Dimensional Location: The Dragon Ball Universe 4 where Cavendish got killed by a Car Thief and Dakota had to report losing their Time Vehicle to Mister Block.

The 9th Doctor's TARDIS landed inside the new dimension and the Living Pistachion Monsters were Kidnapping Humans everywhere.

"This appears to be a Cartoon Dimension." The 9th Doctor says after he noticed that Rose Tyler had turned herself into a Cartoon Character at the same time as he was transformed into one.

The 9th Doctor then walked outside his TARDIS and saw the Living Pistachion Monsters Kidnapping Humans Everywhere.

"Well, this is obviously going to slow down our Rescue Mission." The 9th Doctor told Rose Tyler knowingly.

"It seems my Past Self has finally arrived." The 10th Doctor told Milo Murphy.

"What's wrong?" Milo Murphy asked when the 10th Doctor frowned at the TARDIS Console.

"My Past Self just Started Spraying Herbicide against the Alien Plant Monsters." The 10th Doctor explained.

"But, the Herbicide doesn't work against the Alien Plant Monsters." Milo Murphy says back worriedly.

"The Alien Plant Monsters must be immune to the Herbicide." The 10th Doctor agreed.

"So why is your Past Self Spraying Herbicide against the Alien Plant Monsters?" Milo Murphy asked the 10th Doctor.

"He doesn't know that Spraying Herbicide against the Alien Plant Monsters will be a failure yet." The 10th Doctor explained.

The Mobile Phone made a sound and then the 10th Doctor frowned at it in annoyance.

"Is something wrong?" Milo Murphy asked the 10th Doctor.

"My Past Self just got himself captured by the Alien Plant Monsters." The 10th Doctor explained.

"I guess contacting yourself backfired on you." Milo Murphy told the 10th Doctor worriedly.

"At least I tried to do something useful here, I just never Experienced Murphy's Law before today." The 10th Doctor admits truthfully.

"An Entire Universe where the Time Lord Named the Doctor is useless against Alien Invasions, I guess nothing is really impossible." Mister Block says back sarcastically while Milo Murphy frowned at him.

"With Murphy's Law, nothing is really impossible." The 10th Doctor agreed nervously.

"Mister Block, what about your Time Travel Agency? Can't they help us?" Milo Murphy asked hopefully.

"I'm sorry, Milo, everybody has been distracted hunting for Cavendish's Killer recently." Mister Block apologized.

"I really can't believe that Cavendish's Death is the reason for these Alien Plant Monsters Enslaving Humanity without the Time Baby noticing." The 10th Doctor says in sudden confusion.

"The Time Baby took Cavendish's Death badly." Mister Block told the 10th Doctor.
