Chapter 1: Arrival

Albus Dumbledore was at a loss for words. Just a few moments ago there was a massive surge of magical energy in the United Kingdom and just like that, it was gone. He wondered what it could possibly be. He sat back in his chair at Hogwarts, and wondered what could possibly be happening. It seemed like this was going to be an interesting time, now that the Dark Lord was destroyed. Interesting times, indeed.

Elsewhere in Britain

Seiji fell out of a portal shivering and covered in blood. He was gasping for air, steam coming off of him.

'Too much, too much chakra was used.' he thought as he tried to calm his shivering. A voice inside him seemed to groan as well. Seiji cast his mind inward as he arrived in his mindscape. A large black dragon seemed to be groaning in pain as well. This dragon seemed normal, if you discounted the ten tails moving behind it. This was Seiji's great secret, he was the vessel of the Ten-Tailed Dragon.

"Not my best work. I don't even think we are in that world anymore." The Dragon said as Seiji calmed his shivering. He blinked, 'World? Where are we then?' he thought as he struggled to sit up.

"Wh-where are we?" Seiji asked as he rubbed his chest, trying to get warmth back into them. He had been trained to survive. The Dragon looked at him.

"No idea, but we need to move. Wherever we are we probably set off some flares with our arrival." the Dragon said. Seiji pulled from his own mind and struggled to his feet. He did a quick check over his body.

'Ten kunai, forty shurikens and my sword for weapons. I have two scrolls with food and extra supplies.' Seiji thought as he heard the forest around him awaken. He needed to move, now! Seiji picked a direction with the least amount of noise and headed in that direction, it was time to fade away. It was time to disappear. Seiji stumbled through the woods as he heard people start to shout orders out. Seiji kept moving, trying to get away and to get to a place he could heal. The shouts started to be directed at him, and a surge of Battle Energy forced Seiji to the ground. A red energy flew over him as Seiji looked back. There was someone with a… stick in his hand as he pointed it at Seiji. 'MOVE!' the Dragon roared as Seiji reacted. He jumped into the treetop as the man flicked the stick.

"Stupefy!" the man shouted. Seiji saw the red energy fly under him as Seiji went through handsigns.

"Ice Style! Ten Thousand Ice Petals!" Seiji shouted as multiple ice shards formed from the moisture in the air and flew at the man. He screamed in pain as he fell to the ground dead and Seiji moved again. Jumping from tree branch to tree branch, Seiji now heard the others on him. He cursed his luck as he thought over anything he could do to get away. More red things flew by him as Seiji pushed his speed more. He burst into a clearing and landed on the forest floor. He spun into a ready stance as six people emerged from the brush as well, pointing their sticks at him. Seiji took one of his regular fighting stances, hand falling to his sword should it come to that.

"By the order of the Minister of Magic, I order you to surrender!" one shouts. Seiji raised an eyebrow. What the fuck was a Minister of Magic, and who was he to order Seiji to stand down.

"I cannot do that, I do not know if you intend to harm me." Seiji said calmly as he eyed the others that were surrounding the man who spoke.

'Earth Style to defend yourself and then move fast, use your lightning.' the Dragon said as Seiji moved his hand away from his sword.

"You killed one of my Aurors, you are now under arrest!" the man shouted as Seiji raised an eyebrow.

"What is an Auror?" Seiji asked as the group laughed.

"We are idiot, now be a good little boy and surrender!" One shouted as Seiji shook his head. He looked at the group as they watched his eyes change. Both eyes turned red with three commas as the commas spun to a vortex shape as Seiji activated the Mangekyou Sharigan, he was ready for war.

"I will not." Seiji said coldly as he lowered his center of gravity.

"Stunners now!" The lead man ordered as Seiji smiled, he was waiting for that. He flew through handsigns as the Aurors pointed their wands at Seiji.

"STUPEFY!" they all shouted as Seiji slammed his hands together.

"Earth Style! Great Earth Barrier!" He barked as an earthen wall erupted in front of Seiji, blocking all of the Stunning Spells. Seiji smiled at his work, before wrapping his lightning around himself and sprinting off. Seiji was now even faster as he ran, his lightning making him nearly uncatchable. He kept running, but these Aurors didn't know when to give up. More came and threw what Seiji now assumed was something to stun him. Seiji, using his Visual Prowess, weaved through the Stunners with almost a dancer's grace. A few of these Aurors fell to Seiji as he now viewed these people as hostile. He was soon surrounded again and Seiji growled at his own luck again. 'From one place that wants to kill me to another. Perfect.' he thought to himself as the Dragon inside of him snorted at the joke. Seiji looked to the twenty or so Aurors that surrounded him now and sighed to himself. He didn't want to kill all of these people, they weren't guilty of anything aside from doing their jobs. That being said, Seiji was not going to just give up. He molded chakra around his hands as he prepared to go through handsigns. Several went through his head as he noticed the pond behind him and decided to revert to an element he was good at. He would use the Water Dragon Jutsu to get these people washed out, then he would vanish again.

Seiji was just about to mold the chakra, when a golden bird seemed to appear out of nowhere and land on Seiji's shoulder. The Stunners were about to hit Seiji, when flames wrapped around him and he vanished. The Aurors were left wondering who this new player was, and where did he just go? Seiji was wondering the same thing as he appeared in a field. The bird looked at him as Seiji scanned the area, his hand reaching for the throwing stars as a voice alerted Seiji that he was not alone.

"I assure you there is no need for that." A male voice said as Seiji spun and saw an elderly man with white hair and no beard. A wry smile was on his face as the golden bird seemed to land on the man's shoulder. "Thank you Pymander, it is good that we found him before others did." The man said to the bird. The bird seemed to tilt its head as the man looked at Seiji. "Where are my manners? I am Nicolas Flamel, and you are at my home in France." Nicolas said as Seiji relaxed, barely and stood.

"My name is Seiji." Seiji said as Nicolas nodded.

"A pleasure to meet you, please call me Nick now that formalities are done." Nick said as Seiji nodded, removing his hand from his throwing weapons and looked around.

"You have a lovely home." Seiji said as he felt a peace here, which was odd to the young ninja. Nick smiled and nodded.

"Thank you, young man. Now let us meet the one who keeps this place so lovely." Nick motioned for Seiji to follow. Seiji did, mapping the area in his mind as they approached the house. A woman stood there, her white blonde hair was on display, a smile on her face.

"I see you retrieved him safely, Nick." the woman said as Nick smiled.

"I did indeed. Seiji, this is Perenelle Flamel, my wife." Nick said as Seiji bowed low to her.

"An honor to meet you, Lady Flamel. Your home is lovely and the first place I feel at peace." Seiji said as Perenelle smiled.

"I welcome you into our home, Seiji. And please, call me Penny." Penny said as Seiji nodded. He and Nick climbed the stairs and walked into a dining area. Before Seiji entered, he knocked his shoes off before removing them. Penny and Nick smiled at each other as he did this as Seiji grinned a little sheepishly.

"Old habits." was all Seiji said.

The group sat and strange beings walked in and served food. Seiji looked at the food and tilted his head. These foods were foreign to him, but smelled amazing. He tried a few foods and soon found things he liked and was eating well. Nick and Penny ate as well and Seiji finally paused.

"I am sorry to ask, but where am I?" Seiji asked softly. Nick looked at Penny and they both nodded.

"You are in a country called France on a continent called Europe." Nick said as Seiji seemed to be tracking what was being said. Seiji surmised that he would need to do some additional research to figure out any further questions about his location.

"I see." Seiji said as he poured himself a glass of water. Nick looked at Seiji and smiled.

"I will give you access to our library to learn what you need." Nick said as Seiji bowed slightly in thanks.

"We also can teach you about the world around you, seeing as you seem to be a little out of your element at the moment. No offense." Penny said as Seiji shook his head.

"None taken La- Penny. I am out of my element, no intelligence assets, no nothing. I would love to learn anything you are willing to teach me." Seiji said. Nick and Penny smiled as they looked at Seiji.

"We start in the morning." They said together.
