Their Golden Flying Saucers were basically Troop Transports with heavy weaponry.

The Cloning Technology was why the Daleks were spreading so quickly.

The Daleks brought more ships and Vlad Masters can't stop them by himself.

It was obvious the Daleks had weapons that can Kill Vlad Masters from how easy they defeated Bill Cipher beforehand.

So Vlad Masters needed help, he finally realized that he can't sabotage anything by himself.

The Shadow Proclamation didn't have the resources to fight the Daleks forever, the Time Lords were retreating and the Cybermen were still rebuilding themselves.

In summary, Vlad Masters Needed Danny Phantom's Help.

Vlad Masters quickly scans for an Interdimensional Portal back to the Ghost Zone and unfortunately the Daleks found Stanford Pines escaping into another dimension because of it.

The dimension that Subaru Natsuki came from was being overwhelmed by the Fire Breathing Dragons before the Daleks invaded them.

They were taken completely by surprise and their Anti-Air Guns was really their only big advantage against the Dragon Invasion attacking them.

When the Daleks invaded, the Dragons were already slaughtering their people and suddenly the Daleks became bigger threats to the Dragons than the Japanese Army fighting them.

It was horrifying how much damage six hundred Fire Breathing Dragons can do even with the Japanese Army fighting them.

They were just destroying everything and eating people.

The truth was much worse, an entire planet full of Fire Breathing Dragons being Genetically Engineered to conquer other dimensions.

The Humans were just fighting for survival and somebody else was after their resources to expand their new kingdom.

Vlad Masters didn't know who Stanford Pines was until Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz told him.

Ironically the Future Professor Time was making friends with the Northwest Family that they took the Necronomicon from.

Basically the Northwest Family left the Necronomicon behind after they lost their wealth and Bill Cipher was the only one to remember where it was hidden.

With Gravity Falls destroyed, the Northwest Family were their last hope to fully understand what the Necronomicon can do for them.

So far the Necronomicon only Resurrected Time Baby, Bill Cipher and Cthulhu simultaneously.

It was clearly powerful, the Necronomicon was dangerous and yet the Daleks made it look useless against them.

Vlad Masters needed answers.

"He made enemies and I offered to help the Northwest Family find jobs. Never thought Preston Northwest would agree to being my Butler." Charlene Doofenshmirtz explained.

"I understand, difficult times make strange choices sometimes. Out of curiosity, did you hear what happened to Gravity Falls recently?" Vlad Masters responds back.

"The Daleks Destroyed Gravity Falls, I had the Government Agents asking questions here already." Charlene Doofenshmirtz explained.

"I'm sorry, I was hopeful you would know something about Gravity Falls and the Mystery Shack that was there." Vlad Masters apologized.

"You risked being killed by the Daleks just to ask me questions about Gravity Falls?" Charlene Doofenshmirtz asked suspiciously.

"I'm seeking Stanford Pines, I think he can help Humanity defeat the Daleks." Vlad Masters explained.
