Darkest Temptations
Chapter Twenty Four: Mystic Falls Part II
Caroline Mikaelson
Vicki had said something to Klaus—something so horrible he couldn't even begin to bring himself to tell us about it. This was Klaus, the original hybrid; he was not one to be swayed or threatened by anyone, not even by his mother, who had done her best to make him a monster. Whatever she said to him was bad, and we were all going to have to find out on our own what exactly it was that made him agree to this. If he wasn't at ease, then I was terrified to my core; I'd never seen him this way, and I'd seen him at his worst. My heart was pounding as I watched Vickie saunter back and forth with a swing in her hips and a confident smirk on her face. Elena had told me the truth about what had happened to Vickie that night—how she had actually died. I'd always felt bad for her because I knew what those first days as a new vampire felt like. We'd all see Matt struggling with his grief through the years; Vickie hadn't so much as asked about how he was doing since she'd gotten here.
Klaus kept my hand gripped in his as he brought me to his side, and we formed a circle together. April folded her arms nervously, casting her gentle eyes across to where Vickie stood alone, unable to hear us over the roar of the junk yard machines.
"Klaus, just tell us what she said." Elena said her tone quiet as she tried to hide how upset she was from Vickie.
"She's right because it's probably not near as bad as what is bouncing around in my head." April whispered.
Klaus cast a sidelong glance at Vickie, his features set in a stern resolve as he shook his head with deliberate slowness.
"Seriously? You're not telling us?" I questioned.
"I can't."
"Can't or won't?" I challenged.
Klaus kept his eyes locked on mine for a few seconds before responding, "Both."
"This is crazy; she's crazy; why did you agree to this?" Elena asked him.
"I'm freaking out right now; you need to talk to us." April told him.
Klaus squeezed my hand tighter, his eyes narrowing as he fixed me with a look that was all too familiar.
"We need to leave town tonight," he said, his voice a low rumble. "The rest I will deal with," he swallowed hard. "When we get there."
"No way," Elena shook her head. "We need to talk about this and come up with a solution."
"Unless there isn't one?" I questioned my eyes on Klaus.
"For once, will you all just do as you're told?" He snapped, "We don't have time for this."
Frustrated, I released his hand and raked my fingers through my hair, seeking clarity amidst the chaos. My thoughts were a whirlwind, yet I forced myself to focus. Turning back to Vickie, I found her standing confidently, one hand resting on her hip. Her eyes bore into us, a bemused smile playing on her lips, as if she were amused by our predicament.
"Alright, what time is it?" I asked, turning to Elena, who checked her phone.
"It's eight thirty."
"Jesus, there's no time." I breathed, glancing back at Vickie.
"She can't go with us, Klaus." Elena said.
"I think we've past that point, darling." Klaus replied dryly.
"He's right," I said, my voice thick with resignation. "We have to shift this thing into gear and get out of town now."
"But, how exactly do we go about this? It can't be like last time." April said.
"No, it can't; it has to be ten times better and safer." Elena told her.
"Alright so, last time you and I faked our abduction," I paused. "And they know April committed suicide; our stories worked the last time."
"But Tyler and Damon have their memories; if we do the same thing, they'll know something is wrong,"
"And they could just as easily go to Las Vegas and have the time jump performed all over again." Klaus said, cutting into our conversation.
"So what are we going to do then?"
Elena began to nod her head. "We use their memories against them," she said before looking at me. "Damon said it himself; he and Tyler did something horrific to ensure the spell worked."
I nodded.
Elena folded her arms, a determined glint in her eyes. "We could use this as our escape," she suggested, her voice steady. "We leave a note, but this time it says we can't stay after what they've done. We—"
"No notes," Klaus interjected sharply, halting her with a look of resolve. "No messages, no schemes. We just leave."
"But without a reason, they'll search for us," April added, her concern evident. "We can't have them after us."
Klaus looked between the three of us. "Do any of you care what they think of you? After everything that we have endured?" he questioned.
A profound silence settled over us, each of us grappling with the weight of his question as it settled. The truth of it was undeniable and yet difficult to confront.
"No," I sighed. "In my mind, I'm already packing my bags."
"I guess it doesn't really matter now," April agreed. "It's not like they can stop the lives we've been building together."
Klaus held Elena's gaze with unwavering intensity, and she responded with a solemn shake of her head.
"We can't just leave. How do we do that?" She questioned, her voice a mix of disbelief and curiosity.
"By doing exactly that," Klaus replied, stepping closer to us, his presence commanding. "We're never returning here, not ever. So tonight, when we leave the yard," he nodded with determination, "Each of you must go back to your old homes and gather everything you need to take to Utah."
"But they'll notice things are missing," Elena protested, her concern evident.
"It doesn't matter," Klaus reassured her, his voice firm yet comforting. "We will never set foot in this town again. Whatever you left behind that night," he paused, locking eyes with her. "Like your photo albums," he said, turning his gaze to April. "Your father's Bible," he continued, and she responded with a tight press of her lips before finally looking at me. "Or your grandmother's necklace."
His words revealed the depth of his understanding of each of us, showing that he had been truly listening all along.
"We take what we need; remove our scents; let's not make tracking us easy at the very least," Klaus paused. "Then we are gone by morning."
"And how do we get to Utah?"
"Just like before," April said, "They didn't know we were there all this time; they didn't know how we left town; the original way worked, so we should stick with it."
Elena locked eyes with Klaus, her expression serious. "We can't endure a thousand-mile journey with her," she murmured, glancing at Vickie, who paced slowly nearby. "We'll have to watch everything we say."
April leaned forward, her voice barely above a whisper. "Could she go with you?" she asked Klaus then.
"I could get rid of her right now if you'd prefer." I offered.
Klaus placed his hand over mine, drawing me closer until his lips brushed against my ear. "Behave," he whispered before releasing me.
"It's an option."
"Klaus, it doesn't stop them coming after us again."
"I'll solve that problem," Klaus told April. "Damon Salvatore might have his bag of tricks, but I've got the witches."
"Where?" I inquired; curiosity piqued.
Klaus locked his gaze with mine, his expression enigmatic. "Everywhere," he replied, his voice carrying an undeniable conviction.
"Even in Utah?" Elena interjected, her tone skeptical yet intrigued.
"No, not—" Klaus began, but Elena interrupted him firmly.
"Klaus."
With a steady gaze, Klaus held her stare. "None," he admitted, his voice unwavering. "You have no word."
"So what can your witches do?" April asked arms crossed, "What can they do that our barrier didn't?"
"That's what I'll figure out, but I'll have to get to Vegas first."
"You won't get there in time if you drive."
"I have other ways of getting there; I'll find the source they used, and I'll be in Utah for your arrival."
"Are you going to kill this person?" April pressed on, her eyes searching for answers.
"There's no other way to ensure they—" Klaus halted abruptly as April stepped forward, gently placing her hand on his shoulder. His gaze dropped, unable to meet hers. Despite her innocence toward the supernatural elements that governed their lives, she possessed a steady sense of morality.
This realization seemed to halt Klaus, her touch an anchor in his stormy world.
He finally lifted his eyes to meet hers. "It's not something I'm going to negotiate, sweetheart."
"It's still a human being, Klaus," April insisted, her voice steady and resolute.
"A human being who turned Tyler Lockwood and Damon into their murderous puppets. They hardly sound innocent," he countered, his voice tinged with frustration.
"You promised me," April reminded him, her eyes never leaving his, filled with both hope and determination.
Elena and I exchanged a glance. As polygamists, jealousy had become a familiar companion in these early months. Yet, this was the first time I tasted the bitter sting of an emotional connection between another woman and my husband.
Klaus shook his head, clearly agitated. "How am I supposed to ensure your safety?"
"Put the fear of God into him; let him or her know exactly what will be done if they ever perform that spell again." April suggested.
Klaus hesitated, his natural inclination towards diplomacy at odds with April's suggestion. "Threats are hardly my—"
April interrupted him, her voice firm. "Look me in the eye and finish that sentence."
Klaus found himself at a loss for words, grappling with his inner conflict as he met her resolute stare.
April brought her hand up to his neck and held his gaze "I know I didn't just marry you," she hesitatingly said. "But if you show that side of yourself, everything changes."
I didn't know about Elena, but suddenly I felt like the third wheel; we may as well not have been here at all with them. I'd never seen April so confident, especially around him; she said what needed to be said in that moment, and she was holding her ground despite the threat of things coming our way.
"Utah." April said, and Klaus nodded in agreement.
She stepped away from him, forming our circle again, and we all returned to the subject at hand.
Klaus sighed "As agreed, with the acceptance of a threat and not a kill," he said before looking at April, who I believe I saw smile at him.
"Are you sure you can get to Vegas without being tracked?"
"It shouldn't be a problem; I'll have their location before I even step onto the plane tonight."
"And you'll be in Utah by Monday morning?" I asked.
Klaus nodded. "Take the same route as before; our timings should be just fine."
Elena sighed "We'll need our new IDs again," she shook her head. "What about those?"
"My contact will construct them tonight; he'll have them couriered to..."
"Make it my house." I told him
"Klaus, we need the deeds too." April was added to his list.
Klaus slid his hands into his pockets and closed his eyes.
"I know it's a lot, but..."
It was then that the realization hit me just as strongly as it did Klaus; he wasn't doubting his ability to get everything done on time; he knew what had to be done, and the list was only growing.
"What's wrong?" Elena asked him.
"Elena," I paused. "We're not just going to need our deeds this time."
Elena, April, and I exchanged a knowing glance as we observed Vickie perched confidently on the hood of a car, her eyes fixed on us with an assertive determination. Klaus, who had previously planned on purchasing three houses, now faced the prospect of acquiring a fourth. Whatever Vickie had communicated to him, her intentions were clear and resolute; she was determined to ensconce herself into our lives here in Utah.
Vickie's ambitions were unmistakable—she wasn't content with a mere guest room in one of our homes. No, her aspirations stretched beyond that. If she intended to join Klaus as a fourth wife, she would undoubtedly demand her own space, her own domain. Vickie's resolve was evident; she sought a life that mirrored ours, complete with her own time and relationship with Klaus.
"She's not going on the schedule," I said through gritted teeth.
"Caroline-"
"No, she isn't getting any of that. She can live wherever the hell she wants when we get there. But she is not going to become part of our family."
"I'm with you," Elena nodded, her expression grim. "And April?"
April locked eyes with me before turning back to Klaus. "Unless you tell us what she said, I'm sorry, but I'm with them."
I could tell Klaus didn't want to tell us what Vickie had said to him, and he still might never tell us, but for the first time in his life, he looked utterly defeated. I couldn't imagine how much pain he had gone through when his mother betrayed him yet again.
Klaus glanced around at all of us. "The house next to Caroline's was under contract when we reached Utah," he said, shifting his gaze to Elena. "The property next to yours—"
"You can't be serious!" Elena interrupted, but I quickly interjected.
"She is not living on Spooner Street. She is not—"
"Klaus, just tell us what she said," April pleaded, her voice filled with urgency.
Klaus turned to April. "The property has five bedrooms and a hot tub, as you so keenly pointed out," he replied, before focusing back on Elena. "She's staying, and we're going to deal with it."
"Deal with it?" I repeated, my eyes fixed on his. "What exactly does that mean?" I asked, shrugging in confusion.
"We all made an agreement—the schedule, the homes that's completely in your hands," he said, his voice deepening. "But the decisions of this family as a whole have always and will always be within my control."
"Klaus, this could destroy everything we've created together." Elena said, breaking the silence.
Klaus looked at each of us in turn before responding, his voice resolute. "It's decided."
"So if we all agree that we don't want her here, what you're saying is that we'll have to deal with her regardless?" I questioned, shaking my head in disbelief.
"She will have her own house; she will have her own life."
"Is she going on the schedule? Are you going to make her one of your wives?" I challenged, stepping towards him.
Klaus remained silent.
"You are." Elena breathed, realization dawning.
April shook her head slowly, her voice thick with emotion. "You can't do this to us, Klaus. We agreed—"
Everything was different now; that's what he couldn't bring himself to say to her. I doubted he'd confess the truth to just one of us, not even me, and we were the ones with the strongest relationship. That wasn't boasting; it was merely the truth. But if the last few hours had revealed more than a few things to me, starting with the fact that I didn't know Klaus's relationships with Elena and April the way I thought I did. But also, I didn't know Klaus the way I thought I did either.
"I agreed that I would keep you all safe; I will keep my word." Klaus told us.
"Klaus, she is a vampire, and she doesn't have the self-control that," Elena paused and glanced in April's direction.
"What?" April said before looking at Klaus, "What?" She repeated.
I hadn't even considered that aspect; April was human and very vulnerable around a vampire like Vickie. April went up on her tiptoes to look beyond Klaus's and over in her direction.
"Are you saying she's going to hurt me?"
Klaus stepped towards her, and I could see him shaking his head. "Do you really think I would allow?"
"You're not always in my bed." April reminded him.
"She's not going to hurt you."
"You can't know that."
"She has other priorities beyond hunger."
"And what are your priorities?" I asked him "Beyond keeping us safe? Because it sounds like they're changing."
"I have my reasons, Caroline." He said, his eyes darting in Vickie's direction. "I don't expect you all to understand, but we have to do this."
Elena Mikaelson
Everything was moving so quickly that I could barely keep it together as we closed in on our plan to escape again. Klaus was right, this wasn't our home anymore. I wished my friends well in life, and I did, but I'd never felt stronger and at peace all at the same time than I had these past few months. We needed to get back to what we knew and escape a town that felt like it might just swallow us whole if we let it. I'd never felt more certain of my decision to leave; I'd doubted it a lot. I'd even considered coming back here a few times in those first few weeks, but I didn't.
I loved my new family, and I didn't care what anyone had to say about it; my family was about being united and living the life that we chose. Here in Mystic Falls, your life changed on a weekly basis depending on what new evil had come into town or whose relationship was on the rocks—not in Utah though. Out there I could breathe, and the fact that we were finally going back there filled me with so much joy that I couldn't think straight.
Klaus would explain to us what was happening. I knew that, in my gut, he would have to tell one of us, and I believed that person might just be me. We had a trust; he'd held onto so many secrets for me since we left this place. He'd not judged me, blamed me, or looked down on me the way others had. He'd kept our physical and emotional relationship to himself; even Caroline had no idea as to the extent we had grown closer.
I needed to get back to Utah and help him sort out whatever new mess this town was threatening us with. I couldn't think here; I couldn't breathe here like I could out there, and I was determined to get back to what I knew and what I wanted.
We had an agreement now; just like all those months ago, we would go home, Caroline would compel her mom to head to Maine, and I would send Jeremy to New York. Afterwards we'd get rid of our scents from the houses. Klaus was right; we didn't need to make tracking us easy for our friends. Then we'd pack up, but this time we'd be packing for good, and that meant I would be taking a lot more to Utah than I had previously. I didn't mind the reality that I'd have to pack up my life again and carry it across town to Caroline's house; that didn't bother me; the only thing that did was the additional passenger accompanying us.
Vickie was not a good person, not as human, and especially not as a vampire. Klaus was worried already; he was married to Caroline, and we could defend ourselves, but April was human and in danger every moment she was near Vickie. Seeing the way he worried about her, the way she had held onto him as she begged him to spare that witch's life in Vegas, I'd seen something between them. But I'd chosen to ignore it. Klaus cared for all of us in his own way, and I was sure that they would have had their moments, but he and I were closer than them.
We'd be even closer before leaving town tonight.
Caroline was going to drive April to her house and the two of them would begin packing. Vickie wasn't going to be happy if she wasn't with one of us to ensure we weren't sneaking away, and so Caroline also agreed to have Vickie with her until tomorrow morning at four. Klaus had tinted windows on his Bentley; he was going to drive me back home. I wanted to be alone with him; I needed time with him where I didn't have to worry about what Caroline or April would make of us spending time together.
Vickie said Esther had seen us from the other side behind our barrier, but I doubted if she knew Klaus and I had been becoming closer that she wouldn't have told Caroline and April by now to hurt me. Even now, after all this time, it seemed being on the other side hadn't changed Vickie one bit; if anything, she seemed more hell bent than over on getting her own way. She hadn't seen our lives together in Utah; even if Esther had told her about them, knowing and experiencing something were two extremely different things.
If she thought we were just out there playing house and sleeping with Klaus, then she had another thing coming. She was in for a rude awakening when we got to Utah; everything would change, and Klaus had promised us that. I knew he would find some way of dealing with her to ensure she didn't become part of our lives out there.
Vickie slipped into the backseat, slamming the door shut with a force that caused Caroline and April to pull away from each other. Caroline shot a quick glance at them before sliding into the driver's seat. Meanwhile, April made her way to the passenger side, pausing briefly to look over at me. I nodded at her, bringing my fingers to my lips. She mirrored my gesture, blowing me a kiss before getting into the car.
Klaus watched Vickie for a moment before turning his attention to me. "Are you ready?" he asked, extending his hand toward me.
I hesitated, looking at his outstretched hand before taking it. "Not yet," I replied.
Klaus didn't press for an explanation. Instead, he simply followed my lead as we walked around to the front of his car, watching as the others drove away.
"Are you, um," I paused, unsure of how to phrase my question, "planning to leave soon?"
"I'm going to pack first," he said, halting our steps. "Why?"
Leaning in closer, I whispered, "I thought maybe before we left, you could come over to my place."
Klaus furrowed his brows, a hint of confusion clouding his expression. "If you're worried about time—"
I shook my head, watching as understanding began to dawn on him. "No, that's not it," I clarified, letting my words hang in the air. "I want to be alone with you, Klaus."
His eyes darted away from mine, but his hands remained firmly intertwined with mine, a silent acknowledgment of the moment we were sharing.
"I know right now we're not technically married, but..."
"It shouldn't happen here," Klaus stopped me. "Not in this place."
"I think it should have always happened here," I leaned closer to him. "This is where we first met, where you realized." I paused as my eyes drifted down his face to his lips and returned to his piercing gaze. "This is where you knew you wanted me, how you wanted me," I added seductively.
I couldn't believe how confident I felt. I'd been with Caroline and April all night, and neither of them had any clue that twice today I'd given Klaus a blowjob. I let my gaze linger on his, allowing him to see just how badly I wanted him. Klaus, keeping his eyes off me, tucked his hands around my back, and I brought my hand down over his as he brushed them down the side of my waist and finally down to my ass.
I closed my eyes when his fingers curled around my ass and pulled me closer.
"This is where you knew you wanted to be with me, right here in Mystic Falls." I brought my hands up to his face, holding his cheeks. "I want us to be together, in my bed."
"That's where-"
"You're not him; you are different from him in every single aspect," I said to him as I brought my hand down until I cupped his member between his legs. "You know what it's like to be with someone who wants you because they choose to; you're not him, Klaus."
I leaned in and pressed my lips to his; our tongues met, and I moaned into the kiss as his hand came up and curled in my hair. We pulled apart breathlessly. "I want this; I want you," I said to him, and I knew he could feel how much I wanted him, just like he did before.
"Tell me you don't want me, that you don't want to be with me in my old bedroom." I said before I kissed his cheek, "In my old bed, in the house where you could have snuck in at any point and made me yours."
Klaus hissed and hooked his hand around my wrist, bringing my hand back down between his legs and cupping him through his jeans.
"If we do this, it will change everything for us," he said as he brushed his nose against mine. "There's no going back from it; you need to understand that."
I continued to rub him as I pressed my forehead to his and nodded. "I need you, Klaus; I want you. I've waited; I'm ready to be with you in that way, if you are."
"Stop, you're going to make me hard." He growled in warning, and I smirked, "Just for me?"
Klaus nodded.
"Kiss me."
He kissed me softly at first, then with increasing intensity, until we were both breathless, our bodies yearning to become one. From the moment I realized he was not my enemy but rather my husband and protector, I had longed for him with every fiber of my being.
As we drew apart, Klaus gently guided me to the passenger side of his Bentley. He opened the door with a gentlemanly grace, and I slid into the front seat. Once he settled into the driver's seat, he flashed me a small, knowing smile, which I returned warmly. As we left the junkyard behind, he placed his hand gently on my thigh, and a wave of youthful excitement washed over me.
Being with Stefan had never felt like this. Klaus had pursued me with the dedication and reverence that every woman deserves. He had been patient, respectful, and unfailingly kind, making me feel cherished and truly seen. There was so much to do tonight, with an overwhelming amount of responsibility resting on both our shoulders. Yet, in that pivotal moment, none of it seemed to matter. My entire being felt as though it might burst; I was utterly consumed by nerves. Until now, Stefan had been my only partner. He always assured me that I was good and that our time together was satisfying. But this was different. Klaus was experienced, and his presence brought a new level of anticipation and uncertainty.
He had promised me that he wouldn't sleep with April until we decided to take the next step in our relationship. However, it became clear that he was spending his nights at Caroline's, channeling all his energy and urgency there instead. It wasn't just that he wasn't in love with me; he didn't look at me the way he looked at her. When he gazed at Caroline, it was with both love and desire, as if she were the only person in the room. I longed to be part of his thoughts, to be desired by him with the same intensity, yet in a way that was uniquely meant for me.
"Jeremy won't be home for at least a few hours." I said, trying to hide my anxiety. "Not that I expect, um..." I stammered nervously. "I mean, we don't have to do anything if you don't want to, obviously."
Klaus reached over and squeezed my hand reassuringly. "We'll do whatever you want, love," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
"And then?"
"Then I'll do whatever I want," Klaus replied, raising his eyebrows playfully.
I smiled, feeling a mixture of excitement and nervousness. "You make it sound so simple."
"Nothing about tonight will be simple." Klaus brought my hand to his lips and kissed it. "But it will be unforgettable, that I can guarantee."
I looked down at my lap, suddenly feeling vulnerable. "Klaus, I've never, um, been with anyone that's so-"
"Experienced?" he finished, and I nodded.
I turned my head and squeezed my eyes shut. "Well-endowed."
I felt him turn his head, and I could feel the heat in my cheeks as he remained silent beside me. I opened my eyes and looked over at him to find him smiling straight ahead.
"Klaus, are you laughing at me?"
"I'm not laughing, darling, I promise," he replied, but his grin betrayed his amusement. "It's just that you're so innocent sometimes; it's adorable."
"I'm not being cute; it's just that I haven't ever been with someone who's... well, like you."
"I'm not going to hurt you, Elena," he replied softly before he slid himself up a bit in his chair. "I promise."
When we pulled up outside my house, I paused to take a minute to look at it. I'd been gone all these months; it looked so small compared to my house in Utah. I turned back around to look at Klaus, who slowly turned his head to look my way.
"I'll follow you in, in five minutes." He said to me as he leaned across the seat to kiss my cheek. "Leave your bedroom door open."
I nodded and opened the passenger side door. "Five minutes," I repeated before stepping out of his car and walking towards the front door.
I didn't have my house key on me; I used the key we kept under the porch swing to let myself in. I told myself as I stepped inside not to look at anything; this wasn't my home anymore, but if I looked at the family photographs, I might just fall apart. I made my way into the kitchen and collected the bottle of wine chilling in the refrigerator. It was one of my favorites, a nice merlot that I thought was perfect for the moment. I collected two wine glasses and made my way upstairs to my bedroom. I settled the wine down on my nightstand and quickly opened the top drawer, lifting up my notepad and old bookmarks to where I kept a box of condoms that Stefan had never used. I'd bought them when we first started making love, but he'd always worn ones he brought with him and never even opened the box.
I quickly glanced around at my room, grabbing any stuffed animals or embarrassing pictures and tossing them into drawers out of sight. I went to my underwear drawer and collected my white lace bra and matching pants I'd never worn before; the tags were still on them as I made my way into the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and rinsed out my mouth with some spearmint mouthwash before I got undressed and into the shower. I wanted to be ready for him; I wanted tonight to be perfect.
When I stepped out of the shower, I got myself dried off before I ran my brush through my hair and applied some perfume to my neck, hair, and wrists before I began to slip on my bra and thong. I reached down and pulled the tags off them, throwing them in the trash before I began to apply a little lipstick and mascara. When I was ready, I opened the bathroom door to find Klaus waiting for me.
He was sitting on the side of the bed nearest the bathroom door; he'd taken off his coat and rolled up his black shirt sleeves to his elbows. He'd also taken off his shoes. I smiled as I shut the bedroom door and leaned against it; he looked so comfortable here already. I watched his eyes slowly move down my body, taking in the sight of me before him. Just feeling his eyes on me was enough to threaten to harden my nipples, and I could feel the wetness between my legs; it was strange; he hadn't even touched me yet. Klaus's eyes traveled back up my body until they locked with mine, and I felt my cheeks heat up under his intense gaze.
"Worth the wait?" I asked my steps deliberately and unhurriedly as I approached him.
"The view was," he replied.
I took the two glasses of wine I'd poured earlier and handed one to him. "To the future," I said, holding my glass up in front of me.
"To new beginnings," he replied, raising his glass to mine.
We sipped our wine in silence, savoring the moment. I'd never felt more nervous or excited in all my life. Klaus stood up and set his glass on the nightstand before reaching for mine and placing it beside his. He walked towards me, a seductive smile on his lips as he closed the distance between us.
"Klaus..." I began, but he raised his finger to my lips, silencing me.
"Let me take care of you tonight," he whispered, his voice barely audible. "Just relax, sweetheart."
His lips brushed against mine ever so gently, sending shivers up my spine. It was such a simple touch, yet it ignited a fire deep within me. His hands reached around my waist, pulling me closer, deepening our kiss. The tip of his tongue parted my lips, exploring my mouth hungrily. I moaned softly, wrapping my arms around his neck, allowing myself to enjoy the moment. When we finally broke apart, Klaus pulled away, his eyes searching mine, looking for some sign of approval. I nodded before reaching for his hands, guiding them up to the clasp of my bra, only for him to stop me.
"Not yet, not until I say so." He replied as he moved us around so the bed was now behind me.
Klaus gently lifted me and carried me over to the bed, carefully settling me down at its center. Instinctively, I propped myself up on my elbows, anticipating his next move. His gaze remained fixed on me, filled with a mixture of warmth and intensity, as he slowly circled the bed, unbuttoning his shirt with deliberate care.
"Lie flat on your back and close your eyes," he instructed as he reached the side of the bed opposite me. "Do it."
I complied, lying flat on my back and closing my eyes. I heard the rustling of clothes being removed and the soft thud of a pair of pants landing on the floor. There was a slight dip in the mattress, and I felt him kneeling between my legs.
"I'm ready," I promised him, "I am."
"I know you are," Klaus whispered, his breath tickling my ear. "You're perfect."
I felt his lips press against the base of my neck, tracing a path down the length of my body. When he reached the apex of my thighs, he pulled away and began to massage my legs with firm strokes. His hands glided effortlessly up and down my skin, leaving a trail of fire in their wake. Slowly, Klaus inched closer, until he was right above me, his body hovering inches above my own. He lowered himself onto me, and I could feel his hardness through my pants, causing me to gasp.
"Oh god," I moaned as he continued to grind against me, his erection rubbing against my most sensitive spot. "Stop teasing."
Klaus chuckled, then leaned in and pressed his lips to mine. "Tell me what you want, Elena Mikaelson," he whispered as his hands roamed freely along my body, caressing every inch of exposed skin.
"Please," I begged.
In a flash, the material of my bra was ripped from my flesh without pain; the sound of it ripping, knowing Klaus was responsible for it, only served to turn me on even more. The straps of my bra slid down my arms, leaving a trail of goosebumps in their wake. Klaus rolled me onto my back as they fell away from my body. He kissed my shoulder blades before turning me back around. I couldn't stop myself. I covered my breasts with my hands, suddenly aware of the vast difference in size between mine and Caroline's breasts. I'd been fine with Stefan seeing them, but now as I looked up at Klaus, he was so different from him; everything about him was bigger, harder, and more defined, and that included his member.
Klaus reached down and cupped my chin and shook his head before he gripped both my arms and brought them up above my head. He leaned down and kissed each of my nipples tenderly before he gently sucked upon each of them. I gasped, arching my back, eager to feel more. I had never watched Stefan when we made love; I'd always land up closing my eyes, but I wanted to watch Klaus to see how he adored my body. He continued to kiss and lick his way down my torso until he reached the band of my pants.
"Come here," I begged Klaus, grabbing his face and bringing his lips against mine.
Our tongues danced together hungrily, devouring each other. I wrapped my legs around his waist, desperate for him to take me and make me his own. When we finally broke apart, Klaus pulled away and sat back on his knees, staring down at me. I kept my eyes on him as I reached for the waistband of my thong and began to slowly lower it down my hips, revealing more and more skin. Finally, after what seemed like forever, I managed to pull them down my legs, where Klaus slipped them off my ankles and tossed them to the side.
"You are so beautiful," Klaus whispered as he ran his fingers over my thighs. "But are you wet for me? Are you ready?"
I nodded. "Yes."
Klaus shook his head "You know what I want you to do, so do it," he said as he took his time to caress my thighs, his touch teasing and featherlight. "Spread your legs for me; show me how wet you are; show me how much you need me."
I closed my eyes, feeling incredibly shy and vulnerable. My entire body was shaking with anticipation and anxiety. I knew how much Klaus wanted to be with me, to make love to me.
"Do it,." he encouraged me.
I did as I was told, spreading my legs wide apart, exposing myself fully to him. I felt Klaus's breath on my inner thigh, and then his fingers brushed against my skin. His tongue trailed along my inner thighs, causing me to bite into my palm to keep from screaming his name.
"Oh my god, don't I'm sensitive."
"How sensitive?" he asked, looking up at me before he ran his fingers over my clitoral area, causing me to buck beneath him. "That much?"
"Please, Klaus, I need you inside me."
I blushed at my own words. I couldn't believe it; I'd said that to him of all people. I'd never been comfortable using such vulgar language in bed, yet here I was practically begging him to have his way. Klaus smirked as he brought his head between my legs and began to lick me, his tongue swirling around my clitoral area, sending shocks of pleasure through my entire body, from the tips of my toes to the ends of my hair. He moved up my body, kissing and nibbling on my skin, making me squirm with delight.
"Ohhhh..." I moaned, closing my eyes, lost in the sensation. "Wow," I gasped, my eyes widening and stinging with tears as Klaus inserted his finger inside of me, gently moving his thick and skilled fingers within me.
"You're so tight, you're going to feel so good around my cock," he growled against me.
I bit my lower lip. "Don't stop tasting me; don't you dare stop." I began, but my voice broke into a sob as he added another finger and curled them upwards, pressing against my gspot.
"Oh God!" I cried out as he continued to pleasure me with his fingers as his tongue flicked my clitoral area in a fast and hard motion.
I slid my hands into his hair, pulling him closer. "Ohhhh, yes."
I could hear my own juices sloshing as he moaned against my core; the vibration of it against my pussy was making my entire body quiver with ecstasy. I brought my hand from his head and over to the nightstand, sliding open the top drawer with ease and reaching for the condoms.
"I'm ready," I panted as I pulled one out and handed it to him. "I'm so ready."
He withdrew his fingers and slowly rose to his knees, keeping his eyes locked on mine. He reached for the packet and ripped it open with his teeth. He held my gaze as he began to unbuckle his belt.
"No, let me," I said, placing my hands over his, stopping him. "I want to."
Klaus nodded and let me take control. I undid the button of his jeans and slowly slid the zipper down. I tugged on the waistband and pulled them down his legs. As I reached for the waistband of his boxer briefs, I looked up at him as I began to slide them down, my eyes fixed on his, searching for any sign of hesitation or unease. Instead, I saw nothing but love and desire in his eyes. I continued to pull his boxers down until his erection sprang free, causing my breath to hitch.
"What did you expect after letting me taste you?" he teased as he lowered himself over my body.
I blushed.
Klaus brought the condom wrapper between his teeth and tore it open with ease. He lifted himself onto his elbows and rolled the condom over his hard shaft with just one hand.
"We do this; there's no going back to him." Klaus kissed my lips before he gazed down at me. "You'll be stretched forever, he'll-"
"He'll never touch me again, and you know that, so ensure it."
I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer. "You've waited all these months to have me," I said as I wrapped my legs around his waist. "Take me."
Klaus kissed me fiercely, his tongue invading my mouth, demanding submission. I responded by pulling him closer, deepening our kiss, and moaning as he entered me inch by inch. I gasped, breaking our kiss, my entire body trembling beneath him. I gripped the back of his neck and hissed as my body began to adjust to him, stretching to accommodate his size. He stopped moving and gave me time to adjust before he began to thrust slowly, allowing my body to get used to his girth.
"It's not-"
"Are you serious there's more?" I asked as he slid into me, his pubic bone pressing against my clitoral.
"Now it's in," he whispered in my ear as he slowly pulled out before thrusting back in.
"Oh my God!" I cried out as he continued to thrust in and out of me, picking up speed with each thrust.
I brought his hand up to my lips and bit into the side of it without drawing blood as I tensed up in ecstasy. Klaus leaned down and kissed me hard as he continued to thrust into me, each stroke bringing me into my bliss.
"Relax, you're clamming down on me." Klaus hissed into my ear, and I tried to relax as he began to move again.
"Jesus!"
His hands moved to my hips and gripped them hard as he thrust into me. My nails dug into his back as he buried his face into my neck. Just as I was starting to adjust, Klaus pulled out of me and rolled me onto my side. He lay down behind me, spooning me, before he grabbed my leg and raised it up so he could enter me.
"Just like this," he grunted into my ear as he thrust in and out of me.
My walls clenched around him, making it harder for him to pull out. "Ohhhhhh..." I moaned as I felt him slide deeper and deeper into me, hitting every sweet spot.
"Klaus," I moaned his name, feeling his sweaty chest against my hot back. "Harder!"
Klaus groaned as he pushed deeper inside me, causing me to cry out in pleasure.
"Make love to me; make me yours." I begged him as I felt my body begin to cave. "Please."
He wrapped his arms around me tightly as he continued to thrust into me. The sound of skin slapping against skin filled the air. Klaus pulled out of me and returned on top of me, bringing his lips to mine as he positioned himself between my legs again. He slid inside of me without hesitation, causing me to throw my head back, moaning loudly. I wrapped my legs around his waist and gripped onto the back of his neck, pulling him closer.
"Ohhhhh! Ohhhhh! Ohhhhh!" I screamed as he thrust into me faster and harder.
I held his face between my hands. "I want to use my mouth." I said, looking him right in the eye and trying to stop my cheeks from flushing.
"No, you don't," he replied as he continued to pound into me. "You have no idea how close I am."
"I need to." I begged him as I ran my hands through his hair.
Klaus shook his head but kept thrusting into me harder. "You have no idea how bad I want."
I used my vampire speed on him for the first time; in an instant he was on his back, and I was kneeling between his legs, watching the fury and shock on his face as I took him in my hand.
"Just tell me to stop," I dared him as I lowered my head and wrapped my lips around his cock.
"Fuck," he groaned, closing his eyes, and a deep throaty groan escaped his throat as I swirled my tongue around his tip and began to bob my head up and down, sucking him hard.
"You like that?" I asked as I released him with a pop.
Klaus nodded.
I gave him one last lick before I went back to sucking him. I stopped and began kissing his abs, running my tongue along the ridges of each one, enjoying the way they flexed under my touch. I continued to kiss his body until I reached his inner thigh, then I brought myself between his legs once more. I flipped my hair back, kneeling myself up right, Klaus watching me closely as I brought my hand up to my mouth, wetting my finger tips with my salvia before running it over both my hands. He watched me as I cupped my breasts with my hands and squeezed them together before pinching my nipples between my finger tips.
"Mmmmmm."
"So that's why you wanted to use your mouth, you dirty little minx." Klaus whispered as he watched me touch myself.
I kept one hand on my breast as I moved the other between my legs. I parted my folds and rubbed my clitoral area, feeling my wetness begin to drip down my thighs. I bit down on my lower lip as I felt his eyes burning into me. My finger slid inside of me easily as I began to thrust it in and out.
"Oh God," I moaned, throwing my head back as I quickened the pace of my movements. "I'm so close."
"Don't you dare cum yet!"
Klaus sat up and reached for my arms, pulling me closer to him. He pulled me in for a passionate kiss, our tongues dancing together in perfect harmony. The taste of him still lingered on my tongue, making me crave more. Klaus got behind me as I remained kneeling my back straight as he positioned himself behind me and cupped both my breasts with his hands. He pulled me back so my back was pressed against his chest. I could feel his erection brushing against my ass, and I couldn't help but rub my ass against it, trying to get some relief.
"You want it so badly, don't you?" he whispered into my ear. "Say it."
"Make me yours; give me what I deserve." I whispered back at him.
"You're mine, Elena Mikaelson," he growled as he slid inside of me.
I cried out in pleasure, my eyes rolling back into my head, my whole body shaking uncontrollably. "Klaus!" I screamed as he began to thrust into me, each thrust harder than the last.
"Yes!" I cried out as I reached behind me and wrapped my arms around his neck.
He continued to pound into me, making me moan and gasp for air. I could feel myself getting close, my whole body tensing up, preparing to climax.
"You're going to make me cum in this condom if you keep moaning like that."
"Oh God, yes!" I cried out as Klaus began to pound into me faster and harder, causing me to moan even louder.
I brought Klaus's hand down from my breast and positioned it between my legs, encouraging him to rub my clitoral area while he fucked me.
"Oh fuck," he groaned as I began to ride his hand. "That's it."
"Don't stop," I begged as I threw my head back, my orgasm building quickly. "Don't stop, please."
"Look at me," Klaus growled in my ear.
I did as I was told, looking straight into his eyes, my breath hitching in my throat. His blue orbs were filled with lust and desire; his pupils dilated. We were sweating harder than a marathon runner, and my hair was stuck to my forehead. His hands gripped my hips as he thrust into me deeper than ever before, hitting my gspot repeatedly. I closed my eyes as my orgasm built up, my body tensing up, preparing to explode.
"Yes!" I screamed as my body shook with ecstasy, my walls clenching around his cock, milking it for all its worth.
Klaus groaned as he continued to pound into me, prolonging my orgasm. I collapsed against his chest, my whole body trembling. I felt his cock twitch inside of me, signaling he was about to cum. Klaus pulled out of me, tossing the condom aside, before he emptied himself onto my pussycat and thighs. We both fell back on the bed, panting heavily. I was so spent that I couldn't even move. Klaus rolled over onto his side and pulled me close, kissing me softly. I looked down at my thighs, seeing his sperm all over them. I was surprised. Stefan never came like this, I thought as I rubbed my thighs together and it smeared all over my thighs.
"That was amazing," Klaus whispered in my ear as he stroked my cheek with his thumb.
"Yeah," I agreed, smiling tiredly at him.
I kissed him once before I found I had to ask, "Do you always pull out?"
Klaus didn't answer; he instead kissed me.
"It's just that." I stopped dead at the sound of the doorbell ringing.
Klaus and I sat upright at the repeating sound moments later; whoever it was wasn't going away.
