After rewatching the franchise, this is - in my semi-expert opinion - where I believe the showrunners were going with Elite Force following 'The Attack'. 1 Chapter is 1 episode, 20-minute sitcom style, just as the style of the show; written in screenplay format. When the original members of the Elite Force are called away to another planet for a special mission, Centium City is left undefended for the first time in 20 years. So, when enemies both old and new start to arise, the last remaining member of the Elite Force must train their children to face this threat. But with secrets being kept on both sides, how can they know who to trust?

In any lifetime or timeline, I always find my way back to you. Basically, I torture myself emotionally by exploring the Rocy (Roman/Tracy) multiverse, how different things would've turned out if I went the other direction. Most of these will be exploring AUs in forms of one-shots, and it can range from fluff to angst to comedy.

This story takes place in the same universe as my other Lab Rats: Elite Force stories, Lightwave & Frozen Rose, and takes place immediately following Frozen Rose.

It's hard settling in, the first week. Everyone walks on eggshells around each other, tense and exhausted. The second week isn't much better. Kaz is quiet in a way that seems unnatural for him. The third week bears little fruit. They start training, but it isn't anything more than a performance. At the end of the first month, Kaz comes back with two bags full of alcohol.
