A/N: Okay... I saw the season premiere... here's what I'm going to ignore and use!
Ignore: Lilith not being able to use any magic, the food situation and the phone being able to connect to earth. Lilith already used magic and I plan for her to use magic some more. I'm planning for there to be an upcoming subplot inorbing food and I've already established that they can connect but I have it that she ran out of power after a while... which does make sense...
Use: The Golden Guardian and his personality... He's a fun villain... Plus he shares the same VA as Hawk's dub voice... so yeah... I plan to incorporate him into an upcoming chapter which I originally planned for goons... so yeah... Side Note: This is a crossover between series where Zeno Robinson plays a bird themed character... so yeah... it's amusing if you think about it...
Don't know about the rest, anyways enjoy the chapter!
Chapter 4: First Day At School
It was morning and everyone was eating breakfast. All 10 of the students were wearing the first versions of their new unforms which were all white with a lighter cowls and tunics. The colors would change once they chose the tract.
"Principal Bump will change the color of the uniform once you choose your tract." Explained Luz .
"That makes sense…" said Izuku.
Yaoyorozu sighed as she sat down for breakfast.
And she began to eat her breakfast which partially consisted of sticks of butter wrapped with bacon.
"Why does she get to eat bacon covered butter?" asked King.
"Because she made a bunch of junk for me to sell." Said Eda.
She pointed to a smile pile of little knickknacks that she made for Eda.
"Unless something pops up all of my usual sources of income are died up." Said Eda, "And since there's 20 of you Lilith's savings will dry up quickly."
"You don't have anything else to sell?" asked Ochaco.
"Well there's that pile of stuff but it's been months and it still won't sell." Explained Eda motioning to another pile of junk.
"Has that pile of junk always been there?" asked Mina.
"Yes it has been… I brought it up many times and no one listened." Muttered Tenya.
Everyone seemed to ignore Tenya.
"It's okay…" reassured Lilith, "It's okay…"
Izuku looked at the pile and noticed some things.
He got in close and picked up an old All Might figuring and closely examined. He had heard how to tell if it was official or if it was a bootleg.
"No way! I know this figure… it's very rare…" thought Izuku, "And it's official…"
He examined other All Might merchandise, it was all from his early days back when he was in America and it was all very rare.
"Eda! Can I have these?" asked Izuku.
"Go ahead, I've had those things forever and they won't sell as well as this baby!" said Eda showing off a liquid timer that Yaoyorozu made.
"Did you just make a bunch of weird distracting things?" asked Jiro .
"It what sells best." Said she explained.
"That somehow makes a lot a sense…" said Jiro.
"Thank you so much!" said Izuku bowing then taking the precious items to the boys room.
"Just remember you have to leave for school soon!" called out Lilith.
"I know!" called out Izuku.
Soon enough the Hexside group was heading to school.
"I can't' believe there was rare Young Age All Might merchandise in that pile! IT's not mint because it was in the trash, but I just can't believe that someone threw it away!" gushed Izuku.
"I'm sure there's a long and interesting story about that…" said Luz .
Actually it was a short and simple story involving a messy divorces and a vengeful ex-wife… but that's not important.
As they got to the school however they noticed other students.
All of them whispering after seeing them.
"No way! More humans!" one of them whispered.
"I thought there wouldn't' be any more humans…" said another a bit louder.
"I don't know if I should be afraid or not…" whispered another.
"Oh look… Luz brought along a bunch of human friends…" said a rather snide looking three eyed girl with pinkish hair, "And they think they can learn magic too… how cute…"
"Boscha…" muttered Luz.
"It was one thing to have one human in this school… but 8 more…" mocked the girl named Boscha.
Tokoyami glared at Boscha while Koda just sighed, after all neither looked human.
"Can you even learn stuff beyond the magic that Luz figured out?" mockingly asked Boscha.
Bakugo looked ready to start fighting back. However someone showed up in time to make sure it didn't end badly.
"You know you're the reason why Luz even found her fourth glyph so you really can't make fun of humans learning magic…" said Amity walking over.
Boscha rolled her eyes and walked away with a girl posse.
Bakugo glared at the girls.
"Come on… don't let them get riled up…" said Kirishima.
"Whatever…" muttered Bakugo.
"Anyways, Bump asked me to be the official guide." Said Amity.
"Is there a reason?" asked Tenya.
"Amity is one of the top students in school!" said Luz.
Amity started to blush bright red at that. Then managed to regain herself.
"And I have earned Principial Bump's trust." Said Amity.
"Yeah… it's kind of hard to earn trust when the first thing someone ever did in the school is to pretend to be someone's abomination and cause chaos." Luz laughed nervously.
"What?" asked Jiro.
"Long story…" laughed Luz.
They got to the entrance where Willow and Gus were waiting for them.
"I bid you welcome to Hexside!" said Gus.
He created a magical banner in midair, all of them stared at the banner in either horror or amusement
""I am sorry for your loss."" Said Izuku.
Gus looked at the banner and blushed .
"Gus…" sighed Willow face palming.
"I have to work on the non-meme banners…" he explained sheepishly.
"Did he say "non meme"?" asked Jiro.
"Come on… I'll show you to the Principal's office so you can show off the spells you learn." Said Amity.
She led them inside the school.
Gus was about to make another banner but Willow and Luz stopped him shaking their heads at him.
Back at the Owl House Eda knew it was time to divvy up the jobs for the remaining class 1-A.
"I know I should done this yesterday but with trying to get your classmates into Hexside, it wasn't a good idea." Said Eda.
"I'm still cooking… right?" asked Sato.
"You are…" said Lilith.
"As for the rest of you… blondie and the kid with weird elbows… you're on body guard duty…" explained Eda, "At least one of you have to accompany me or Lilith whenever we leave the house… the two of us are among the most wanted on the Boiling Isles."
Kaminari, Ojiro and Aoyama all looked at each other.
"Can you tell us which one you're referring to?" asked Ojiro.
"All three of you." Clarified Eda.
"Okay!" said Kaminari.
Ojiro nodded at this.
"Of course someone like moi will be shown for such a duty." Said Aoyama why then sparkled .
Eda stared at Aoyama then managed to shake it off.
"How was he able to do that?" asked King about the sparkles .
"Nobody knows…" said Hagakure.
"All right, froggy, tentacles, pinky and invisible… all of you don't pass for humans so you might be able to go under the radar for a while so it will be your job to do our shopping." Said Eda.
"That's not so bad…" said Hagakure.
"It might be fun!" said Mina.
"You know it will be shopping for supplies and food right?" asked Tsuyu.
Both of them sighed.
"We'll make sure they don't spend money on other things." Said Shoji.
"Good…" said Lilith.
"Wait!" said Mineta, "What about me?"
"Hooty Duty." Said Eda glaring at him.
"Wait… what?" asked Mineta.
"Oh so the naughty boy is my new friend." Said Hooty getting close to him.
"What did I do?" asked Mineta.
"You know what you did!" said Eda.
Mineta began to sweat at that.
(Flashback)
Mineta was using his small size to sneak into Eda's room.
She might have looked very old, but she was one of those ladies who were really hot…
(Actually she aged badly due to a curse… but that's beside the point at the moment).
But still… he wanted to see…
"Let's see what magic underwear is like…" chucked Mineta .
"Uh-oh! WE got a naughty boy in Eda's room!" yelled Hooty.
Mineta froze.
That was when he noticed Eda at the door… followed by the other women and girls in the house.
"What do you think you're doing…" said Eda .
"I can't believe her tried to do this…" sighed Yaoyorozu.
"I can… ribbit…" sighed Tsuyu.
"I didn't do it." Said Mineta.
"Really?" asked Jiro.
Mineta just stood there…
(End of Flashback)
Mineta looked at his classmates hoping they would come to his defense, but all of the girls glared at him, most of the guys didn't even look at him.
"I mean… you tried to do something to Eda's underwear… that's really messed up." Said Kaminari.
And so Mineta started to cry.
"By the way! I really need to sell some things…" said Eda, "So all four… come with me so I can show you ropes of what you have to do."
The four on body guard duty looked at each other, unsure on how it was going to go.
Back at Hexside, the 10 new students met up with Principal Bump.
"So you are the 10 humans that have enrolled here…" said Perineal Bump, "Have Luz taught you magic well enough?"
Each one of them one at a time showed off the magic they learned.
"All right! That's good enough." Said Principial Bump, "Now Eijiro, Fumikage, Koji, Kyoka and Ochaco… I'm going to have to limit you each to one tract…"
"Why?" asked Ochaco.
"I know Luz does all of the tracts, however you just arrived here and unlike Luz you haven't spent time learning magic nor have you saved the school from a Basilisk."
"Luz saved a magic school from a Basilisk?" asked Ochaco.
"It's a long story…" said Principial Bump, "So please choose which one you want. And don't ask for the Choosey Hat… it's too dangerous to use…"
"Choosey Hat?" asked Izuku.
"Don't ask…" muttered Principal Bump who then shuddered.
However out of those five, it was an easy choice for some of them.
"I want to learn Bard magic." Said Jiro.
"Beast keeping." Koda said rather quietly.
"Good you two knew what you want." Said Principal Bump who then activated the spell to change the color of their uniforms, with Jiro's becoming red and Koda's becoming orange.
"I wish to peer beyond the vail…" said Tokoyami.
"Ah yes, the Oracle Tract." Said Provencal Bump who then used the spell toe change his uniform to dark purple.
"Hey… how did you know what he as saying?" asked Dark Shadow as he appeared.
Principal Bump stared at the shadow being but got over it pretty quickly to answer .
"I have been an educator for a very, very, very long time so I've learned to understand all dialects of angsty teen." He explained.
"Ah! That makes sense." Said Dark Shadow.
"From what I heard about Construction it sounds pretty manly." Said Kirishima.
"Ah yes." Said Principal Bump who used the spell to change the unciform to brown.
"I think healing magic… if Luz ever figures out a way to use magic on earth it would be a good idea to know it…" said Ochaco… who was looking right at Izuku as she said it .
"Why are you looking at me?" asked Izuku.
"All right." Said Principial Bump turning her uniform to a darker blue.
He turned to the other five.
"However considering you are the top five student academically I will allow you choose more than." Said Principial Bump.
"Seriously?" asked Bakugo.
"I was actually torn between two of them…" said Yaoyorozu, "I would like to do Abominations and Illusion."
"That's good then." Said Principal Bump changing the colors, that her selves were orchid and leggings were sky blue.
"I agree with Uraraka that healing would be one of the best ones to learn if want to be heroes…" said Todoroki looking right at Izuku as he said that.
"Guys I haven't broken any bones in weeks…" said Izuku knowing why they were looking at him while saying these things.
"Is there another you would like?" asked Principial Bump.
"I guess Potions." Said Todoroki with a shrug.
"That's a good combination." Said Principial Bump.
"Illusion Magic does seem interesting, also I would like to be in the Plant Tract as none of my classmates have it covered." Said Tenya.
"OF course Tenya would be thinking like that…" sighed Ochaco.
"All right then…" said Principial Bump using the spell to turn the sleeves sky blue with the leggings green.
"Um… " said Izuku, "Is it possible to do all of them like Luz is doing?"
"I wasn't sure if one of you would bring it up… but yes." Said Principial Bump turning Izuku's uniform to the same muti-colored one as Luz.
Bakugo practically growled at this.
"If Deku's doing all of them so am I!" yelled Bakugo.
"All right then…" said Principial Bump also changing his unform to the multi-colored one.
He gave all 10 students their schedules.
"All right I expect all of you to be on your best behavior." Said Principal Bump, "I know all of you will struggle in some way but that doesn't mean you should cause trouble because of it."
"Don't worry sir, we are students at UA!" said Tenya, "Our school is one of the most wildly regarded on earth… all of us know how to represent our school."
"You better prove that to me." Sighed Principal Bump.
They all left the office where the four were waiting for them.
"All right! Two more for all tracts!" cheered Luz seeing Izuku and Bakugo's uniforms.
"I figured it might be a good idea!" said Izuku.
"So what are your secludes?" asked Willow.
Luz looked at Izuku and Bakugo's.
"Looks like we all have the same schedules." Said Luz, "Awesome!"
Izuku laughed while Bakugo seethed as he didn't want to be alone with them.
"Oh it looks like you have plant classes first." Said Willow looking a Tenya's seclude.
"And you have Abomination first…" said Amity to Yaoyorozu.
"The Oracle Area is on the way to Illusions." Said Gus.
"Beast Keeping isn't too far away from the Plant Area." Said Willow.
Koda nodded.
"I have potions first." Said Todoroki.
"Oh so do we!" said Luz.
"I'll show the rest of you." Said Amity.
Little did they know that one of their classes would be the cause of chaos.
Meanwhile at the Owl House. Mineta was chasing down Hooty with a towel.
"Come on!" said Mineta holding a towel, "Sit still!"
"No way!" said Hooty.
"Fine! We'll do this the hard way…" yelled Mineta.
He began to rip off his hair balls and threw them at the bird tube.
Inside the house, the girls and Lilith were watching this from the window.
"What is he doing with his hair." Said Lilith.
"Oh that's his quirk." Said Hagakure.
"I see…" said Lilith remembering that was term for their powers.
"He doesn't seem to realize that it's probably going to make things harder." Said Tsuyu.
"He doesn't." said Lilith.
Mina had started to eat a snack while watching this.
Back at Hexside in potions class, the new students all sat together with Luz.
"Kacchan just remember to be careful." Said Izuku.
"Don't tell me what to do Deku!" yelled Bakugo.
Izuku sighed knowing that Bakugo wouldn't listen to the warnings.
"Maybe you let someone else handle the burner." Said Izuku.
Due to the stress (which is putting it lightly) of being stuck in another and being forced to go to a school he honestly didn't want be going to pushed away any sort of logic in the situation.
"I told you know not to tell what to do…" growled out Bakugo as he moved the burner slightly.
And then there was an explosion in the classroom.
"IS everything all right?" asked the teacher as everything was common.
And with that Bakugo got mad…
Sometime later…
Principial Bump pushed Bakugo into a room where a blue teacher with many eyes was napping.
"I don't know what your human school is like but we don't call teachers "Fucking bird headed bitches!"" scolded Principial Bump.
"She didn't help me prepare properly for class! The sweat on my palms is explosive." Growled Bakugo.
Principal Bump sighed, "Did you tell her that? Because you didn't tell me that."
Bakugo gritted his teeth… with the stress he forgot to tell anyone about it…
That was when Principal Bump used the spell on him once again changing the uniform so that the sleeves and leggings were now a dark grey.
"You're in the detention tract." Said Principial.
"WHAT!" yelled Bakugo.
"Normally you wouldn't be allowed to study anything… but I believe it would be a good idea if you do study something." Said Principial Bump.
He created a magic circle a bunch of books appeared on one of the desks.
"I remember hearing you are the third in your class! Use that skill to figure out a way back to earth." Said Principial Bump.
Bakugo gritted his teeth in anger.
"Whatever the Emperor has planned isn't good… just remember that." Said Principial Bump.
Bakugo glared as Principal left and went to reading the books he gave him, just in case there might be something to get them back to earth.
Meanwhile in the Market Place, the four body guards were helping Eda with whatever.
Which wasn't much… Sero played with some of the stuff created, Aoyama was looking at himself in a mirror which she was selling and Kaminari with King was just watching videos on his phone.
Ojiro was ac actually doing something protective which was sweeping.
"For a wanted criminal I would have thought guards would be chasing you all the time." Said Sero playing with an off brand slinky.
"Hey I have a reputation!" said Eda, "No one wants to attack me because of a reputation."
"Hey this place seems like a wretched hive of scum and villainy." Said Kaminari, "It makes sense that they wouldn't chase after her."
"Is that a reference to something?" asked King, "I think I've that before."
"Look… they might try to something, they might not…" said Eda, "It's really hard to say…"
"Seriously?" asked Sero.
Eda just shrugged.
Suddenly Aoyama struck a pose looking in a certain direction.
"Uh… what is he doing?" asked King.
"Just something he does sometimes…" said Kaminari brushing it off.
"I see…" said Eda shrugging.
Not too long later at Hexside in the cafeteria… Bakugo sat down at a table where everyone was knowing they would just drag him there
They all noticed the unform.
While the others from UA didn't know what it meant, those who had been attending Hexside knew what the uniform meant.
Due to the fact that Luz was briefly in the detention tract herself.
"Ooh…" cringed Luz.
"Why what does dark grey mean?" asked Kirishima.
"It means detention tract." Said Luz.
Izuku was shocked.
"There's a tract for that?" asked Izuku, "And they put Kacchan into it!"
"What did you do?" asked Tenya.
"None of your business!" yelled Bakugo.
"So the rumors are true! There is a new detention tract student." Said a voice.
They turned and saw three other students, one was a girl with a slightly alerted uniform that it had spikes her sleeves were dark blue while she had orange leggings, the second and was tall lanky boy with green sleeves and orchid leggings and the last was a dog like demon with just sleeves one dark purple and the other yellow.
They all sat a nearby table, but was clear it was only because their table was already full.
"Since he clearly let you join some of you join more than one tract you must have gotten in trouble for something really bad." Said the girl.
"He called the potion teacher a "fucking bird headed bitch" after he refused to listen about touching the burner." Said Todoroki.
"So you caused that explosion?" asked Willow.
Kacchan got in trouble.
The dog like demon barked something causing Koda to start choking on his food, while who was sitting next to him was patting his back to help him caught it up.
"Barcus said that despite everything his arura is very rough on the outside but inside is very soft and cuddly." Translated the boy.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY MUTT!" yelled Bakugo.
"Bakugo that's enough!" scolded Tenya.
"I can't believe Kacchan got into trouble…" said Izuku who seemed to be in shock.
"What it sounds like he never got into trouble before." Laughed Ochaco.
When Izuku didn't say anything, they all realized.
"You've never gotten in trouble in school…" said Ochaco.
"That explains so much…" said Jiro.
"Why haven't you ever gotten in trouble?" asked Yaoyorozu.
Bakugo gritted his teeth in anger knowing they would try to pry anyways.
"Our damn middle school wanted me in UA to ride my coattails…" muttered Bakugo.
"Yeah…. I buy that…" said Luz.
"Remember Boscha from this morning?" asked Amity.
They all looked at Boscha.
"Whenever it's Grudgby Season the school lets her get away with anything." Said Willow.
"Grudgby?" asked Tenya.
"Is that the overly complicated magical sport?" asked Izuku.
"It is." Said Luz, "Anyways one day she followed us around all… and I mean literarily… she followed us around all day and pranked us…"
"Bump outright said he'd be okay if she got away with murder." Said Gus.
"It was before I was cemented into the group." Admitted Amity, "But I can see Bump saying that…"
"But still your middle school should have corrected your behavior…" said Tenya, "They should have known…"
"Its' fine, it's in the past…" said Izuku, "It's pointless to do anything…"
"If you say so…" sighed Tenya.
"Besides I'm sure if we get Principial Bump to talk to aunty, everything will work out." Said Izuku.
"No fucking way am I getting the hag involved." Muttered Bakugo.
"Aunty…" said Luz.
"Well…, we grew up together and our moms are really good friends…" admitted Izuku.
"Oh you have a history beyond middle school That's amazing!" said Luz.
Everyone form UA stared at Luz.
"Sorry I just really like backstories." Laughed Luz.
"You really think that him talking his parents will help." Said Todoroki.
"Well… uh…" said Izuku.
The truth is, Bakugo inherited a lot of his personality from his mother.
"But I don't think you'd be able to take every class." Said Tenya.
"She doesn't want to teach you ever again." Said Todoroki.
"Like I fucking care." Said Bakugo.
"By the way we haven't introduced ourselves…" said the girl, "I'm Viney and that's Barcus and Jerbo… we were all in the detention tract until we sabed the school from a Basilisk… so if you want we can show you a trick we know of…"
"Like I care…" muttered Bakugo.
"Wait Principal Bump mentioned you helped with it too…" said Ochaco changing the subject.
Bakugo gritted his teeth.
Meanwhile at the marketplace, the shopping team had gone out with the shopping list and saw the stall and decided to say hi.
"So you have to play bodyguard?" asked Mina.
"Not yet…" said Ojiro.
"Thankfully the things Momo made are selling really well." Said Eda.
They saw a weird monster starring a newton's cradle confused.
"Are you going to buy that?" asked Sero.
The monster took out money and gave it to Eda.
"Hopefully things will be slow for while…" muttered Eda .
They noticed posters about the emperors were going on.
"Wait… is that Lilith on the poster?" asked Hagakure.
"Oh yeah… she used to be the head of the Emperor's Coven but there was an incident and she betrayed him…" said Eda like it was nothing.
"You know that does explain her reaction the other night…" said Tsuyu.
That was when Shoji got a bad feeling and spouted eyes and ears on his tentacles.
"What is it?" asked Mina.
"I thought I saw someone watching us…" he explained.
"Eh… it's probably nothing…" muttered Eda.
"Are you sure?" asked Tsuyu.
"Ut should be fine…" said Eda brushed it off.
However it was clear that Eda knew something was up but didn't say anything…
That afternoon… Mineta was laying on the ground exhausted.
"Well… you tried you best and that's all the matters!" said Hooty. Who was covered in purple hair balls, many of which had rocks and chunks of dirt and grass attached.
"So… you're the one who got Hooty Duty…" muttered Luz as she glared at him with Ochaco, Jiro and Yaoyorozu.
Mineta could only moan.
"Have you ever cleaned him before?" asked Todoroki.
Luz didn't answer but her eye did twitch.
They all knew it meant yes.
They got into the Owl House, where Lilith was reading a book.
"How did school go…" said Lilith.
She saw Bakugo's uniform.
"Oh… what… did…" said Lilith.
"None of your fucking business!" growled Bakugo as he walked to the boy's room.
Kirishima followed him.
Lilith looked at them.
"You don't want to know happened in class…" said Luz.
"I see…" sighed Lilith.
Izuku checked his phone as if checking the time.
"Midoriya no…" said Tenya.
"What?" asked Izuku.
"You're not going to ask his mother clear things up." Said Tenya.
"He was never punished in middle school… he needs to be punished for once." Agreed Yaoyorozu.
Izuku sighed.
"He needs this…" agreed Ochaco.
"I guess…" sighed Izuku.
It would be a bit until Bakugo would get out of the detention tract…
But yeah… for the first time in a long while he was punished for something… something that should have happened a long time ago…
And that was only the first thing to go wrong for him while they were in the Boiling Isles…
Next Time: Luz knows that she has to call her mom, but she's unsure if she can do her fears and Izuku tries to help her... Meanwhile Ochaco and Amity are jealous of Izuku and Luz's friendship... what will happen? Find out next time!
