Penny's awesome neighbors are acquainted with one of the gang favorite's pop band ever: the CAT Squad. This fortunate turn of fate brought them great tickets for the band's Chicago concert. But a mysterious incident involving one of the singer, Sarah Walker, the day prior to the event picks the curiosity of the group of friends, bringing them to investigate during their night out.
