Dimensional Location: Dragon Ball Universe 4, Earth Year 2234 AD.

"Does anybody have a plan here?" Blendin Blandin asked nervously.

"That was Major Monogram on the Telephone, they just found Doctor Doofenshmirtz dead." Isabella told everyone pointedly.

"What happened?" Phineas asked his wife.

"Bill Cipher had Heinz Doofenshmirtz building another gateway into our dimension, something came through before Bill Cipher did." Isabella explained while everyone listened fearfully.

"How many creatures live inside the Nightmare Dimension that Bill Cipher escaped from?" Phineas asked Blendin Blandin suspiciously.

"It doesn't matter, whatever killed Heinz Doofenshmirtz was working against Bill Cipher's Plans!" Blendin Blandin declared.

"Wait a minute, Bill Cipher made enemies with something that killed Heinz Doofenshmirtz and you got sent here to investigate it?" Phineas asked Blendin Blandin suspiciously.

"The Time Baby doesn't even know what's going on here, he obviously thought Bill Cipher was escaping and instead the Doofenshmirtz Robots have taken control of your city!" Blendin Blandin yelled back.

"It sounds like somebody or something stopped Bill Cipher from escaping, the only problem is that they released the Doofenshmirtz Robots to Enslave Humanity afterwards." Isabella told everyone pointedly.

"Doctor D might have given up being evil, however, it still doesn't mean that his Robot Armies would forget their old instructions from before he became good and instantly decide to Enslave Humanity regardless of his death happening." Phineas agreed tiredly.

"So we basically have Rogue Robots Enslaving Humanity because of Heinz Doofenshmirtz being murdered, the Time Baby is really going to hate this." Blendin Blandin says pointedly.

"I'm not very happy about this happening either." Dipper Pines stated knowingly.

"I agree, this is horrible! Look at all the scared children trapped within Middle School by the Thunderstorms outside, this is just Heartbreaking!" Mabel Pines announced and everyone frowned at her.

"This School System Provides Free Daycare Centers for the Entire City, it Encourages Parents to join the School Staff and gets everyone working together towards a Safer Environment." Isabella Flynn Fletcher explained.

"It's basically an Experimental School System that Encourages Parents to become Teachers instead of Homeschooling Everyone." Phineas Flynn Fletcher added helpfully.

"Why was Heinz Doofenshmirtz getting Government Funding to Encourage Parents into running the Danville Education System?" Blendin Blandin asked curiously while looking between Phineas and Isabella.

"The idea was to get Parents working for the Education System so they can improve it instead of complaining about it." Phineas told him.

"So the American Government wanted less protesting over how their Public Schools worked and allowed Heinz Doofenshmirtz the opportunity to make them look better when his idea backfired on him later on?" Blendin Blandin asked them.

"Unfortunately, you might be right about that." Phineas admits sadly.

"The American Government is not very trusting of Heinz Doofenshmirtz right now." Isabella Flynn Fletcher explained.

"Candace Flynn took control of the Danville Education System with the Fireside Girls." Phineas added nervously.

"Heinz Doofenshmirtz is working for Candace Flynn?" Blendin Blandin asked them both.

"She is my Older Sister." Phineas says sheepishly.

"The American Government funds the Fireside Girls Organization and Candace Flynn has been named our leader, technically nobody objected to Candace Flynn being our leader because she keeps Major Monogram distracted." Isabella Flynn Fletcher explained.
