At precisely 6:25 AM, Cassie woke up from her bed and walked to the bedroom of Quinn and Rachel. She tiptoed towards Rachel's side of the bed and gently shook her awake. Rachel, who was still feeling drowsy and halfway asleep, rubbed her eyes and tried to adjust to the sudden realization that it was time to get up.
Cassie's voice was calm and reassuring as she spoke to Rachel, reminding her that she needed to get ready for school. She told her that she had to take a quick shower and get dressed before 7:25 AM, when Shelby would be leaving to take her to school.
As Rachel headed to the bathroom to shower, Cassie walked out of the bedroom and headed to the bedroom she shared with Shelby. She sat down on a chair and remarked, "Rachel is the only one among the girls who doesn't give me a hard time in the morning." Shelby chuckled at her wife's comment, adding, "Well, from what I learn from Tiger, Rachel can be a bit of a diva and drama queen like the other girls in the mornings. Just give it some time, Cass."
Cassie nodded, "I know she can be. I remember when I had to go to Figgins' office to pick up Tiger, and Rachel was there. We had to exchange words, and you know the rest," she said to Shelby.
"Yeah, I do. But I'm sure Rachel will become more manageable with time," Shelby said reassuringly.
Cassie nod so far all of them is getting along in I know we're going to have our hands full with four teenage girls with different personalities in it is going to blow soon because I can feel it.
As their parents, it is our duty to guide, talk to, and discipline our teenage girls whenever necessary. Although they have different personalities and it may be challenging at times, we must ensure that they all get along and behave appropriately. We are confident in our ability to handle any situation that may arise, and we will not hesitate to take action when needed Shelby said to her wife.
As Shelby and her partner finish their conversation, they both get ready for their workday. They leave their master bedroom, reminding everyone else in the house to dress and prepare as quickly as possible. Cassie also exits the room, sharing a loving kiss with her partner before heading towards the stairs. They remind the four teenagers in the house to gather around the table and have breakfast within the next 20 minutes. Meanwhile, Santana can be heard behind her bedroom door, rolling her eyes at the morning hustle and bustle. She walks out of her bedroom, and her mother meets her in the hallway. Santana sasses her mother, asking her if she has to be so loud in the morning. Shelby catches Santana's arm and tells her to watch her tone.
As they walking downstairs together, Santana made a joke to her mom. However, her mom didn't find it funny and scolded her for being rude. She reminded Santana that it was too early in the morning for such behavior and threatened to give her a spanking if she continued. Santana quickly apologized and explained that she didn't mean to sound rude. Her mom then comforted her by wrapping her arms around her while they continued to walk downstairs. Rachel, who had been eavesdropping by the wall, was shocked at the exchange and stood there with her mouth wide open
Kitty noticed Rachel standing motionless by the wall, looking visibly shocked. Concerned, Kitty asked if Rachel planned on going downstairs for breakfast or if she was going to remain standing there like a statue. Rachel, startled by Kitty's question, quickly apologized and said she would be down in a minute after calling Mercedes. She then hurried off to their shared bedroom, where Quinn was getting ready. Rachel was eager to talk to Quinn about what she had just heard, but wasn't sure how to approach the topic.
As Rachel and Quinn made their way downstairs together, they greeted everyone with a cheerful "good morning." Shelby smiled warmly at them and returned the greeting, while Cassie arrived with two cups of coffee, handing one to Shelby. After the bell rang, the students quickly gathered their backpacks, organized their papers and books, and headed out. Shelby called out to Quinn, "I need to have a quick word with you before you head home."
Shelby closed the door and asked Quinn, "What's on your mind?"
"I know I'll be off restriction tomorrow, Mom. I miss my phone and hanging out with my friends," Quinn said with a hint of longing in her voice.
"I understand, sweetheart. You'll have your things back first thing tomorrow morning," Shelby reassured her. "You're in charge until Mama comes home."
"Okay, mom, I'll see you at home," Quinn said as she walked out of the classroom and headed to her mama's car. She sat in the backseat while Kitty, sat in the front
After dropping off the three teenagers at home, Cassie returned to work at the school. She joined her wife Shelby to assist in teaching the students their choreography routine, while Shelby focused on coaching them through their vocal exercises.
After the final bell rang, Rachel spent 45 minutes meticulously browsing the internet in search of various types of music that the glee club could potentially perform. She carefully curated several options and then printed out multiple setlists. However, Kitty had agreed to do so on the condition that Santana takes her along to the party.
"We'll make sure that you're all set and ready before midnight," Santana had assured Kitty, as Quinn walked back into the room, looking pleased. She sat down beside her sister on the couch and handed Santana her phone, thanking her.
"No problem, Q. What did Puck want?" Santana asked her sister.
"We're going to the movies on Saturday at 7 and we're going to grab a bite to eat before he drops me home," Quinn replied.
"That's sweet, Q," Santana and Kitty said in unison, smiling.
As the group sat comfortably in the living room, the air was filled with laughter and excitement as they discussed the upcoming party on Friday night, and Quinn's date with Puck. After they finished eating, Shelby paid for their meal, and they got into the truck. Rachel played her new CD that she had bought earlier that afternoon, and they all sang along happily while Shelby drove them home, enjoying the music and each other's company.After, the movie ended, Cassie, Santana, Kitty, and Quinn spent some time straightening out the family room together. While Cassie had her back turned, Santana passed Quinn her cellphone so she could text Puck. The three teenagers then went to Santana's bedroom and listened to music until it was time for bed. Shelby, the mother of Quinn, Kitty, and Santana, walked into the room where the three sisters were listening to the radio. She noticed that it was getting late and it was time for bed. She gently turned off the radio and informed the girls that it was time to get some rest. Shelby also reminded them that they had completed their homework, which she had checked, and had put it all in their backpacks for the next day. Quinn and Kitty, who were lying on Santana's bed, got up to say goodnight to their mother and thanked her for putting their homework in their backpacks. Santana also hugged her mom goodnight and wished her sisters goodnight before they all went to sleep.
