The Time Lords finally noticed that they were in a Cartoon Dimension.

It surprisingly made no difference for their goals.

The Asteroid Mining provided them everything they needed to finish rebuilding.

Now they were Constructing Orbital Space Stations to explore their own Solar System.

The Time Lords were recreating their own Space Program again.

It really didn't help being an isolationist when you're being bombed into the Stone Age by the Daleks repeatedly. The 11th Doctor was taking the Future Rose Tyler to the Hospital to give birth.

The 9th Doctor decided to check on his TARDIS Navigational Computer.

Sure enough, it was repairing itself and upgrading itself without his help.

The TARDIS Technology had Limited Time Travel Ability Restored.

"We can only jump 20 years at best, short range jumps that will get us nowhere fast." The Gallifreyan High Council was explaining to everyone.

The TARDIS Transportation was working again, however, nobody was getting anywhere outside their own Solar System without help.

The 9th Doctor was having his memories shared with the Support Group trying to keep everyone from panicking, however, he wasn't expecting the 11th Doctor to go first.

The 9th Doctor saw his memories plus several new ones from the future.

Finding Rose Tyler on a Refugee Transport full of Displaced Time Lords trying to change the past for the better and having no idea where she came from.

Falling in love with Rose Tyler while he's already married to River Song and trying to explain everything to both Time Ladies without them fighting over him.

The Support Group started laughing at the Love Triangle that caught the 9th Doctor by complete surprise.

"So I'm married to two women and the Time War is still happening?" The 9th Doctor asked suspiciously.

"It's better than being the Last Time Lord alive! I'm actually happy the Time Paradox reunited me with Rose Tyler again!" The 11th Doctor yelled at the 9th Doctor.

"I can't restore the Time War without losing Rose Tyler forever." The 9th Doctor saw the truth and paused in sudden disbelief.

Murphy's Law got the 11th Doctor married to Rose Tyler and now the 9th Doctor stumbled right into the middle of it.

Milo Murphy saved the Time Lords from being slaughtered by the Daleks and suddenly the Time Baby fell unconscious because of it.

Ironically dooming his entire dimension to the Time War against the Daleks to save everybody he loves.

The 9th Doctor frowned, Murphy's Law had trapped him in an unhelpful situation where he hesitated to correct something that made him happier.

The 9th Doctor looked unsure what to do, doom the Universe or doom himself.

"We can finally be happy, don't ruin it!" The 11th Doctor yelled at the 9th Doctor.

The Time Lords were Asteroid Mining, they're still rebuilding their Planetary Defense Forces to fight the Daleks.

Their TARDIS Fleet wasn't designed for warfare, the only disadvantage to being overconfidence was the Time Lords never got used to fighting until the Daleks invaded them.

Suddenly their entire civilization was restarting itself and nobody prepared in advance for it.

It also doesn't help being stranded inside the past, the Time Lords were from the 4th Doctor's Era.

So basically the 11th Doctor Married Rose Tyler while the 4th Doctor went missing and the 9th Doctor stumbled into the picture with his own Clueless Rose Tyler looking shocked.

The 9th Doctor pondered why his TARDIS was suddenly playing matchmaker between Rose Tyler and himself suspiciously.

Their old dimension was being pulled into their new dimension.

Dead Civilizations were suddenly returning and Time Machines were getting stranded everywhere.

The 34th Century Refugee Transport that crashed from the Time War that no longer exists proves it.

Somehow Refugee Ships were falling out of the Erased Futures and spreading horror stories about the Time War before it happens.

The 9th Doctor wasn't getting involved, he wasn't defending genocide and war crimes committed without looking guilty himself.

The whole thing was pointless when nobody knows the Time Lords survived and hopefully nobody comes seeking revenge from the future.

Probably another reason to keep the Time Lords hidden until they can defend themselves regardless.

The Time Lords were being hated for their future actions against everyone, they're obviously not going to be welcomed on sight. The 11th Doctor waited for the panicking to die down before he asked for volunteers to explore their neighbors.

Unfortunately, the first Solar System they found didn't have Space Travel Technology.

The people never explored the stars and everyone was living outside.

Native Americans without anyone else living on the planet.

A what if the European Countries never existed scenario that wasn't helping the Time Lords very much.

The Duplicate Planet Earth quickly attracted Cybermen and then the Time Lords were being chased home.

In quick summary the Time Lords ran into the Cybermen and discovered several primitive civilizations needing their protection.

None of the Solar Systems they found were very advanced, most of them were even enslaved by the Stranded Time War Survivors from the future.

It was terrifying how quickly the Time Lords made enemies before the Daleks returned.

The 11th Doctor wasn't even sure if anyone wants the Time Lords alive.

The Time Lords are going back to their isolationist mindset again.

The 11th Doctor decided to check how River Song was doing and returned home.

The 9th Doctor frowned, their Planetary Defenses were still fighting the Cybermen.

Two Invasion Attempts within one week was pushing them harder than normal.

The Time Lords Need Combat Experience, they're younger than he remembers and seriously unprepared for the Time War against the Daleks.

The entire insanity is completely ridiculous.

It's worse now that Rose Tyler was living at the beginning of the Time War and he knows what's coming.

The 9th Doctor wanted Military Training Camps for the Time Lords.

New Universe, same problem.

The Daleks were getting help from the future and suddenly their Time War was restarting itself again.

The Gallifreyan High Council was arguably desperate enough to agree to anything the 9th Doctor asked for.

Hopefully the Daleks were unaware of their location until they're ready for them.

River Song was studying Time Lord Technology, they were always reacting to everything instead of interfering themselves. It was probably why the Doctor became their Scapegoat whenever something went wrong.

The Time Lords needed the Doctor to protect themselves, it wasn't getting any better, the Daleks were afraid of the Doctor and nothing else stopped them.

It was terrifying simple, the Time Lords were going to lose without the Doctor.

River Song scowled, everything was backwards, the Time Lords were stagnating and the Daleks were pushing everyone else into becoming more advanced to defend themselves.

Only now it was getting worse, their new reality didn't have Interstellar Civilizations at all!

The Daleks were slaughtering people without anyone noticing their movements.

Somehow the Time Lords became the only hope for everyone and they were obviously clueless how to fight the Daleks by themselves.

The 4th Doctor disappeared and suddenly the Time Lords got pulled into the Time War, it wouldn't really surprise her if the Time Lords found their future selves being hunted down by the Daleks already.

It probably was some Time Loop created to escape the Daleks and nobody remembered it.

The problem was the Paradox Dimension was pulling their dimension inside itself.

The Duplicate Timelines coexisting with themselves overloaded their Navigational Computers.

Multiple effects leading to the same cause repeating itself simultaneously, it was the biggest causality loop feeding itself and somebody used it to pull the Time War inside their own dimension.

Somebody must be suicidal to kidnap Daleks and unleash them on themselves.

The Time Lords Never Studied Murphy's Law when it combined with Time Travel Technology everywhere.

The end result was Cavendish always dies while the Daleks slaughtered everyone else in the aftermath.

That was why Dakota and Cavendish were already in the Jurassic Period before Time Travel got invented.

River Song was honestly confused why her Vortex Manipulator took her to Cavendish and Dakota.

The two of them were stranded idiots with a Broken Time Machine.

It was literally pointless, the Dinosaurs can't even Reverse Engineer Technology against them.

The TARDIS Technology was the only Time Travel Technology that was basically working and of course she was instantly trapped on the Planet Earth during the Jurassic Period because of it.

So here was River Song protecting Cavendish and Dakota until the Time Lords found her Distress Beacon.

22nd Century Junk, River Song was expecting something more interesting.

Their Time Vehicle was basically 20th Century Automobile with Time Travel Equipment from the future inside outdated trash.

Her Vortex Manipulator was more advanced and it wasn't functioning properly either.

The Time Anomaly Disabled Time Travel, their TARDIS Transportation Problems were the only thing really repairing themselves.

Thankfully that left the Time Lords stranded inside the past with the Daleks regardless.

River Song went back to looting their Time Vehicle, Fast Food Bags and Discarded Tool Box.

Cavendish and Dakota must have been eating before they crashed.

Not really the most helpful information she found out about them, they're stranded and probably doomed to become Dinosaur Snacks without her.

"Alright boys, what happened here?" River Song asked suspiciously.

"Our Navigational Computer went haywire, we stopped for lunch and ended up surrounded by Dinosaurs afterwards! " Dakota declared back.

River Song groaned, they were the most boring Time Agents she ever met.

They were new recruits from the sound of their backstory and suddenly they were the only Humans left behind on the Planet Earth.

It was literally pointless, Time Travel Technology everywhere going haywire and suddenly the Time Lords were scrambling to protect themselves from their own future turning everyone against them.

It was ironic, everyone wanted the Time Lords dead to prevent the Time War against the Daleks.

Then again, nobody else was ready for the Daleks invading from the future regardless.

Instant chaos eventually pushed everyone into defending themselves.

The Daleks were disorganized and suddenly several factions were stranded inside the past trying to save themselves from the Time War repeating itself.

The Supreme Dalek was checking on their Damage Control Teams.

The Entire Dalek Fleet was limping and all their Technology was going haywire.

The Daleks were rebooting their own Computers, Rotating Eyestalks and all their Dalek Drones started moving again.

The Daleks got themselves moving around and then they got their ships working correctly.

The Dalek Flagship quickly found five times more Daleks flying around than it already expected, the Time Lords were not even nearby.

The Planet Gallifrey and their whole Solar System had changed location on them.

The Daleks didn't really know they were in another dimension yet.

Somehow the Time Baby pulled the Time War inside his own dimension and everybody lost their Time Travel Technology instantly spreading Daleks into the past, simultaneously stranding the Time Lords into the same chaos as well.

The Time Baby fell unconscious and the Time Lords were resurrected without their Time Travel Technology.

Murphy's Law gave the Time Wish the perfect opportunity to change tactics and nobody wanted it.

Bill Cipher was panicking over the Daleks coming after him, his conquest ruined because the Time Lords survived beforehand.

The Talking Triangle needed the Doctor and Rose Tyler to save everybody.

Bill Cipher had been cheated into playing the Hero, however, he would eventually turn everything to his advantage again soon enough.

The Daleks instantly realized something was going on.

Their Technology was going haywire and they were still getting help from the future regardless of it.

"Navigational Computer Disabled. Switching to Sonar Tracking Controls." The Dalek Drone reports.

"Decreasing Speed to compensate." Another Dalek says quickly.

The Daleks found genetic impurities among their ranks.

"Exterminate the Dalek Mutations!" The Supreme Dalek orders instantly.

"The Daleks are shooting at themselves, I didn't understand." The Time Lord says bewildered.

"Genetic Impurities, they're killing their cancer patients and Cloning Replacement Daleks." The 11th Doctor explained back pointedly.

"Genetic Perfection, the Daleks will kill to maintain their goals. Thankfully they're distracting themselves from searching for us because of it. Imperfect Daleks get exterminated." The 11th Doctor continued talking.

The Time Lords looked at each other with Disturbed Facial Expressions.

"How is our rebuilding coming along?" The 11th Doctor asked.

"Homelessness is at 54 percent, we should have it down to 40 percent within two days." The Time Lord reported back pointedly.

Rose Tyler thought she was watching World War Two happen with the Daleks replacing the Nazis.

The Time Lords were the British fighting the Daleks on their own Nazi Invasion Reenactment.

The Daleks even made the Nazi Regime look like impersonators by comparison.

Interstellar Genocide, the Genetic Deteriorated Daleks from the future were quickly being slaughtered to protect their Genetic Perfection.

The Daleks instantly collected several new ships and didn't have enough troops to operate them all.

Sudden advantage for the Time Lords dragging behind their own Space Program.

The Daleks were disorganized and regrouping to rebuild themselves.

The Time Lords already had their Planetary Headquarters, the Daleks were just getting started.

"It's better than I expected it would be, the Daleks are scattered and the Time Lords are rebuilding five hundred years of their Time Travel Technology everywhere. Granted most of it doesn't work correctly anymore because whatever prevented the Time War also crippled us." The 9th Doctor explained nervously.

Rose Tyler looked speechless.

"I'm finally home and nobody has their Time Travel Technology anymore because of it. I'm going down in history as the idiot who trapped everyone inside another dimension without even realizing how I did it." The 9th Doctor told Rose Tyler thoughtfully.
