Chapter 23. Semi finals a clash between the demon and swordsmen, fighting spirit between warriors
At the hotel Yushai is seen making sure his Gunpla is ready for the semi finals of the tournament and who he'll be facing in the next round, then there was a knock on the door as both Krystina and Ral are there to check on him.
Ral: so young man are you ready for this match?
Yushai: I would be lying if I said yes, I don't even know who I'm going against.
Ral: true… you might end up fighting either one of the last three that are left and there all very powerful opponents.
Yushai: yeah which means I can not let my guard down and give it all I got.
Krystina: Yushai please be careful and just have fun.
Yushai: your right Krystina, all I have to do is just have fun and enjoy myself.
Ral: that's young win or lose just enjoy yourself but we both know you have a promise to keep.
Yushai smiled and is full of determination to win against his opponent and finally have his battle against Ezio once again, the group then got up and started heading to the stadium for the next rounds.
(Scene change)
At the stadium Kirito is seen inside the locker room getting ready for who his opponent he'll be facing against as he prepares for the match someone arrived into the room, which is Smith who has come to meet to Kirito who wanted to talk to him about something important.
Smith: Kirito…
Kirito: Smith… what are you doing here? I haven't even won the tournament to earn the right to talk to you.
Smith: I wanted to do this early and out of the way so we can finally talk and besides you already reached the semi finals so you have earn it.
Kirito: … okay then, answer my questions, what is your connection to Kayaba and why did you create GBN.
Smith: … that's your answer huh? Okay I will tell you, Kayaba was my mentor, when the I.S was created I went into electronics and games along with wanting to create my own game, that was when I met him he was incredible and created SAO which many of us believe would be the best game in the world.
Kirito: …
Smith: but Kayab he was looking for something more… a world by even realty and even games.
Kirito: he was always like that.
Smith: and when I heard of how many people died in SAO and him included… some parts of me want to know why he did what he did and I think I understand little… either way I have no grudge against you Kirito you did what you had to do, as for GBN I want all players and gamers to enjoy Gunpla and have fun, I hope this answers your questions.
Kirito: it does, now I have to get going there about to announce who will be fighting who in the next round.
Smith: go and enjoy yourself Kirito, this isn't a death game but you're a player and a gamer like all of the rest just go out there and have fun.
Kirito does not say anything and walks out of the room to face his opponent.
(Scene change)
The last four players gathered in the stadium and many people await for the matches to begin, the screen then shows who will be battling who.
Yushai versus Kirito and Ezio will be fighting against another player, with who will be fighting against the players all goes to the simulators to prepare for battle, both Yushai and Kirito placed there Gunpla's on the scanner then they come alive and go into the battlefield which is a forest.
Yushai: I saw your last match your really good.
Kirito: I played a lot of games and there's no longer any reason for me to be here anymore.
Yushai: …
Kirito: but after seeing those glitches and that Rogue AI… that is enough to convince me to stay and win this tournament.
Yushai: sorry to break it to you but I'm the who is going to win.
Kirito: okay then…
Announcement: ready… fight!
(Ace Combat Zero – Zero)
Yushai and Kirito: bring it!
The two rush at each other clashing blades as the battle begins the crowd cheers as the battle is fierce as neither one of them are not giving either side a chance, both of them fires their weapons trying to get a few hits in.
Yushai: this guy is strong, very strong and he's not going all out yet… but that just makes things even more interesting!
Kirito: this guy is not going down so easily which means I have to take this a bit more seriously…
The two continue on there fight against each other each one being more destructive than the last with many of the trees being destroyed by the shock waves, more of people cheers the fighters on as this keeps getting more amazing by the minute.
Krystina: come on Yushai…
Asuna: you can do it Kirito…
Kirito's attacks soon started getting more dangerous as he slowly starting to take things seriously as Astaroth was now taking more damage now which Yushai noticed immediately, he then uses his Katanas to deal some damage to Exia and then firing its cannons damaging it even more, both of them continue on until both fly high into the sky until they both crashed back down to the ground.
Yushai: the more I clash with this guy, the more I see how ahead he is from me… but I can't give up here!
Kirito: this guy… is he going to keep fighting even though he is out matched?
Yushai: there's someone I want to fight against!
(Beyblade G revelation – hang on)
Yushai soon started fighting more seriously and so did Astaroth as both of them pushes Kirito back damaging his Gunpla, seeing that Yushai isn't going to go down Kirito then began fighting even more seriously now.
Kirito: you want to fight seriously, then I'll fight seriously!
The two machines go completely all out both of them taking more damage and losing their parts as explosions happens around them as they blaze a trail of destruction, the whole crowd cheers even more as they are loving this epic battle between these players, Ezio who has already defeated his opponent already is also watching the battle as well.
Ezio: keep fighting you two and let your soul burn like flame!
Yushai: let's keep going Astaroth! Alaya-Vijnana system activate!
Kirito: I'm not out yet, Trans-AM!
Both machines glow and started tearing the forest apart with how much power they are letting out, much of there weapons are destroyed leaving only there main weapons left which are swords, Astaroth cuts Exia left arm off but he responded in kind with Astaroth losing his arm as well, both of them were now on there last legs then both of them charge at each other one last both of them giving it there all of there strength.
Yushai: RAAAAAAAAHHHH!
Kirito: AAAAAAAAAHHHH!
Both Gunpla attacks with there blades, Exia knocked Astaroth's out of its hand and just as Kirito was to deliver the final blow Yushai has his Gunpla jump on to Exia using him as spring to go high but it loses one of its legs, it grabs its sword mace and then brings it down using the momentum and gravity to deal major damage to Exia and destroyed his blade leaving Kirito with no weapons left.
Yushai: YAAAAAAAAH!
Astaroth then runs its blade through Exia then it explodes ending the battle with Yushai being the winner.
(End of music)
Announcer: battle over, winner Yushai!
Everyone cheers after seeing such a battle, Asuna is sad that Kirito lost but she knows he gave it his all, Krystina and Ral are happy that Yushai won his battle even Ezio is happy as well which means both of them will have there battle once again.
Kirito: that was the first time I had to give it my all…
Yushai: Kirito…
Kirito: … yeah?
Yushai: that was the best battles I ever had.
Kirito: hehehe… yeah it really was and I enjoyed myself as well.
The two shake hands acknowledging respect for the great battle that they had, meanwhile Tabane in her hiding spot holds something in her hands that will allow the final phase of her plan to come full circle as phantom task told her everything is ready.
Tabane: time for the final blow to this tournament to begin… eheheh.
Then everything fades to black.

To nexusknight2: Asuna's Gunpla is similar to Kirito's with it being a combination of Strike Rouge and Green Astray but it has Rouge's color, yeah Tabane is seriously trying to destroy GBN and ruin the tournament, as for her going to different dimensions that will possibly happen much letter.
