Pandora sends Rigel Natsuki into the past hopeful to reshape the future.

Echidna and the Witch of Vainglory were working on a plan to keep the Witch of Envy from destroying the world.

Unfortunately, nothing was working correctly.

Rigel Natsuki didn't change the end result, he made it worse somehow.

Echidna saw Subaru Natsuki's World in ruins and wondered what went wrong.

Their Apartment Building was abandoned, Bill Cipher was floating around checking his new surroundings while Echidna was reading books nearby.

Their current future was a Japanese War Zone with people living in hiding from an unstoppable enemy.

"Daleks Fighting Flying Dragons? Not really helpful either way, the Dragons are eating people, the Daleks are just killing them. Pointless end result." Bill Cipher summarized in boredom.

"We are still caught in the middle of this." Pandora stated knowingly.

"The Japanese were not expecting the Daleks, they must have followed Stanford Pines here. Personally I'm loving the irony, you doomed the future trying to make it better and suddenly the Time Baby goes missing leaving nobody to stop another Bill Cipher Paradise. If only the Daleks were not here, it would be perfect." Bill Cipher rambled thoughtfully.

The Daleks were the only threat to Bill Cipher's Plans, they blasted him apart and now it was going to happen again.

It was horrifying, he was instantly outmatched and Bill Cipher didn't see any options to avoid being destroyed.

The Witches of Sin were all doomed, the Daleks would annihilate everything within their sight and Subaru Natsuki would relive it forever.

So why was Bill Cipher not panicking, he was hiding with Echidna's Research Team.

The Talking Triangle was enslaved to the Witch of Greed and she had his entire knowledge downloaded into her Brain.
