"Now let's see how Roman reacts on his failed attempt on Ruby's life", Hakaze said.
"I bet this is going to be good", Cinder said because she and her team always find Roman annoying anyway.
Back at the lair, seething, Roman watches the following through the Reliquary, seeing that Rena, Oscar and Peter have landed safely in a snow bank.
"I hate trains! Remind me never to get on a train again." Oscar said to them as Roman starts to loose his cool for failing to kill Ruby.
"LAAAAAH! RAAAAGGHHH! RAAAAGGGH!" Roman screams, grabs his own throat and start trashing around in frustration for his failed attempt on Ruby, in the audiences everyone likes to laugh that.
"That was very hilarious", Emerald said after seeing how Roman throws a fit.
"Yeah I just hope he ends up like that again if he fails to kill Ruby again", Mercury said to her.
"I'm acting like a child who didn't get what he wanted", Roman comment not liking how his counterparts acts for failing.
"Let's see him try again", Yang said laughing knowing Roman will mostly fail again anyway.
"Wow, hey take it easy there. You know, sir, really you should watch your blood pressure. My nephew Izzie just keeled over one day, mid-mango. Stress. it's a killer sir. And he's a fruit bat, no meat, no blood even." Mercury said as Roman stares blankly at Mercury for a beat, then.
"You have a nephew Mercury?" Emerald ask after his counterpart mention that.
"Not that I know of!" He counters the question.
"HOW COULD THEY LET HER ESCAPE?!" Roman yells and he's talking about his minions.
"Ha wow … Ah, you're right. It's very upsetting sir." Mercury said picking up the Reliquary.
"Eh, I guess this Reliquary thing's broken." Mercury tosses the Reliquary over his shoulder- It flies through the air. Roman's eyes go wide in terror as he leaps to catch it.
"You idiot!" Roman skids across the floor he flings his own hand ahead. The hand lands under the Reliquary, breaking its fall just in time. Roman turns on Mercury, eyes red with fury.
"Alright now sir, take it easy there. Just remember what I said to you about stress –" Mercury said as he backs away as Roman shoves the Reliquary against Mercury's nose.
"I sold my soul for this. My life, my very existence depends on it, and you almost destroyed it!" Roman told Mercury of the consequence if the Reliquary gets destroyed.
"Oh so if the Reliquary gets destroyed then Roman gets destroyed with it", Ruby said after learning what Roman means by that.
"That's because he sold his soul just to acquire that power and he dies if the Reliquary gets destroyed", Hakaze said and she knows it's going to turn out in the final battle.
"Oh I just like to see how Roman dies in the end", Cinder is looking forward to it.
"I get it! I get it! 'you break it, you bought it." Mercury said while trying to squirm away.
"See that you remember, you miserable rodent." Roman lets Mercury drop.
"Oh, sure, blame the bat. What the heck we're easy targets always hanging … ar…" Mercury sulking to himself.
"What are you muttering about?" Roman turns to him and ask what Mercury was muttering about.
"Ruby, sir. Just wishing I could do the job for you - Sir, I'd give her a Ha then a hi ya and then a woowah and I'd kick her, sir." Mercury mimes karate chops with his wings. He gets tangled up in his own wings, tripping himself. Roman watches disgusted.
"Oh, I have something else in mind … something more enticing, something really cruel …" Roman said he has something better in mind.
"Don't you even know karate Mercury?" Emerald ask if he does.
"Only using my leg", Mercury answer tapping his metal leg.
Meanwhile somewhere in Patch in the morning, on descending from the mountains, spring is in the air. The crocus' are peeking their heads thru patches of snow. Peter is in a feverish excitement over meeting an old flame in Vale.
"Are we going to walk to Vale?" Rena ask because since they have no transportation to Vale this time.
"We'll take a boat in Patch", Oscar tells her that they will take a boat that's in Patch,
"Oh. Then we're walking to Patch?" Rena said like if they will still walking all the way there.
"No, your grace. We're taking a bus." Oscar said they do have transportation they will take all the way to the boat.
"A bus! That's nice."
"Sophie, my dear, Peter's on his way!" Peter said calling out.
"Who's Sophie?" Rena ask out of curiosity
"Who is Sophie? … She's a tender little morsel." Peter is kind of lost in warm memories.
"Let's not talk about that okay?" Everyone nods their head when Hakaze said because that's not the subject here.
"Peter."
"The cup of hot chocolate after a long walk in the snow." Peter is still in his own conversation.
Peter, change of subject please?" Oscar trying to get his attention.
"She's a decadent pastry filled with whipped cream and laughter …" Peter mention all that.
"Is this a person or a cream puff?" Rena ask because she doesn't know what Peter is buzzing about.
"She is the Empress' ravishing first cousin." Peter answer humming.
"Cousin huh?" Maria Commented.
"Must be nice?" Summer said to her.
"But I thought we were going to see the Empress herself. Why are we going to see her cousin? Oscar!" Rena turns to Oscar.
"Well, nobody gets near the Dowager Empress without convincing Sophie first." Oscar explains the reason why they will see Sophie before they see Empress Maria while Peter hums and gathers flowers in the background.
"Oh so talk to Sophie first and then they get to see Maria in person this time", James commented.
"However things is never that easy to get", Hakaze said to him.
"What's that mean?"
"It means, Maria would just give up already on her search for you", Hakaze answer Ruby.
"She's losing fate?"
'Yes Ozpin."
"Oh no, not me, no. Nobody ever told me I had to -prove I was the Grand Duchess." Rena objects about that.
"Look, I . . ." Oscar tries to make an excuse.
"Show up. Yes. Look nice. Fine. But lie?" Rena makes her point that she doesn't like the idea of lying as she fiddles with her necklace.
"You don't know it's a lie. What if it's true? OK, so there's one more stop on the road to finding out who you are. I just thought this was something you had to see through to the end no matter what." Oscar said to her and she signs.
"But look at me, Oscar! I am not exactly Grand Duchess material here, Aah." Rena stomps off.
"Still have no idea that she really is due the amnesia", Weiss commented.
"Yep", Ruby answered.
"But I know Ruby will remember everything", Blake commented because Ruby will have her memories back in the end.
To bridge where Rena joins Peter. He directs her attention to the water.
"Tell me, child, what do you see?" Peter ask as Rena looks at her reflection, face smudged and wearing boy's clothes.
"I see a skinny little nobody, with no past and no future." Rena said believe that she would always be.
"I see a engaging and fiery young woman … who on a number of occasions has shown a regal command equal to any royal in the world. And I have known my share of royalty. You see my dear, I was a member of the imperial Court." Peter said and Rena hums and signs and Oscar's face shows up reflected in the pond next to theirs.
"So, are you ready to become the Grand Duchess Ruby Rose?" Rena is still annoyed at Oscar for not being honest with her. Peter gives Oscar a look.
"What?!"
"There's nothing left for you back there my dear. Everything is in Vale", Peter said and a beat Rena decides.
"Gentlemen, start your teaching." Rena said as musical numbers begins.
"Oh here comes another song", Yang said.
"But Ruby, Oscar and Peter are singing it", Summer said to Yang.
"Oh yes they are Summer. But this is more of a lesson and learning for her", Hakaze said to her.
"I remember it well. LEARN TO DO IT", Peter starts singing first.
Peter: "YOU WERE BORN IN A PALACE BY THE SEA"
Rena: "A PALACE BY THE SEA. COULD IT BE?"
Peter: "YES, THAT'S RIGHT. YOU RODE HORSEBACK, WHEN YOU WERE ONLY THREE."
Rena: "HORSEBACK RIDING ME?"
Peter: "AND THE HORSE …"
Oscar: "HE WAS WHITE"
They are all seen riding horses along the way of the song.
"Ruby? Ever rode on horses?" Weiss asked her if she ever did.
"No, but it would be fun to try", Ruby said she never did but it would be fun to do so.
Peter: "YOU MADE FACES AND TERRORIZED THE COOK!"
Oscar: T"HREW HIM IN THE BROOK!"
Rena: "WAS I WILD?"
Oscar: "WROTE THE BOOK!"
Peter: "BUT, YOU'D BEHAVE WHEN YOUR FATHER GAVE THAT LOOK!"
Oscar: "IMAGINE HOW IT WAS!"
Peter: "YOUR LONG-FORGOTTEN PAST!"
Oscar and Peter: "WE'VE LOTS AND LOTS TO TEACH YOU AND THE TIME IS GOING FAST!"
Peter: "NOW, SHOULDERS BACK AND STAND UP TALL"
Oscar: "AND DO NOT WALK, BUT TRY TO FLOAT."
The scene shows Rena floats. Oscar sort of floats. Peter really floats!
"Oh dear", Oscar face palm his face for seeing his screen self sort of floats.
"Don't feel bad Oscar", Ruby said to him patting his back.
Rena: "I FEEL A LITTLE FOOLISH AM I FLOATING?"
Peter: "LIKE A LITTLE BOAT!"
Oscar: "YOU GIVE A BOW."
Rena: "WHAT HAPPENS NOW?"
Next scene shows Rena curtsies, placing her hand in Oscar's.
Peter: "YOUR HAND RECEIVES A KISS!"
Both Rena and Oscar pull away, embarrassed after Peter blurted that out.
"Oh something tells me Oscar and Ruby would become lovers in the end", Kali said like she's doing lover picks much to Ruby's and Oscar's embarrassment.
"Mom, now is not the time", Blake said to her but Kali not going to stop that.
Peter & Oscar: "MOST OF ALL REMEMBER THIS:"
Peter: "IF I CAN LEARN TO DO IT. YOU CAN LEARN TO DO IT."
Oscar: "SOMETHING IN YOU KNOWS IT—"
Peter & Oscar: "THERE'S NOTHING TO IT!"
Peter: "FOLLOW IN MY FOOTSTEPS, SHOE BY SHOE!"
Peter & Oscar: "YOU CAN LEARN TO DO IT TOO!"
Peter: "NOW, ELBOW IN AND SIT UP STRAIGHT"
Oscar: "AND NEVER SLURP THE STROGANOFF"
Rena: "I NEVER CARED FOR STROGANOFF"
Peter: "SHE SAID THAT LIKE A ROSE AND XIAO LONG!"

Oscar: "YA-AH! ! !:" Oscar yells.
From nowhere, Peter produces a huge chart- the family tree.
"This is getting really good", Ren commented.
"Indeed Ren!" Nora said to him.
"Next, you must memorize the names of all the royalty." Peter said to Rena before resuming to the song.
Peter: "AND HERE WE, HAVE KROPOTKIN"
Oscar: "SHOT POTEMKIN"
Peter: "IN THE BOTKIN"
Rena: "OH!"
Peter: "AND DEAR OLD UNCLE QROW LOVED HIS VODKA"
"That's is so much like a drunk", Winters commented about Qrow always being drunk with all that, including the vodka.
"Hey!"
Oscar: "GOT IT RENA?"
Rena: "NO!"
Peter: "THE BARON"
Rena: "HE WAS?"
Oscar: "SHORT!"
Peter: " A COUNT"
Rena: "HAD A …"
Peter: "WART!"
Oscar: " THE COUNT WORE A FEATHERED HAT."
Peter: "I HEAR HE'S GOTTEN VERY FAT."
Rena: "AND I RECALL HIS YELLOW CAT …"
Peter: "I DON'T BELIEVE WE TOLD HER THAT …"
Peter and Oscar exchange a baffled glance as Rena looks proudly.
Rena: "IF YOU CAN LEARN TO DO IT, I CAN LEARN TO DO IT!"
Peter: "DON'T KNOW HOW YOU KNEW IT."
Rena: "I SIMPLY KNEW IT! SUDDENLY I FEEL LIKE SOMEONE NEW IT!"
Peter & Oscar: RENA, YOU'RE A DREAM COME TRUE!"
Peter: "IF I CAN LEARN TO DO IT! YOU CAN LEARN TO DO IT! PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER"
Oscar: "IF HE CAN LEARN TO DO IT YOU CAN LEARN TO DO IT"
Rena, Peter and Oscar: "AND YOU'LL PULL THROUGH IT! TELL YOURSELF IT'S EASY. AND IT'S TRUE—"
Peter & Oscar: "YOU CAN LEARN TO DO IT."
Rena: "NOTHING TO IT!"
All: "YOU CAN LEARN TO DO IT TOO!"
The song finish as they go off down the road, the lesson continuing. The threesome and Zwei approach a ship.
"They maybe on a ship, but Roman Torchwick will still be on to Ruby and he will another attempt on her life", Hakaze said to everyone.
"What's his plan?" Salem ask Hakaze.
"All we can do now is wait and see the next scene."

Coming up next, Roman makes another attempt on Ruby's life with a nightmare on the ship.
