Frozen Part 7
Now Weiss confronts Winter in her ice fortress.

We are back at the North Mountain during the day, Weiss, Jaune, Sven, and Olaf move through hostile terrain. Wind-swept icicles face horizontal.
"So how exactly are you planning to stop this weather?" Jaune ask Weiss on how this will all end.
"Oh, I am gonna talk to my sister." Weiss answered with some confidence.
"That's your plan? My ice business is riding on you talking to your sister." Jaune said to Weiss although in he some audiences don't understand that.
"Yup." Weiss answered as it's all on her.
Jaune so stunned by her casual plan, doesn't look where he's going and ends up with an ice-spike to the nose. He stops short, GULP, moves carefully around the spike.
"Nice one Jaune", Weiss said laughing on the condition that his screen self is in right now.
"Knock it off", Jaune said to Weiss.
"So you're not at all afraid of her?" Jaune ask about being afraid of Winter.
"Why would I be?" Weiss ask why would she be afraid of her own sister.
"I'm not afraid of my own big sister", Weiss said.
"Of course your not Weiss", Winter said before pulling her into a hug.
"Same here", Ruby said but Yang believes not all of it is really true.
"Yeah. I bet Winter's the nicest, gentlest, warmest person ever." Olaf said being oblivious and he backs right into an icicle. It runs through his torso.
"Oh, look at that. I've been impaled." Olaf then laughs it off.
"Except your not dead", Roman commented about that impalement scene.
"Lastly Winter can actually be scary when she's doing her Huntress thing", James commented about the times Winter got scary when she is doing her job as a Huntress.
"Indeed", Qrow said because it's most likely he has seen that many times already.
Now we are the steep mountain face, Weiss and Jaune hit what looks like a dead end. The face of the mountain goes straight up.
"What now?" Weiss ask while Jaune looks around, sighs. Digs in his rucksack.
"It's too steep. I've only got one rope, and you don't know how to climb mountains." Jaune said showing his rope.
"Says who?" Weiss ask and Sven nudges Jaune, who looks up to see Weiss trying to climb the cliff's flat face.
"Yeah I can climb mountains", Weiss commented because she probably done this many times.
"Aside from your using glyphs", Blake said.
"Don't you start Blake", Weiss said to her.
"Sometimes using them is faster than climbing", Ruby comment next.
"Seriously everyone", Weiss tries to get Team RWBY to just drop it already.
"You also need a rope too so you don't fall", Yang mentions the rope too.
"I already know that."
"What are you doing?" Jaune ask like if Weiss is being ridiculous.
"I'm going to see my sister." Weiss answered straining.
"You're going to kill yourself." Jaune warns Weiss as he continues to watches her searching for footholds and hand-holds.
"I wouldn't put my foot there." Jaune warns Weiss again.
"You're distracting me." Weiss shrugs him off like if he's trying to distract her.
"He's not Weiss, he's trying to warn you", Winter said to her.
"But I can climb."
"But has your screen self done this before?" Winter ask that question which Weiss only raise her eyebrow.
"Or there. How do you know Winter even wants to see you?" Jaune ask the question if Winter even wants to Weiss to be next to her.
"I'm just blocking you out cause I gotta concentrate here." Weiss said ignoring his question.
"You know, most people who disappear into the mountains want to be alone." Jaune speaks his point knowing that Winter will probably tell Weiss to leave.
"You know Jaune has a point, after Winter has been through, she would rather be left alone", Pyrrha said that Jaune has point.
"It's true, there is no way my counterpart would go back not with the scumbag Watts around, plus not without keeping my ice power under control", Winter speaks out that her counterpart wouldn't go back at the moment not with that scheming Duke around and not when she has no control with her ice powers at the moment.
"Good point", Weiss said.
"Also you do realize that Watts thugs are going to kill Winter behind Adam's back right?"
"We know that Blake, but the Clones are will be watching to be sure they don't succeed", Hakaze reminds everyone of that.
"Nobody wants to be alone. Except maybe you", Weiss retorts.
"I'm not alone... I have friends, remember?" Jaune reminds her that he does have friends while Weiss kicks a foot above her head to catch a foot hold.
"You mean the love experts?" Weiss ask if that's the friends he was talking about.
"Yes, the love experts!" Jaune said and Weiss realizes she's stuck.
"Oh she's stuck now", Emerald said with a smile.
"Yeah", Mercury said smiling too.
"Please tell me I'm almost there." Weiss demanded but it turns out she's only about six feet up. Her muscles shake.
"Your only 6 feet up Weiss", Blake said to her.
"And your muscles are shaking", Yang said next.
"Does the air seem a bit thin to you up here?" Weiss ask Jaune about the air and Jaune smiles, getting a kick out of her.
"Hang on." Jaune pulls the rope from his bag. Just then Olaf steps out from behind a rock and waves to Jaune.
"Hey, Sven? Not sure if this is going to solve the problem, but I found a staircase that leads exactly where you want it to go." Olaf said that he found the staircase.
"Ha ha. Thank goodness. Catch!" Weiss drops off the cliff and Jaune catches her.
"Oh thank goodness", Willow said in relief that Jaune was able to catch her daughter.
"I won't do that again unless I want to used my glyphs", Weiss said being somewhat sarcastic.
"Your being sarcastic now?"
"Somewhat Ruby."
"I have something to say, where has Olaf been?" Winter ask because they haven't seen Olaf since Weiss started to climb.
"Perhaps he's been trying to find a different route and he did", James took a guess.
"Thanks! That was like a crazy trust exercise." She hops down, brushes off her dress, and bounds off. Jaune watches after her, digging her fearless pluck.
So we are the ice palace, Weiss, Jaune, and Olaf approach Winter's elegant ice palace.
"Whoa." Weiss feeling like she's fascinated by the design.
"Now that's ice. I might cry." Jaune said feeling awe.
"Go ahead. I won't judge." Weiss climbs the steps with Olaf. Sven tries to follow. His hooves slip out. He scrambles but can't get traction. Jaune runs to his aide.
"All right, take it easy. I gotcha." Jaune settles Sven back down the stairs and pats him.
"You stay right here, buddy." Jaune said and Sven obediently plops his reindeer butt down and wags his tail. Jaune climbs the stairs, admiring the ice details.
"Sven cannot walk on ice floors and stairs, so he has to stay behind", Hakaze said to them.
"Flawless." Jaune said as Weiss arrives at the door. Hesitates.
"Knock", Olaf tells Weiss to knock at the door but she doesn't.
"Just knock", Olaf said to knock and yet Weiss still doesn't then Olaf turns to Jaune.
"Why isn't she knocking...? Do you think she knows how to knock?" Olaf ask him a question until Weiss finally KNOCKS. The sound echoes inside. The ice doors slide open.
"I'm pretty sure Winter heard that knock", Whitley said because the sound of the knocked can be heard through the whole Ice Castle.
"Oh yeah she did", Neptune commented.
"Well it's time to see if Weiss can talk with Winter again", James said knowing that Weiss will try to get Winter to come home.
"Ha. It opened. That's a first." Weiss said being sarcastic and goes to step in. Jaune follows. She gets a thought, stops him.
"You should probably wait out here." Weiss tells Jaune to wait.
"What?"
"Last time I introduced her to a guy, she froze everything." Weiss said remembering what happened the last she introduce Adam to Winter, she invertedly froze everything.
"Good point, couldn't risk me losing control again if I see Jaune with Weiss", Winter agrees with Weiss's reasons.
"But, it's a palace made of ice. Ice is my life." Jaune tried to protest.
"Bye, Sven." Olaf mistakes Jaune for Sven before he starts to head inside. Weiss stops him.
"You too, Olaf."
"Me?"
"Just give us a", but Weiss didn't get to finish.
"Okay." Olaf agrees to wait outside without question.
"Minute", Weiss finish the last sentence she was meant to say before Olaf cuts her off.
As Weiss walks inside. Olaf starts counting.
"One...two..."
"Three...four..." Jaune joins in the counting.
"This is between sisters now", Willow said because Weiss and Winter must face each now.
"I just hope nothing bad happens."
"Oh I'm sure Winter has her ice powers under control now", Blake said to Weiss.
"The question will she come back?" Blake wonders about that part.
Inside Winter's palace, Weiss walks into a great foyer. The place is beautiful, but also eerie.
"Winter? It's me...Weiss?!" Weiss called out to Winter until she slips but she steadies herself.
"Weiss", Winter already knows Weiss is here.
Winter steps out of the shadows onto a balcony. She sees Weiss , looks to her longingly. Weiss can't help but be struck by Winter's beauty. Meanwhile in the audiences, Winter blushes red due to what Weiss is thinking.
"Don't take it seriously Winter", Weiss gets Winter to calm herself out of embarrassment.
"Besides don't you look beautiful when you wear fancy dresses?" But Winter has nothing to say when Weiss ask her that.
"You should try one sometime", Coco said much to Velvet's annoyance.
"Winter, you look different... It's a good different... And this place is amazing." Weiss compliments Winter.
"Thank you, I never knew what I was capable of." Winter said being cautious and polite as Weiss starts to climb the stairs.
"I'm so sorry about what happened. If I'd known", Weiss apologies for her actions but Winter backs up, away from Weiss.
"No, it's okay. You don't have to apologize... But you should probably go, please." Winter still on guard said and tries to get Weiss to leave.
"But I just got here." Weiss protest to Winter.
"You belong in Arendelle." Winter counters that she belongs in Arendelle.
"So do you." Weiss takes another step up. Winter backs up more.
"No, I belong here. Alone. Where I can be who I am without hurting anybody." Winter spells out she belongs in her ice palace so she wouldn't hurt anybody by accident.
"Yeah but would you think about your own family and friends?" Willow ask Winter about those things she left behind.
"Always", Winter said that she always thinks about her family and friends.
"Good to know", Willow smiled.
"Actually, about that", Weiss gets interrupted by somebody who is still counting.
"58...59...60." But that turns out to be Olaf who was still counting.
Wait. What is that?" Winter asked until Olaf comes running in the front door. He waves.
"Hi, I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs." Olaf said but the sight of him shocks Winter.
"Olaf?" Winter said remembering that name while Olaf stops beside Weiss, looks up at Winter, intimidated.
"You built me. You remember that?" Olaf said bashful.
"And you're alive?" Winter ask while feeling astonished about Olaf.
"Um...I think so?" Olaf answered and Weiss kneels down beside Olaf.
"He's just like the one we built as kids... We were so close. We can be like that again." Weiss said and Winter smiles, but then a memory returns to her.
"Can we go back like that again at all?" Weiss wonders if she can.
"I hope so", Winter said to her.
"If she can convince Winter come back", James said if Weiss can give Winter a good reason to come back.
"And if not, well most likely Weiss will try to pursue Winter to come back", Salem comment that part knowing Weiss isn't the kind of person who would just give up.
In a flashback Young Weiss is struck by Winter's powers by accident.
"Weiss!" Young Weiss falls unconscious as Young Winter races to her.
We go back to the Present time, Winter's face sinks in pain.
"No, we can't." Winter turns and heads up the second story steps.
"Goodbye, Weiss", despite what Winter says, Weiss isn't going to pull out of this.
"Winter, wait", yep Weiss isn't going to stop.
"Well nice try", Roman comment while drinking from his mug.
"But Weiss isn't giving up yet", Ruby said because they all notice Weiss isn't turning around and just walk away.
"I'm just trying to protect you." Winter said her reason why they can't and continues to flee while Weiss pursues.
"You don't have to protect me. I'm not afraid. Please don't shut me out again." Weiss tries to get Winter to listen to reason and Weiss starts singing.
"Oh another song time", Ruby said wanting to hear this.
"But this time it's between Weiss and Winter", Hakaze said what's it going to be now.
"Perhaps this song might help Weiss convince Winter to come home", Pyrrha said believing that might help.
"I highly doubt it", Winter said she doubts it's going to work.
"You only say that due to what your counterpart is going through", Qrow said to her.
"You got that right you drunk."
"First Time in Forever, Reprise"
"PLEASE DON'T SLAM THE DOOR. YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP YOUR DISTANCE ANYMORE."
"CAUSE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER, I FINALLY UNDERSTAND."
"FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER, WE CAN FIX THIS HAND IN HAND. WE CAN HEAD DOWN THIS MOUNTAIN TOGETHER."
"YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE IN FEAR. 'CAUSE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER, I WILL BE RIGHT HERE."
They arrive on the top floor, Winter's main living space. Winter turns back to Weiss, grateful, but determined. Next Winter is the one who sings.
"Weiss, PLEASE GO BACK HOME. YOUR LIFE AWAITS."
"GO ENJOY THE SUN AND OPEN UP THE GATES."
"Yeah, but."
"I know!"
"YOU MEAN WELL, BUT LEAVE ME BE."
"YES, I'M ALONE BUT I'M ALONE AND FREE." Winter opens up the balcony doors.
"JUST STAY AWAY AND YOU'LL BE SAFE FROM ME."
"ACTUALLY, WE'RE NOT." Weiss sings again saying they are not.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE NOT?" Winter sings again.
"I GET THE FEELING YOU DON'T KNOW?"
"WHAT DO I NOT KNOW?"
"ARENDELLE'S IN DEEP DEEP DEEP DEEP SNOW." Weiss warns Winter about happened to Arendelle after she left.
"What?" Winter looks past Weiss's shoulder out white-peaked mountains.
"That was a very good song coming the 2 sisters", Ruby comment that she liked alongside the others.
"Thank you Ruby", Weiss said.
"Right now is this eternal winter has to be undone", Willow said.
"Unfortunately, it's not going to be that simple", Ozpin said because Winter probably never thought about how to undo any of this.
"You kind of set off an eternal winter...everywhere." Weiss tells Winter what happen after her ice powers are revealed.
"Everywhere?" Winter ask if Weiss is really saying it right that it's everywhere.
"It's okay", Weiss said it's fine, all Winter can do is undo this.
"No, I can't. I can just unfreeze don't know how." Winter reveals that she doesn't how to undo the eternal winter.
"Yup, she can't do it", Roman comment much to Team RWBY and some who support Winter's annoyance.
"Sure you can. I know you can." Weiss still believes Winter can and then Snow starts to swirl around the room and the singing resumes.
"CUZ FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER", Weiss sing first.
"I'M SUCH A FOOL! I CAN'T BE FREE!" Winter sang next while in a panic state.
"YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AFRAID." Weiss tries to tell Winter not to be afraid.
"NO ESCAPE FROM THE STORM INSIDE OF ME!" Winter said as the snow picks up and Weiss tries to fight through it.
"WE CAN WORK THIS OUT TOGETHER." Weiss said they can fix this together.
"Come on", Weiss said trying to see her screen self get through to Winter.
"I CAN'T CONTROL THE CURSE!" Winter said the curse in uncontrollable.
"WE'LL REVERSE THE STORM YOU'VE MADE." Weiss is still isn't giving up.
"WEISS, PLEASE, YOU'LL ONLY MAKE IT WORSE!" Winter is making every attempt to get Weiss to just give up already.
"I think would be best you just back out from this Weiss, because Winter might be losing control", James comment after noticing a panic Winter is losing control.
"Winter's panic state is causing her to lose control completely", Ozpin said as he too have notice it all.
"DON'T PANIC." Weiss tries to calm Winter down.
"THERE'S SO MUCH FEAR!" But Winter cannot contain her fear.
"WE'LL MAKE THE SUN SHINE BRIGHT."
"YOU'RE NOT SAFE HERE!"
"WE CAN FACE THIS THING TOGETHER..." But as Weiss sings, we lose sight of her in the thickening blizzard taking over the room.
"NO!" Winter shouts no she cannot.
"WE CAN CHANGE THIS WINTER WEATHER, AND EVERYTHING WILL BE..." Weiss's voice disappears in the storm as Winter cries out.
"I CAN'T!" Winter's fear, so strong, sucks the blizzard back into her and then it bursts out, unwittingly, like a sharp snowflake.
Weiss is STRUCK right in the heart. She grasps her chest in pain and stumbles back. She falls to her knees much to the shock of the audiences. Winter gasps when she sees Weiss. Just then, Olaf and Jaune rush into the room to Weiss's side.
"No not again!" Willow said after seeing what happened to Weiss a second time.
"You think what's going happen to Weiss will happen again?" Ruby ask Hakaze after remembering what happened in the beginning.
"Yeah it will", Hakaze gave the answer.
"Weiss. Are you okay?" Jaune ask if Weiss is going to fine.
"I'm okay... I'm fine." Weiss gets to her feet, determined to hide the pain.
"Who's this? Wait, it doesn't matter. You have to go." Winter said feeling scared, even at the sight of Jaune.
"No, I know we can figure this out together", Weiss said still determine.
"How? What power do you have to stop this winter? To stop me?" Winter ask being desperate while Weiss doesn't have the answer. Jaune sees spiky ice shadows creeping down the walls. Puts a protective arm around Weiss.
"Weiss, I think we should go." Jaune said because they are about to be in danger.
"No. I'm not leaving without you, Winter." Weiss said while close to tears.
"Yes, you are." A heartbroken but decisive Winter waves her arms and builds a giant, menacing snowman. We'll call him MARSHMALLOW.
"Oh my!" Oobleck said after seeing that snow monster.
"Oh she made a snow monster", Cinder comment.
"And she name it marshmallow", Roman said the name of the snow monster which some find kind of funny.
"Also I guess Weiss isn't getting through to Winter if she feels like she can't undo this", Ruby said feeling somewhat sad that Weiss couldn't get Winter to undo the eternal winter.
"Maybe, but this eternal winter will be finished", Hakaze noted that this eternal winter will be stopped.
Outside the ice palace, Marshmallow holds Weiss and Jaune by the scruff of their necks in one hand and Olaf in the other.
"Stop. Put us down!" Weiss shouts at Marshmallow to put them down.
"You are a lot stronger than I think you realize." Olaf said talking to Marshmallow before he tosses Jaune and Weiss down the steps.
"Go away!" Marshmallow said like a bouncer.
"He just talked like a bouncer", Yang said because she has dealt with bouncers before.
End
Next up is right after being thrown out of the ice palace, Weiss has a problem with herself that's making her freeze.
