Ice Dimension:

After reaching this dimension via portal, Sasuke walks on the snowfield and finds an abandoned palace before entering the castle, finding a statue of a horned Otsutsuki Clan member, along with countless rotten files upon approach and picks up one that contains the information he's searching for, "Kaguya Otsutsuki... with her warped hunger for power. She tried to enslave the entire world." He adds in thought, "During the Superhuman society war, we were able to seal her away after so many Hero had sacrificed their lives." He recalls back to him and Naruto sealing her away, also having had help in doing so, "However, she wasn't acting out of a longer for power... As to what the true reason for her vigilance was, I've been searching the answer to that ever since."

After thinking those thoughts, "!" He suddenly dodges an attack from a large white figure as the strike connects to the ground.

After the smoke clears, "I didn't think anyone else besides us could enter this place." He proceeds to form his red-energy trench knifes, "I am Kinshiki Otsutsuki." he then attacks, "On guard!"

Sasuke takes out his katana and engages Kinshiki in a dual, both giving out fierce clashes that causes craters and explosions to form in the palace before their fight eventually leads them outside on the snow grounds, where Momoshiki Otsutsuki watches them form above the castle.

As their dual continues, Sasuke lands a kick that sends Kinshiki back, and the latter retaliates with a strike of his knifes, which Sasuke blocks but the impact is strong enough to send him flying into rock-wall. As he recovers, the large man continues his onslaught of attacks with massive brute strength, sending them both through stoned boulders, however, the Phantomaye Hero continues blocking every striking and keeps his calmed composure as he low-dodges a knife slash before getting behind Kinshiki and slices his horn off. "RAA!" This enrages the latter as he continues his rapid string of attacks and Sasuke swiftly keeps up while using his amazing swordplay, despite the fact that he has only one arm. He disarms Kinshiki of his first trench blade before digging his sword to the ground in trapping his other one. "RAAAA!" Kinshiki now uses his large fists for attacking, which makes Sasuke jump on top of his head and forms a knife with his lightning quirk and strikes at his face, but Kinshiki blocks it by catching his arm and slams him to the ground, making a crater. "!" The Uchiha rolls out the way quickly before another attack lands on him as the latter's fist connects to the ground.

After he stands up, Kinshiki forms a red-energized axe this time and jumps above the Number 3 Hero in an attempt to bisect him, "HAAAAAA!" however, Sasuke uses his 7-Tomoe eye(The Rinnegan) to switch places with a statue, making Kinshiki strike that instead.

"A stoned statue?!" The large man is surprised after cleaving it in half, "He switched places..."

"Heheheh." Momoshiki chuckles from afar, gaining Sasuke's attention to glare upward, "That was careless, Kinshiki."He criticizes as him and Sasuke glare each other in the eyes as the wind blows, "Oh?" This is when Momo realizes the Uchiha hero's eye, "The Rinnegan." He continues, "Tell me, just what is it that you're searching for here?" He asks, "And where is Kaguya Otsutsuki?"

"You didn't here? Kaguya's no longer here." Sasuke reveals the outcome.

"Huh?" Momoshiki grimaces in surprise, so does Kinshiki. This was unexpected for the Otsutsuki duo if anything, "You're going to tell us everything you know about all of this."

Kinshiki uses his speed to try and grab him, which Sasuke dodges out the way and sees that Momoshiki is flying down, "Tch, I can take them one-on-one, but two at the same time is a disadvantage." He retrieves his sort and makes a run for it.

"You won't get get away!" Kinshiki exclaims, chasing him.

Sasuke activates his Rinnegan to open a portal and quickly jumps in it, closing it off before Kinshiki could get him.

"Grrr...!" The latter sneers in frustration.

A portal opens to the Sand Dimension as Sasuke hopes out before closing it, successfully having the files he needed, "Now to return to Japan." He moves onward.

Opening 2 "Peace Sign" by Kenobi Yo Nezu

Opens to the U.A. Sports festival arena as the sun raises over the stadium. Looking down from arena side as the wind blows, Izuku and Boruto smirk/smile down at the middle of the battle ring, ready to face the Sports festival head on before turning and giving each other a high-five before the logo appears.

We first zoom through a few students of Class 1-A preparing for the sports festival in various places(Ochaco doing arm stretches. Sarada cracking her knuckles before punching the air in practice. Eijiro stretching downward while sitting against the wall. Tenya stretching back his left turbo leg. Sumire doing shoulder stretches. Iwabe swinging his earth hammer up and down. Katsuki stretching out his legs. Boruto doing squats with his arms out and forward. Izuku stretching with his arms bended back. Shoto doing arm circles and breaths of fresh air upon being finished.)

We then cut to the U.A. Sports festival arena where the battles take place with the main competitors unleashing their signature attacks: Boruto throws down a bolt of lighting. Izuku's finger-flick smash release a shockwave. Shoto releasing a wave of ice. Sarada comes from above with a punch that creates a small crater in the ground. Eijiro punches forward with his hardening quirk. Shikadai using shadow possession. Tenya dashing with his turbo engines activated. Mitsuki firing off snake lightning. Shinki attacking with a wave of Iron Sand with his arms crossed. Shinso turns with a glare. Iwabe smashes his earth weapon to the ground in using stone edge. Tokoyami releasing dark shadow to attack. Katsuki firing off explosions from both hands before attacking bare-handed. Tsubaki slashing the air with her sword covered in blue aura. Hoki launching an earth pillar. Tetsutesu punching forward with his steel quirk. Hatsume turns with grin and hands behind back.

Next shows Naruto, All Might, Present Mic, Midnight, and Shota(still covered in bandages) turning back to Class 1-A, who glare at them with determination as they're ready to give it their all during the Sports festival.

Last shot shows everyone in their costumes and jumping in the air, diving straight into battle.

Chapter 23: Roaring, U.A. Sports Festival

After two weeks of training went by, it's finally the start of the U.A. Sports Festival. The School has increased security and has the festival broadcasted for the whole world to witness.

In the Class 1-A waiting room:

"Aw man..." Chocho groans at the fact they're wearing their P.E. outsides, "This these clothes are still tight on me."

"Yeah, I wanted to wear my costume." Mina agrees, not that pleased either.

"To keep everything fair, we can't." Mashirao said.

"You said it, keeping things fair is the best way to fight with honor!" Metal agrees in being ready.

"I wonder what the first round's gonna be, cause I'm getting nervous..." Kameko admits, trembles on bit.

"I'm with ya there..." Toru shakes dramatically

"It's normal to be that way, but whatever comes our way, we must persevere." Fumikage states, arms crossed over his chest.

"Agreed." Shoji nods.

"This is gonna be such a drag..." Shikadai sighs while rubbing the back of his head.

"We're gonna do our best girls!" Ochaco declares with a pump of her right fist.

"Heh, that's the spirit, Ochaco." Sarada agrees as she and Sumire giggle.

At that moment, the door is slammed by Tenya, "Everyone get your game faces on!" He alerts, "We're about to enter the arena soon!"

"Oh man, we're really about to do this?!" Minoru shakes dramatically, trying to swallow his fear.

"Relax and just act normal, Mineta." Boruto sweat-drops.

"Midoriya..." Shoto approaches him, gaining the freckled teens attention.

"Hey Todoroki... What's up?" Izuku greets with a blink in surprise. This is when Boruto, Katsuki, and everyone else glanced over in catching wind of their conversation.

"From an objective standpoint, I think it's fairly clear that I'm stronger than you." Shoto states, rather bluntly if anything.

"Uh... yeah..." Izuku mutters.

"Hm?" Hearing that kinda didn't sit well with Boruto.

"However..." Shoto continues, "You got All Might in the corner helping you out." He adds, making Izuku perk up in surprise, "I'm not hear to pry about what's going on between you two... but know that I will beat you." He declares straightforward, making the latter's eyes widen.

"Hey..." Boruto walks over with hands in his pocket, chiming into the conversation as his eyes meet Shoto's, "If you're gonna make a declaration of war like that then at least do it correctly..." He adds, "And wait till after the match to brag that you're 'stronger', and not talk as if you've already won. It's arrogance if you ask me."

Everyone knows that some tension is filling the air after Boruto said that statement, even Izuku's surprised. Shoto remarks, "Either way, my last statement still stands." He now sets his sights at the blonde teen in declaring the same thing, "After Midoriya, you're going down as well, Uzumaki." He glares, "That's my declaration to you, especially."

Boruto returns the glare as he and Shoto face-to-face in a small stand-off, "You took the words right out of my mouth." He adds, "Done. Challenge accepted." He clenches his fists in his pockets.

"What's with all the declarations of war lately?" Kaminari wonders, surprised by their tensity.

"Come on, let's just calm down." Eijiro walks over, so does Sarada "Why are you picking a fight all of a sudden, Todoroki?"

"I agree. We don't have time for this." Sarada puts a hand on his shoulder.

"We're not here to be each other's friends." Shoto says bluntly and shoves her hand away, before turning around to Sarada, "Just like I declared to Midoriya and Uzumaki, you're going down as well... Uchiha."

"..." Sarada's surprised to hear, but gives him a glare.

"Her too?" Momo mutters.

"And don't forget, this isn't a team effort." Shoto tells everyone before turning around and walks off.

"Oh yeah? You're not wrong about that." Boruto said, causing the half cold/hot quirk user to stop and glance at the blonde, "Friend or Foe, I'm gonna win this tournament and take the top spot." He declares, leaving everyone surprised and leaving Katsuki to scoff with a glare, while Mitsuki smiles usually at the blonde's declaration.

"Hmph." Shoto scoffs in a frown.

"Todoroki..." Izuku speaks up, "I don't know what's going through your head or why you think that you need to tell me that you'll beat me..." He continues, "And yeah, of course your better than me. In fact, you probably have more potential than almost anyone here in the hero course." He said, "That's why you got in so easily, just like Boruto and Sarada."

"..." The blonde glances to him and only listens.

"Midoriya, maybe you're being a little hard on yourself..." Eijiro chimes, reassuring him.

"And especially us..." Iwabe adds while still in his seat.

"No, they're both right you guys!" Izuku admits, agreeing with Shoto and Boruto, much to everyone's surprise, "All the other courses are coming for us with everything they got." He continues, "We're all gonna have to fight to stand out." He glares at Shoto in determination and declares this, "And I'll be aiming for the top too."

"That's more like it." Boruto smirks.

"Also..." Sarada speak up, getting Shoto to glance to her, "I'll accept your declaration too, Todoroki and I won't lose." She glares determinedly.

Shoto narrows at the eyes of his three rivals and simply responds, "Fine."

And just like that, things are already getting intense for the competition that's about to start.

Class 1-A walks out to the Freshmen Stage of the Festival Stadium, along with other students of the Hero, General Studies, Business and Support Courses piled into the stadium. Some of them gulp in nervousness at the crowd being this large than they originally thought. Know ever, Katsuki is more into this while Boruto is ready to show the results of his training.

The Chief Referee for the Festival: Midnight poses in a gorgeous manner, much to the excitement of some men in the audience.

"Someone should talk to Miss Midnight about what she's wearing?" Eijiro mutters, in a blush.

"That should definitely come with a warning ahead of time." Iwabe nods, a small blush.

"That's a R-Rated Hero for you..." Kaminari mutters.

"Is that really appropriate to wear at a High-School game?" Fumikage notes.

"Yes!" Minoru gives a thumbs up in excitement at her costume.

"Silence everyone!" Midnight flops her flail as she speaks in the microphone, "For the student pledge," She states, "we have, Katsuki Bakugo"

The explosion quirk user walks up forward up the stage with his hands in pockets.

"Uh... he's the first year rep?" Izuku asks.

"Well, he did finish first in the entrance test." Kaminari said.

"Only for the Hero course exams." The girl from the General studies course said, sighing with crossing her arms.

"Oh... right." Izuku replies.

"That girl really hates us doesn't she?" Kameko whispers.

"Yeah, and we got Boruto and Bakugo to thank for them not liking our class." Hanata whispers too.

"Big deal, they'll get over it eventually." Boruto narrows, doesn't care in the slightest with his hands behind his head.

"Now on the stage and everyone listening, Katsuki simply declares, "I just want to say... I'm gonna win."

This only makes the rest of Class 1-A exclaim dramatically in thought, "I knew he'd say something like that!"

"BOOOO!" A plethora of students from other courses(Class B too) boo at Katsuki for his arrogance.

"He has such a big mouth..." Sarada puts a hand on her glasses, sighing with her head lowered.

"Leave it to this hothead to show that he's so full of himself..." Boruto sighs, unsurprised too.

"Why would you be so disrespectful?! You're representing us all!" Tenya chops at the air frantically.

"It's not my fault that the rest of you are nothing but stepping stones to my victory." Katsuki gives them a thumbs down and mocks them.

"He's done it now!" A mantis-looking student(Togaru) exclaims, "Just wait till I slice him up!"

"I'm gonna crush this over confident jerk!" Tetsutesu swears with a tightened fist, "I can't wait to knock him down to size."

"It might not be overconfidence... he's just pushing himself." Izuku thought as Katsuki walks off stage, "And turning us all into targets at the same time."

"Guess it wouldn't have mattered if one of us from Class 1-A went... we'd still get Boo'd at." Eijiro sighs, but crosses his arms.

"No kidding on that." Kaminari agrees.

"Well, everybody was already gunning for heads from the start anyway." Inojin notes.

"That's true, but we gotta deal with it either way." Shoji said.

"This whole thing is becoming a pain right now." Shikadai sighs.

"Without further ado, it's time for us to get started!" Midnight begins speaking, "The first game is what you'd call a qualifier! This is where you begin feeling the pain! The first fateful game!" On the screen, the first game to be selected was an obstacle course race, which is 4 kilometers around the stadium, and that they can do and use anything they want as long as they're stay in the course, "Now then, take your places, contestants!"

Ending 3 "Dakara, Hitori ja nai" By Little Glee Monster

Starts at daylight with flower petals falling from a tree in and Ochaco turning her hand into a fist as she, Sumire, Sarada, Tsuyu, Mina, Chocho, Toru, Kyoka, and Momo laying down on the beautiful grass with smiles of enjoyment and relaxation while conversating and looking up at the sky.

As the ending plays, the next shot shows the 1-A girls fighting off giants together in their hero costumes while having each others backs. Next shows them chilling out at the park, exhausted after a long day of training. Kyoka sitting on the bench with a hand to her forehead, Sumire on her knees and Mina laying down(Both sighing of fresh air), Ochaco bending down in catching her breath, Tsuyu and Toru bending over the trashcan(puking a little bit), Chocho sweating a lot after a bunch of running, Sarada leaning against the tree with her glasses off and hand over her eyes, and Momo standing up straight and take a few breathes.

Next shows them walking in the rain in their school uniforms while looking at the screen with medium expressions, before the sky changes from overcast rain to daylight. It then switches to the Class 1-A girls in their hero costumes once again in completing an obstacle course together while looking back at some of the Class 1-A Boys(Izuku, Boruto, Katsuki, Mitsuki, Tenya, and Shikadai) and Shota, who watch them from the starting line.

It moves on to the 1-A girls running home on the sidewalk, with Tenya, Boruto, Izuku, Minoru, Katsuki, Mitsuki, and Shikadai chasing behind them in keeping up. Last shot shows the girls smiling after having a great time with today's class while flower pedals bloom in the evening sky on their way home before the logo shows in the end."

ENDING DONE

Sports Arena:

Students from every course begin to take their positions at the starting gate,"Alright, let's do this." Boruto readies himself.

"All Might... I won't let you down." Izuku vows in thought, getting ready too.

The lights turn on the gate turn off, which signals the horn to go off, "BEGIN!" Midnight announces

Without a delay, the students dash into the tunnel, but became crowded and end up squishing each other in being jammed and trying to get out.

"Argh...!" Boruto grunts in trying to free himself out, "Like I'd let this stop me...!"

This is when everyone feels the air getting cold, which is revealed to be Shoto's doing as he freezes the tunnel and runs on ahead, taking the lead right off the bat, "Apologies!" He remarks in a taunt.

However, the ones that didn't get caught and escaped first were Katsuki, Sarada, Boruto, Momo, Iwabe, Eijiro, Inojin, Yuga, Mitsuki, and Shinki. His classmates and the other classes soon started to break free soon after, making Shoto glance back in surprise.

"Nice trick Todoroki!" Momo admits.

"That was close!" Sarada exclaims.

"Like that was gonna be enough to stop me!" Boruto yells out, having jumped in the tunnel before the ice froze the ground and implanted his feet on the back of several other students to dash and jump into the open.

"I won't let you get away so easily..." Katsuki increase his explosions, "You Icy-hot bastard!" He roars.

"I can easily just fly above that ice." Inojin smirks, having used his paint quirk beforehand and riding on a bird.

"This is nothin, Todoroki!" Iwabe exclaims as he creates stars with his earth quirk.

"T-This is gonna be tricky!" Sumire tries not to slip and so does Mina.

"I gotta wait for the right time to use my quirk!" Ochaco ahs trouble as well.

"I've been caught in this I before and it won't happen again!" Mashirao smirks, using his tail to jump off the ice, while Fumikage uses Dark shadow's arms to do the same.

"Heh." Mitsuki simply moves around like a snake to advance on the ice.

"I didn't expect many of them to get through so easily, especially those from other classes." Shoto admits in surprise.

Minoru uses his sticky balls to thrown on the ground and uses them as trampolines to jump over the ice, "You think you're so cool, but I've outsmarted you!" He yells excitedly and dramatically crazy, "HA! How pathetic, Todoroki!" He continues to hover toward him, "Eat this! My special attack!" He takes a sticky ball from his head in an attempt to take him out of the running, "Gra-" Before he could finish, he's swatted aside by the arm of a robot.

"Mineta!" Izuku calls out as the grape boy tumbles about.

This is when 3 robots appear and block everyone's way, "These are same robots from the practical test at the entrance exam..." Boruto recalls, as a bunch more appear.

"This is overkill!" Kaminari exclaims, frantically at the sight.

"So this is what the other students faced at their entrance exam." Shoto isn't concerned in the slightest, keeping his calm composure, "They obviously went through a lot of trouble, but I wish they prepared something more difficult." Before planting his hand to the ground before swinging it upward, freezing THE 0-pointers that was about to attack him.

"Holy cow..." Iwabe utters in surprise.

"This is our chance to get through!" Metal sees an opening.

"Careful now..." Shoto warns to his foes, "I froze them while they were off they're balance," He pointed out as the robot falls toward the other students, "On purpose."

"CHAAAA!" Someone jumps up and smashes the robot with her chakra-coated fist, the pieces falling on both sides and avoid everyone. Shoto widens his eyes in being stunned to see this as the cold mist clears to reveal that it was Sarada's doing as she recedes the chakra in her fist as she in the center of the other students, "Think again, Todoroki," She proclaims, "It's not gonna be as easy as you think." She glares determinedly at the half cold/hot quirk user.

"What physical strength..." Shoto remains surprised.

"Like I said, I have no intention of losing to you!" Sarada declares as more 0-pointers appear.

The U.A. Sports Festival begins! Starting with the Obstacle Course race and the Otsutsuki's continue making their moves. Shoto's rivalry with Boruto, Izuku, and Sarada starting, and the rest of the Kage Heroes will make their appearance next chapter.
