The 11th Doctor needed to Protect Palpatine from the Dalek Invasion.

His foreknowledge of the Galactic Empire didn't help.

Honestly, giving the NX Class Starships to Palpatine should have solved the problem, instead it backfired without Dilithium Crystals around to keep their Warp Engines working correctly.

Thankfully, the Daleks would have the same problem getting their Warp Engines working after they Reverse Engineered Everything.

It was the only way to get the Star Trek Universe involved, get the Daleks Hunting Dilithium Crystals and eventually the Q Continuum would investigate to fix the problem themselves.

Unfortunately, it wasn't Captain Picard coming to rescue him.

It was the Klingon Empire chasing the Daleks back into the Star Wars Universe and getting themselves stranded instead!

Stupid Murphy's Law!

Sending Klingons to Save Count Dooku from the Daleks and then suddenly the Jedi Council Support the Galactic Empire being created.

An Entire Universe where the Jedi Order worked for the Galactic Empire Against Count Dooku, the 11th Doctor needed to be drunk very quickly!

"It's all gone sideways! Emperor Palpatine can keep the Clone Wars going against both the Klingons and the Daleks with the Jedi Order's Support!" The 11th Doctor protested to River Song.

"I'm so happy the Q Continuum Resurrected Gallifrey for you, it really made everything more exciting!" River Song declared sarcastically.

"Stupid Murphy's Law! I never asked Rose Tyler to bring the Q Continuum back with her!" The 11th Doctor protested to River Song.

"You should really stop underestimating Murphy's Law!" River Song declared.

"How did Milo Murphy even get Rose Tyler's Phone Number in the first place?" The 11th Doctor protested to River Song.

"Captain Jack Harkness, Parallel Dimension Torchwood." River Song explained.

"Torchwood and Milo Murphy? Of course it makes zero sense and still happens somehow, Milo Murphy visits the Multiverse while I get stuck cleaning up the mess afterwards... I'm drinking myself unconscious today!" The 11th Doctor protested to River Song.

The Daleks were losing to the Klingons and Count Dooku was finally getting Dilithium Crystals to run his own NX Class Starships.

The only problem was Count Dooku still had Supply Shortages and Planetary Leaderships to deal with.

The Klingons were joining the Trade Federation Leadership Disputes, Count Dooku was suddenly amazed how quickly the Klingons solved everything for him.

Food Replicators and Mining Camps.

The Klingons brought new technology beyond their own understanding and the Daleks were still standing in their way of continuing the Clone Wars against Palpatine.

Palpatine was frustrated, the Daleks were still blocking all hidden communication attempts between Count Dooku and himself. The Daleks were even making hit and run attacks on the Galactic Republic Supply Lines before the Trade Federation Battle Droids got there.

The NX Class Starships saved the Galactic Republic Supply Lines with smaller ships and bigger numbers with less people operating them.

The Warp Engine Malfunctions even distracted everyone from the Daleks until the Klingons arrived.

So now the Daleks and the Klingons were fighting each other while the Galactic Republic had Supply Shortages everywhere.

The Galactic Empire was his answer to calming everyone down.

Emperor Palpatine got more funding for the Clone Troopers and put the Jedi in charge of protecting the Galactic Empire he created.

The Daleks and the Klingons fought each other while the Drunken Time Lord visits Emperor Palpatine.

Honestly, Emperor Palpatine watched dumbfounded at the rambling drunk wandering around his office.

"Why is he drunk again, you never explained?" Emperor Palpatine asked River Song suspiciously.

"I think the Dalek Invasion is finally getting to him." River Song whispered back knowingly.

"Yes, even Time Lords have their Emotional Breakdowns, however, maybe not inside my office next time. I'm sure that someone else can handle him at the Jedi Temple, a Bodyguard perhaps, just keep him out of trouble long enough to distract him somewhere away from my office. Anywhere else please." Emperor Palpatine begs River Song nervously.

The Galactic Empire was losing the Clone Wars, Emperor Palpatine now had three enemies instead of just one.

While the Daleks and the Klingons justified keeping the Jedi alive, they also changed the balance of power within the Galaxy.

The Intelligence Report about the Klingons Joining Count Dooku worried him.

The Time Lords had saved his Political Career with their NX Class Starships, even if they didn't work, their usefulness came from elsewhere.

New Technology, Better Weaponry and something to keep the Jedi Order distracted from Emperor Palpatine himself.

The Time Lord Doctor confused Emperor Palpatine, great knowledge and great power within an unknown explorer from another dimension.

It made no sense, the Time Lords were stronger than the Jedi Order and yet they were hiding from the Daleks regardless.

Emperor Palpatine was terrified, the Daleks multiplied themselves into hundreds of new ships within three weeks of fighting the Klingons.

"The Daleks are jumping backwards through time, instant reinforcements, instant navigational headache... their numbers will get smaller when they stop moving and then you ambush them. Hopefully before they escape into the past undetected." The 11th Doctor explained cheerfully.

Emperor Palpatine was terrified, the Daleks had Time Travel and the Time Lords were hiding inside his empire from them.

Emperor Palpatine was quickly panicking, the Daleks know all about Count Dooku and Order 66. Everything Emperor Palpatine would do was suddenly pointless against the Daleks from the future.
