hakaze said the everyone.
The Next day Jaune along with Jacque and the other Nobles rich the mine using MTT. When they step out they can all see the workers are all slaves made of prisoners and peasants which are all Humans and Faunus alike, Jaune secretly didn't like this because even children too are casted into slavery. He even notice Taiyang was also put here because somehow they found he helped Zorro.
"Children too?!" James yelled.
"Jacque is really insane", Hakaze said which confirms why even children are put into slavery too.
"Zorro will freed them right?"
"In the final battle Ruby, just not now", Hakaze said to her.
"Not to worry about Tai, he'll make it out of there when Zorro frees them all."
"That is a Multi-Troop Transport which Jacque bought from the CIS."
"My friends, I give you El Dorado!" Jacque told them all.
Next they get inside a storage area where all the gold are being kept and Jacque takes one in his hand.
"Technically, of course, all this gold belongs to Ghira Belladonna, but, fortunately for us, he's completely unaware of its existence. For the deception to work, these bars have been marked, with the Atlesian seal so he'll think they're from Atlas. You see now, gentlemen? Is it becoming clearer to you? Two days from now we will buy this Kingdom from Ghira Belladonna. We will buy it with gold dug from his own land." Jacque explains the motives.
"What happens if Ghira finds out they are not from Atlas", Sienna ask Hakaze.
"It's not gonna end well for Jacque if somehow finds out it's not from Atlas actually", Hakaze tells her and the others.
"He will kill them right", Adam ask.
"More than just kill them."
Next they all step outside after finishing up here and Jaune ask Cardin this.
"Where did you find all these people?"
"Anywhere we wanted." Cardin said they all went anywhere in random.
"Brilliant." Jaune said keeping his cover until everyone jolted from a explosion a distances away from them.
"It's only part of the mining process. First we picked it up off the ground, now we're down to blasting." Cardin said to them about that big boom.
"So this is the future of Shade?" Jaune said to Jacque.
"This is my vision, yes." Jacque said before they get interrupted by someone calling out to them from the mining cart.
"Up here. Well, now, ain't you a sight for sore eyes! Full-grown vultures walking around like real folk. Welcome. Welcome to hell's outhouse. They call us the disappeared ones, but we ain't exactly disappeared. We're just hard to find." It turns out to be Roman Torchwick himself
"Roman?" Ruby said after seeing him there.
"Oh so this where I've been after all", Roman comment.
"Yep."
Atlesian Soldiers are coming to intercept him but Cardin intervenes.
"Wait! You. I know you." Cardin halts his Atlesians Troopers and points to Roman.
"You bet you do, peckerwood. I'm the legendary Three-Fingered Roman. And you are a bunch of murdering trash, dressed up in fancy, sweet-smelling doodads." Roman rants about how bad the Nobility's are but unaware that Jaune is among them.
"My soldiers of Atlas working for Jacque makes them just as bad as the nobilities like Roman says", James comment his opinion on how bad Atlas is if they are working for Jacque and compares to the Nobles too.
"And like the Nimbus Commandos, they are willing cruel things to others", Winter also didn't like how cruel they are as Nimbus Commandos.
"Ignore him, gentlemen. He's a common thief." Cardin said which many agree because even their Roman is a thief.
"And he is working for us", Cinder said but Roman and Neo as well as the White Fang are just pawns.
"As common as they come. But I ain't nothing compared to you gentlemen. I steal gold, I steal money. But you steal people's lives. So damn you! And damn the horse that brung you." Roman loosens the mine rail cart and slides the track while he arms himself with a mining axe to lash out on Cardin.
Unfortunately for him, Cardin pulls out his SE-14 Blaster Pistol and Roman flies through the air, Cardin shoots and Roman drops to the floor. Jacque then turns to his Inner Circle and ask them this.
"Peckerwood?" Everyone except for Jaune laughs.
"Everyone finds it funny accept Jaune wasn't laughing and I say that is the end of my character", Roman said.
"True, but Jaune who was friends with you, he will avenge you", Hakaze said to him.
"By killing Cardin?" Saphron ask.
"Yes."
Jaune checks Roman who smiles at him because somewhat he recognize him before dying. Jaune then walks pass Cardin who is smirking much to the audiences disgust.
"Oh he is so going to lose that smirk", Mercury said.
"Is there something amusing, captain?" Jaune ask while still keeping his cool and cover.
"Strange, I'd say. It's the second time I've shot this man while he was flying through the air." Cardin said before Jaune walks back to the MTT.
"Sir Jaune! I need to speak with you at the hacienda, alone." Cardin says to them that he needs a conversation with alone.
"Some other time, perhaps."
"Today. Alone." Cardin insist and Jaune will oblige then.
