A Medieval Sonic Story: Chapter 11 - Consummation of Love

Sonic and Amy Rose Hedgehog began packing their things for their consummation the following morning. Queen Sabina helped them pack, and she gave Sonic a parchment. "Take this, Sonic. It'll grant you usage of whichever cabin you choose for your consummation with your wife."

Sonic reads the parchment. "By order of Queen Sabina Rose, this cabin and the surrounding plot are hereby off limits to everyone except the bearers of this parchment… Interesting."

The white hedgehog looks at the blue one. "The area you're planning to visit doesn't have anyone around, but there are occasionally hunters in the area."

Sonic nods. "Thank you Your Highness."

She smiled. "You're a prince now Sonic, and my son in law. Call me by my name, Sabina."

Sonic grinned. "Sabina is a beautiful name, and it suits you well."

The queen's cheeks turned pink. "This is why I wanted you Sonic. A true gentleman."

He bowed. "Thank you, but you're married, and now so am I."

Sabina looked at Amy. "You have to tell me about your bedroom activities sometime."

Amy pointed at her belly. "You can see exactly what happened in our bedroom."

Sonic laughed and picked up their bags. "Okay, ready when you are."

Amy hopped into Sonic's arms after he had hefted their bags onto his back. "Ready."

Sabina shook her head and smiled as Sonic bolted off, kicking up dust behind him. "So that's how he's able to get everywhere so quickly."

As Sonic and Amy dashed to the cabin, they passed open fields, farms, forests, and lakes. In the space of an hour, Sonic and Amy reached their cabin of choice, and Sonic's description was accurate. They were completely isolated from everyone, and the cabin overlooked a crystal-clear lake. Even though it was spring, the air in the high mountains was cool, and there was still a bit of snow on the ground.

Sonic skidded to a stop and put Amy down. "This is it."

Amy looked around, her tail wagging and her eyes shining. "This is beautiful! Where are we?"

Sonic inhaled the alpine air. "At least 300 miles from the Neutral Lands, probably farther."

Amy looked over at him. "It didn't take long to get here at all… Exactly how fast are you?"

Sonic shrugged. "No idea, but we're here."

He hung the queen's parchment on the door and turned to the pink hedgehog. "Well, do you want to get to it, or wait until tonight?"

Amy kissed him. "Let's wait until tonight. I want to explore first."

Sonic agrees, and the pink and blue hedgehogs explore the surrounding area. They wound up by the lake, where Amy spent a couple hours picking up shells and Sonic listened to the birds sing. "This is a stark contrast to the noise in my workshop. It's very relaxing."

Amy nods, giving Sonic a bracelet made of seashells. "I agree. Here my love, I made this for you."

The blue blur smiles and looks it over before putting it around his right wrist. "Thanks Ames. It looks beautiful."

Amy blushes, her tail wagging. "Thank you Sonikku. I'm happy you like it."

The newlywed hedgehogs did finally enter the cabin, looking around in wonder. Sonic was stunned. "This is incredible."

Amy nodded. "There's lavish decorations and… Well, they knew we were coming, but still."

Sonic found the bedroom and opened the door. "This is our room?"

A huge four-post bed with blue and pink lace was the centerpiece, with a fireplace on the right and the bathing area on the left. A large window looked out over the lake, and the bedsheets matched the lace on the bed.

Amy looked around and sat on the bed. "Oh this feels nice. Very soft."

Sonic got the fireplace going and Amy made dinner. It was a lavish affair, with baked bread and roast meat as the main course. The pink hedgehog obviously couldn't drink wine due to her pregnancy, and Sonic was unwilling to drink more than a few sips of the strong liquid. "Whew! Strong stuff."

Amy giggled at the blue hedgehog. "You'll get used to it… eventually."

After dinner the newlyweds undressed and got in bed. Amy groaned as she relaxed. "Ooohhhh yeah… My back is thankful."

Sonic nodded. "I agree. This is the softest bed I've ever been in."

Amy rolled over and nuzzled Sonic. "I think we've stalled long enough."

Sonic nods, petting Amy's quills. "I think so too. Let's get to it."
