Dimensional Location: The Dragon Ball Universe 4 where Cavendish got killed by a Car Thief and Dakota had to report losing their Time Vehicle to Mister Block.

The Time Lords were Preparing Living Quarters for Lord Frieza and the Ginyu Force.

Unlike their Counterparts within the Dragon Ball Universe 7, this Captain Ginyu had turned himself into an Enemy Dalek to outsmart the Dalek Empire for Lord Frieza personally.

The Time Lords were not allowing Captain Ginyu anywhere near them.

Captain Ginyu's Body Hijacking Skills were not to be trusted and nobody wanted to be near his Dalek Appearance regardless.

Captain Ginyu rotated his Dalek Eyestalk around the room.

"Why am I Sharing Living Quarters with Captain Ginyu again?" Lord Frieza asked suspiciously.

"Captain Ginyu has been assigned to be your Bodyguard by King Cold personally, it was the only reason the Time Lords agreed to this Outdated Equipment being given to us." Zarbon explained.

"What are these Blueprints for anyway?" Lord Frieza asked curiously.

"I think the Warp Drive is the Time Lord's New Propulsion System." Zarbon explained.

"How long will it take to Integrate Warp Cores into our New Starships?" Lord Frieza asked curiously.

"The Tuffle Space Pods will not be big enough, however, the larger ships can have their own Warp Engines within Two Years at best." Zarbon explained.

"Two Years, the Daleks have been Attacking King Cold for 40 Years and we need to wait another Two Years to do something about it!" Lord Frieza yelled at him in sudden frustration.

"I'm sorry, Lord Frieza, I don't know what else to do!" Zarbon protested.

"Contact King Cold and get these Warp Engine Blueprints to him at once!" Lord Frieza yelled back.

"Right away, Lord Frieza!" Zarbon yelled back frantically.

Captain Ginyu went over to the Computer Console and used his Dalek Plunger Arm to activated the Gallifreyan Computer Database.

The Time Lords had given them several New Plasma Weaponry Blueprints to use against the Daleks.

Captain Ginyu Downloaded Weaponry Blueprints into his Internal Computer Records and then checked what kind of Planetary Communication System the Time Lords were currently using.

"Are you sure that you know what you are doing here?" The 10th Doctor asked after reading up on who Lord Frieza really was.

"Lord Frieza is an Interstellar Space Pirate that has been at war with the Cybermen Empire for the last ten years, the Daleks are just caught in the middle of the fighting right now." The 2nd Doctor explained.

"Lord Frieza has been wiping out the Cybermen to expand his own kingdom! The Daleks are more afraid of Lord Frieza than the Time Lords right now!" The 10th Doctor protested back in growing frustration.

"Lord Frieza is helping the Time Lords defend themselves from the Daleks, in case you didn't notice, the Daleks outnumber us right now!" The 2nd Doctor proclaimed back.

"How is Lord Frieza going to defeat the Dalek Empire if he can't even keep up with their ships?" The 10th Doctor asked back worriedly.

"The Time Lords have already solved their Propulsion Problems and now the Daleks are going to face the Ginyu Force without being able to outrun them!" The 2nd Doctor proclaimed.

"You know Lord Frieza was Enslaving Civilizations for the Sycorax Government before you hired him?" The 10th Doctor asked back curiously.

"We know all about Lord Frieza's Kingdom, he is our only hope against the Daleks and we obviously have no other option better than him!" The 2nd Doctor declared pointedly.

"Murphy's Law?" The 10th Doctor asked back curiously.

"Murphy's Law." The 2nd Doctor agreed.
