It was closing time for the team. I had meet everyone; some of the team wasn't too bad. Other were unsure about me. Which wasn't any different, if they knew about me. Would see whole different world from their own. If they all know, that real life monsters existence. Some of them; would definitely be afraid of her. Fletcher, was still by his desk typing on his keyboard. Me! I through on my sixth page of my report. Some of team; were heading home for the night. Had gotten a text on her watched phone. "Will be there, in fifteen minutes." From her dad; has a small smile on my face. Better, go uses the restroom one more time. Get my things, packed up and ready for the night. Got my things, into my backpack. Got up; to uses the restroom, once I entered the women's restroom. Uses the toilet, it wasn't too bad so far. Once I had finished, went to go wash my hands. Afterwards, walked out of the restroom. Once I was back at my desk. Put on my hoodie; pick up my backpack and save my work and turn off my computer.

"Going home?" Turn my head; to look at my captain. "Yes! My family; is coming to pick me up." Had a small smile on my face. "While, be safe. I'll see you tomorrow." Seeing that, he had his computer off too. Getting his own things ready to leave tonight. Starts walking; he was walking right beside me. "I'm heading to the parking garage." Fletcher, went a different direction then me. Made me; little sad that he was walking away from me. But, shake my head don't be ridiculous tell myself. "He is your boss. Nothing more or less." I tell myself; once I'm out the double doors. The nice cool wind; touches my face. Felt really nice to me. Cloudy outside; which meant the sun was hidden behind the clouds. Smiling to myself; I saw a different car pulling up beside the sidewalk. Once my feet; made it down the long steps. Maybe, my family; got a new car or something. Aunt Rose; would have brought a new car. Just keep herself busy or cause it look nice. The window rolls down, it's Fletcher my boss. "Sorry, don't feel comfortable with leaving you by yourself. Mind, if I wait and see, until you're family comes to pick you up?!"

"You?! Don't have to do that. My ride should be here very soon. My family; take my safety serious." I smiled at him.

"Don't mind, wouldn't wanna leave you here all alone." He was getting out of his car. Came to stand by my side. I sit down on the steps, he joined me on the steps. Looking at the time; I had five more minutes before someone came.

"Did, you and your family just moved here?" He asked her.

"Yeah! Pretty much. But, we don't like city life." She feels the wind; in her face.

"If you hated city life, so much then why move here?" He was curious.

"It's complicated." She tells him.

"How complicated, could it be?" He smiles at her.

"I'm from a small town in Washington; it was very gloomy and would rain all the time. It was an okay town; but a really close community." Looking to see if, someone was coming. "My Grandfather; was born and raised their his whole life. My Great Grandparents; they had my grandfather really late. Remember the last few days, she had left with him. " They had all kinds of health problems and issues. He had a lot friends; most of them were from Quileute tribe." Turning my head slowly; to look at him. His blue eyes; their was something different about them. "Grandfather Charlie, meet my grandma Renee. She was there, with some friends. Just on vacation, she and my grandfather; grew closer together. But my grandma; just want an adventure." Checking to see, who was coming for me. But, so far no one yet. Check the time; still have three minutes left. "After their marriage; my mom; was conceived. Unfortunately, they were happy for a little while. But, during their marriage my grandma; don't see much of my grandfather. His parents; won't doing very good. My grandmother; had enough of small town life. She took my mom; when she was still a baby from grandfather. So, after my great grandparents passed away. My grandfather; don't see much of my mother. He only got, to see my mom; during summer time."

He nodded listening to me, "that most have been hard. Letting go of his only child."

"Sometimes, I wonder if, he only wanted my mom to stay in the town. Because, he don't wanna let her go. Understand, it's hard to let go of your only child." I looked at my shoes, "other times, I really wish we had left that town sooner. But, I'm glad we got to spend time with him. So, can't regret time, we had together."

"No! You, shouldn't regret anything from time spend with family." He has a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Have my own regrets, but sometimes live sucks."

"Are you spoken from Experience?" Curious about him.

"A little bit, I got Divorce three years ago." He tells her.

"Oh, my gosh I'm really sorry. Shouldn't have, asked you. It's none of my business." Feeling very bad, about what I just asked him.

"No! You're good, it happened a long time ago. We won't happily married for a long time. Should have let her go. A long time ago." He was rubbing my arm. Hated to admit it, but I was enjoying it.

"So, no. Children?" I was nervous to ask him.

"No children."

"Did you want kid's?"

"Yes! But, I don't think I'll get my wish."

Feeling very bad for Fletcher, he was a really good man. It wasn't hard to tell, his light blue eyes had so much life in them. Jacob Black aka the worst mistake in our lives. We all had our lives turned upside down. How could he; have still betrayed my whole family and me. It was better to let go. Then to let one jerk ruining your life. Have always wondered, if Jacob was just using me. Had a suspension, that my mom and Jacob were close friends. But, there is always more to the story then I really know. Something, that my parents; don't want me to know about. Feeling, that sooner or later, the truth will come out. It always does, if only I hadn't happened upon Jacob that day. Never would have discovered the truth about him.

"How badly, did you're EX hurt you?" Having a feeling, that's what she had her mind on.

"He cheated on me." I replied.

"What?! He cheated on you. Why? You're beautiful, he have to be blind not to see that." He is completely shocked.

"Beauty, isn't everything sometimes people aren't really who they are." Why, did feel warm inside talking to him. "Was your wife beautiful?"

"Yes! Of course she was. Well is, but maybe you have a point." He looked down at the ground.

Then felt the guilt come back, he hadn't done anything wrong. "Fletcher, I'm sorry. Shouldn't have gotten, so upset with you. It's just blamed myself; for the end of my relationship." Trouble looking at him.

"Hey, you have nothing to sorry about. He is the one of fault." He has a hand; underneath my chin. Lifts up my face; "just as my wife was. We both haven't done anything wrong." Before, he could continue, a car pulled up beside the sidewalk.

"Hello, me and Jasper came to pick you up. We got you dinner and clothes. As a congratulations gift; on your new job." She gets out of her Porsche. She gets out of her car. Jasper comes to join her. He was standing behind her; like a good soldier. Had tried very hard not to laugh. Standing up with Fletcher, he was up right beside me. "Who this?"

"Oh, this is my boss; I'm on his team. Fletcher, this is my cousin Alice and her husband Jasper." Introduced him; to my aunt and uncle.

"Hi! Nice to meet you both." Holding out his hand; to both of them to shake.

Alice walks up to him; she kisses his cheek. "Wow. Thanks for that." He tells her. "Your Welcome."

Jasper steps up and stay behind Alice. "It's pleasure to meet you."

"Guess we better get home." I better get home and fast. Jasper still had trouble some times. "I'll see you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow. It was nice meeting you both." He tells her; watching me get into the car.

"Pleasure, was all ours." Alice tells him; grabbing Jasper arm and pulling him along with her. Getting into the car, he takes the driver seat. I wave bye to Fletcher.
