INT. GOTHAM CITY HALL - NIGHT

The iconic Gotham City Hall stands tall amidst the cityscape. Inside, Mayor Hamilton Hill is working late, unaware of the impending danger.

CUT TO:

EXT. GOTHAM CITY ROOFTOPS - NIGHT

Batman perches on a rooftop, scanning the city with his cowl's enhanced vision. The Bat-Signal lights up the night sky.

COMMISSIONER GORDON (over radio)
Batman, we've got a situation. Mayor Hill's son has been kidnapped. We received a ransom note. The clock king is behind this.

BATMAN
I'm on it.

CUT TO:

INT. CLOCK KING'S HIDEOUT - SECRET LAIR - NIGHT

The Clock King, a meticulous villain obsessed with time, monitors his captive, Mayor Hill's son, tied to a chair.

CLOCK KING
(looking at a large clock)
Time is of the essence. Gotham's fate is now in my hands.

CUT TO:

EXT. GOTHAM CITY STREETS - NIGHT

Batman glides through the night, closing in on the Clock King's hideout.

BATMAN
(voiceover)
Clock King, your time is up.

CUT TO:

INT. CLOCK KING'S HIDEOUT - SECRET LAIR - NIGHT

Batman bursts into the lair, a dark and elaborate space filled with ticking clocks.

CLOCK KING
(laughing)
Ah, the Batman. Always right on schedule.

The Clock King activates a device that starts a countdown timer.

CLOCK KING (CONT'D)
You have one hour to save the mayor's son, Batman. Tick-tock.

Batman scans the room, noticing various traps and obstacles.

BATMAN
What's your game, Clock King?

CLOCK KING
Time is power, Batman. I control it, and Gotham dances to my tune.

Cue intense action sequence as Batman navigates through the traps, avoiding ticking time bombs and solving intricate puzzles.

CUT TO:

EXT. GOTHAM CITY HALL - NIGHT

Commissioner Gordon and the GCPD are on high alert, monitoring the situation.

COMMISSIONER GORDON
We need that boy back, Batman.

CUT TO:

INT. CLOCK KING'S HIDEOUT - SECRET LAIR - NIGHT

Batman reaches the mayor's son, skillfully disabling the final trap just before the timer hits zero.

BATMAN
Time's up, Clock King.

Cue a showdown between Batman and the Clock King. Batman eventually subdues the villain and rescues the mayor's son.

CUT TO:

EXT. GOTHAM CITY HALL - NIGHT

Batman hands over the captured Clock King to Commissioner Gordon.

COMMISSIONER GORDON
You did it again, Batman. Gotham is safe.

BATMAN
(evading gratitude)
Just doing my part.

Batman disappears into the shadows as the Bat-Signal lights up the night sky.

FADE OUT.
