3. Chapter 3

I was a teenage abomination

Luke: I already hate this

The old saying is a new day, a new adventure, and right now our three friends are starting a new day. As for an adventure let's just say adventure wouldn't be that right word one would use for this particular event. Right now the owl house group is currently on the beach looking at what seems to be a giant worm, that is dead, surrounded by trash and munk, and flies buzzing all around it.

Eda: Did you ever in your life think you'd see something as breathtaking as this?

Luke: [looks at Eda] Yes like things that are alive!

Luz: [shaking her head] I don't like this. [plugs her nose]

Y/N: [raises a finger] I have so many questions.

Baby Dragon: *bark bark*

Eda: [walks to the trash slug] Yes, it doesn't get much more inspiring than the trash slug. It makes a home, a life from what others have thrown by the wayside. [pulls a rubber chicken from the trash slug's mouth] Until, blam, it gets blasted by a wave one day and croaks from all the salt. And then we get to sell the stuff it ate. [pulls out a pickaxe]

Luke: [puts his hands over his mouth] I think I'm going to barf!

Luz: Please don't make me!

King: [walking away] Aw, come on, guys. [unfurls a towel] It's not every day you get to go to the dump and pick apart a garbage carcass.

Luke: [looks at King] I beg to differ!

Eda: Ah, nuts to all of you.

While Eda was busy swinging her pickaxe into the monster, the three friends looked at each other and nodded their heads in agreement.

Y/N: [clears throat walks behind Eda] So Eda we've been thinking [dodges some trash] m-m-maybe we could do try different lessons for our apprenticeship-

Luke: [yells while covering his mouth] Teach us something useful!

Eda keeps digging into the trash pile.

Luz: [walks beside Y/N] Like Read ancient scrolls or mix together potions, or‐

Eda: [while tossing things from the trash slug's mouth. It hits Luke "ow"] Ugh. That sounds like a bunch of magic school stuff.

Luz [excited] Wait. Is there a magic school here? Like, winding towers, cute uniforms, dark plots that threaten your life, kind of magic school?

Luke: (gees Luz)

Eda: Mm‐hmm. What's worse, they force you to learn magic the "proper" way. But magic isn't proper. It's wild and unpredictable. And that's why it's so beautiful. I didn't finish school, look at me! Who wouldn't envy where I am right now? [Flies are flying around the pile of trash Eda is currently standing in.]

Luke: [facepalms] As much as I agree about magic being wild and unpredictable. [begins to get irritated] What the hell are we supposed to learn from picking up trash from an already dead creature?!

Eda: [starts to panic] W-well uhh [starts to look around and drops her pick] here's a lesson. [drags both Y/N and Luz to a whole full of green slime] A great witch is resourceful. [looks at Luke]

Luke: [crosses his arms] There is no way in hell that im-

Eda: do it unless you want to start paying rent.

Luke: [holds up his finger] I- [sees Luz doing puppy eyes and sighs] Damn it all [walks over] So what are we doing?

Eda: This. [drops Y/n and Luz Hands into the green slime. Looks at Luke] Your turn [takes Luke's hand and puts it into the slime]

The three friends end up searching into the slime in order to find something. Eventually they all felt something, grabbed it, and pulled their hands out of the slime.

Luz: [opens her hand] Oh a greasy slimeball.

Eda: [closes Luz's hands around the slime ball] Use your slime ball wisely, young witch. [looks at Y/n] What did you get?

Y/n: [opens his hand to reveal a dirty coin] Huh looks like some dirty money.

Eda: Huh probably means good luck is coming your way [takes it from Y/n] and my way to. [looks at Luke] How about you kid?

Luke: [opens his head] What the hell? It looks like some brown squishy thing, [uses his free hand to plug his nose] and it smells terrible.

Eda: [begins to sweat] Uh kid that's..

The scene cuts to the forest of the boiling Isle as it was peaceful until a loud yell ends up scaring the birds away.

Luke: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

The scene now changes as our three friends walk down a path back to the owl house. After that scene Luke ended up washing his hands in the water and started to walk back home. Both Y/n and Luz ended up following since they didn't want to continue their "lesson" with Eda anymore. Y/n also told the baby dragon to wait here with Eda and King and if they needed help make sure to help them out.

Luke: I can't believe that just happened.

Luz: [worried] Luke.

Luke: [throws hands in the air] I mean what the hell am we supposed to learn from finding a dead monster, hitting it with an axe, and picking up pills of sh-

Y/n: [covers his mouth] Ohho k I can see you are upset.

Luke: (that's putting it lightly)

Luz: I might have to agree with Luke on this. [looks at the greasy slim ball] If magic's all about digging for slime balls, maybe I don't have the stomach for it. [pockets the slime ball]

Y/n: [worried] Guys [walks in front of them] It may seem weird but I have a feeling if we keep our heads high we are going to learn some powerful spells. And besides [wraps his arms around them] we are a team and we'll do it together.

Luz: [looks at Y/n with a smile] Y/n.

Luke: Yea yea go team.

Y/n: [lets go of them] Oh come on cheer up Luke all we need is some words of encouragement.

?: You can do it! You can!

Luz: [amazed] Wow the Mysterious voice of encouragement is real.

Y/n: [amazed] Cool I wonder what else can happen?

Luke: [pinches the bridge of his nose] Oh for the love of [points to the direction the voice came from] someone was talking out loud you idiots.

Y/n Luz: [blushes with embarrassment] Oh right hehe [scratches the back of their heads]

Luz: Lets go check it out. [follows the sound of the voice]

Y/n: Hey wait up Luz [follows Luz]

Luke: [facepalms] Why can't we just go home where it's safe and quiet? [follows his friends] wait up!

The three friends brushed aside some bushes and found where the voice was coming from. What they saw was a chubby girl who had light skin, pointed ears, green eyes, and short, turquoise-blue hair. She wears a pair of round glasses and a pink outfit. Beside her was a book, a backpack, and a stone vase on a wooden wheelbarrow.

Luz: [gasp] Little witch girl!

Witch girl: [stands to pace around] You can do it. Even if you get a bad grade, it's not a reflection of you as a witch. And my parents are right. [stops pacing] There are better opportunities on this track. Now, get to school! [steps forward and points confidently, but gets sad when she realizes she stepped on a flower] Oh, no! Oh, little friend! I'm sorry! [She kneels down and repeatedly traces a spell circle. The flower perks backup and fully blooms.]

Little demon: [faint voice] this one seems powerful.

Luke: (yea I know)

Little demon: Oh you felt her magic energy.

Luke: (That, and I can tell by her eyes. Eyes can speak a lot about a person.)

Little demon: you sure you weren't looking at them for another reason.

Luke: (Shut up.)

Just then the group heard something coming from in their direction. Everyone turns their heads to see another wheelbarrow, glowing in green energy, come rolling in front of the young witch. The group looked up to see and notice another witch sitting on top of the wheelbarrow. A girl with skinny, pale skin, chin-length hair with a ponytail pulling the front hair out of her face, and bright golden eyes. Like most witches, she has pointy ears. Her hair is two-toned, comprised of shades of aquamarine with brown hair, her natural hair color visible at the roots. She was wearing a gray tunic with a dark gray belt, cowl, and boots. The rest of her attire includes wearing triangle-shaped black earrings and black nail polish. She has a star pin on her cowl, which shows that she is the Top Student.

When Y/n looked at her he accidentally said what he was thinking out loud.

Y/n: [blushes and stares at the witch] Pretty.

Luz heard and noticed this and looked at Y/n then back at the green witch girl with jealousy, while Luke was trying to hold back his laughter.

Luke: (looks like you got some competition Luz)

Girl haired witch: looks away from her book] Willow! Wow. [hops off the pot] You're so unnoticeable I almost rolled into ya. [chuckles]

Willow: [The flower that Willow just healed wilts.] Hi, Amity. [stands up]

Amity: Uh, shouldn't you get to class early to prep your… [Rattling cuts her off. They turn to Willow's pot as it spills, pouring out a purple substance and an eyeball that blinks and groans.]

Luke: [whispers while holding his mouth] I swear I'm going to day puking if I keep seeing stuff like that.

Amity: Oh, Willow. You don't have anything to show, do you?

The girl known as Willow pulls up her hood as she blushes.

Luke: Poor girl.

Amity: [sighs] This is why people call you "Half‐a‐Witch Willow." [rattling] h, looks like someone wants to say something to you. [takes the cover off her pot] Abomination, [snaps] rise.

Suddenly a crude humanoid golem thing made up of purple-ooze came out of the pot.

Purple Monster: [bends out of the pot to poke Willow's forehead, leaving behind mud in a star-shape.] You're a... star.

Luke: [disgusted] Yea that's creepy.

Amity: Aw. It's like mine. [readjusts a star shaped badge that reads "Top Student"] But much smaller and meaningless. As top student, it's my duty to tell you to keep at it. [puts an arm around Willow] Even you could get a passing grade someday. Abomination, cower. [It groans as it melts back into the pot. Amity replaces the pot lid and takes hold of the cart.] See you in class, superstar. [walks away.]

The others see Willow remove her hood and turn to see Amity walking away. Luz sticks her tongue out while Y/n and Luke had other thoughts.

Luke: (Bitch. You are so luck I don't have anymore of that monster poop on me)

Y/n: (I should be mad but why do I feel like she didn't mean any of that?)

Meanwhile with Willow

Willow: "Oh, see you in class, superstar!" [wipes the star from her forehead] I hate when she does that.

Luke: [notices Willow tantrum] Oh boy.

Y/n: [looks at Luke] What, what's wrong?

Willow: [wind blows] I hate making abominations. I hate getting bad grades. Ugh! I can't stand this anymore. [shouts, her eyes glowing green]

The ground begins to rumble then suddenly large throne vines erupted around her glowing and writhing angrily. Three of them went straight to the three friends, as Luke was quick on his feet to dodge them, Y/n and Luz on the other hand got caught. The thrones wrap around their legs as they screamed in pain as they were dragged towards Willow.

Luke: [draws a circle on his shadow] Hang on guys! [cuts the vines of their legs and Looks at Willow] Hey Plant girl!

Willow hears Luke and turns around with her eyes still green.

Luke: (Whoa intense)

Cut back to the beach, where Eda is tying a sack to her staff as King and the baby dragoon watches.

Eda: Not a bad haul. That oviduct was loaded.

King: Ah. Lose apprentices, gain garbage eggs. Fair trade.

Eda: [scoffs] I didn't lose anything.

King: If you don't teach those three right, you will. And that's when I come in, make them my apprentice.

The baby dragoon just watches this scene play out.

Eda: Ha! And what would you teach? How to get stuck in the arm of a sweater?

King: Hey, that only happened once! I'd teach them about demons. How to identify them, talk to 'em, raise an army with them and tear apart the world!

Eda: After they tear you out of the sweater arm, right?

King: You think you're so smart! Well, [hops off the trash he's sitting on toward Eda] why don't we make a little bet where I can prove that I'd make a better teacher.

Eda: Okay. [reaches into her hair] I'm obligated to remind you that I only use our bets to utterly humiliate you. [pulls out a book called "Eda + King One Sided Wagers"] And... [opens it] that you've never won.

The baby dragon shakes its head to try to get King to not agree to it until..

King: I like those odds.

He agrees, causing the dragon to put his claws over his eyes.

Eda: So how's this? [grabs an egg] Teach this trash slug to be your loyal soldier in one day. Prove that you can be a better teacher than me, and Luz is all yours. But if you don't, I will change your name from King to... Mr. Wiggles.

King: Well, when you lose, you'll have to... wear a shame hat and sleep in a shack and never come into the Owl House again! Ha!

Eda: Deal.

King stamps his paw on the paper making a little squeal. Eda tosses the egg at King's head causing it to break leaving a baby trash slug between his horns. Eda laughs and walks off, while the dragon walks up to King. King catches the slug as it coos at him.

King: [looks at the baby dragon] If I accomplish this I will be ruling over the three with an iron fist. And you'll be my next in command right?

The dragon just stared at King but then remembered what Y/n said about listening to King and Eda.

Baby dragon: [nods head] *bark bark*

King: [squeals] Yes let's do this

Back in the Forest.

Luke: [Holds his blade like a dagger] If you want to fight try me on for size!

Willow sees the vine around both Y/n and Luz legs and immediately calms down and runs over to the two.

Willow: Oh, no, no, no, no, no! I'm so sorry! [makes the roots still wrapped around Y/n and Luz's legs retreat]

Luke: [puts his sword back into his shadow] Huh and here I thought I actually had to fight.

Willow stands up and walks up to Luke's face and begins to analyze him.

Luke: [feels uncomfortable] Uhhh can I help you?

Willow: Your ears are so circly.

Luz begins to panic and puts Luke's hood over his head.

Luke: [turns to Luz] Was that really necessary?

Willow: [gasp] You're human! [looks at the three friends] All three of you are human's! This is astounding! [Pulls off Luke's hoodie, then walks around him] Human on the Boiling Isles! How'd you get here? What are you doing here? And how were you able to use magic?

Luke was about to answer until the sound of a bell cut him off.

Willow: [flinches and puts Luke's arm down] Uh, I'm sorry. I can't stay. I have to disappoint my teacher. It was nice to meet you, humans. [walks away, half-waving]

Luz: [half-waves back, then rushes after her] Wait! I'm Luz. [looks at both Y/n and Luke]

Y/n: [points his thumb to himself] Names Y/n.

Luke: [sighs and bows his head] My names Luke Martins. A pleasure to meet you.

Willow: [blushes] O-o-oh the pleasures all mine.

Luke: [pulls his head up] If I remember correctly your name is Willow right?

Willow: Y-yes that's right.

Luz: What you did with that flower and those plants, it was... wow.

Willow: Thanks, but... I'm not even supposed to be doing plant magic.

Luke: [crosses his arms] How come? That was one of the best plant magic I've seen. (Or more like the only Plant magic i've seen)

Willow: [blushes] oh t-thank you. But My parents put me in the abomination track at school.

Y/n&Luke: Abomination track?

Luz: [squeals, grabbing Willow] Like, magic school? That's so cool! [lets Willow go] I'm so jealous. We have a teacher, but her lessons are a bit untraditional.

Luke: More like idiotic.

Luz: I bet she wouldn't even let us enroll. But I wish I could spend one day there.

Willow: I wish I could get a passing grade for once. Then people would stop calling me "Half‐a‐Witch Willow." [She kicks her spilled abomination, which groans.]

Luz: Hey, wait. I know how we can both get what we want. [picks up abomination goo]

Both Y/n and Luke both knew what Luz was thinking and had different reactions.

Luke: [horrified] Please don't.

Y/n: [excited] Please do.

Luz: [splashes it on her hoodie] Make me your abomination.

Luke: [holds his stomach] I hope you know that I'm not mixing my laundry with yours.

Luz: [ignores Luke] I'll get you a good grade, and you can get us into magic school. It's fiendishly clever.

Luke/Willow: What?

Y/n: [rubs his chin and walks up to Luz] That's actually a good idea Luz. [looks at Willow] From what we've seen it's just chunks of stuff that talks weird. Luz chunks of stuff, and she talks weird! No offence Luz.

Luz: [Waves her hand] None taken.

Luke: [pinches the bridge of his nose] Guys there is no way she is going to-

Willow: That's true and it could work.

Luke: [facepalms] Oh god damn it Willow.

Willow: [giggles] Okay. It's a deal-

Luke: [Walks in-between the group with his hands up] Hold up! Hold everything! Let me be the voice of reason and give my opinion on this. Hell no.

Everyone: What why!?

Luke: [looks at Y/n and Luz] Let me break down everything we are about to do. We are helping [points at willow] a witch girl cheat, and sneaking into a magic school, which I may add has powerful teachers and students, with magic powers we know nothing about, that can rip us limb from limb if we make any mistakes.

Y/n: Well as long as we-

Luke: And may I remind the both of you the last time we went on a little adventure. We almost got ourselves killed and I can still taste the tentacles. [crosses his arms] So my answer to all of this is no.

Luz: [walks up to Luke] Come on Luke this time it will be different because we are all going in as a team.

Y/n: [walks up to Luke] She's right Luke we have each other and we can watch each other's backs.

Luke: [stares at both of them] Not happening.

Y/n & Luz: Please!

Luke: No!

Y/n & Luz: Please!

Luke: [glares at them] NO!

Y/n & Luz: Pleeeeease! [Luz uses her puppy eyes as Y/n kept saying please over and over again]

This was something Y/n and Luz always used on Luke to get him to cave in and do what they wanted. For Luke it was just annoying.

Luke: [starts to break and looks at Willow] Willow help me out hereeee... [notices Willow with some tears in her eyes]

Another one of Luke's great weaknesses is seeing a girl cry.

Luke: [sighs and looks at Willow] Are you fully ok with this?

Willow: Huh? [whips the tears off her eyes] Y-yes I'm fine with it.

Luke: I can't believe I'm about to say this [covers his face with his hand] Fine let's do it.

Y/n&Luz: [runs up and hugs Luke on both sides] Thank you Luke you're the best!

Luke: Yea yea whatever [points to Y/n] Me and this idiot is coming to!

Willow: [surprised] But you both aren't students or a witches.

Y/n: Hey that's not true i'm a drago- hmph hmph hmph [cut of by Luke covering his mouth]

Luke: Y/n remember your a human not a dragon [whispers] remember we don't want any unnecessary attention

Y/n: [muffle] Huh oh yeah rwht.

Luke: [lets go of his mouth] Don't worry all we need is a disguise. And besides [walk up beside Willow and place his hand on her shoulder] we need two geniuses to watch over two idiots am I right?

Willow: [blushes from Lukes compliment] R-r-right.

Y/n: Hey wait did you just call us idiots? [Y/n and Luz look offended]

Luke: Right idiots was a bad term. How about love birds that love to cuddle when no one is looking?

Y/n&Luz: [blushes and yells] LUKE!?

Luke: [chuckles] Works everytime alright let's get this over with.

Luz walks up to Willow and shakes her hand, but some abomination goo keeps them from separating. Both Luke and Y/n walk up to help them, with Y/n behind pulling Luz and Luke behind pulling Willow. Eventually they got free, unfortunately Both Y/n and Luz fell into the abomination goo, while Luke and Willow fell on the ground. The position they were in was that Y/n was on top of Luz and Willow was on top of Luke with their faces closed to the other. When they opened their eyes everyone blushed {Luke with a light blush} and separated from their partner.

Luke: [still on the ground] Great plan!

The scene changes with Y/n and Luke, with their hoods up hiding their ears, walking beside Willow, as she pushes the pot that Luz's in, to school. Eventually the group managed to make it and what they saw amazed all of them. The school was a large building made up of stone with a large bell in the middle. It looked like something straight out of a book. They saw students walking to the front door.

Willow: Welcome to Hexside School of Magic and Demonics.

Luke: [impressed] Got to say this looks amazing. [hears Luz squealing and looks at Y/n] Hey Y/n you might want to put your sword in the pot.

Y/n: [looks at Luke] How come?

Luke: Pretty sure it's going to draw a lot of attention.

Y/n: [sighs and walks up the pot] Watch your head Luz. [places the sword gently inside and places the top back on the pot]

They walked into the school and saw how big it looked on the inside. They also noticed how different the students looked, and thanks to their hoodies they blended right in with them. The group up in front of Willows locker which she tickled as it opens its mouth and reveals books.

Luke: (Ok that's just really disturbing) [gets bumped into] Hey!

Luke turns around and sees a young boy with black skin and dark brown hair with lighter shades. Like all the witches and demons on the Boiling Isles, he has pointy ears. He is wearing a grey tunic with a dark grey belt, cowl, and boots. The color of his sleeves and leggings are cyan.

Witch boy: [reading a magazine] Willow, you would not believe humans.

Willow: [nervous] Humans? Psh. I haven't seen any. What?

Luke: [facepalms] Really?

Witch boy: [showing her the magazine] Did you know that humans nail barbed wire to their kids' teeth? But why? Maybe to make them magnetic.

Luz: [inside the pot] Actually, it's for storing treats.

Y/n: [nods in agreement] Yep I never was hungry again.

Luke: [shakes his head] That explains why you both kept going to the dentist so many times.

The witch boy heard the group's conversation and raised an eyebrow. Luke looked at both Y/n and Willow.

Y/n: [whispers] I think we can trust him. [Willow nods in agreement]

Luke: [sighs] fine.

Willow: Okay, Augustus. I'm gonna tell you something. But you have to be cool.

Augustus: I can be spool. [stammers] I mean, cool.

Luke: [sweat drop] (Already off to a bad start) [Pulls of his hoodie while Y/n does the same] Tada.

Augustus: Nooo way.

Y/n: [smiles] But wait there's more? [looks at Willow] Willow if you would.

Willow: [nods her head] Okay. Abomination, rise.

Luz: [stands out of the pot] Ta‐da! I'm an abomination. [Luke Facepalms]

Augustus: [drops his magazine] No. No, it, [plays with his ears while staring at Luz's] it couldn't be.

Luke: [whispers to Y/n] I think we broke the poor guy.

Y/n: [scratches the back of his head] guess three humans were a little much.

Willow: He's the president of the Human Appreciation Society. Most witches wouldn't be able to recognize a human right away. But Augustus is an expert.

Augustus: Where are your gills?

Luke: [sweat drop] Expert huh?

Luz: I knew an Augustus back in the human world. We called him Gus.

Gus: Gus? Nickname? Human nickname? Gus? Call me it. Wow. Gus. This is the best day of my life.

Luke: You're scaring me little guy. [hears a bell scream. Jumps and holds his chest] What the hell was that!?

Willow: [giggles] that was the school bell.

Luke: [looks at the bell] Geez can't that use a normal bell instead?

Gus: I've gotta get to spelling class. [grabs his magazine]

Willow: Wait Augustus can you help make some uniforms for Y/n and Luke?

Gus: Sure.

Gus drew a circle that went around both Y/n and Luke and started to change their daily clothes into Hexside uniforms. When the light started to fade they began to look at themselves. But Luke noticed that his uniform was the same as Gus and Y/n was the same as Willow.

Luke: Hold on a second how come we have-

Gus: [starts running off] Sorry I have to hurry to class. See you guys at lunch.

Luke: Hey wait.

Y/n: [grabs Luke's arm] Come on we don't want to be late.

Luke: [groans] Fine. (this better not bite us in the ass)

The scene cuts back to the owl house with King and the dragon is training the trash slug with dog treats.

King: Aw. Who's a good Prince, Jr.? Who's a good guy?

Eda: [in a lounge chair drinking out of a coffee mug] Hey, Mr. Wiggles. You're not gonna teach it anything doing that.

King: It's called positive reinforcement, Eda. And it works wonders. Beside my second in command is also helping as well. [Prince Jr. eats the treat King was dangling in front of it and doubles in size.]

The dragon just stares at the trash slug while giving it a growl. King pats the dragon head causing it to stop growling but was still staring at it.

King: Ha ha! See even the dragoon knows? Now watch this. Prince, Jr.! Attack Eda! Knock over her drink! Mess up her hair!

Eda: [deadpan] Oh, no. Please stop

King: Well, I haven't seen your students in forever. For all we know, they are not even loyal to you anymore.

Eda: Ha-ha-ha, you wish. But yeah. Where are they?

Back to Hexside the group of friends approached the abomination classroom as they walked in they were stopped by the teacher he is a stubby and short humanoid creature with pointed ears, a round beak-like mouth with two fangs on the top row of his teeth, two claws on each foot, and narrow eyes. He has green, chin-length hair with a large bald spot on the top of his head. He has inward-facing green eyebrows and a small green beard. He was also being held by an abomination.

Teacher: [approaches the group] And who might you two be? I have never seen you both in my class before.

Luke: (And it bit us in the ass)

Y/n: [nervous] u-u-uhh well [gets cut off by Luke]

Luke: [bows his head] My apologies good Sir my name is Luke Martins. [points to Y/n] This is my brother Y/n Martins, we are new to Hexside Academy and we were having trouble finding our way around this place. Until we ran into [looks at Willow] Ms. Willow who helped us find this classroom.

Teacher: [looks at Willow] Is this true Ms. Parks?

Willow: [nervously] Y-y-yes sir.

The teacher began to scratch his chin as everyone was looking nervous, hoping that he bought it.

Teacher: Wonderful I'm glad to finally meet some new students

Everyone: [exhales] (I can't believe he bought that)

Teacher: However [everyone becomes nervous] I understand Y/n being here [looks at Luke] but you are supposed to be in the Illusion class.

Luke: (Curse my luck) Right sorry sir it's just I had to make sure my brother here [wraps his arm around Y/n] wasn't going to be late for his first day.

Teacher: I see he must be quite the troublemaker for you to make sure that he didn't miss class.

Luke: You have no idea.

Teacher: Well I'll make sure to keep an eye on him. Meanwhile you should start making your way to your class.

Luke: Understood sir. [lets go and look at Y/n] Alright bro I'm going to go now make sure to listen to every word they tell you ok?

Y/n: [chuckles nervously] R-right.

Luke starts making his way out of class as he tries to find the Illusion class.

Teacher: Now that that's settled I'll make sure to put you with someone that will also keep an eye on you [looks towards the class and points to an empty seat] you'll be sitting beside Amity Blight.

After he said that the group panicked a little. Y/n nodded his head and made his way to sit beside Amity. As he said that Amity was giving him a glare which made Y/n a little nervous.

Y/n: [chuckles nervously] hehe H-hey my name is Y/n Martins.

Amity: [scoffs] Whatever, just try not to make too much trouble. [faces the front of the class]

Y/n: [sweat drop] N-noted.

Luke POV

I was thinking how terrible my luck really is as I walk to find the Illusion class. First I got peer pressured into coming here, then I got the wrong cowl, and worst I left Luz and Y/n alone to probably create total chaos. Thank goodness Willow is with them to keep them in check… At least I hope so. As I continued to walk around the school I eventually found the classroom well I think I did. Honestly I'm mostly going off people with the same cowl as me. Looks like class has already started, cause a lot of the students are getting up and showing off their magic. I watch some of the students show off their Illusion magic. Some of them were changing their whole appearance while others were making clones of themselves.

Luke: [impressed] Got to say these people are pretty good. [begins to walk away from the door] Don't want to interrupt their-

?: [otherside of the door] Teacher, it seems someone was late for class.

Luke: [eyes widen] Son of a-

I was soon levitated and pulled in the classroom as I landed face first on the ground (of course). I slowly start to get up and look up to see the professor looking at me with three eyes and a horn.

Professor: Well young man I hope you have a good reason for being late.

Welp if I had to say one thing, this isn't my first time being in this position.

Luke: [pats the dirt off my clothes and bow down] My apologies professor. I am new here. My name is Luke Martins, and I was having a hard time finding the place. When I finally found the room I didn't want to disrupt any of the students' performance.

She must have been caught off guard by my well mannered behavior since she was having trouble finding the right words to say to me.

Professor: Yes uh well don't let it happen again [looks around the classroom] now lets see if we can find you a seat.

I looked around the classroom with her and noticed Gus about to raise his hand for me to sit by him. Perfect I can now personally ask him why the hell did he give me this color cowl instead of the one Y/n was wearing. That was until two people beat him to the punch

?: [raised hand] Teacher he can sit with us.

I looked to see where the voice was coming from and I saw a boy and a girl with a smile on their face with their hands raised. The boy had short sea-green hair, golden-coloured eyes, and pale skin with a mole under his right eye with black eyebrows. He was wearing a cyan shirt and pants covered by a grey tunic and a small darker grey cowl over it. The girl had long dark-ish green hair that is tied in a bulky plait. Her hair is darker at the bottom. Her eyes are golden colored and she has pale skin which has a mole under her left eye. She has pointy ears with spherical ear piercings. She was wearing a cyan shirt and pants, which is covered by a grey tunic and a small darker grey cowl over it. They actually reminded me of someone.

Professor: Splendid [looks at me] Mr. Martins please sit beside Mr and Ms Blight please.

Me: Yes Ma'am.

I begin to make my way over there as I pass by Gus and give him a look that means 'you and me are going to have a talk later'. Which he responded by laughing nervously. I made my way to my seat which was in between the Blight twins. Before I sat down I noticed something on the seat which looked like a thumbtack… with eyeballs yeah that's not creepy. As I just stared at the twins they just looked at me with a smile as the boy drew a circle which made the thumbtack disappear. I just sighed and sat down as I felt some pain on my butt as I held in a loud yell by covering my mouth.

The twins began to chuckle quietly as I just glared at them. I started to pull out whatever stabbed my butt and held it in front of me. The green hair drew a circle as the thumbtack became visible huh can't believe I feel for that.

Me: [places the thumbtack on the table as it begins to walk away] Was that really necessary?

Green haired girl: [pokes my check] Aww come on you got to admit it was funny.

Me: [glares] No.

Green haired boy: [pokes my arm] Not even a little?

Me: No.

Green haired girl: [giggles] ok mister grouchy.

Green haired boy: haha mister grouchy I like that.

Me: [sighs] (why does life hate me?) So who are you two anyway?

Green haired girl: [smiles] Call me Emira.

Green haired boy: [smiles] and my name's Edric.

Me: Welp good to meet you.

Emira: Aww Mr grouchy has a nice side.

Since when was I mean? I sighed and turned my head to pay attention to class while I watched the more students perform their illusion magic. As I was watching I noticed the twins looked bored and continued to have a conversation with me.

Edric: so grouchy

Luke: [looks at him] Can't you just call me by my name?

Twins: [smiles] Nope.

Luke: [sighs and place my hand over my face] What do you want?

Edric: How good is your magic?

Luke: [raised an eyebrow] uhh good. Why?

That's when I noticed that I messed up when the twins gave me a sly grin. I know that grin all too well it's the kind when people are either about to make trouble or bring you into trouble. Before I can say anything Emira ended up raising her hand as she stood up.

Emira: Professor [points at me] Luke here wants to show the class his amazing magic.

Luke: [eye widen] Huh?

Edric: [stands up] He said it will blow everyone away.

Luke: What?

Professor: Splendid [gestures me up] Please Mr. Martins come up and show us your magic.

Luke: [hits my head on the desk] Whyyyyy?

Emira: Come on Luke, show everyone your cool magic.

Edric: [looks at his sister] Maybe he's just nervous in performing in front of a crowd.

I hate both of them. I raised my head up and just glared at the two of them as they just gave me a smile and a thumbs up. I got up from my seat and began walking my way towards the class as I began to question all life choices that got me to this point. What I really begin to notice is that if I fail at this they will know I can't do magic and that I lied and I'll be thrown into a prison force to do god knows what. I started to panic as I made my way up there until I heard a familiar voice which made time slow down.

Little Demon: Wow you got yourself into a bad situation haven't you?

Luke: (you always pick the worst time to talk to me.)

Little Demon: I save the best time I can help you, you know.

Luke: (*sigh* What do I have to lose? How?)

Little Demon: Remember those doors you saw when you revisit the black room?

Luke: (yea what about them?)

Little Demon: Behind each door are stored magic based energy that your body and mind has collected.

Luke: (What?)

Little Demon: Magic is everywhere and we are able to absorb it and use it as our own.

Luke: (I see so how do I use it?)

Little Demon: Don't worry I'll walk you step by step.

I made my way to the front of the class as a lot of students were staring at me waiting for me to show off my "magic". As I looked around I saw Gus with a nervous look on his face. Probably thinks I'm about to get caught for being a home and probably sent to prison. I also see the Blight twins just staring at me with, I think is curiosity. The more I look at these two the more they remind me of two people.

Professor: Well Mr. Martins start whenever you're ready?

Me: [nods head] Yes Ma'am. [holds my hand up]

Little demon: Make a circle and as you make it focus on making an exact copy of yourself.

I began to draw a circle as a dark energy started to erupt in front of me. As I finished drawing the circle a second circle was formed on the ground as something started to come out from it. It first looked like a normal shadow but slowly it started to take form. The form it took was me, it was like I was looking at a mirror of myself. Eventually the circle and dark energy disappeared, and what stood before me was an exact clone of me. Everyone in the class was shocked and amazed, especially Emira, Edric, and Gus.

Professor: [shocked] I-impressive Mr. Martins.

Me: Thank you Professor.

I notice it took a lot out of me to even say those words but why?

Little demon: Your body is not used to using this much level of magic energy so it's taking a lot out of you to keep this shadow clone here. Kinda like riding a bike for the first time.

Noticed.

Professor: But can it do anything?

After she said that, I concentrated and focused my thoughts on my shadow clone's movements. The clone jumped, ran, jabbed and backflipped around the classroom as it ended up landing right beside me as it looked at the class with an emotionless gaze. After all that I felt so exhausted, but I stood there like it didn't take that much effort for me to do all that.

Little demon: Cool huh? But you might want to undo the spell before you end up passing out.

After he said I lost all focus I had kept my clone present as he slowly started to disappear.

Professor: Amazing Mr. Martins you truly are talented.

Me: [bows my head] Thank you so much ma'am.

I start making my way to my seat as some students look at me with aww and others with hearts in their eyes? Oh boy. As I continue to make my way there I notice Gus with his mouth wide open looking shocked. Looks like I'm going to be dealing with that later. I then made it to my seat with Emira looking at me with shocked and amazed eyes and Edric looking at me with his mouth open about to ask me some questions.

Me: I'll explain after class.

They just nodded their heads and got back to looking at the teachers while side-eyeing me. Man I really hope the others are having better luck than me.

3rd POV

We cut back to the abomination classroom with one of the students presenting her abomination. Her's had one with eight feet sticking out of it in various places.

Teacher: Hmm. Too many toenails in unexpected places. Fail. Pathetic!

The girl pushes her wheelbarrow back to her seat.

Teacher: The biggest abominations are all of you! If the next abomination is a failure, everyone gets extra homework for a month! [all the students grumble]

Y/n: [sweat drop] (Jeez his even more stricter than the teachers back at home)

Teacher: [clears throat] And the next one to come up is…

Amity: Excuse me, sir, but I am ready to present my abomination. Rise! [It rises from the pot, groans, and poses.]

Y/n: [watches and amazed] (Not going to lie that's actually pretty cool)

Teacher: [chuckles] I've always saved the best for last, Amity. You'll have to wait your turn. How about... Willow.

Male student: Not Half‐a‐Witch.

Female student: Great. Homework for a month.

Y/n: [whispers] wow rude.

Luz: [peeks out of the pot] Don't listen to them, Willow. We can do this.

Willow hears this and sees Y/n gives her two thumbs up for encouragement. She then makes her way up to the class ready to present.

Willow: Uh... Abomination, rise.

Luz: [punches the lid off and jumps out] Ta‐da!

All the students gasp with shock while Y/n had a smile on his face.

Willow: Abomination, bow.

Luz: [grunts] Blah!

Teacher: Very impressive. But does it speak?

Luz: Uh, I may be your abomination, but you're my a‐mom‐ination.

Everyone: Aww.

Teacher: [laughs] "A‐mom‐ination!" Splendid wordplay. A plus!

Everyone clapped and cheered for Willow. Y/n was also doing it before he noticed Amity from the corner of his eye. She went from looking shocked to angry. This made Y/n worried for a minute.

Y/n: (oh boy this may not be good)

Luke Pov

Seems like class was reaching its end as the last of the students was presenting their magic. Just then I heard a shriek that gave me another heart attack. Again can't that just use a normal bell. As all the students started to leave the class, I made my way to the door but was stopped by two hands on my shoulder. I turned and faced them and surprise surprise it was the Blight twins. Of course.

Me: [sigh] What do you two want?

Emira: Aww don't be like that Mr. Grouchy.

Edric: We are just curious how a human like you can do magic.

Me: [surprised] How did-

I then stopped and felt my ears. Right now I remember why something else felt off, my clothes might have changed but my body appearance was still the same. I then sighed and shook my head.

Me: Right ears.

Emira: [chuckles] so a human huh.

Me: yea yea so what are you going to do? Turn me in to the teacher? Forced me to be your personal toy?

Edric: Wait what no

Emira: Though [sly look] that second one doesn't sound too bad.

Alright already feeling disturbed now.

Little demon: Then why did your heart skip a beat?

Shut up.

Emira: [giggles] No we just want to hang out with you and see what humans are like.

Me: [raises my eyebrow] What?

Edric: Yea you know have a little fun.

Me: What about class?

Emira: [waves her hand] We mostly skip anyway.

Me: (figures.)

Edric: Come on you know the old saying, the more the merrier.

Me: [sighs] No.

Twins: [shocked] What why?

Me: Because I don't feel like getting into any trouble.

I began to walk away until I saw Edric in front of me with his hands pleading for me to stay. Where have I seen this before?

Edric: [begs] Oh come on Please.

Me: [cross my arms] No.

Edirc: Please!

Me: No. (This is a familiar feeling.)

Edric: PLEASE!

Edric did what I thought was the most annoying puppy eyes in the world. He kept saying please as I just kept glaring at him. He started to remind me of.. Oh no.

Me: [sighs and turns around] Emira he's your brother can't you-

I looked at Emira and noticed she had tears in her eyes. Great my one weakness, I hate it here.

Emira: [sobs] B-b-but we just wanted to spend time with you and learn about you. I-i-is that so wrong?

Don't give in Luke. Don't give in. Just say yes it's wrong. Say Yes damn it.

Me: [sighs] Ok ok. I'll go with you guys.

Edric stopped saying please and threw his hand up and hugged me while screaming yay. As for Emira she drew a circle and the tears in her eyes disappeared. Got damn it now I know who these two remind me of. The two twins grabbed my arm and led me out of the classroom.

Edric: Come on, let's go.

Me: Where are we going and doing exactly?

Emira: [smirks] To do something fun.

I already hate this. Someone please help me.

3rd POV

As the bell rang, the students started to exit the classroom. Willow was outside waiting for Y/n as she saw him coming out with his hand over his heart.

Y/n: [scared] Luke was right, why can't they have normal bells?

Willow just giggled. Then the abomination teacher exited the class and approached Willow.

Teacher: Wonderful work today, Willow. Looks like we have a new top student.

He said that just as Amity was walking out of the class. Upon hearing this she dropped her books and gasped in shock. She growled in anger as the teacher walked over and took her badge.

Amity: [growls and reaches for her badge] But…

The abomination teacher puts the badge on Willow's cowl and walks off. Y/n walks over and pats Willow on the back.

Y/n: [smiles] Good job Willow.

Willow smiled in response and was about to walk off until she was met with an angry Amity.

Amity: Hey.

Y/n: (Oh boy.)

Amity: Last time I saw you, your abomination was mush. What did you do?

Willow was trying to find the words but Y/n walked in to help her out.

Y/n: Well she just kept trying and as you can see her hard work paid off.

Amity: [glares at Y/n] Who asked you Martins?

Y/n: [holds his hands up] Hey all i'm just saying is no one can be first place forever eventually someone is going to catch up and beat you.

Amity was shocked from hearing this, but she still kept on glaring at Y/n which made him begin to sweat.

Willow: I, uh, took your pep talk to heart, Amity.

Amity: [looks at Willow] I bet you did. I've got my eyes on you, Half‐a‐Witch. [looks at Y/n] You as well Martins. That badge is mine. [walks backwards, not breaking eye contact with them even as she bumps into another student]

Willow: Uh‐oh. I think Amity is onto us.

Y/n: [scratches the back of his head] Yea we might need to keep our heads down.

Willow: Yea [looks at Y/n] Do you think Luke is ok?

Y/n: Yeah I think he should be fine. I wonder what he's up to?

Luke POV

How did I get in this situation? Right now I am at a stadium sitting with the twins as they continue to drag me to pull pranks around the school. We first ended up switching the signs on the girls and boys bathroom which lead to a guy getting beat up by girls. We then ended up putting a bucket of apple blood on top of the door as one of the teachers opened the door which caused the bucket to fall and spilled all over it. And now we are preparing a prank to do to the sports team? I don't know at this point.

Edric: Alright got the water all ready.

Me: So we are going to hit them with water balloons?

Edric: [smiles] Pretty cool right?

Me: [leans back] Whatever.

Emira: [looks at Edric and back at me] You can join in too. All you've been doing was watching instead of joining.

Me: Because I was dragged against my will.

Edric: [walks up to me] Come on you had to at least have a little fun right?

I just glared at him which made him back away beside his sister.

Emira: [sighs] Jeez why can't you be more fun instead of a killjoy?

When I heard that I remember a lot of people calling me a killjoy. It's not that I'm a killjoy, I just really didn't see the point of me joining in. My hair covered my eyes as I looked down at the ground and think about why there were times with Y/n and Luz never wanted me to join them on their little adventures. Was I really a killjoy? The twins noticed my certain position and started to feel bad about what they said.

Emira: Hey I didn't mean -

I turned around and started to walk away as the twins tried to call out to me.

Edric: Wait! Mr. grou- uhh Luke come back.

I turned a corner and walked off.

3rd POV

Both Edric and Emira sat down and looked at the stadium the whole time. They started to feel bad about what they said to Luke.

Edric: [sad] So do you think he hates us?

Emira: probably [hits her head] Why did I say that? I didn't mean it like that, I just wanted him to have a little fun. [buries her head in her arms] Now we just lost our only friend.

Edric: Come on that's not true maybe he, maybe he, maybe. [sighs and does the same] Yea we did.

The twins just looked down the whole time until they heard some screaming coming from the field. They looked up and noticed everyone was running around with some brown stuff on them.

Twins: What just-

?: Hey you two.

The twins turn their heads and see Luke walking up to them and sat beside Edric.

Luke: [smirks] Happy now?

Edric: What did-

Luke: [looks at the field] I may have accidentally let go of a bag filled with some monster poop on the team. (A little far but I had to do something)

Emira: Where did you get it?

Luke: [sweat drops] It's better not to ask. So I pulled a prank you happ- [gets cut off by Edric hugging him] Whoa!

Edric: You came back!

Luke: [confused] Uhh yeah I did so what did- [Emria walks over and hugs his other side] uhh you two feeling alright?

Emira: We're fine, just let's stay like this for a little bit.

Luke: Oookk then?

As Luke was trying to figure out what's wrong with them. He then looks at the Blight twins and in their place was Y/n for Edric and Luz for Emira.

Luke: (I see that's who these two remind me of.)

Back to the owl house King is tossing a whole bunch of dog treats at prince jr. Baby dragon watches this from afar and notices it is bigger than before.

King: Roll over! Yes! Heel! Yes, yes! [notice Eda coming back] So, did you find your runaway students? By your expression, I can tell they had gone and found themselves someplace else to learn. Which means I have won!

Eda: Yes, great, you won. [King throws a handful of treats to the side. Prince Jr. chases them.] You have a giant soldier thing and I have nothing. Congrats!

King: Oh, Eda. Don't say that. At least you have this! [He pulls out a shame cone and cackles]

King: Ugh. [snatches it up and stalks off]

The dragon sees this and looks sad. He tries to walk after Eda, but she slams the door before he can walk in.

Baby dragon [claws the door] *Whimpers*

King: I am so funny! Ah, well, Prince, Jr. training is complete. Go forth! Make the world tremble at your feet‐‐ or worm stubs.

The baby dragon notices the worm not moving and walks up beside King growling at it.

King: Go forth? [still doesn't move] Oh. [chuckles] Right. [He picks up the dog treat box and shakes it, but it's empty. Prince Jr. moves closer, growling.] Ah!

This caused the baby dragon to spit fire at the slug. The trash slug moves away and growls at the dragon, as the baby dragon does the same.

The scene then changes to the cafeteria with Luz still in the pot. Gus and Willow are sitting beside the pot and Y/n is sitting beside Gus.

Y/n: Hey Gus have you seen Luke anywhere?

Gus: Actually he was in my class, you guys never told me he can do magic.

Luz&Y/n: [shocked] He did magic?

Willow: You two didn't know?

Y/n: No he never told us he could (come to think of it we never asked him how he was able to pull that sword out of his shadow when we fought Adegast.)

Luz: Where is Luke I need him to explain?

Gus: Well I don't know he disappeared after class before I can ask him to come eat lunch with us.

Y/n: Well wherever he is I'm pretty sure he's fine

Luz: [grumbles] Yea for now.

Y/n chuckled at Luz's reaction knowing full well she is going to attack Luke with a whole bunch of questions.

Gus: Also [pulls out a PB&J] do humans eat PB&J's?

Both Y/n and Luz had stars in their eyes when they saw this.

Luz: Oh my gosh I haven't eaten real food in so long please give me some.

Y/n: Me to please.

Gus splits the sandwich in half and gives one half to Luz and the other half to Y/n. Luz took her half and sank back into the pot, while Y/n ate his with tears coming out of his eyes. Both Willow and Gus chuckled at his reaction, until Willow got a little worried.

Willow: I don't know, Gus. [grumbles] If Amity saw that…

Just then Amity jumped onto the table scaring Y/n to the point he landed on the ground.

Amity: I saw that! [gets in willows face] Abominations don't eat! I know you're in there! You can't hide from me. What are you? Who are you? I want answers! [grabs Luz by her shirtfront and shakes her violently]

Y/n: [gets up and pulls Luz away from Amity] Hey easy don't hurt this precious abomination.

Even though Luz was still in a daze from Amity shaking her, she still blushed from Y/n calling her precious. Amity was glaring dagger at Y/n and Y/n was doing the same. Even though he didn't want to hurt her he wasn't going to stand around and let her hurt Luz.

Teacher: Amity Blight.

Amity: [looks at the teacher] Huh?

Teacher: I suspected a twinge of jealousy, but this, this is just sad.

Amity: But I‐‐ No! [points at Luz] Look at it.

Luz was still being held by Y/n and groaning since she was still in a daze.

Teacher: Report to Principal Bump's office.

Amity: But‐‐

Teacher: Now!

Amity jumps off the table and runs off as the teacher follows behind her. Y/n says a breath of relief.

Luz: umm Y/n [Y/n looks down at Luz who is blushing] y-you can put me down now.

Y/n: [blushes and lets Luz go] Sorry.

Luz: [blushing] it's fine.

Willow ends up giggling while Gus stares at the scene confused.

Luke POV

Not going to lie hanging out with these two is not bad, sure being dragged into their pranks is a pain but still other than that they are nice people… Sort of.

Emira: That was so much fun.

Edric: I know right.

Me: [rolls my eyes and smirk] Well glad you two had fun but where is the cafe? I need some food.

Edric: We can show you where it is come on [runs on ahead]

Me and Emira were about to catch up but she grabbed my hand and stopped me from moving.

Me: [looks back] you ok?

Emira: [looking down] About what I said before I really am sorry

I started to see some tears forming which I couldn't tell if they were fake or real. But I'm pretty sure based on her tone of voice they were real.

Emira: W-we just wanted to have fun. You are one of the few people that enjoys little pranks a-and we did mean to [gets cut off by Luke flicking her forehead] Ow! What was that for?

Me: [smirks and puts his hand in his pocket] Payback for what you said.

She seemed to be shocked by what I said.

Me: Don't worry too much about it, I guess I have been known to be a buzzkill at times but I guess you guys (and others) made me less of a buzzkill. So don't think I'm going to stop being your friend just because of one insult. Besides [looks at Emira] knowing you both you'll just annoy me until the day I die right.

Emria: [smiles and hugs me] Right.

I just smiled and hugged her back.

Emira: You know you have a way with words. You get all the ladies, don't you?

Me: Ehh never had a serious relationship.

Emira: [shocked] Really well [whispers in my ear] Can I be your first?

Honestly this caught me off guard to the point I light blush and try to find the right words to say.

Me: [light blush] I you well I.

Emira: [giggles] I was just kidding Luke. You really are fun to tease.

Got damn it now I know how Y/n and Luz feel.

Edric: [comes back] Hey what's taking you two so long?

Emira: [giggles] oh nothing me and Luke was just having a nice chat [winks at me] right Luke?

This girl is going to be the death of me.

Me: [sighs] Right

We started making our way to the cafe until we ran into a familiar green haired girl. Oh boy it's Amity.

Edric: Whoa Mittens what's the rush?

I tried to hold in my laugh. Hehehe Mittens.

Amity: [upset] First of all don't call me that at school.

Emira: [walks over and puts her hand on her shoulder] Aww come on you love it.

I just see her going full red as Emira and Edric continue to tease her. Just by looking I can already tell they are all three siblings. But for some reason just watching them reminds me of me teasing Y/n and Luz. Weird. Amity then noticed me, pushed her siblings, and walked up to me.

Amity: [puts at my face] You! Your brother and Willow's thing got me in trouble!

Got damn it guys you had one job.

Luke: [pretends to be shocked] I'm sorry what?

Emira: [walks up beside me] Mittens don't be rude to our friend he is sensitive.

Edric: [walks on the other side of me] Yea harsh words hurt Luke.

Me: Hate you hate you both.

Amity: [glares at us] Look here Martins I am going to get to the bottom of this! [walks away from us]

Me: [sighs] Well that happened.

Emira: Yea sorry about mittens she can be quite the handful sometimes.

Me: Funny I can say the same to both of you.

Emira: Haha, very funny.

Edric: Enough about mittens [gets in my face] I didn't know you had a brother. What's he like? Is he like me? When can we meet him?

Why me?

Me: Look i'll explain later right now- [hears the bell go off] Let me guess Lunch is over isn't it?

Emira: [giggles] Yep and you know what that means?

Oh no. Both the twins grabbed both my arms and began to pull me against my will.

Twins: More fun!

We now cut to the abomination classroom with the group now resting easy after what had happened in the Cafe.

Luz: Whoo! [gets out of the pot] I'm a sweaty little abomination. But now we don't have to worry about Amity. High five!

Y/n walks over and gives Luz a high five, while Willow and Gus look confused.

Y/n: Slap her hand it's a human thing!

Gus: [walks over and slaps her hand] Oh. [does it again] Oh, my. Oh, man, what a rush!

Just then the door opens revealing Amity and someone else who was behind her. He was an older man, presumably due to the wrinkles surrounding his upper lip. His skin is light beige, and he has teal eyes with bright yellow sclera. He wears a red demon on his head, covering half of his face, which gives him the appearance of being consumed by said demon. He wears a traditional academic dress consisting of a long black gown with a gold yoke, a black cape, gold trim at the sleeves and cape hem, plus a blue stole draped over his shoulders.

Old Man: Good afternoon, students.

Willow: Principal Bump.

Y/n: (Wait Principal Bump. So he is-)

Y/n was interrupted from his thoughts when he heard Luz fall down. She went back into pretending she was an abomination. Principal Bump walked up to her and started to examine her.

Bump: Hmm. Abomination, rise. [Luz gets up] Abomination, lie.

Luz: Uh, viral fame is a worthy pursuit. Your cat would never eat you if it got the chance. Chemtrails are real‐‐

Y/n: (Wrong kind of lie Luz)

Bump: Oh, no, abomination. How strange for it to get the command wrong. I mean lie down. [points to a desk]

Luz starters to whimper and make her way to the desk.

Bump: So very lifelike. [approaches the table with Willow] When Miss Blight told me about your abomination, I had to come by, see what she's made of.

Willow: Oh, I have her list of ingredients right here.

Bump: No. We were hoping... [pulls a dagger out of his sleeve] for a closer look. Willow, I'll allow you the first cut.

Y/n: [walks up] Isn't that a little much?

Bump: [turns and face Y/n] Ahh yes she also told me about a new student. Is this the one Amity?

Amity: [nods] Yes this is the boy I told you about.

Bump: I see last I recall I don't remember any new students enrolling today.

Y/n knew they were going to get caught so instead of looking nervous or trying to come up with an excuse he just chuckled.

Y/n: [scratches the back of his head] hehe knew we couldn't lie forever.

Bump: [shocked] you don't seem nervous?

Y/n: Not really I can tell you are a good person. That and someone once told me you are too.

Bump: [scratches his chin] really? Very well then you won't mind telling me your real name then?

Y/n: [nods his head] Sure no problem my real name is Y/n Dragneel.

Everyone minus Luz went wide-eyed.

Willow: Wait Y/n your last name is Dragneel.

Y/n: [confused] uh yea why?

Gus: As in Dragneel Dragneel like the son of Igneel Dragneel!?

Y/n: [begins to sweat] uhhh yea?

Amity: no no way that's a lie! [looks at Bump] Principle Bump you can't honestly believe him can you?

Principle Bump was still recovering from what Y/n had said.

Bump: (Could he really be? No he couldn't be he doesn't give off any strong magical power. But he also doesn't look like the type that would lie. Or could in that matter. But wait he does remind me of-) [shakes his head] You heard from someone that I was a good person. [Y/n nods his head] Where did you hear that from?

Y/n: [smiles] from my teacher.

Bump: And who would that be?

Y/n: Zack Strife.

Everyone in the room was confused because nobody has ever heard of a man named Zack Strife. But the only person that wasn't shocked was Bump because he knew full well who he was and how strong he was as well.

Bump: [smiles] (I see so you found one didn't you Zack.) I'll ask more about this later, for now. Willow please continue.

Y/n: Wait, you're still going to cut her open.

Bump: Why of course, Unless there is something you want to say 'Dragneel'

Y/n just looks at Bump nervously trying to figure out what to do in this situation. He then heard Gus.

Gus: Wait, Principal Bump! Uh, high five! [Gus knocks over three abomination pots. The goo spills together, and the formed abominations stand with Y/n's sword on the ground.]

Bump: [sees the sword whispers] It can't be.

Gus: Run!

Y/n nods his head, grabs his sword, runs and picks up Luz bride style, and begins to run to the exit with Willow following close behind.

Amity: They're getting away!

Bump: No, the intruders won't get far. (Lets see what your student can do Zack.) [He approaches a wall and traces a large spell circle, then slams the wall in the center of it. Red light forms patterns on the walls and floor, spreading from the spell circle.]

The scene cuts to the three friends running away from Principle Bump. Y/n us still caring Luz while Willow is running close behind. They turned a corner and stopped, Y/n put Luz down as they caught their breath.

Luz: Guys I'm sorry this is all my fault. [Y/n and Willow looks at Luz] I just wanted to see what a real magic school was like.

Y/n: Luz.

Willow: Well, how do you like it?

Luz: It's lovely, actually.

Y/n: I thought it was pretty cool.

The three friends started to share a laugh.

Willow: Okay, we should get out of here before‐‐[The red light patterns converge on the walls. When they reach a doorway, a red shield blocks it off. Several more doorways are blocked off, the patterns taking over the school.]...Bump seals us in.

Y/n: Great

Cut back to the Owl House, where Eda is sulking in the shame hat. She then hears King's voice making her look up.

King: Help me, help me, help me! [He runs in and slams the door, then dives into Eda's arms, whimpering. The door shudders under Prince Jr. and Baby dragon attack each other.]

Eda: [smirking] Trouble with your student and second in command?

King: Yes, yes! [banging on the door continues]

Eda: Are you sure you need my help? Maybe he only wants more of your brilliant lessons.

King: [The door shatters as Prince Jr. bursts through and roars. He grabs King by the tail and drags him out of Eda's arms. squeals] Please help me! You can call me Mr. Wiggles!

Eda: [stands, removing the shame hat and grabbing her staff. She smacks Prince Jr. in the face with the butt of her staff, making it release King. Prince Jr. retreats as King clings to Eda's leg.] Okay, Mr. Wiggles. Here's what we're gonna do. [notice baby dragon isn't here] Wait where is oh no.

Eda runs outside and notices the baby dragon isn't there. She glares at the trash slug as it growls at her.

Eda: (The kid is so going to kill me.)

Y/n: [looks around and sees a hallway not sealed off] This way! [grabs both Luz and Willow's arm and runs towards it.]

As the three friends try to make it to the exit in time, another barrier seals their way out. Y/n tries to punch the barrier open but is pushed back from it.

Y/n: [recovers] It's tougher than I thought

Luz: Y/n behind you!

Y/n looks behind him and sees Bump controlling 4 abominations and targeting them towards Y/n and the others. Y/n has had enough of running and decides its time to fight his way out he takes out his sword and holds it in front of him.

Luz: [worried] Y/n what are you-

Y/n: [looks back at Luz] Don't worry Luz. [looks back at the abominations] You want to dance [the sword starts to lightly glow] then let's dance.

Y/n starts to dash his way towards the abominations. One of them transforms his arms into an axe blade and stretches it towards Y/n. Y/n jumps in the air and does a horizontal slash on it cutting it in half. The abomination slowly starts to dissolve into a puddle. Y/n smirks and sees two more abominations charging right at him. The two abominations go for a punch but Y/n manages to block their attack and pushes them back. He then does a double slash and slices them into pieces Y/n stares at the last abomination, as it makes its way towards him Y/n cuts him in half with a vertical slash as it turns into a puddle. Both Luz and Willow look at him with stars in their eyes. Y/n looks back with a smirk on his face.

Y/n: [smirks] Hehe see no problem.

Bump was watching this and was amazed at how skilled the boy was.

Bump: (Impressive)

More abomination started making their way towards them as Y/n ready his sword for another encounter. Both Willow and Luz look at each other worried for Y/n safety.

Luz: We have to do something to help.

Willow: I don't know what we can do. [sinks to the ground] Amity's right. I'm just Half‐a‐Witch Willow.

Luz: Willow. You're Full‐Witch Willow. And you're great. And someone once told me great witches are resourceful. [pulls out the contents of her pockets]

Willow: That's it! [takes the slime ball]

Luz: You mean that greasy slime ball?

Willow: Luz, it's a seed! Thank goodness you had it on you.

Luz: Yeah. Thank goodness someone told me to hold on to it.

The two then see Y/n sliding on the other side of the hall with his sword blocking an attack from an abomination.

Y/n [grunts] These things are tougher than I thought.

Both Luz and Willow look at each other and nod their heads.

Willow: [puts the seed in her lap and traces a spell circle over it] Please grow! [Thorny vines grow from the seed, reaching to the ceiling.]

Y/n: [blocks an attack from an Abomination] grr [notices some vines heading towards him] Huh? Whoa!? [ducks and sees them stab through the abominations] Huh that happened.

The vines made their way to Principle Bump, sending him to the ceiling and pinning him there. Bump looked down from the ceiling and saw vines covering the entire atrium, curled around pillars and reaching from the bottom most floor to the absolute ceiling. Pink petals fall from above, and several of the vines have flowers on them.

Pump: [amazed] Remarkable.

Y/n was staring at this and was amazed to see all of this.

?: She is something else huh?

Y/n turned his head to where the voice came from and what he saw was the black haired man again. Y/n had his mouth open and was shocked to see him.

Y/n: Z-Z-Zack?

Zack: What's up Y/n? How have you been?

Y/n: I uh I've been-

Luz: [yells] Y/N!

Y/n turned his head and saw Luz and Willow waving their hands.

Luz: [points to the door] We found an exit, come on!

Y/n nods his head and starts making his way towards the exit. The three friends were almost there until they were stopped by Amity.

Amity: Not so fast! I'm not letting you get away so easily. I want my badge!

Y/n: [annoyed] Are you kidding me!?

Everyone looks at Y/n.

Y/n: Your doing all of this all because of a stupid badge. [walks up and takes the badge off Willow's cowl] This thing is just some plastic in the shape of a star.[Crushes it in his hand. Burns it with fire] What really shows you improve is hard work and become better then the person you were before.

Bump was hearing this from above the ceiling and was surprised to hear this from Y/n.

Bump: (He really is your student.)

Suddenly Y/n's cowl slowly started to disappear. He was now back in his normal clothes that he wore. Amity who watched this was first shocked but then her shocked turn to rage.

Amity: [Angry and yells] ABOMINATION SEIZE!

More Abomination started making their way towards the group. Y/n grip his sword tight, runs to the abominations and cuts them all down. Luz sees one appear behind her and punches it until it is nothing but a puddle. She grabs Willow's arm and pulls her to the exit as Y/n follows close behind. Amity walks over and reforms the abomination and sends it after them. The group runs towards the exit but is stopped by another abomination as it guards the exit. Y/n gets into a fighting stance ready to take it on until he hears a scream making him turn around. An Abomination was making its way towards will with blades on both his head. It raises its place ready to pierce right through the little witch girl.

Y/n&Luz: WILLOW!

Luke POV

After more pranks with the twins we started making our way to class which we are already late for. Shocking. As we were making our way there the twins kept on looking at me with a smile on their face.

Me: You know one considers staring to be rude.

Emira: [puts her finger on her chin] hmm well I don't consider it to be rude.

Edric: [smiles] neither do I.

Me: [sigh] Why do you two keep staring at me?

Edric: What we can't stare at our new friend?

I just glared at him which made him sweat a little.

Edric: [raises his hands up] Just kidding Luke.

Emira: [giggles] We are just happy to find someone who likes to pull the same pranks as us and enjoy it.

Me: [looks at Emira] Who said I enjoyed it?

Edric: The bag prank you pulled says otherwise.

Damn he's got me there

Me: [sighs] Whatever.

Emira: [walks behind me and hugs me] Awww don't be like that Mr. grouchy.

Me: You two are just going to keep calling me that aren't you?

Twins: [smiles] Yep!

Why me? We then heard something coming from the interior.

Me: What the heck was that?

Edric: I don't know, let's check it out. [runs towards the noise]

Me: God damn it Edric [tries to move but remember Emria still holding him] uhh you mind letting go now?

Emira: [pretends to think] hmmm maybe if you give me a kiss

Oh great she is trying to tease me again. Well that won't work twice.

Me: [sighs] I'm not falling for your teasing again.

Emira: [smiles and whispers in my ear] Who said I was teasing?

Crap now I can't tell.

Little Demon: hahaha having trouble with girls huh?

Shut up!

Emira: [giggles let's go and drags my arm] Come on lets catch up to Edric.

I hate this girl so much. We made our way to the interior and noticed a whole bunch of plants and flowers around it making it look beautiful.

Edric: [amazed] Whoa it looks amazing!

Emira: When did Bump add this here?

Me: uhhh I don't think he did [points to where Bump is]

The twins see Bump watching something from above the ceiling. We then followed Bump gaze and what I saw just made me go wide eyed. I was watching Y/n Luz and Willow fighting off and running away from abomination. I also notice an angry Amity sending them at the three of them.

Edric: Wow it's been awhile since I saw mittens that upset.

Emira: [nods her head] Agreed.

As I kept watching I started to feel a glow around me which made me look down and notice the cowl I was once wearing had disappeared and I was back into my normal black wear. The twins noticed and walked up and stared at me.

Edric: Wow so that's what you wear.

Emira: Got to say black is a good color for you [whispers in my ear] It makes you look hot.

Damn this girl!

Me: [slowly starts to back up] Yea thanks welp it's been surprisingly fun hanging out with the both of you [draws a circle and pulls out the sword] But I got to go help those idiots. [jumps on the stair rail]

Edric: Cool you have a sword! [realize what I just said] Wait your leaving!?

He focused more on the sword than what I said. I then notice both of them looking down sad. Curse my weakness.

Me: Don't worry we'll see each other again.

Twins: Promise?

Me: [sighs looks back at them] Promise oh and Emira.

She looks at me and I just smile. I'm going to regret saying this but oh what the hell?

Me: [smirks] I still owe you that kiss [I jumped down and headed right for the others]

3rd POV

The twins watched as Luke jumped down to everyone on the first floor. Emira was replaying the words that Luke said. This caused her to smile and blush. While Edric was confused.

Edric: Uhh kiss? Did I miss something?

Emira: [smiles and walks away] Oh nothing.

Edirc: [Runs to catch up] Oh come on don't be like that tell me.

Back with the others

Y/n&Luz: WILLOW!

Willow closed her eyes waiting for pain but nothing happened. She then opened her eyes and noticed the abomination had been cut down.

Luke: You alright there Willow?

Willow looks up and sees Luke walking up to her with his hand up.

Willow: [blushes and takes his hand as he pulls her up] Y-yes thank you Luke.

Luke: No problem [looks to see more abominations coming] You all can explain this to me later right now let's hurry and get out of here.

The abominations start to close in on the group of friends. Willow sees this and draws a big circle and hugs herself causing green magic to glow around her. Vines started to wrap around all the abominations that surrounded them, trapping them in it.

Willow: [struggles] You three need to go now!

Luz: [looks at Willow] But we can't just leave you!

Willow: I may get detention, but you'll get dissected or worse.

Y/n: But-

Luke runs over and puts Y/n over his shoulders and puts Luz under his arm. He carries both his friends towards the exit until he stops and turns toward Willow.

Luz: Willow [Willow looks up at Luke] Don't die on us little flower.

Willow nods her head and sends a vine towards Luke. Luke sees this and jumps on it riding it out to the exit. As he sees the exit he jumps off it and runs back to the owl house while still carrying Y/n and Luz. The door behind them shut leaving Willow back there.

Luz: [tries to get off] Luke we can't just leave Willow there she needs us!

Y/n: Luz is right Luke we have to go back! Who knows what Bump will do to her!?

Luke: Guys trust me I saw Bump watching all this happen and he was more impressed then angry.

Y/n: But-

Luke: But if you're still worried we can always get an old teacher to help us out.

Both Y/n and Luz knew what Luke was talking about and decided to go get Eda to help them out.

Cut back to the owl House Eda fighting Prince Jr. It spits lava at her, which she easily dodges. She smacks it in the face with her staff, twice. It backs her toward the front door. Meanwhile, King is pushing a barrel on the roof.

Eda: Man this thing is tough.

The slug goes for another attack at Eda but is interrupted by a circle of fire around it, trapping it. Eda looks in shock but notices that the slug can't escape from it.

Eda: [looks at King] Pour the salt, now!

King: Baby boy! [Prince Jr. looks up at King, whimpering. Then it roars] I have no son. Eat salt!

King shoves the entire barrel full of salt into Prince Jr.'s mouth. It shivers and makes noises of protest, before shrinking back to its original size. It whimpers as it runs off.

King: [dances] Yes, I did it! I'm amazing! [falls off the roof] Ahh! [Eda catches him] You helped too. Also nice idea to trap it in fire.

Eda: That wasn't me.

Before King could ask, a giant creature appeared before them. It was similar to the baby dragon but its fangs, claws and horns were bigger. It was almost the same size as the trash slug they fought before, only a little bit smaller. It also was standing on two legs and the tip of its tail was ignited with a small flame. It was growling at both Eda and King. King got behind Eda, while Eda took her staff out ready to fight it.

King: [whimpering] A-a-as King do demons I o-o-order you to obey.

Eda: [looks at King] Really you're really going to do that no- [notice the creature bowed its head down] Wait what?

Both King and Eda were shocked. King walked up to the creature and put his paw out. The creature sniffed his hand and rubbed on his paw.

King: [laughs] Yes yes YES! I am your King!

Eda: I can't believe it worked!

As King was busy laughing the creature began to glow and slowly started to shrink and turn back into the baby dragon.

King: Wait what that creature was the baby dragon?

Eda: How about that no wonder it was listening to you the whole time.

King: Hehe but I still have a powerful buddy at my side [walks over and pets baby dragon as is purrs in response]

Eda: yea yea now where are-

Luz&Y/N: EDA!

Both Eda and Kng look to see Luke carrying both Y/n and Luz as he is running towards them. When he was close he put both of them down while panting as they both ran up and gave Eda a hug.

Eda: Hey, hey, hey, hey! What is this? Ugh! I never understand when you do this.

Luke: [panting] Y-you *breaths* get *breaths* used to it! [falls on the ground] Oh man, I'm tired.

Luz: Your lesson worked! Keeping junk in my pocket saved my life!

Y/n: But now we need your help. Our new friends we made at Hexside need your help!

Willow: [runs toward the group] Guys!

The three friends turned their heads and saw both Willow and Gus running at them. Y/n Luz Willow and Gus all do a group hug with Luke still on the ground.

Eda: Seriously, what is that?

Willow: You won't believe it, guys. Everything is perfect now!

Luke: [raises his hand] I don't believe please explain.

Willow: Principal Bump was so impressed by my plant work he's switching me to the plant magic track! Look! [She backs away and snaps her fingers. With a glow of green magic and a twirl, her sleeves and leggings go from magenta to green.]

Y/n&Luz: Cool!

Luke: Glad to see your happy little flower. [Willow blushes] So what happened with Amity?

Gus: Last we saw, she was asking Bump if today could count as extra credit.

Y/n: [scratches the back of his head] Hehe Well I guys all well that ends well. On the bright side maybe things will go better when we sneak in again.

Both Willow and Gus wince when Y/n said that.

Luke: [notices this] Oh boy what happened?

Gus: Uh, about that. You three are kinda, sorta [pulls out two posters while Willow holds the other one]... ban.

Luz poster had her showered in abomination goo while waving. Y/n poster had him with a smile on his face with a thumb pointing to himself. Luke's poster was him only side eyeing with his hands in his pocket. The funny part about it, on the bottom it had one word "Grouchy".

Eda: That's my kids!

Luke: [looks at his poster and just slams his head on the ground] Why grouchy though?

Willow: But we could come here and teach you what we learned.

Luz: That would be nice but [looks at Y/n]

Y/n: [nods] But we have a pretty good teacher already!

Luke: I'm still sitting on the fence for the one [Gets hit in the head by a rock] Ow!

Eda: Yeah, that's right. These three are my students. [steals the poster] Back off, academy twerps. Ah, my baby's first wanted poster. Good job, kids. [pats the top of Luz's head] Looks like I taught you three things after all.

Gus: Uh, you high five with your hands, not your head.

Y/n: [chuckles] Now's not the time Gus

Willow: [chuckles at the scene then sits beside Luke] You ok there?

Luke: Ehh, just tired.

Willow: [looks down] I'm sorry about what happened.

Luke: Don't be. [Willow looked confused. Luke sits up] It wasn't what I expected but at the same time I thought it would be worse. Still we did manage to get you into a track you would seem to enjoy. So as long as you're happy I take this as a win.

Willow: [blushes] Thanks Luke.

Luke: Anytime [looks at the poster in Eda's hand] Still though grouchy really?

Willow: [giggles] Well I think your grouchy face makes you look cute. [realized what she just said and blushes] W-w-wait I didn't mean it like t-t-that I just wanted to make you f-feel better!

Luke: [smirks light blush] well thanks for that little flower. [Willow just buries her hand in her face]

Cuts back to Hexside with principle Bump in his office.

Bump: [sighs] Geez I have all this clean up not to mention a whole lot of paperwork. Honestly, how can just three kids create that much trouble? [sees a picture by his desk as he grabbed it] But then again that was the least of my worries when you four attended this school.

The picture had four students on the left side was a girl with bright orange hair, she wore a Hexside School uniform of the Potionists track with yellow sleeves and leggings, black boots, a grey tunic with a black belt, and a black cowl with a golden button. Next to her was a boy with red eyes, and his hairstyle was bangs with a bright red color. He wore an orange uniform with yellow sleeves and leggings, black boots, a grey tunic with a black belt, and a black cowl with a golden button. Next to him was a boy who had sky blue eyes with several bangs framing his face. He wore a light gray uniform with gray sleeves and leggings and wore the same boots as the others. Lastly was the girl on the far end. She had fluffy strawberry red hair tied in a ponytail at the back with eye-length bangs, she wore glasses with round lenses and a Hexside school uniform with yellow sleeves and leggings.

Bump was staring at the picture and looked at the boy with the red hair.

Bump: He said he was your son but he really doesn't act like it. [looks at the boy with black hair] Though I can see more of him in you Zack, guess you really did find one didn't you.

Flashback

Bump was sitting in his office with a cup of apple blood and filling out some paperwork.

Bump: ahh a nice quiet day I wonder how it can be ruin?

?: [outside] PRINCIPLE BUMP!

Bump: [sighs] of course.

Out of nowhere something comes crashing down breaking the window and making a small crater in Bump's office. The figure is laying in the crater twitching in pain.

Black-hair boy: [struggles to get up] Ow! I'm going to feel that tomorrow hehehe

It was the same black haired boy in the picture.

Bump: [facepalms and sighs] Zack may I ask why did you come crashing full spend into my office?

Zack: [cracks his back] Oh I wanted to talk to you about something.

Bump: Can't it wait? As you notice [points at a pile of paperwork] I have a lot of work to get done.

Zack: Oh come on [puts his hand in a prayer motion] Please Principle Bump it will be real quick.

Bump: [sighs] Fine make it fast though.

Zack: [throws his hand in the air] Yes I know you had a kind soul.

Bump: [glares] Zack.

Zack: [flinches] Oh right sorry. [clears his throat] I wanted to tell you I finally know what I want to do when I graduate.

Bump: [curious] Really?

Zack: Yea [walks and looks out of the broken window] When I first got her all I wanted to do was be a powerful wizard. But I never knew what I wanted to do with that strength. Then when I heard my friends had dreams they wanted to accomplish with their strength and talent that got me thinking too. After months of thinking I finally decided on what I want to do with my strength [looks at Bump] I want to train someone and make them my living legacy!

Bump: Your living legacy?

Zack: [smiles and nods] Yep! [walks around the room] I know we can't live forever but we all have special ways of being remembered once we die. I want to pass down my teaching to my student so that he can take my teachings and pass it down to others and maybe even improve in a way I couldn't.

Bump: But why tell me all this?

Zack: [stops in front of Bumps desk] Because I know he might come here and learn what I've learned. And who knows he might even surprise you Bump.

Bump stares at Zack who has a smile on his face. He always knew Zack wasn't a fan of being in the spotlight that's why he tries his best not to stand out in a crowd. He never expected Zack to want a student of his own to take his place.

Bump: [smiles] You truly are something else aren't you Zack.

Zack: [scratches the back of his head] Heheheh yep.

Bump: [realized something] By the way you never explain why you came crashing into my office?

Zack: [begins to sweat] Oh right about that...

?: [from outside] ZACK! IGNEEL! WHERE ARE YOU!? HELP!

Bump: [facepalms] What happened?

Zack: Eda may or may not have summoned a whole bunch of abominations to get back at someone for stealing her sister's lunch money. [Hears rumbling outside] and I think she has lost control of them.

?: [hears fire going off] DAMN IT EDA! WHY!?

?: I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA!

?: STOP ARGUING AND FIGHT!

Bump: These kids are going to be the death of me. Ok lets go deal with this matter.

Zack: [pumps his fists] Oh right let's do this.

Bump: You do realize you all are getting detention for this?

Zack: [scratches his head and laughs nervously] hehe right.

Bump: [pinches the bridge of his nose] *sighs* just another few centuries Bump and then you can retire.

FlashBack Ended

Bump: [sighs] How the years have gone by. [looks up and walks to the window] I wonder if I made the best decision to ban them though. [shakes his head] No what's done is done, although I have a feeling he will find a way back here again. As a student I hope.

Back to the owl house. It is now late at night and everyone is sleeping except for Y/n who is still staring at the keychain. Y/n was having a hard time deciding if what he saw was Zack or his mind playing tricks on him.

Y/n: Was that an illusion or was it real?

Then the keychain started to glow a bit, startling him until it stopped.

Y/n: What was-

?: Yea it does that sometimes.

Y/n: [looks to his left and goes wide eyed] Z-Z-ZA-

Zack: shhhhh [points to a sleeping Luke] You're going to wake up your friend.

Y/n: [covers his mouth, nods and whispers] How are you here?

Zack: [scratches the back of his head] Well that's going to take a lot of explaining and right now you need to get some rest [smiles at Y/n] I promise I'll explain everything tomorrow.

Y/n was kind of sad. He wanted to get an explanation but at the same time he started to feel the drowsiness his body was feeling. So he just nods his head, falls on his mat and goes straight to sleep.

Zack: [chuckles] Wow, thought that would take longer. Sleep tight Y/n I have a lot of questions to answer tomorrow. [disappears]
