Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz was dead.

Perry the Platypus was confused.

"The Autopsy Report states that Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz was killed before the Norm Bots got released. I can only speculate that somebody wanted to cause chaos within Danville intentionally." Major Monogram told Perry the Platypus.

"Somebody Killed Doctor Doofenshmirtz and Released Norm Bots to trash the city without anyone noticing it?" Milo Murphy asked pointedly.

"Apparently Doctor Doofenshmirtz had several Underground Robot Factories being built for Third World Countries that wanted the Norm Bots to help their City Construction Companies. Ironically we had no objection to the Norm Bots being used for the Housing Construction Projects instead of the Global Destruction we wanted to avoid happening." Major Monogram told Milo Murphy.

"So Professor Time Sold Norm Bots to City Construction Companies and helped people, why would anyone want to kill him?" Milo Murphy asked Major Monogram pointedly.

"I honestly don't know." Major Monogram admits truthfully.

Perry the Platypus had gone from feeling confused to suddenly suspicious.

Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz was dead and Perry the Platypus wanted answers.

"Bill Cipher, would you care to explain how Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz got himself killed?" The Inner Doofenshmirtz demanded.

"Don't look at me, I followed your instructions perfectly! I Possessed Rick Sanchez and took control away from the Council of Ricks just like you ordered!" Bill Cipher protested.

"If you obeyed my orders, how did Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz get himself killed?" The Inner Doofenshmirtz demanded.

"The Red Ribbon Army ambushed us, they trashed everything and jumped backwards through time!" Bill Cipher screamed.

"I believe you, you're too weak to survive without my help regardless." The Inner Doofenshmirtz decided.

"Stupid Pines Family, I can't believe I got outsmarted inside Gravity Falls." Bill Cipher started grumbling to himself.

"Does the Time Baby know about Lord Demigra coming after him yet?" The Inner Doofenshmirtz asked Bill Cipher curiously.

"I suspect the Time Baby doesn't know anything about this yet." Bill Cipher says worriedly.

"I wonder why Lord Demigra had Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz killed?" The Inner Doofenshmirtz asked himself nervously.

"Murphy's Law, it happens around here all the time." Bill Cipher suggested worriedly.

"Who Integrated Murphy's Law into your DNA?" The Inner Doofenshmirtz asked suspiciously.

"Phineas and Ferb did this by accident." Bill Cipher admits truthfully.

"Interesting development." The Inner Doofenshmirtz says thoughtfully.
