Chapter 33. Returning to the world of machines, Cross bone X, the end of the Alien AI brothers
Back in the world of Machines, EVE is seen carrying his dead brother ADAM'S body and is burying it, he cried over his death at the hands of Yushai, soon his sadness turned into hatred and a desire to destroy everything.
EVE: those humans and the Androids they will pay, every last one of them will die and this planet will become a dead rock!
EVE scream in complete rage and creates more dangerous machines and Alien mobile suits, his own mobile suit changes into an even more monstrous form that looks like a demon, then he flies off along with his entire army in order to destroy everything including world.
Meanwhile on the moon, Commander White is having a very, very bad day after what happened a few days ago when 2B failed to bring the human to there base for protection, only to threaten him and push him away, go to face the enemy alone then disappears from the face of the planet, she's not even sure if both of them are dead or alive.
Commander White: … so this is what it's like to have a headache… this couldn't get any worse.
Operator: ma'am! We have a problem!
Commander White: oh now what!?
Operator: there's a large army of machines all of them are destroying everything!
Commander White: what!? Get everyone to combat stations immediately!
Operator: yes ma'am!
(Scene change)

Back on earth Yushai is seen going to the hospital to check on Krystina who was now in a coma, the doctors said she was still asleep right now, they even say that she is experiencing some kind of trauma meaning she's going through something terrible, Yushai continues to sit in Krystina's room hoping that she will wake-up.
Yushai: Krystina…
Krystina: …
Yushai: what happened to her that day ? And that power it didn't look like awakening, it felt different somehow… I hope you wake up soon Krystina…
Yushai walks out of the room and continues to exit out of the hospital as he does someone was standing outside waiting for him for unknown reasons
?: mister Nui.
Yushai: who are you?
?: someone who knows what you did or rather discovered a new world.
Yushai: a new world?... !? Are you talking about that planet full of machines?
?: yes that one, that world is in extreme danger because both you and that girl has changed the course of there fate.
Yushai: course of fate? What do you mean?
?: that person you defeated, ADAM was supposed to be killed by someone else but since you did the deed instead the course of fate has been completely altered and his brother EVE is still alive.
Yushai: !?
?: you should realize he's just as powerful and dangerous as ADAM plus both of them has mobile suits in their possession making them more powerful and the Androids has no way to combat them, do you understand the situation now.
Yushai: … I don't know what to do…
?: I know you are worried about your friend but if nothing is done about that situation, those Alien robots will find a way here and it will be all out war.
Yushai: …
?: if you wish to save them go to the area where both you and Krystina first got sent there, the choice is yours to make young man.
The unknown individual leaves the area, Yushai was now more worried and full of guilt of what has happened so he heads on home, as night falls Yushai was now in deep thought of what to do about this situation.
Yushai: … this whole situation is my fault… because I killed ADAM, his brother is now on a war path to destroy everything and if he somehow comes here… I caused this so I have to be the one to handle this and end it.
Yushai soon started upgrading his Gunpla and giving it new weapons to use for the upcoming battle against, as hours passed his Gunpla's upgrade was finally done, the Cross Bone, head, arms and legs were the same but the body and backpack was changed to Gundam X body and it's backpack to divider, he added two pistols, skull shoulders that can also be used as weapons as well finally it also has a cloak that protects it from energy attacks.
Yushai: it's done the second form of my Gunpla… Cross Bone X.
Yushai puts his Gunpla on the scanner then he puts on the Visor and dives into GBN, once inside he heads to the spot where he and Krystina went to when they were sent to that world, after a few minutes he arrived at the Forest area and heads deeper until he found the hole that is still there leading to the world of machines.
Yushai: … okay here I go!
The Gunpla flies into it but unknown to him the same person with the briefcase saw him.
?: so he's the anomaly that is causing the change to that world, as for the other one though… those four are going to be a problem for her especially since one of them is about to wake up soon, that will be a serious problem.
The unknown figure disappears from the area without a trace.
(Scene change)
(Nier automata – birth of a wish)
High in the sky Cross Bone X is seen and has returned to the world of machines but its being overwhelmed by many Alien machines, Yushai waste no time and destroy many of the enemy's forces in minutes along with saving most of Yorha forces.
Yorha solider: that machine.
Yorha solider 2: the human is still alive?
Yorha solider 3: call the commander, tell her that the human is still alive!
Yushai continues to fighting against the Alien mobile suits and saves the resistance base and it's members, he then goes to Pascal's village and saves them as well, he soon spots A2 who is having trouble with the Alien Machines, he helps her destroy them.
A2: why did you help me?
Yushai: because I wanted to and I don't trust Yorha because they hide a lot of secrets but there are some good people I want to save.
A2: … do whatever you want.
Yushai: A2… can you protect this village.
A2: …
Yushai: they may be Alien Machines but they are good.
Yushai flies away and heads to where the most enemy's forces are gathered and the most dangerous, EVE's voice is heard on his speaker as he mourns his brother, Yushai finally arrived at the area and he sees 2B and 9S fighting against the Alien Machines he helps them and destroy them, the two Androids are surprised to see him as they believed he and Krystina both died, but they are then confronted by EVE but something was different as half of his face was now black.
EVE: ah you're here.
Yushai: …
EVE: including the one who killed my brother… to me he was everything… I will destroy this planet and then go to your world and destroy it as well… all of you will DIE!
(Nier automata – Dependent Weakling)
EVE summons his Aerial copy that is now a demonic monster and attacks the three, they dodge the attacks and strikes back with there weapons damaging it a bit.
Yushai: sorry to worry you guys!
9S: we were upset by your actions but your friend was in danger so we understand.
2B: … let's focus on the enemy for now.
The three continue to fight against EVE who fires his weapons all around the area, the three dodges them and continues to damage EVE who screams in rage and anger, Yushai attacks with his sabers and fires his guns at close range damaging EVE more along with his machine losing its arm and both legs.
EVE: kill you… kill you!
(Nier automata – Sound of the end)
EVE creates a huge storm that begins to try and destroy the entire area, Yushai charges at EVE clashing blades against each other, the Alien Machine scream at Yushai with rage and hatred.
EVE: it's your fault! It's your fault my brother is dead, I'm going to destroy everything you hold dear including that girl!
Yushai: no you won't, I won't let you!
Yushai activities Awakening and begin to push EVE back but something goes wrong with the out of control robots which 2B and 9S are noticing.
Robots: that light, I hate it! Hate it, hate it!
2B: what ?
9S: huh? What's wrong with them? Why are they scared of that weird light?
EVE: that power, what is it? Just what is it, how are you pushing me back!?
Yushai: RAAAAAAAAHHHH!
The Cross Bone X then destroy EVE's last arm and then runs his blade through the demonic Aerial including EVE himself ending his life but as this happens something comes out of it which looks like a monster of some kind with a dark aura and red eyes.
?: GRAAAAAAAAAHH!
Yushai: what is that?
(End of music)
The unknown entity soon disappeared and broke apart, the rest of the robots all shut down one after the other after the battle was over and EVE being completely destroyed, Yushai lands his Gunpla and comes out of it and talk to the two about what happened.
9S: so you and your friend was able to get back home?
Yushai: yeah that's right.
9S: as long as you and your friend is safe that is all okay, it looks like you have found a way to get back home.
Yushai: I do and I have a feeling that I would have to return here again for some reason.
2B: …
9S: come on 2B go on and say something.
2B: I'm sorry for threatening you.
Yushai: it's okay 2B, you were just try to protect us, so it's okay.
2B does not show it but she secretly glad that he forgive her, Yushai summons his Gunpla and leaves the world and returns to his world, the unknown figure with the briefcase watch him leaves.
?: that power, it was able to destroy the virus including that entity as well… perhaps you can be saved from the curse that plagued you for so long.
(Scene change)
Back at the hospital Krystina is seen still sleeping until something unusual happens as the energy that was unleashed slowly leaks out of her and then Krystina's hair somehow turns purple, then she slowly opens her eyes who was someone else as she says her first words.
Krystina?: where I'm I?
Then everything fades to black.
