"Good Morning, Professor Flynn Fletcher." The Students greeted together.

"Good Morning Everybody, I'm Professor Phineas Flynn Fletcher and today we have a New Student joining our Science Academy!" Morty Smith just groaned at the cheerful introduction.

"It sounds like he's having a Bad Day, does anybody know how we can cheer him up again?" Professor Phineas asked hopefully.

"Why did my family have to move here?" Morty Smith asked himself in sudden depression.

"Wow, you look miserable and it's only your first day here... this can't be very healthy for you." Professor Phineas rambled worriedly.

"I'm afraid Science Class is going to be called off today while I take Morty Smith to the School Guidance Counselor." Professor Phineas told everyone who instantly started groaning in disappointment.

"School Guidance Counselor, Isabella Flynn Fletcher. My Computer Analysis shows your Stress Levels are higher than normal, you understand we frown on School Shootings here?" The Older Woman was watching his reactions and saw Obvious Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Symptoms appear before her own Eyes.

The Adult Fireside Girl blinked in complete disbelief towards Morty Smith and checked her Behavioral Analysis Program for confirmation.

"Isabella, what's wrong?" Phineas asked worriedly.

"Your New Student has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Symptoms, I ran the Behavioral Analysis Program twice to avoid making mistakes and that kid is a Walking Time Bomb waiting to go off!" Isabella Proclaimed fearfully.

"He just moved into Danville with his family, do you really think that Bill Cipher is chasing after them?" Phineas asked nervously.

"I hope not, we don't want Danville City Destroyed!" Isabella protested.

"His Contact Information Names Beth Smith as his mother." Phineas told Isabella helpfully.

"You want to Investigate Morty Smith's Family?" Isabella asked Phineas worriedly.

"It would answer if Bill Cipher is really involved here or not." Phineas responds back.

"If Bill Cipher is not behind his Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Symptoms, what really caused them?" Isabella asked nervously.

"Hopefully it's just a Car Accident or something less threatening than Bill Cipher returning for World Conquest again." Phineas reassured his wife knowingly.

"I still have nightmares from when Bill Cipher invaded last time." Isabella admits quietly.

"It's going to be another False Alarm, Bill Cipher is never coming back." Phineas promised her.
