Preparing for the concert

Dimmsdale Mall

Within the mall, dozens of merch venues were opened up in the food court, while in the far back, the stage for the Front Road Lads to perform atop on, was in the process of being constructed; the court was already filled by fans and music enthusiast of the boy band, eager to wait and buy merch before listening to the reunion show of the band. One buck toothed boy in particular was lucky that the mall was large enough to accommodate a large crowd of people, seeing as how he didn't have to shoved his way through much of the rapid fans inside the mall that were eager to get their hands on the merch from all the stalls.

Timmy, with his Fairy Godparents posing as punk rock teens to act as his babysitters, walked through the busy crowd within the mall. "Wow." Timmy remarked as he walked in between his fairy godparents, his eyes glanced all around him as he took in the sight of what was being sold at each stall within the food court. "I didn't think there'd be this much hubbub for the Front Road Lads."

As the three of them came to a halt at a store where they were selling TVs and CDs, amongst other things, Timmy focused his attention on what was being played on the tube televisions in the front windows. Videos of old live concerts of the Front Road Lads were being replayed on the television screens, doing their choreographed dances to their songs they sang.

"Hey, where do you think the line is to get an autograph?" Cosmo pondered with an excited smile as he looked at Timmy and Wanda.

Timmy stopped watched the tube televisions, and glanced up at Cosmo. "Huh, I don't know…" he mused as he turned to look, before noticing a line of people led to the stage and back where the singers were most likely preparing for their concert. "Is that the line?" he pondered.

One of the folks that were in the line, glanced Timmy's way. "Like, gawl, this isn't the line buck tooth boy." the teen girl exclaimed as she placed her hands on her hips, and jerked her head a bit to the side to swish her blonde hair over her shoulder, "Like, this is the line to get for the line to get an autograph, like, gawl." The Teen girl said in an overly valley girl accent.

Ignoring the callous attitude he was given out of nowhere by some teenage girl, Timmy turned his back to her to converse with Cosmo and Wanda, "Let's see here…" he muttered as he tapped his chin in thought, ."There's got to be a way we can speak with that Chad person, and figure out if its Ricky or not…" he pondered.

Wanda shrugged at Timmy's question, "Well, you're not gonna get anywhere asking questions." Wanda remarked, before pointing towards the backstage. "Why not make a wish or something to instantly be in front of the line?" She asked softly with an excited expression.

Timmy rubbed his chin in thought, as he thought on it. "No…too easy." he smiled deviously, before rubbing his palms together. "This situation calls for more tact…more…stealth."

Wanda frowned down at her Godchild, "Do you even understand the meaning of Tact?" she questioned Timmy with a raised eyebrow.

Timmy glowered up at his fairy godparent, "Hey! Just because I got a D in spelling and language arts, doesn't mean I know some good words!" he defended himself while waving his arms up and down in protest.

Outside the mall

With the way the Mall was set up, the Food court and the place where the stage was being set up, was in the back part of the mall, which allowed the band members to have their own trailers set up outside in the back of the mall to prepare themselves for the upcoming gig. With the fact they were doing a reunion gig with Ricky once more, their youngest boy band member had once again managed to get his manager to 'magically' get them their own trailer.

Inside Ricky's Trailer, the teen lad, still wearing his wig and colored eye contact lens, was sitting in a simple desk chair and spun around on it while letting out a yodel, until he spun too fast and fell flat on his back. "Heh." Ricky giggled from his vocal practice.

Norm in the meanwhile, was posing as his manager, suit and tie and all, with a phone in hand to his ear and a mocha shake in the other. The Genie posing as a human music manager, glared at the phone as he spoke to the person on the other end of the call, "And I'm telling you, I'm not taking another deal for my clients."

As Norm allowed the person on the other end to speak, he spoke once more. "Listen here you." he began to say while letting the mocha shake he had in his hand float in the air, and use his free hand to point at the phone in his other hand, "I'll take another deal, when you agree that Canadian bacon is worse than turkey bacon!" he yelled at the phone.

As the person on the other end of the call could be heard talking, Norm placed his hand on the speaking part of his phone, and glanced over at Ricky. "Hey Kid, Help me out here." he whispered over to Ricky.

Ricky perked up and sat up on the floor with a cheeky smile to Norm, "you got it, do your thing…but only for a day…I wish Canadian Bacon tasted like year old milk for a day!" he exclaimed with his arms up and fist clenched as he let out a rather mischievous chuckle.

Norm gave Ricky a thumbs up and excited smile, before grabbing his floating mocha shake and talking his leave of the trailer. "Oh yeah." His voice began to trail off as he exited the trailer, "Check the news lately?" he snarked back as he left the trailer, leaving Ricky alone for the time being.

As Ricky picked himself up with an amused smile, he brushed himself off and corrected his wig a bit on his head before he walked over to the nearby vanity mirror and dresser to check he had his disguise on good enough. A sudden sound on the top of his trailer, prompted his attention with an amused expression, a familiar sound of a certain fairly godchild could be heard 'shooshing' someone with him.

Ricky let out a crack of laughter, before reaching up and pulling the skyview rooftop aside with great haste. "Hey Timmy!" he shouted, as Timmy in a spy getup, suddenly found himself without a trailer rooftop under him. Letting out a squawk of surprise, Timmy fell to the floor below with an 'oof'. Falling alongside him were strange looking cats with pink and green hair respectively.

Timmy shook his head as he propped himself up by his hand to look up at Ricky in his disguise. "I knew it was you!" he accused Ricky with a soft glare and amused smile.

Ricky blinked and scratched his head, "You make it sound like I was trying to disguise myself from you…" he mused with a soft chuckle afterwards, "But yeah! It's me! So what's got you all interested enough to go spy film on me?" he asked while placing his hand on his chest. "If you haven't figured it already, I'll be busy for the next few days."

"I don't know." Timmy blinked, as he tried to think up something, "I didn't think I'd get this far." he remarked with a nervous laugh, before giving Ricky a quizzical look. "By the Way, what is with the routine of going into disguise as another person in a boy band?" he asked.

Ricky placed his hands on his sides, and puffed his chest out proudly, "Hey, can't a guy enact his own Hannah Montana days?" he questioned Timmy with an amused expression.

Timmy blinked, before giving Ricky a confused look. "Who or what is Hannah Montana?" he asked the teenager in disguise.

Ricky brushed Timmy's question off with a wave of his hand, "Ah, nothing really, just an expression of living two lives." he reasoned with a lie. "So…" Ricky started to say, "What else have you got going on today? Where's your parents or Vicky for that matter?" he asked the boy.

Timmy looked up at Ricky with a deadpan gaze, "Waiting in line to watch your concert." he sighed in annoyance.

Tapping his own chin in thought, Ricky stuck his tongue out his lips as he tried to think up something, before snapping his fingers of an idea. "Hey Timmy, how are your vocals?" he asked.

"...Scratchy at best…why?" Timmy asked Ricky cautiously.

"Then time for a Montage!" Ricky celebrated with a show of jazz hands as confetti exploded behind him, and soon music began to play in the background.

Timmy began to back away from the crazy teen, only for Ricky to reach out and pick him up by his arms. "Come on Timmy, in one hour of a training montage, We'll get you ready to have all the girls clamoring for ya!" he cheered.

"I need an adult." Timmy groused.

From the entrance of the Trailer, Ricky's Manager Norm, poked his head in, "I'm an adult, per se, I say go for it kid! We could always use a back up kid singer." The Genie, posing as a human, gave Timmy a thumbs up.

"I should have stayed home." Timmy said more to himself, while his fairy godparents posing as cats looked in Norm's direction and felt like they saw him before.
