Cavendish and Dakota failed to even reach Gravity Falls.

The Contingency Plan would work if they didn't get themselves killed before they used it.

Murphy's Law was still acting against him.

Somehow Bill Cipher needed to save Cavendish and Dakota from becoming homeless.

Milo Murphy frowned.

Cavendish and Dakota were in jail.

"How did they run out of gas on the Highway again?" Zack Underwood asked curiously.

"They had some bad luck and the cops are holding them for questioning." Milo Murphy explained back worriedly.

"What happened?" Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz asked suspiciously.

"Our future selves got arrested for causing a Traffic Jam." Cavendish explained.

"Traffic Court, I'm not enjoying where this is heading at all!" Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz declared back knowingly.

"I wonder where they were going? Odd timing for a Road Trip." Dakota ponders.

"I'm suddenly very worried where their Time Vehicle went." Cavendish decided nervously.

"21st Century Humanity Discovering Time Travel Technology, yeah, I see your point." Dakota agreed with him.

"Do you two really cause more problems than you solve or is this just bad luck?" Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz asked suspiciously.

"We don't know anymore, stuff happens and we fix whatever goes haywire." Cavendish answers back.

"So the Alien Invasion is not surprising news here?" Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz asked suspiciously.

"It's worse than you think it is." Dakota tells him.

"How so?" Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz asked suspiciously.

"We are at war with the Daleks in the future and now they can conquer us inside the past to win the war." Cavendish explained.

"So Humanity would be doomed without Vlad Masters?" Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz asked suspiciously.

"We don't know if Vlad Masters can even defeat the Daleks yet, we might have sent him on a Suicide Mission to fight the Daleks for us." Dakota tells him.

"I'm sorry, I need some time to process why you two were sent here to protect the past. I'm obviously missing something, otherwise I'm going to start panicking soon." Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz responds back knowingly.
