"Do you believe him?" Isabella asked nervously.

"The Time Baby has allowed refugees from other dimensions to stay here beforehand." Phineas realized instantly.

"We never had anyone with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Symptoms get sent here before today!" Isabella declared in sudden bewilderment.

"It's because everyone avoids Danville City whenever they learn about Bill Cipher being imprisoned nearby!" Phineas proclaimed.

"Bill Cipher can't escape his Prison, he has tried and failed." Phineas quickly reassured her.

"What are we going to do about Morty Smith?" Isabella asked worriedly.

"We have Perry the Platypus keep an eye on his family and get them help." Phineas told his wife.

"I think that they are finally leaving." Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz says thoughtfully.

"Security Camera 12." Rick Sanchez told him pointedly.

"Triangulating Motion Scanners, it's Perry the Platypus and he's early today. Go figure, I get someone new working with me and he decides to arrive early. Maybe he's jealous, I don't need Perry the Platypus jealous of anybody. I will handle this." Doctor Doofenshmirtz rambled on needlessly.

"Rick, was Doctor Doofenshmirtz the only person who can help us?" Morty Smith asked suspiciously.

"Doctor Doofenshmirtz was the only person that won't kill us after helping us." Rick Sanchez corrected him.

"Good thinking, I really don't want someone turning on us." Morty Smith answers back nervously.

"Perry the Platypus, I have guests staying with me. Please don't be jealous if I can't spend all my time with you like I normally do." Doctor Doofenshmirtz rambled on while Rick Sanchez watched through the Security Camera.

"What is the story between Perry the Platypus and Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz?" Morty Smith asked suspiciously.

"They have a Weird Working Relationship where they fight each other and still stay Friends afterwards, just stay out of their way whenever they start fighting over something." Rick Sanchez explained to Morty Smith.

"Seriously, whenever Perry the Platypus and Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz start fighting over something, just stay out of their way. I don't want you getting caught in the middle and getting hurt accidentally." Rick Sanchez told Morty Smith pointedly.

"Sure thing Rick." Morty Smith answers back nervously.
