The Caped Crusader purchases himself on the gate barring the rest of the world from the imposing Gothic mansion He looks upon, he notes the car embedded in its side and files it as a way of Entry and Escape if this goes south
he enters through the hole surrounding the car without any incident, carefully he Maneuvers through the Halls using laser spray when he suspects there are lasers, soon he's at the door he came here for, the sound of snoring is muffled behind the rich Oak
he carefully Creeks it open but stops in his tracks when he sees a shadowed form sitting up in the middle of the bed, he can see the glimpse of a straw hat in his peripheral vision on a nightstand, he can tell the shadowed figures eyes glance to the Hat, Bruce gives him the courtesy of his identity by shutting the door and a couple seconds later he has the feeling like it's safe to come in now
the Scarecrow sits in his bed, on either side of him are his henchmen, Dr Edward nigma lies fast asleep his pillow covering his face and the signature mask Bruce has seen in photos is held to his chest. Mercury is also asleep with his leg kicking rabbit like in his sleep every once in awhile, his long white hair spills off the bed and ends with a little heart-shaped curl
" I know why you're here crusader" the scarecrow's Voice rings in Batman's head as clear as it would be if he was actually speaking," I am willing to work with you but we will need to make a better plan", the Scarecrow just smirks at the glower he gets at that comment
later Batman sits in the Parlor, he's been relegated to one of the chairs, on the couch in the Parlor sits the one human and two former human residents of the mansion, Mercury is giving him a quite intense death glare and gripping to the scarecrows arm in a vice grip, scarecrow doesn't seem bothered by this and casually sips his cup of coffee, behind the couch stands c.r.o.c one of Edward's experiments, a failed one if Bruce remembers correctly from the files, the creature stands holding a tray which used to being inhabited by both a coffee cup and a pot of coffee but is only holding a pot of coffee now
" I suspect you hear about the Isley cover up" Edward says and Bruce can feel the disdain dripping from the name Isley
" yes I am, you probably know me and the peace organization don't have the best of relationships, they say they were cause for good but they're doing a bit too much Shady stuff to be in anyone's best interest" Batman says simply and pushes over folder labeled " villain eradication plans"
" apparently they're planning to heighten Miss isley's pheromones again, but this time to strengthen them much more than they were last time, her family will be so powerful it could affect even..." he pauses for dramatic effect before pointing at the Scarecrow
" you" he's expecting the man to laugh but all he gets is a face that contains great anger, not only the anger contained in the human part of the Scarecrow but even that of the demon he has a body with and gains power from
" okay so we keep smart ass over here" Mercury gestures to Edward who's looking over the document with a mixture of worry and anger " sequestered in the mansion, and I" he pointed himself proudly but before he can continue he notices the annoyed glance both the Scarecrow and Batman throw him,
" and you I guess, go kick some butt" he finishes and punctuates it with a fist impacting with an open Palm, he then proceeds to cross his arms and look smug like he's come up with the best plan in the world
" interesting idea Mercury" Mercury beams of the praise before his face Falls when the Scarecrow continues, " but I think we should Implement some of the ideas the bat has, I must confess even if it has some holes the plan he's cooked up does have some Merit
some hours later after some mixing and matching of plan ideas on the whiteboard in the lab, they've come to the perfect plan
" so I stay here" and Edward gestures to himself, " and you guys go stop these wackos" he gestures to everyone else in the room consisting of mercury, Batman, scarecrow, and c.r.o.c
" Mercury and Croc will act as distractions" Mercury pumps his fist in the air and makes excited whooping noises and Croc claps his scaly hands and make some noises that sounds like they mean make new friends
" The boss and the but will locate and bring back Miss Isley and sabotage the almost ready enhancement machine they have, so just in case they do find some way to NAB me they won't have the things they need to complete the plan" the Scarecrow and the bat nods showing that there was in the plan is acceptable
"okay let's ruin these f****** days" Edward says and tosses the keys to the hover jet to the bat
