Another day passed and the owl house gang were in the living/kitchen. Luz was on the orb talking to Willow and Gus with King beside her watching, Luke was sitting down looking at the window, Eda was stirring the pot, and Y/N was rubbing baby dragon looking at the ceiling with a smile on his face. After finally meeting another one of his kind he just couldn't help but be overjoyed. Even if Gajeel does not consider them friends he does. Soon his thoughts were caught off when he heard Luz's conversation.
Luz: So they said I couldn't remove my thumb, but look at that! [pretends to remove her thumb] Whoop!
Gus: You sliced it off! [panicked] You sliced off your own thumb!
Luke: *overhears this and sighs* (I'm surrounded by idiots.)
Willow: You make homework fun
Luz: And they say humans can't do magic.
King: Luz... [climbs onto table] Nyeh! You've been talking to them all morning. Don't forget about the Luz and King comedy hour!\
Y/N: Oh yea I forgot about that.
Luke/Eda: Please, no. Not the comedy hour...
King: This week I've been working with props! [turns around to show a cardboard tube on his nose] Oh dear, I've gotten a tube stuck on my nose! Will I ever eat again? [slams a piece of bread on his face] Looks like I'm toast!
Y/N, Luz, and King all laugh from this while Eda looks away and continues to stir, and Luke looks out the window with his hands over his head.
Luke/Eda: It just goes on like this... For an hour!
Luz: Heyo, dough boy, quit loafing around!
King: Why don't you bake me?
Luz and King: [laugh]
Luke: *mutters* Help! Please someone!
Y/N chuckles as he gets up and walks over to them.
Y/N: You two always have the best chemistry together.
Luke/Eda: Define best chemistry!
Luz: Aww thanks Y/N. *picks up King and holds him* King is my little buddy.
King: And you're my butter to my toast.
Luke and Eda both groaned loudly. Suddenly the crystal started buzzing with an alarm flashing red. The time, 8:00, flashes below Willow and Gus.
Luz: School time!
Luke/Eda: (Thank Titan!)
Luz: See ya guys in school!
Willow: Bye!
Gus: But what about the thumb?!
Luke: *Gets up* Hopefully he doesn't question it all.
Both King and Baby dragon sighed. Both Luz and Y/N noticed this and patted them, Luz patting King and Y/N patting baby dragon.
Luz: Hey, don't worry. We'll finish our comedy hour when I get home. [kisses King's skull and heads for the door]
King: Hee hee, oh you!
Y/N: Don't worry little buddy I promise we get back we'll play a lot.
Baby dragon: *bark* Promise?
Y/N: *smiles* Promise.
Baby dragon barked happily and licked all over Y/N's face making Y/N chuckled.
Luke: If you two are done, let's go.
Y/N puts baby dragon down as the three friends walk out the house.
Luz: You're just mad you don't have your own little buddy.
Luke: Please I don't need one.
Y/N: What you don't want one to love and show affection for?
Luke: Don't you two do that with each other?
Y/N/Luz: *blushes* We don't!
They both looked at each other and looked away blushing madly.
Y/N/Luz: (N-Not that I would mind.)
Luke: *sigh* Idiots
Y/N/Luz: Rude!
The three friends leave the house as both King and Baby dragon run up and look at the door.
King: *look at Baby dragon* You think they'll be back?
Baby dragon chirps as King smiles.
King: Yea me too... But what if they don't come back?
Baby dragon looks at King for a bit and then looks down sadly.
Eda: Don't worry so much you two. They'll be back, they always come back. It's cute for you to miss them, *points to King* Especially you King.
King: The King of Demons- [tosses bread and tube off] The King of Demons and his second and command misses nobody!
Baby dragon stands tall and barks proudly.
King: We wouldn't care if they came through this door right now! Wha!
Suddenly both King and baby dragon were knocked out of the way from Luz and the others opening the door.
Eda: Hey, you're-
King: You're back!
Both King and baby dragon climb up on Luz's and Y/N's heads.
King: We didn't miss you at all.
Baby dragon: *chirp* Agreed.
Luke: Uh-huh.
Eda: Anyway what are you three doing back anyway?
Luz: Apparently there's an infestation of pixies at Hexside, so school's been canceled.
Luke: *smiles sinsterly* And guess who had to help clean up.
Gajeel: Oh you gotta be kidding me!
Right now Gajeel was at the entrance of hexside and as Luz said the whole school was covered in pixies. The way it looked was like how there were flies flying all over the outsides of someone's house. Bump walks up beside Gajeel.
Bump: Now times a wastin. *walks away*
Gajeel: Why do I have to clean this up!?
Bump: *stops walking* Consider this your punishment for your *turns his head and glares at Gajeel* before Hexside behaviors
Gajeel just sweats and sighs as he turns with a hateful glare.
Y/N: I still think we should help him.
Luke: Well guess what were not.
Y/N just sighed.
King: Sounds like a crumby situation.
They both share a laugh as Y/N and Baby dragon laughed with them. While Eda just repeatedly hit her head with her hand.
Luke: (I take it back, I'd rather deal with the pixies than deal with this.)
Hooty: Hey! Guess what's been in my mouth that I'm about to throw up!
[Hooty gags for several long moments. Everyone stares at him in disgust.
Luke: *Holds his hand over his mouth* I think I'm going to hurl.
Hooty finally throws up letters and a box.
Hooty: The mail!
Eda: [going through the letters] Junk, junk, death hex.
She tosses the death hex letter into a trashcan, which condenses into a dark purple ball before disappearing entirely.
Y/N: Huh? That happened.
Eda: Oh, a carnival's in town today!
Luz: A carnival? [takes King off her head] You know, I've been so busy with school lately, what do you say we take this comedy hour on tour? It'll be a Luz and King day!
King: That's my kinda day!
Baby dragon lets out a chirp as Y/N smiles at him and carries him in his hands.
Y/N: Same for us little buddy.
Baby dragon lets out a happy bark as he licks Y/N's face.
Luke: Seems you all are very excited.
Suddenly Luke felt his arm get pulled as he let out a loud "Whoa!"
Luz: [puts an arm around Eda] Let's all six of us go!
Y/N: Yea! It'll be fun!
Everyone looks at Luke.
Luke: You all are going to continue to bother me if I say no aren't you?
Everyone: Yep.
Luke: *groans* Fiiiine
Hooty: An adventure with friends and especially my best buddy Luke!
Luke: (Hate all of my hate on one bird.)
Hooty: I'll go pack my stuff!
Luke: Ok I'm ditching him before he comes back! *starts to run out*
Eda: Wait up Kid! Carnivals bring crowds and crowds bring suckers! This could be the perfect chance to try out my new get-witch-quick scheme! [takes staff out of pot, knocks goop off of Owlbert] I'm in! To the carnival!
Everyone: To the carnival!
The rest of them run off as Y/N closes the door behind him.
Hooty: Good news, I'm bringing my knapsack full of games! Hello?
[A fly buzzes near him.]
Hooty: Oh, a fly! Talk to me, talk to me!
Theme
The portal gate opens, as the camera zooms in on it, Y/N, Luz, and Luke are seen in the sky. They slowly start to open their eyes as they realize they are falling. Both Y/N and Luz panic as Luke just looks down with a bored expression. Suddenly something zoomed past and caught the three friends. Both Y/N and Luz open their eyes, Luz behind Y/N holding on to him tight, while Y/N was holding on to the staff, as they were caught by Eda. Luke was at the bottom of the staff hanging on with just one hand. Eda smirked at the friends and flew to her house with her palisman staff.
The door with Hooty opens to reveal the three friends. Luz had Eda staff as she twirled it around and posed, Y/N, that had Zack's sword on his back, held up a fire fist and smirked while doing a pose, and Luke had his arms crossed as he did a little smirk, as he leaned on the door way. Eda then appeared, taking her staff back, with an amusing grin. Luz then gave a sheepish smile as Y/N put his fire fist away and scratched the back of his head letting out a nervous chuckle. Luke just playfully rolled his eyes as he continued to smirk at his friends' antics. King then gets in front of the camera with a pose.
The scene changes to a three frame slot showing Willow, Gus, and Amity. Willow makes a heart with her hands, Gus holds out his arms in celebration, and Amity just ignores, and turns her back, crossing her arms. It then burns away to reveal King, holding a stuffed rabbit, commanding his army of stuffed animals. Suddenly the stuffed animals started to fall on him as some of them fell onto the camera.
The scene changes again to reveal Luke in a dark void. He then holds the necklace around his neck in his hand as he stares at the picture of him and Sally with a sad expression. Behind him was the Little Demon as he stared at him from the black room with a smile on his face to reveal his sharp teeth. Darkness engulfs the camera as we are shown Y/N surrounded by fire with a sad expression. He was holding a fire fist in his left hand and Zack's sword in his right hand. As Y/N looks at them, the fire takes the form of his father and he sees Zack in the reflection of the sword. The fire around him starts to engulf the camera.
The scene then changes with Luz riding on Eda staff, Y/N with fire wings, and Luke with dark wings. They fly around Bonesborough passing by friends and foes. Luz then picks up Eda and King as Y/N and Luke are flying beside them. Suddenly the ground below them starts to rumble and reveals a giant worm creature that lunges right at them. Everyone, minus Y/N and Luke, screams for dear life as they try to hang on to the staff. Y/N and Luke, nod their heads at each other, as they summon darkness and fire in their hands to attack the creature with a battle cry.
The scene changes to the night sky as it slowly comes down to the owl house. The five friends are standing on top of the house. Luz takes out a little ball of light, Y/N summons a small fireball, and Luke holds up a little shadow ball. The three friends share a smile as they send their balls up into the air. The three balls exploded to reveal the title screen.
The Dragon Slayer of the Boiling Isles
Luke: Why am I doing this?
Right now Luke is standing outside of Willow's Parks house. Why you might ask? Well Y/N and Luke were talking behind Luz and Eda and had an idea to invite Willow and Gus over. Luke decided to pick up Willow first. He was hoping Willow wasn't but sadly he was wrong.
Luke: *sigh* Let's just get this over with.
Luke went up to the door and rang the doorbell. It was silent for a few minutes until he heard a voice.
?: Coming Coming.
Soon the door opens to reveal a male witch with brown skin, dark brown hair, purple eyes, and pointy ears. He has a large beard and bald head besides the tuft of hair towards the front of his head.
Luke: (Huh so this is her father.)
Mr. Park: *crosses his arms* And who might you be, young man?
Luke: (And I get stuck with the strict parent.) *clears his throat* Is nice to meet you sir. I'm a friend of Willow's.
Mr. Park: *raises his eyebrow* A friend?
Luke: (Oh great.)
Mr. Park: And just what is your name?
Luke: My names Luke, Luke martins.
As soon as Luke said that, Mr. Parks eyes widened and then glared at Luke.
Mr. Park: So you're the one?
Luke: Huh?
Suddenly Luke's arm was pulled with a lot of grip making Luke yelp and grunt from the pain. Soon he pulled Luke inside the house slamming the door. He let Lukes arm go but then jacked him up and slammed him on the front door.
Mr. Park: You're the boy my sweethearts have been talking about!
Luke: (Of course!) Wait what!?
Mr. Park: Don't try to play dumb! I don't know what kind of game you're playing! But if you so much as lay a hand on my little pumpkin! I will-
?: Gilbert! I heard screaming! What's going-
Suddenly someone came rushing from the living room to the front. It was another male witch that had light skin, dark greenish-tinted hair, dark blue eyes, and pointy ears. Like Willow, he wears a pair of glasses, although his are rectangular. He looks at the scene and then glares at the one known as Gilbert.
Witch: Gilbert! You put that boy down this instant!
Gilbert: But Harvey-
Harvey: No butts Mr! I will not tolerate you betting up on a defenseless child!
Luke: (I mean I wouldn't go that far... Also what is happening right now?)
Gilbert just sighs as he gently puts Luke down and pats him down and pats him off. Harvey smiles at Gilbert and walks up to him.
Harvey: See that wasn't so hard. Was it?
Gilbert: *mumbles* A little.
Harvey: What was that?
Gilbert: Nothing dear!
Harvey: *smiles* Very good.
Luke: (Dear?)
Harvey: *looks at Luke* Very sorry for Gilbert. He can get a little to rough with others *whispers to Luke* If you think that's bad you should have see what he did to the bullies that try to hurt me.
Gibert: *blushes* Harvey! What are you telling him!?
Harvey: Ohh nothing~
Gibert: *crosses his arms and grumbles* Doesn't sound like nothing?
Harvey: Aww did I make you angry?
Gibert: A little.
Harvey walks over and kisses Gibert on the cheek.
Harvey: Better?
Gibert: *sighs and smiles* Better.
Luke: (Yea I don't have to be a genius to figure this out.)
Harvey: Anyway *looks at Luz* Allow me to introduce myself: I am Harvey Park *points to Gibert* The grumpy guy over there is Gibert Park, we are Willows fathers
Luke: (And that pretty much confirms it.) Nice to meet you Mr. Parks.
Harvey: Oh please son call me Harvey. Mr. Parks is my father.
Luke: (An overused joke.)
Harvey: Anyway what is your name?
Luke: My name is Luke Martins sir.
There was a moment of silence for a bit, until Harvey started to do a long and loud gasp... That lasted for a while.
Luke: Uhhh. Are you ok-
Harvey: *grabs Luke's shoulders* You're the boy my little angel talks about!
Luke: (Oh no. Not again.)
Harvey: *turns to Gibert* Gibert! This is the boy!
Gibert: Yes Harvey I know.
Harvey: And you still were trying to hurt him!?
Gibert: I wasn't going to hurt him! I was just-
Harvey: No no no. This won't do at all. *hugs Lukes left shoulder* We have to treat this boy like family!
Luke: (What is happening right now?)
A few minutes later
Luke was now sitting on the couch with Gibert seating on a nearby chair. Harvey went to go make some tea for them all. Though they could hear Harvey in the kitchen.
Harvey: *off screen* I can't believe my baby girl's best friend has come to visit. Oooh it brings a tear to my eye.
Luke: *sweat drops* (Geez. It can't be that big of a deal.
Gibert: *sighs* Sorry for Harvey. He can be a little "much" with meeting our daughter's friends.
Luke: It's alright sir. (I've dealt and still am dealing with worse.)
Gibert: And I want to apologize for how rude I was. It's just *sigh* Willow talks about the new friends she made in Hexside, Especially you.
Luke: (I'm scared to ask what about.)
Gibert: My little girl has already gone through a lot with her old friend, and ever since then she had trouble making new friends.
Luke: (I guess he was talking about mittens.)
Gibert: *looks at Luke* But know this Martins, If you do anything to hurt my baby girl I will-
Harvey: Do what exactly, Gibert?
Luke and Gibert turn around and see Harvey holding a plate with three cups of tea. He was also glaring at Gibert which made the witch sweat.
Gibert: *sweats* Not hurt him.
Harvey: *raises an eyebrow* Riiiight. *smiles* Anyway I made some tea for us.
He sets the tray down and hands everyone one. He then takes a seat beside me on the other couch.
Luke: Thank you sir.
Harvey: Oh no trouble Luke and please call me Harvey.
Luke: Ok. Thank you Harvey.
Harvey smiled at Luke while Gilbert just shook his head and sighed.
Harvey: So you're the boy Willow talks about a lot?
Luke: Yea I guess. If I may, What exactly does she talk about me
Harvey: *smiles* Well when she first told us about you, she said she met two humans. She said the first one was very energetic and creative.
Luke: (That's one way to describe Luz.)
Harvey: She said the other one was moody and very grouchy.
Luke: (Why do people always describe me like that?)
Harvey: But she also said he might appear mean on the outside but he is very sweet and caring to his friends.
Luke: (...Huh.)
Harvey: Everytime she she'd talk about you her face would always turn red, and she would be lost in her thoughts *sigh* Oh young love. So sweet so pure.
Gibert: Harvey you're doing it again.
Harvey: Oh sorry. It's just aren't your so happy that our young girl found her first love.
Gibert: Well, happy isn't the word I would use.
Harvey: Just think they could spend the rest of their lives together *gasp* We could have grandkids.
This caused Luke to choke on his tea as he was coughing.
Gibert: Harvey!
Harvey: What!? I'm just saying. *looks at Luke* He has my approval.
Gibert: *mumbles* He doesn't have mine.
Harvey: What was that?
Gibert: Nothing!
Luke: (What exactly have I got myself into!?) A-Anyway sir didn't she mention anyone else.
Harvey: *thinks for a second* Oh! She also mentions a certain dragon slayer.
Once Harvey said that Gibert balls and tightness his fist. Luke and Harvey noticed this. Harvey puts a hand on his shoulder to calm him down.
Harvey: Hey Gibert. It's ok I won't mention it.
Gibert: ...Tell me Martins.
Luke looks at Gibert and Harvey looks at him worriedly.
Harvey: Gibert.
Gibert: This dragon slayer... What is he like?
Luke: *sighs* He is similar to Luz. Doesn't think things through, almost gets himself killed and really annoying at times.
Both Harvey and Gibert look at Luke.
Luke: But he always gets blamed for his fathers past mistakes, and even though he gets blamed for it he still finds a way to smile through it and move forward.
Harvey and Gibert were both shocked but then slowly started to smile.
Harvey: Remind you of anyone?
Gibert: *turns his head* Yea.
Harvey: *claps his hands* Well enough about bad memories. There is something I want to show you. *walks out the room* I'll be right back.
Harvey left, leaving Luke and Gibert alone.
Luke: If it's not too much to ask sir-
Gibert: Yes. My experience with Igneel wasn't the best. But I guess I shouldn't be like others that blame a child for past mistakes.
This made Luke smile.
Gibert: Still though the way you described him *looks at a nearby picture* was a familiar boy I once knew.
Luke looks over and sees a picture of Gibert and Harvet holding hands smiling, but besides Gibert was a black haired boy with his thumbs up smiling for the two.
Luke: I see.
Harvey: I'm back!
Both Luke and Gibert turned their heads and saw Harvey holding up a binder. On the front page it says "Our little girl".
Gibert: Harvey you can't be serious.
Harvey: Oh I am. *Excited* Time to look at pictures of our baby girl!
Gibert just facepalms as Luke just sweats nervously.
Luke: (Why me?)
Harvey takes a seat beside Luke as Gibert was on the otherside of Luke.
Harvey: *opens the binder* This one is when our baby precious was first born.
The first picture shows Harvey holding a baby Willow with Gibert beside him smiling brightly.
Harvey: *turns the page* And this one is when she did her first spell.
The next picture showed Willow growing her first ever plant. It was a moving picture though: First she placed it in the vase, then drew a spell, and then instead of a little flower it grew into a giant tree.
Luke: Whoa.
Harvey: *chuckles* Yep she was really good at plant magic.
Luke: (Then why the abomination track?)
Harvey: Oh right Luke I wanted to ask you something? What's your family like?
This made also Gibert a little interested as well.
Luke: Well I always lived with my mother. I never got to know much about my father that well. But she told me he was kind hearted and loving.
Harvey was a little sad to her about that but smiled loving that his mother told him a little about his father. Not many parents would do that.
Harvey: Do you have any siblings?
Luke:... I had one.
This made Harvey frown as he began to panic.
Harvey: I-I-I'am so sorry! I-I didn't mean to bring any bad memories!
Luke: *shakes his head* No It's ok sir.
Takes out his necklace and pressed the button showing him and Sally. Both Harvey and Gibert saw and were amazed.
Harvey: She's beautiful.
Luke: Yea. She was my older sister. Whenever I needed help or whenever I was hurt she'd be there. She made me feel like someone. *sad tone* But when I lost her I lost a piece of myself.
This made Harvey start to have tears in his eyes, even Gibert started to feel remorse for the young boy.
Luke: But I always try to think like these even though I might have lost a sibling, I did gain some new ones to help feel the void.
Luke starts to remember Y/N and Luz as they both smile at him. He slowly starts to gain a smile of his own. He was cut out of his thoughts when Harvey hugged him.
Harvey: *crying* Such a sad story! Always remember you are welcome in our household!
Gibert: *pats Lukes shoulder* I'm glad you found some shine of happiness kid.
Luke just smiled. Their moments were soon brought to an end when everyone heard Willow's voice.
Willow: *offscreen* Dad! I heard you crying!? *runs in the living room* What's wrong!? What hap- *stops and looks at them* pend?
There was a moment of silence, other than Harvey, who had finished crying.
Willow: *blushes bright red* L-LUKE!?
Luke: *waves his hand* Hey.
Harvey: Sweet heart your friend has come to see you!
Willow was still trying to process what was happening. She then looked down and saw a photo album of her. This made the red on her face darken.
Willow: DAD! WHAT ARE YOU SHOWING HIM!?
Harvey: Oh come now dear. We're just showing your future husband how our little girl has grown.
Willow: F-F-F-FUTURE HUSBAND!?
Harvey: Yep! He has me and Gibert's approval.
Willow looks at Gibert. She knew he was very strict on her and getting his approval was hard. So maybe Harvey was just joking. Gibert looks at Willow for a moment until he puts a thumbs up and smiles at her daughter. It was then Willow knew her dad wasn't lying. All Willow could do was hide her face with her hands as everyone couldn't help but chuckle.
Willow: *removes her hands for her face* What are you doing here anyway Luke!?
Luke: Well me and the others were wondering if you wanted to go to the carnival together.
Willow: *blushes bright red* L-Like a date?
Harvey: *gaps* Yes, like a date! *sighs happily* Aaah. How I remember our first date. Right, Gibert.
Gibert: *blushes and turns his head* Y-Yea.
Luke looks around to see Willow blushing bright red with steam coming out, Harvey busy remembering his first date with Gibert, and Gibert with a small blush remembering it as well.
Luke: (I feel so out of place here.)
After the whole "date" talk both Willow and Luke were outside the house.
Harvey: Now enjoy yourselves you two. Make sure to have lots of fun ok.
Gibert: *crosses his arms* Not too much fun. I ain't trying to be a grandfather yet.
Willow: *blushes* DAD!
Gibert just chuckled and then looked at Luke.
Gibert: Make sure to bring her back safe and at 9 *gets in Luke's face* Or else.
Luke: *sweat drop* ...Understood.
Gibert just smiles and gets out of Luke's face. Both Willow and Luke start to walk to the carnival as Harvey waves them goodbye.
Harvey: What a nice young man.
Gibert: *sighs* At least he's well mannered.
Harvey: Oh unlike someone.
Gibert: Oh come on! I have changed since then!
Harvey: Uh-huh. If I recall a certain black haired boy had to help you with that.
Gibert stuttered for a bit as he went quiet.
Gibert: *sigh* You got me there.
Harvey smiled as he hugged Gibert's arm.
Gibert: *smiles* I am forever grateful for Zack. Thanks to him I had the courage to ask you out.
Harvey: *giggles* Agreed.
With Luke and Willow. They were currently walking to the carvel until Willow stopped making Luke look back and stopped.
Luke: Something wrong, little flower?
Willow: *looks down with a blush* Hey Luke. *looks up at him* Please forget whatever you saw and heard!
Luke: *smirks* Nope.
Willow: Huh!? Why!?
Luke: Because I got to see you as a seed and slowly started to grow into a little flower. *starts to walk and chuckles* Can't wait to see you fully bloom.
This made Willow explode into a giant blushing mess.
Willow: *mumbles* N-No fair.*outloud* H-Hey wait up!
Willow starts to speed walk to Luke as he continues to chuckle.
Cuts to the group walking up to the carnival.
Eda: Well, here we are, kids. Look at all that fresh meat.
Flies buzz around a fried chicken on a stick.
Luz: [now in her usual attire] And smell all the fresh meat! [sniffs as a fly goes up her nose; coughs it out her mouth] Fun!
Y/N: *shivers* Geez Luz.
Owlbert then opens his eyes and begins to unscrew himself from the staff, and was able to fly off until Eda grabbed him.
Eda: No games for you Owlbert. We've got scams to run.
Owbert hoots sadly
?: Friends.
Everyone looks over to see a fully dressed pig?
Pig: Welcome!
Everyone but Y/N got into the defensive.
Pig: I see you got my postcard.
Eda: Tibbles you sent this.
Y/N: Uhhh who?
Luz: He's the guy who's stand we broke when we brough Eda's house to life.
Y/N thinks for a minute.
Flashback
You see this was back when Eda left Y/N and the others to go look for some more of her potions. She heard about the night market and went to go check it out. Unfortunately the price the owner was offering was too expensive so instead she challenged him to hexes hold'em... And lost badly! The prices was King! She tried to fight back but couldn't due to the cursed. Eda was currently tied up and King was being held by Tibbles. King right now was trying to fight back.
King: [throws hat on counter] Just because I have a model's body doesn't mean you can use me like this.
Loud footsteps make a candleflame waver.
Tibbles: [climbing onto the counter] I can and I am, bone boy. I've got the cards stacked against you.
Loud footsteps.
Tibbles: And nothing can stop me. Nothing!
One of the Owl House's feet steps directly through Tibbles's stand. A bottle of Eda's elixir falls on the ground, intact.
Y/N/Luz: [waving out the window] Sorry, mister.
Eda: *laughs and realized* Wait, what‐‐ Was that my house?

Y/N: ooohhh *rubs his head* Sorry about that.
King: We also destroyed his life, that was the best part.
Tibbles: True you did do that. But instead of being made I'm here to thank you.
Everyone: Whaaaat?
Tibbles: After my stand was destroyed I reevaluated my life and found my true calling.
Y/N: Which is?
Tibbles then pulled out a whip and stretched it out as it made a loud whip sound. Just then a curtain appeared behind him and in bold letter spelled:
Tibbles: "TIBBLES'S TENT OF TINY TERRORS"
Luz and Y/N walked up to the exhibit and saw smiling little creatures.
Luz: Aww is like a regular circus but adorable small.
Just then one of the creatures hissed at Luz.
Luz: *smushes her face on the glass* You're my friends now.
Y/N: *pats her head* Easy there Luz.
Eda: *walks up* I don't buy it. *despells her staff* What kind of con are you running?
Y/N: Come on Eda. Maybe he's really changed.
Tibbles: The boy is right, Owl lady. I have no cons, only pros. In fact, to celeberte our new friendship. I brought us *holds up a vase with some purple liquid* some water.
Eda then snaches the vase and holds it
Eda: Oh yea sure why don't I just
Eda then chucks the vase as it hits a civilian making him fall on the ground.
"I'm ok"
Y/N: *sweats nervously* Jeez Eda.
Eda: I know poison when I see it you can't scam a scammer. Now then.
Eda then begins to walk off and heads for a nearby stand
Eda: Bet it loser.
Eda pushes all of his belongings off the table, scarring the man as he runs. Eda then jumps over on the other side of the stand.
Eda: *draws a circle* Step right up tooooo
As the circle was finished the stand transforms into
Eda: "Eda's Human horror house" *holds up a sock* Humans shed their skins and I have proof.
Y/N, King, Luz, and baby dragon all just look at what Eda was doing with baffled expression
King: You should really put a lock on your closet.
Y/N: *blushes* Wait, that's yours.
Luz: What? You think that would look bad on me?
Y/N: *holds his hands up* N-NO! I thought it would look good on you! I-I mean.
Luz: *giggles* I'm just teasing Y/N.
Y/N: R-Right.
Luz: Anyway Eda can pick through my socks all she wants. Because today it's all about having a great time *wraps her arms around King and Y/N* with my partners in crime.
King: That's me!
Y/N: And me!
Baby dragon: And me!
King: I love crime!
Luz: Now this is my type of weird. So what do you guys want to do first? We can brave molar coaster.
Y/N: *Sweats nervously* (Oh please no. Not again.)
Luz: or eat a mysterious blob.
Y/N: *Sighs in relief* (I wouldn't mind that.)
King: *points* Oh what's that?
Both King and baby dragon runs up to a stand with a sign that says "Prizes"
King: *holds up have a heart* Some kind of deady string weapon.
Baby dragon: *bark bar* I wonder how deadly it is.
Luz: No silly. That's a friendship bracelet.
King: Is that a type of deadly weapon?
Y/N: *chuckles and holds up one half of it* If you consider friendship a weapon.
Luz: *holds the other half* It's basically a decoration to the whole world that you are the best of friends.
Both Y/N and Luz put the two halves together. At first nothing happened until the charm started to glow pink and in the middle the words ''True love" was written. Both Y/N and Luz saw that and looked at each other with a deep blush. They removed both halves and looked aways from each other.
Y/N: W-Well that was uhh
Luz: S-Something.
King: Wow! That's way easier than becoming blood brothers.
Baby dragon: *bark bark* Agreed.
Y/N was confused for a bit until King spoke.
King: Luz! Y/N! Second in command! We must have these bracelets!
Baby dragon: *bark* Agreed!
Before anything else was said the booth owner snatched the bracelets from Y/N and Luz.
Owner: And yoink! Sorry ma'am and sir. But if your son and pet wants the bracelets you have to play the games first and win the tickets. You know, carnival rules.
This made both Luz and Y/N blush a bit that was until they heard both King and baby dragon.
King: *whining* Beat up the man he's stealing from me!
Baby dragon: *bark bark* Call me a pet again! *bark* I dare you!
Y/N just chuckles nervously as he picks up baby dragon and rubs his head to calm him down.
Luz: *rubs Kings head* Oooor lets just play the games.
Y/N: That's an easier way. *looks at baby dragon* Right boy.
Baby dragon: *low growls* Fine he'll live. For now.
Y/N chuckles nervously again.
King: Oh ok.
King starts pushing Luz as they both start walking with Y/N behind them.
Everyone: Games! Games! Games!
Just then they saw Luke with Willow and Gus walking up to them.
Luz: *gasp and hugs them* Friends.
Willow/Gus: *hugs back* Luz/Hey Luz.
Y/N: Glad you guys can make it.
Luke: Yea well it wasn't easy.
Y/N: *Raises and eyebrow* Really what happened?
Luke was going to respond until a vine wrapped around his mouth. They turned to Willow, who had a blush on her face.
Willow: Nothing!
Y/N: Uhh ok?
Luz: *grins* Oooohh. *leans towards Willow* What exactly happened?
Willow: *blushes bright red* N-Nothing happened! Honest!
Luz* *giggles* Uh-huh.
As Luz and Willow was having a funny moment Y/N and Gus were both confused as Luke just stood there with a vine around his mouth.
Luz: Anyway, I'm glad you guys made it. I didn't think I'd see carniv-y'all here.

Gus: Boo.
Luke: *shakes his head* (Terrible.)
Y/N: That was pretty bad Luz.
Luz just pouts as everyone else just chuckled and or giggled.
Gus: Luke came and got us and we are excited.
Willow: I know right! This place is a Scarris wheel!
Luke: (Scarris wheel?)
Gus: It's like a human ferris wheel but it gives you long lasting nightmares.
Luke: (That I what?)
Luz: *excited* Yes! This momma is ready for trauma!
Y/N/Luke: *sweat drops* (I don't think we need that.)
King and baby dragon clears their throats.
Luz: Oh right. We are on a very important quest to win a special prize for King.
Y/N: And for baby dragon.
Willow: Oh we can help with that.
Luke: Hmph Hmph Hmph.
Willow: Oh right *draws a circle* Sorry Luke.
The vines disappear from Lukes mouth.
Luke: Thanks.
Gus: Aww does the little babies want to win a prize.
Y/N: (Uh-oh.)
Gus: Do they? Do they?
Gus was about to scratch baby dragons cheek until he dodged a fire spit from him. He looked up and saw baby dragon glare at him.
Baby Dragon: *Growls* Do that again and I'll burn you into ashes!
Y/N: *rubs his head* E-Easy there boy.
Luke: Yea maybe don't try to make baby sounds to something that can burn and or kill you.
Gus: *scared* N-Noted.
Luz: What do you say King the more the merrier right?
King: *nervous* Uhh sure whatever you want Luz.
Y/N: You two, boy?
Baby dragon looks at the friends then to King and back at Y/N.
Baby dragon: *bark* ok. But if he makes more baby noises he's dead.
Gus: What did he say?
Y/N: *sweats nervously* He said he's onboard. Just no baby noises.
Everyone: Yes!
Everyone was about to run off until Y/N saw someone from the corner of his eye.
Y/N: Hey guys!
Everyone stops and turns to Y/N to see him pointing.
Y/N: Is that?
Luke: Well I'll be damned.
Gajeels POV
Great. Just great! First I got stuck cleaning up some damn fairy mess at school, which by the way I made it worse by almost destroying the whole school. Then I get two weeks of detention for it, I mean come on what do they expect!? I'm a dragon slayer for crying out loud! Blowing up things is in my blood! But no no no! To top it all off: I'm stuck at a got damn carnival to make up a promise I made! I knew that would come back and bite me in the ass! DAMN IT!
I should just walk out and leave now... But I can't. Cause I know for a fact if I do she'll say something along the lines: "Oh I thought dragon slayers keep their promises." Blah blah blah.
Growls oh how I hate her so much!
Me: *sighs* Calm down black steel. All you have to do is hang out with her for the rest of the day and go home. I mean it's not like you'll see people you know, right?
?: Hey Gajeel!

3RD POV
Gajeel slowly turns around to see Y/N and the others walking up to him. The iron dragon slayer had a look of fear and anger on him.
Y/N: Hey Gajeel! Didn't know you were here too.
Gajeel: W-W-W-WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU CHUMBS DOING HERE!?
Luke: Uhh last I check the carnival is free for all.
Luz: Yea it's not like you own the place.
Everyone else nodded their heads in agreement.
Gajeel: W-Whatever! Just scram already!
Y/N: *raises his eyebrow* You ok Gajeel? You're sweating a lot.
Luke: Yea. Something got you nervous old "Shooby doo bop"
The group couldn't help but Gajeel just glared at Luke.
Gajeel: 1. I take pride in my musical talents, you're just mad you can't play as well as me!
Luke: (Uh-huh sure.)
Gajeel: 2. Nothings wrong! So leave me al-
?: GAJEEL!
Gajeels whole body just turned into stone as he heard a familiar voice. Everyone turned to where the voice was coming from and saw a blue-haired girl running up waving at the group, specifically at Gajeel. She was a rather young, petite teenage girl of a slender build who stands at a rather below-average height for her age. Her blue hair is shoulder-length, which has a wavy, wild look to it, with more locks hanging down the sides of her face. She also has hazel brown eyes and fair skin.
Blue haired girl: *pants* Sorry I was late. *pants* I had to help my mother out with something.
The blue haired girl noticed everyone.
Blue haired girl: Oh hello. Are you guys Gajeel's friends?
The others, even Gajeel, were about to answer until Y/N beat all of them.
Y/N: Yep! Were his closest friends!
Everyone but Gajeel: (Really Y/N/?)
Gajeel: (I'MA KILL HIM!)
Blue haired girl: *smiles brightly* Really I'm so glad! He might have a cold face-
Y/N: But deep down
Y/N&Blue haired girl: He's really caring. *gasp* You think that two!? Me two!
The two share a laugh as everyone watches.
Luke: What is happening right now?
Everyone: I don't know.
Gajeel: (Hate all of my hate!)
Blue haired girl: Oh right I never got to introduce myself. *clears her throat* I'm Levy.
Y/N: *extends his hand* Y/N. Y/N Dragneel.
Levy: *gasp* So you're the one who beat Gajeel!?
Gajeel: *upset* IT WAS A DRAW!
Y/N: *rubs the back of his head* Hehe yeah it was. Sorry if I had to do that.
Levy: *shakes her head* No, it was fine. *looks at Gajeel* Someone had to get him to stop somehow.
Gajeel just flinches and turns his head.
Luz: *walks up to Levy: Well I'm Luz, Luz Noceda.
Levy: *gasp* You're the human Gajeel fought! *bows her head* I'm so so so sorry for what Gajeel did!
Luz: *holds her hands up* I-It's fine. I've healed just some mental wounds.
Levy raises her head and glares daggers at Gajeel making him sweat.
Levy: Still though, I really apologize.
Luz: It's fine really Levy.
Levy just smiled a bit.
Gus: I'm Gus.
Willow: And I'm Willow.
Luke: Luke Martins.
Levy: It's nice to meet all of you.
King: And I'm King. *points to baby dragon* This is my second and command!
Levy: *gaps* Oh my gosh! These are the cutest animals I've seen!
Levy picks up King and baby dragon hugging them tight.
King: Gck! Not again!
Baby dragon: Not again!
Y/N quickly took baby dragon from Levy before she suffered any burns.
Y/N: Sorry I had to do that. He doesn't like to be held from strangers.
Levy: Oh no offense. I should have contand myself
Levy put down King, as he let out a sigh of relief.
Gajeel: Well good you all meet each other *puts his hands on Levy's shoulder and pushes her* Now then let's go!
Levy: Go? I thought we were going to enjoy the carnival?
Gajeel just jolted.
Y/N: Ooooooh so that's who you were waiting for?
Gajeel: N-No.
Levy: Oh I got an idea! *stands beside Gajeel* How about we all hang out?
Gajeel: Wait what!?
Y/N: That's a great idea!
Gajeel: NO IT ISN'T!
Y/N: You guys agree, right?
Luke and the others looked at Y/N then at a smiling Levy and then at a nervous Gajeel, who was waving his hands back and forth and shaking his head saying "No" over and over. They all had familiar sinister grins that made Gajeels blood go cold.
Luke: *Shrugs his shoulders* Sure.
Willow: Why not?
Gus: I'm fine with it.
Luz: Plus we get to learn more about Gajeel.
Gajeel: *mouth wide open* WHYYYYYY!?
Y/N/Levy: Yea group hang out!
Gajeel: (I'LL KILL THEM! BOTH OF THEM! I'LL BURY THEIR BODIES SIX FEET UNDER!)
Meanwhile, King and baby dragon were watching the scene with worried expressions.
King: This will go well. Right?
Baby dragon: *bark* Maybe?
As everyone starts walking, with Gajeel grumbling to himself. Willow had a certain thought in her head. She grabbed Lukes sleeve making him stop walking.
Luke: *looks at Willow* Something wrong
Willow: *blushes* Umm can we umm
Luke raised his eyebrow until he heard Y/N's voice.
Y/N: Hey Luke! You and Willow coming!?
Luke looked at Y/N and the others then back at Willow.
Luke: *looks at Y/N* You guys go on ahead. We'll catch up.
Y/N and Gus were confused, Gajeel was relieved, and Luz and Levy understood.
Y/N: Uhh are you-
Luz: *pushes Y/N's back* We understand guys!
Levy: *pushes Gajeel's back* We'll see you two later!
Luz/Levy: Enjoy yourselves!
Y/N/Gajeel: Hey Luz/Levy! Stop pushing!
Gus was still confused but walking with them, while King and baby dragon were catching up to them, leaving Luke and Willow by themselves.
Luke: Sooo care to explain?
Willow: *lets go of Luke's sleeve and blushes* I uhh well *pokes her fingers together* I just uhh wanted to cash in that promise you made.
Luke was confused at first but then remembered.
Flashback
Luke: I made a promise to a few... frieeends [deadpan look] Yea friends let me not stretch it. I told them we would hang out and I gave my word that I would.
Willow: Oh. [looks down in sadness] I see.
Luke sees this and sighs. He walks over and hugs Willow causing her to blush.
Luke: I promise we can hang out next time, little flower.
Willow: [blushes] R-right. Y-yea thanks.

Luke: Ooooh right.
Willow: I mean you don't have to if you don't
Luke: I'm fine with it.
Willow: *shocked* R-Really?
Luke: *shrugs his shoulder* Sure. Unless you don't want to?
Willow: N-No I do! Let's go!
Willow then grabs Luke's arm and pulls him, catching Luke off guard.
Luke: (Geez she's strong.)
Back with the group
As the group was walking around the carnival.
Levy: So what do you guys want to do first? Go on rides, play some games, or get our forchans told by an entrancress?
Luz: Oooooh that last one sounds fun!
King: Uhhh actually we were going to-
Gus: Hey guys look!
Everyone looked up and saw a giant roller coaster. They heard people screaming as they were enjoying the ride.
Gus: Let's get on that!
Luz/Levy: Yes! Come on!
Everyone started running towards it but noticed Gajeel and Y/N not moving.
Luz: Hey Y/N don't you want to ride?
Y/N: *nervous* Uhhhh maybe we can do something else?
Gajeel: *nervous* Yea something not so *gulps* moving.
Both Luz and Gus was confused while Levy was smiling.
Levy: What's wrong boys? Scared?
Y/N/Gajeel: What no!?
Gus: *looks at Levy* Why would they be scared?i
Levy: Dragon Slayers of an advanced "level" suffer from severe motion sickness due to the synchronization between the large gap of a human/Witch's semicircular canals and a Dragon's visual acuity.
Luz: Uhhh What?
Levy: Basically they don't have the same tolerance as us.
Luz: Oooooooh. That explains a lot.
Flashback
Back in the human world Luz, Luke, and Y/N were at the carnival in line ready to ride a rollercoaster. However Y/N was sweating like crazy trying to talk Luz and Luke out of it.
Y/N: G-Guys can we just play the games instead?
Luz: Come on Y/N! The rollercoaster is the main ride people go on when they go to carnivals.
Luke: Luz does have a point there.
Y/N: C-Can't I just sit this one out?
Luz: *grabs Y/N's arm* Nope!
Luz then started dragging Y/N towards the ride, while Y/N was whining and begging not to go on there. Eventually the three friends got on the rollercoaster and then... Well lets just say Y/N was in the restroom for a long time.
Flashback ended
Luz: So that's why you hated roller coasters.
Y/N: Many regrets.
Gajeel: And with that I'm not getting on that ride.
Levy: Oh come on Gajeel! Don't tell me the iron dragon slayer is scared.
Gajeel: I ain't scared of nothing!
Levy: Oh really? Then does that mean you can handle the ride?
This made Gajeel flinch as sweat started to fall from his forehead. Y/N just watches until he feels Luz put his hand on his shoulder.
Luz: Hey you don't have to ride if you don't want to.
Y/N: *sighs* We came here to have fun together. If it will make you happy I'll do it.
This made Luz smile and blushed a little.
Gajeel: Hey! If Salameder can do it, so can I!
Gajeel marched his way up to with Y/N following behind him. The group watches and chuckles and or giggles. They started catching up to them. Soon they made it towards the ride and slowly started to get in. Baby dragon and King in the end, Gajeel and Levy in the middle, and Y/N and Luz in the front.(All the other seats were taken, making them sit in the front.)
"Keep all hands and feet inside the ride. Or don't I don't care."
Soon the right started moving, making Gajeel, Y/N and Baby dragons stomachs start to rumble. All three of them started sweating.
Y/N: (Do it for her. Do it for her. Do it for her.)
Gajeel: (I'm better than Salamander! I'm better than Salamander! I'm better than Salamander!)
Baby Dragon: (Why am I here!?)
Soon the ride made it to the top and as soon as it went down the people started screaming while two dragon slayers and baby dragons screamed.
Y/N/Gajeel/Baby dragon: THIS WAS A MISTAKE!
The scene cuts to the three of them barfing in a nearby trash can as everyone watches. Well it was more bad for baby dragon since his throw up kept putting it on fire. Soon the three stopped vomiting and walked over to the group, Gajeel and Y/N holding there stomachs and groaning, and baby dragon walking weakly.
Y/N: Well that was *groans* something.
Gajeel: Why did I let you talk me into that?
Levy: *giggles* Well that was fun.
Gajeel: No it wasn't!
Luz: Well now that's done let's go enjoy more rides.
This made the two slayer and baby dragon flinch and look at Luz with fear.
Luz: *giggles* I'm kidding. Let's go enjoy the carnival.
Levy/Gus: Yea!
Y/N/Gajeel: *weakly* Yeaaa.
Luz grabs Y/N arm and Levy grabs Gajeels as they ran off with Gus running behind them. King walked up to baby dragon and patted his head.
King: You did go second in command.
Baby dragon: *barks weakly* I want to go home.
King: Come on lets go catch up to the others. Hopefully Luz hasn't forgotten our promise.
Baby dragon: *bark* Hopefully.
The scene changes with the friends playing a skee-ball game. Levy rolls the skee-ball and lands inside the monster's mouth. The friends minus Gajeel cheers for Levy. Levy looks at Gajeel and smiles at him as he turns his head with a frown. Levy giggles and drags Gajeel by the arm. The others run to catch up to them. Behind them was King and baby dragon. They stopped and looked at the skee ball monster machine and looked at it. The monster machine spits the ball Levy threw at King hitting his head as King glared at it. Baby dragon glares at it. He spits a little fire at it making the machine scream. King pats the baby dragon on the head as the dragon stands proud.
"Hey!"
They turned and saw the owner running up to them causing the two to run and catch up to the others. Soon the two catch up to the friends and they walk with them with Luz and Levy talking to them. Soon they stopped and saw a picture board. They all ran up but noticed Gajeel with his arms crossed not joining. Levy walked up to him and begged him to join by doing a cut face. Gajeel just flinches and grunts and walks up to the board. Levy smiled and walked up with him. All the friends walked up and stuck their heads through the holes. The picture showed the five friends were in a group hugging each other on their sides as everyone but Gajeel smiled. While baby dragon and King stuck their heads out and saw there was a picture in a trash can filled with trash. Both King and baby dragon looked at the picture sadly.
The scene changes again with Luz holding a fried orb as she takes a bite with purple goo dripping from her face. She passed it to Levy as she took a bite passing it to Gus as he ate the rest. This left King with just a stick as he looked down sadly with baby dragon rubbing on him to cheer him up. Y/N and Gajeel had their own as they ate it in one bite. Gajeel had some of the purple goo dripping from his mouth. Levy noticed this and walked up to him, brushed it off with his thumb and liked it off. Gajeel blushed a bit and turned his head, making her giggle. Y/N watched the scene and saw Zack appeared beside him whispering something in his ear. This made Y/N blush as he walked up to Luz, confusing the human girl, and did the same thing Levy did but added a wink to it. This made Luz blush bright red while Y/N turned his head as he blushed with embarrassment.
Y/N: (WHY DID YOU TALK ME INTO DOING THAT!?)
Zack: *smiles proudly* No regret!
Luz: *blushes and hold her cheeks* (T-That was so sweet.)
With Luke and Willow
Luke and Willow were currently walking around the carnival with Luke in his hands in his pockets and Willow with her hands by her sides.
Luke: Soo what do you want to do first?
Willow: Oh um well we can play a few games. I-If that's fine with you.
Luke: *shrugs his shoulders* Sure.
This made Willow smile as her and Luke started walking around looking for some games to play. Though Willow had one thought in her mind.
Willow: (I wish he took his hands out of his pockets. I-I really want to hold his hand.)
The two made it to their first game. It was one of those games where you lift a mallet and swing it down as hard as you can to hit the bell. Also known as High striker. But in the boiling Isles it's called..
Luke: High screecher?
Willow: Yea. If you get the puck to hit the demon and have him yell you win.
Luke: ... That sounds very disturbing.
Willow just giggles as she and Luke walked up to the stand as she hands him the money to play.
Luke: You sure you don't want me to pay?
Willow: No it's fine I got it.
Luke just shrugs his shoulders. He had no reason to argue.
"Ahhhh want to see your boyfriend strength I see?
This made Willow blushes bright red.
Willow: Oooh no no sir! I'll be playing! *mutters* Besides, he's not...
Luke: Wait, you're going to play?
Willow: *nods her head* Yep.
Luke just raised his eyebrow but just decided to go along with it. Willow walked up to the mallet and grabbed it.
"If you want miss I could get you a smaller one for you"
The stander did a light chuckle that didn't go unnoticed by Luke or Willow. Luke was about to say something but Willow bet him to it.
Willow: *hair covering her eyes* Don't worry sir. I got this.
"Psh. Alright then."
Luke leans back and watches Willow. Willow then takes a deep breath in and out as she lifts the 50 lbs mallet over her shoulder, shocking The stander, the crowd and Luke himself. She then lifts it up in the air and slammed it down onto the lever. Immediately the puck went straight flying hitting the demon causing him to scream loudly. Soon the screams died down as everyone looked at Willow in pure shock. Willow turns her head to Luke and smiles at him as he continues to stand there shocked.
"W-We have a winner."
The crowd started to cheer for her as Willow walked up and pointed to a small teddy bear. The owner gave her the bear and walked up to Luke and held it up.
Willow: Look I won!
Luke: Uh... huh.
Willow: What's wrong?
Luke: N-Nothing. Well uhh how?
Willow: O-Oh that. *rubs the back of her head* I've been doing a lot of physical training.
Luke: I see... What kind if you don't mind me asking?
Willow: Ummm well
Flashback
Willow is seen in the forest doing pushes up: With one hand behind her back and the other pushing her up and down. The scene changes again with her using vines as skip robs as she was breathing in and out. The last scene shows her lifting a heavy boulder with both arms up and down breathing heavily.
Flashback ended
Willow: J-Just a lot of workout training.
Luke just shrugged. It's not like it was any of his business. So he started walking as Willow walked to catch up to him. They went to the next booth and it was: pop the balloon. Shockley it was a normal game like in the human world... Or so it seemed.
Luke: So all we got to do is pop the balloon, huh.
Willow: Yep.
Luke: Ok then *sets the money on the table* let's do it.
"Good luck"
The owner presses a button and the balloons start to inflate but what was weird about them. They had faces: Some had sad faces, some had happy faces, and others had angry faces.
*happy* "Yea someone that can pop us!"
*crying* "Waaahhh! So sad! I'm going to be killed!
*yelling* "Come on kid! Pop me! No balls!"
Luke: (What the actual hell?)
Luke picks up a dart and throws it at one but the sad balloon ends up dodging it.
*crying* "Awww so sad! You almost got me!"
*angry* "Your aim is f*cking! TRAAAAAAASH!
Luke ended up with a tick mark on his head as he threw another dart at the angry one, but just last time he ended up missing again.
*angry* "Woooooow! Did I make the little baby mad!? I didn't take you for a B*tch!"
Luke's right eye started to twitch with anger as he was grinding his teeth. Willow started to get nervous.
Willow: Uhhh how about we play another game?
*angry* "Lesson to your girl man! Cause as we can obviously see who wears the pants in the relationship!"
All the balloons started saying "OOOOOOHHHHH!"
"Got Em!"
Suddenly dark energy surrounded Luke, Making the owner, Willow, the balloons and any nearby person scared.
Willow: L-Luke?
"H-Hey man, it was just a joke."
Luke: *smiles* Oh a joke. Sorry if I missed your...
Luke then throws another dart and while using his magic multiple shadow darts start to form. The balloons screamed in horror as all of them popped, and also destroyed the board that held them up. The dark energy around Luke disappeared and he continue to smile
Luke: Point.
Everyone looked at Luke in shock but also fear as he turned his head toward the owner, which made him jump in fear.
"I-I-I'M SORRY! TAKE WHATEVER YOU WANT! DON'T HURT ME!
Luke just sighs and walks away with his hands in his pocket. Willow started to run up to catch up to them leaving a still scared owner.
"I-I really need to get better balloons"
As Luke was walking with his hands in his pockets he heard Willow walk up beside him.
Willow: T-That was really cool what you did back there.
Luke: You don't have to lie, Willow.
Willow: B-But I wasn't-
Luke: You're still shaking.
Willow looked down at her hands and noticed it was still shaking. She tried gripping it to get it to stop but it didn't work.
Luke: *sighs* It's ok. I get that I went... Overboard.
Willow: *scratches the back of her head* Y-Yea a little.
There was an awkward silence until Willow spook up again.
Willow: H-Hey. How about we forget what happened and continue having fun?
Luke just raised his eyebrow at her.
Willow: Look, we came here to have fun at the carnival. People get mad at carnival rides all the time. It will take more than one game to end this day.
Luke: ...*sigh* I guess.
Willow smiles and wraps her arm around Lukes.
Willow: Great let's go.
Luke: (...Can't tell if she's forcing herself or not.)
Back with Y/N and the other's.
Currently Y/N and the others were at another stand similar to the one Willow and Luke was at. But instead of pop the balloons it was called: Pop the polyp. Right now Gus was explaining how the pixie event happened.
Gus: So the pixie infestation was actually caused when Boscha's pet pixie escaped its cage.
Y/N: Why does this not shock me?
Gajeel: It was that four eyed bitch's fault!? She was the reason I was stuck cleaning her mess!? I swear on Titan when I see her!
Y/N: *Sweat drops* Geez you really hate her don't you?
Levy: Well she is Gajeel's Ex
Everyone but Gajeel and Levy: WHAAAAAAAAAA!?
Gajeel: *glares at Levy* Really?
Levy: *shrugs her shoulders* Am I wrong?
Y/N: You dated Boscha!?
Gus: How come she never talked about you!?
Gajeel: I wouldn't say we "dated". We were more like-
Gajeel then stopped when he felt a cold glare coming and he didn't have to turn to know who it was.
Gajeel: ... I'll let you figure out the rest.
They were confused trying to put together what Gajeel was trying to say. Unknown to them King was trying to throw a dart at the polyp but due to his short height he ended up falling over and rolled away from the booth falling on the ground. Baby dragon ran up to him and helped him up.
King: Thanks second in command. [screams, grunts] Curse these stubby legs!
Baby Dragon: *bark* The pain of our short legs.
They then heard both Y/N and Luz
Y/N/Luz: You two did what!?
Gajeel: *puts his hands behind his back* Hey. You were the ones who figured it out. Besides, the relationship didn't last long. In her words I was too "barbarian" to be seen around with.
Gus: I mean was she wrong though?
Gajeel: You trying to pick a fight kid?
Gajeel cracks his knuckles, scaring Gus.
Levy: You're proving his point.
Gajeel just sighs as the group chuckles and or laughs. King and baby dragon sees this and starts to walk away. Fade to King and baby dragon sitting on the stoop of a narrow booth next to a poster that reads "CARNIVAL best with friends," with a drawing of three witches on it.]
King: [looks at poster, sighs]
Baby dragon lets out a whimper as King pets him.
King: I guess it's just us two huh. Leftover friends.
Tibbles: [in disguise] Oh, my, my, my. You seem troubled.
King: *gets up* Weh? Who said that?
Baby dragon gets up to and starts to growl.
Tibbles: It is I, Obvious, the all-seeing psychic.
Both King and baby dragon raised their eyebrows and narrowed their eyes.
King: Haven't we seen you somewhere?
Baby dragon: *bark* Yea. It's almost so...
"Obvioso" : Obvious?
King: That's what I was gonna say. Wow! You really are psychic.
Baby dragon on the other hand wasn't buying it. Something about him was off. He tried smelling him from a distance but his scent was weird. One minute it smelled familiar but the next it would smell like a whole different person.
Tibbles: You're right. And Obvioso can see that something is bothering you two, my little friends.
King: [sighs] You got our number, Obvioso. Today was supposed to be about me and Luz, see? *looks at baby dragon* And my second in command with Y/N
Baby dragon dropped his head in sadness remembering that.
King: But now they are distracted by their cool new school friends.
Tibbles: What if I were to tell you that there was a way to make all those problems... disappear?
King: I'd say that sounds illegal. I would also say go on.
Baby dragon just narrows his eyes at King.
Tibbles: [ducks into booth and laughs; grabs potion bottle with spray nozzle] Behold!
Tibbles sprays a nearby creature on a perch with the potion. It disappears in a flash of pink light.
King: Holy bones! You poofed it. Call the cops! This guy's crazy!
Baby dragon looked around the disappearing creature but noticed something off. Just like with Obvioso, there was a strange scent in the air.
Tibbles: [chuckles] Hey. The spray is only temporary. I just give my cheeks a tap and then...
Tibbles taps his cheeks twice. The creature reappears, visibly terrified.
Tibbles: ...it returns safe and sound.
The creature squawks and lays an egg. The egg cracks and a baby creature chirps.
King: *glares* (Something weird is going on.)
Tibbles: Take this. [hands King the bottle] Enjoy the carnival without any problems. Luz,Gus, Levy and the two dragon slayers will be none the wiser.
Baby dragon: (How did he-)
King: Whoa! You even know their names. Guess there's no use arguing with a fortune-teller. Thanks, Obvioso. [walks away]
Baby dragon: *bark bark* King! Wait up! *walks after King*
Tibbles: [laughs, takes off fake mustache]
King: Hey.
[King returns. Tibbles holds the mustache back up.]
King: Sidenote: in the future, do I ever find love?
Tibbles: Uh... yes?
King laughs and leaves again as baby dragon catches up to him.
King: *holding the bottle* Maybe I should think about this.
Baby dragon: *bark bark* How about not use it?
King: *sighs* I know I know. You're probably saying "don't use it King". Or "it could be deadly King".
Baby dragon: Wow I think your actually understanding me.
(side note: remember nobody but Y/N can understand baby dragon.)
King: But *sigh* aren't you sad that Luz and Y/N aren't spending that much time with us?
Baby dragon was about to say something but then went silent.
King: This was supposed to be our special day and now their friends ruined it.
This caused baby dragon to look down sadly. King did have a point to all of this. He was really hoping that he could spend time with Y/N like he did with... Igneel. A sudden thought then came to his mind.
Y/N was walking to the human portal and turned his head to baby dragon.
Y/N: Good-bye... Little buddy.
Baby dragon started to have tears in his eyes and started to whimper a bit. This made King jumped a bit and start hugging the baby dragon.
King: H-Hey come on! I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you cry!
Back with Y/N and the others
They were walking around talking for a bit until Y/N eyes started to feel up with tears as they fell. Everyone noticed this.
Gus: Whoa Y/N!
Luz: Are you ok!?
Y/N: *Confused* Yea wh-
Y/N began to noticed the tears as he rubbed him.
Y/N: Why am I-
Y/N was confused until he heard whimpering he turned around and saw baby dragon. He ran up to him and picked him up.
Y/N: Hey what's wrong boy?
Luz and the other's walked up to them.
Luz: King what happened?
King: I uhh well I
Baby dragon: *clings to Y/N and whimpers* Please don't leave me.
Y/N: Hey it's ok little buddy *hugs him tight* I'm here. I'm here. *looks at the others* Sorry guys. I'll be back.
Levy: Don't worry, just take your time.
Luz: I'll come with you.
Y/N: You sure?
Luz nods her head and she and Y/N ran off. Leaving King and the others by himself.
Gus: When Luz comes back let's go on the three-man cauldron spinner. Or the triple swing.
Gajeel: Can I hit him please?
Levy: No.
King: But today was me and Luz's day.
Gajeel overhears this and walks up to King.
Gajeel: Is that right?
Levy: *worried* Gajeel.
King starts to get scared as Gajeel picks him up by the back.
Gajeel: Is that why you made the little dragon cry?
King: Wait what no!?
Levy: Gajeel!
Gus: What are you doing to him!?
Gajeel: *looks at them* Getting answers from him! *looks at King* He hasn't told us yet why the little Salamander was crying! So little runt what did you say to make him cry!
King: N-Nothing honest!
Gajeel: *narrows his eyes* Oh really?
Levy: *Walks up to him* Gajeel! That's enough! Put King down!
Gajeel: Not until he answers my question!
Gus: Come on man leave him alone!
Gajeel: *glares at Gus* Like I'm taking orders from you!
?: You know carnivals are supposed to be fun right?
Everyone turns their heads and sees Luke and Willow walking up to them.
Gus: Luke! Willow! Oh thank Titan you're here!
Willow: Gus. What's going on?
Gus: Gajeel has gone crazy.
Both Luke and Willow turned to see Gajeel turning around holding King in his right hand. King was trying to squirm free but was failing.
Luke: *sighs* Black steel, What are you doing?
Gajeel: Trying to get answers after this runt here!
Luke: *looks at King* King what did you do?
King: N-Nothing! Honest!
Gajeel: Oh really? Then tell us why the little salamander was crying then?
King: I-It was an accident!
Gajeel: AH-HA! So you admit you had something to do with it!
King: Yes! I mean no! Just put me down!
Luke: (I'm more shocked that he actually cares.)
Levy: Gajeel! Enough is enough! Put him down already!
Gus: Yea man! Put the little baby down!
Luke: *raises his eyebrow at Gus* Really?
Gajeel: Not until he talks!
Luke: Seriously. He's not going to talk until you put him down.
Gajeel: And who's going to make me?
Levy: *groans* (Not again. Why does he have to make things so difficult?)
Luke started to get irritated as he walked up to Gajeel. Gajeel smiled and held up King daring Luke to try him and try him Luke was. Luke had drawn a spell circle activating his demon claw as Gajeel smiled. Gus, Willow, and Levy saw a fight coming and tried to run up and stopped it. King sensing a fight tried his best to wiggled free again, but again failed. However, unlike the last time the thing Ovioso gave him fell out of his pocket, Spilling all over the ground getting on Luke, Willow, Gus, and Gajeel.
Luke: What the hell!?
Gajeel: What is this stuff!?
Levy continues to look at it and her eyes widen with horror.
Levy: Oh no! *looks at everyone* Guys this is-
But it was too late as everyone suddenly disappeared in smoke. Leaving King to fall to the ground. He groans a bit as he sits up.
King: Ow my head. *looks around* Where did they *gasp in realization* Oh no! What have I done?... Other than Gajeel. What have I done!?
Luz: King!
King flinched when he heard his name and saw Luz running up to him with Y/N walking and baby dragon on his head.
King: Luz! Y/N!
Luz: *looks around* Where did Levy and the others go?
Y/N: Maybe they went on more rides or something?
Luz: Huh. Weird. Didn't Gajeel hate those rides.
Y/N: You know Levy.
Luz: True.
The two share a chuckle as for King he started to feel guilty.
King: A-Actually, Luz, Y/N. There's something I gotta tell the both of you.
Y/N: *walks up to King* No, there's something I have to tell you King.
King: Y-You do?
Y/N: Baby dragon told me what you said.
King: *scared* H-He did!?
Y/N: *nods his head* Yes. Now normally I would be mad for someone making him cry like that.
Luz: *walks up* But *kneels to King's level* He did remind us about the promise we made.
King: H-Huh?
Luz: We said we'd help you win those friendship bracelets.
Y/N: So win them we shall, okay?
King: Uh... [whisper] Willow and the others will be okay for a little while, right?
Luz: *confused* What was that?
King: Nothing. Now let's go! [chuckles]
Luz: Ready or not, here we crumb.
King: Yes! Ha ha!
As the others started to walk Y/N could have sworn he heard something.
Y/N: Hey did you guys-
Luz: Y/N come on!
Y/N: R-Right. Coming!
But unknown to him what he heard was a certain blacked haired boy groaning.
Luke: Great, just great! *looks at Gajeel* Thank you black steel!
Gajeel: How the hell is it my fault!?
Luke: If you would had just King down this wouldn't have happened!
Gajeel: Well if you didn't get in my way then this wouldn't happen!
Luke: *gets in his faces* Metal idiot!
Gajeel: *gets in his faces* Edge freak!
At this point both Gajeel and Luke pushed their foreheads together as they glared at each other.
Levy: Enough you two! Arguing isn't going to get us anywhere!
Willow: Levy's right guys! So knock it off!
Gajeel and Luke backed out of each other's faces and faces in opposite directions with a loud "hmph!" Meanwhile Gus was having a panic attack.
Gajeel: Uhhhh is he ok?
Luke: Define ok.
Willow: Gus what's wrong!?
Gus: We've gotten smaller that's what! *grabs his head and falls to the ground* And I just got tall enough for the rides!
As Gus sobs the group just sweat drops.
Everyone: (That's his problem?)
Luke: Anyway, what the hell just happened?
Levy: From what I can tell something in King's pouch made us turn small.
Willow: Is there any way to undo it?
Levy: There might be a way but we have to get to Luz and Y/N attention first.
Before anything else was said the ground started to shake and everyone but Luke and Gajeel started to shake as well. They all turned and saw the same three eyed monster from Obvioso's stand. The monster saw the three friends and screamed at them. Both Willow and Gus held each other as they screamed, Levy was shaking a bit and Gajeel and Luke... Well
Bang! Bam! Whump!
Luke/Gajeel: GET LOST UGLY!
The creature was on the ground with lumps on his head, tongue out groaning, and swirls in his eyes. Both Gajeel and Luke dusted their hands clean.
Gus: Huh. That was anticlimactic.
Levy: I guess you two can get along.
Both Gajeel and Luke looked at Levy and then each other and then turned with a silent hmph.
Levy: *giggles* Anyway, We need to get Y/N and Luz's attention.
Willow: On it.
Willow runs up and grabs a piece of cotton candy and starts jumping and whistling. This attracts a nearby fly as it lands on the ground. Willow drops the cotton candy and turns to the others.
Willow: Let's go guys!
Levy was the first one to get on but noticed the others not getting on.
Luke: *deapand look* Yeeeaaa. No.
Gajeel: Oh hell no!
Gus: It's hairy! Why is it so hairy!?
Willow: Because up close, everything is hairy.
Willow grabbed Gus and put him on.
Levy: Come on Gajeel!
Gajeel just glared at Levy as she glared back. Gajeel just groans and hops on beside Levy. Everyone looked at Luke as he just sighs. But instead of getting on he summons his dark wings.
Luke: I'll use these instead.
Luke then takes off as the others watch.
Gajeel: How come he can do that!?
Cut to King leading Luz, Y/N and baby dragon through the carnival. They stop at the prize booth. The friendship bracelets are still there. King drags Luz onward while Y/N follows with baby dragon leading him. Willow, Gus, Gajeel and Levy, on the fly, fly up from behind the friendship bracelet frame and follow them with Luke flying behind them. Cut to Luz, Y/N, baby dragon, and King failing at skee-ball. Baby dragon gets irritated and starts to blow smoke from his nose. The skee-ball machine noticed this and started to sweat. Y/N just chuckles nervously as he pets his head to calm him down. Luz thinks for a second and then has an idea. She tickles the machines, which lets King successfully throw the ball in. Tickets spew out of the machine/monster as the group cheers. Cut to Gus poking the hairy back of the fly and recoiling in disgust. Gajeel yells at him and tells him to quit whining. Levy and Willow just sighs as Willow directs the fly to Luz and King. Luke noticed what Willow was trying to do but told her to stop. Luke was able to stop flying but the same couldn't be said for Willow and the others. Y/N and Luz ended up moving from their spot making the fly land in the rotten candy machine with everyone else but Luke. Luke flies near the machine and sees everyone spinning around the machine screaming. Luke just facepalms and calls them all idiots. Cut to Luz and King at ring toss. One of the bottles hops out of the way of Luz's ring. Y/N tries and throws it but the ring did the same thing and blows a raspberry at Y/N. The attendant shrugs. King and baby dragon shoves a ring over the attendant's body. The attendant reluctantly hands them tickets. Baby dragon wasn't satisfied and started to summon a fireball in his mouth. The attendant gets scared and holds up more, making the baby stop and stand tall with King patting his head. Cut to Willow, Gus and Levy climbing onto a stand, covered in rotten candy.
Levy: *groans* I don't think I'll ever eat cotton candy again.
Willow: Agreed.
Gajeel: *jumps up in the air* Gaaaaaahhhh! This is getting us nowhere!
Luke: *flies down* And screaming isn't going to help either.
Gajeel: *glares at Luke* Oh and what pray tell do you think we should do!? *gets in his face* Oh smart one!
Luke: *glares* Maybe get out of my face! Oh metal head!
Levy/Willow: Knock it off you two!
Both Luke and Gajeel just flinched and turned their heads away. They all then heard Gus's voices as he struggled to make it on the counter.
Gus: *groans* We can't keep this up forever.
The group knew Gus was right. They had to think of a way to get their attention. Levy then saw a tent that said a house of mirrors.
Levy: Hey guys I've got an idea.
Back with Luz and Y/N. Current Baby dragon and King where watching the prize owner count their tickets so they can win their friendship bracelet.
Luz: Now, guys, before you spend your tickets are you sure you want those friendship bracelets and not this bad boy?
Luz was pointing out what seems to be a cursed skull.
Cursed skull: [roars] I am the King of Night. And every breath you take brings you closer to darkness.

Luz: This guy is a riot.
Baby dragon: *bark bark* I am thinking about changing my prize now.
Y/N: *Sweat Drops* (P-Please don't.)
King: Yes, Luz. I want the bracelets. It's kind of important to me, okay?
Y/N: *bends down* What about you boy?
Baby dragon: *bark bark* I got what I wanted. *bark* I'm doing this for King.
This made Y/N smile as he petted his head making him purr.
Cursed Skull: I can be important to you. I, who have seen the birth and death of countless nations-
Prize Vendor: [smacks the skull with a broom] Hey, stop it.
Cursed Skull: [whinnies]
Prize Vendor: No, no. Stop it. Yes, where was I, uh... Well, lost count. Okay, one, two, three, four, five, six...
Y/N: *Sweat drops* W-Well that was something.
Suddenly Y/N heard a voice.
"Y/N. Y/N"
Y/N: *confused* Huh?
"Follow the candy"
Y/N: What?
Luz: You ok Y/N?
Y/N: I think I'm hearing things.
"Follow the damn candy idiot!"
Y/N: Ok ok! Geez. I'll be right back guys.
Luz: Oh I'll come with you.
Y/N: You sure.
Luz just nods his head as Y/N smiles.
Y/N We'll be right back. *looks at baby dragon* Watch over King ok boy.
Baby dragon nods his head as both Luz and Y/N start walking off.
Luz: So what happened?
Y/N: *rubs his ear* It's just I've been hearing a voice.
Luz: *excited* Ooooh! A cryptic voice!?
Y/N: I-I wouldn't say that. It just keeps saying follow the candy. Then it yelled at me when I didn't.
Luz: *giggles* Sounds like something Luke would do.
Y/N: Funny enough, it sounded like a mixture of Luke and Gajeel.
Luz just continues to giggle as her and Y/N continue walking. As there were Luz saw something on the ground.
Luz: Hey Y/N!
Y/N looked over at Luz and looked down. He saw some cotton candy in the form of an arrow pointing to another and other and many more. He looked up and saw that it led to a curtain with a sigh that said: "House of Mirrors."
Y/N: Huh? That's something.
Luz: Should we go?
"YES!"
Y/N: *holds and rubs his left ear* Yes.
Luz just nods her head as she and Y/N walk into the mirrors. Luz was looking down following the cotton candy arrows. While Y/N was looking around the mirrors. As he was looking he would see him and Luz but some of the mirrors would show something else. One would show them in nothing but skeletons, another would show them really well animated (Y/N blushed from Luz's purple hair and beautiful eyes.), but there was one that caught his eye. He saw him and Luz but the thing is Luz had a beanie on and looked more irritated while Y/N had a very nervous look on his face like he was scared or something. Y/N raised his eyebrow and before he could say anything he heard Luz's voice.
Luz: Y/N it said we made it!
Y/N turned his head and walked up and saw words in cotton candy "You made it!"
Y/N: Uhh ok? To what exactly?
Luz: What a sec? Is that!?
Y/N looked up to what Luz was looking at and saw Willow, Gus, Levy, Luke, and Gajeel. Y/N smiled and was about to ask what they were doing here but got caught off guard to Luz running up to them.
Luz: Supportive friends!
Everyone but Y/N: *yells* Luz wait!
But it was too late, Luz had run face first into a mirror. This made everyone flinch as Luz slowly fell to the ground. Luz sits up and rubs her head and looks back up at the mirror. Willow points down as her and Y/N look down and see Willow, Gus, and Levy are small.
Luz: *shocked* Oh. My. Gosh.
Y/N: Wait. *takes a step forward* Where's-
Suddenly Y/N heard a loud "Gah!" which confused everyone. Y/N looked down at his foot and saw he had accidentally stepped on Luke and Gajeel.
Luke: *in pain* Why me?
Y/N: *removes his foot* S-Sorry guys.
Back with King and baby dragon.
"One million. Yep, I just counted to one million. The bracelets are yours. [hands them to King]"
King: *takes them* Yes. Yes! Now Luz and I will share a bond as mighty as these trinkets! [laughs] *looks at baby dragon* Sorry for making you cry back there.
Baby dragon *licks King and barks* It's ok.
King: You sure you don't want anything?
Baby dragon: *shakes his head and barks* I got everything I wanted.
King: I might not know what you said but you're a good second in command.
King pets his head as the baby dragon purrs.
King: *puts the bracelets in his pouch* Onward! To find Luz and Y/N!
Both King and baby dragon start walking to where Luz and Y/N are. They used their sense of smells and found them in the "House of Mirrors".
King: Hey Luz, Y/N, Good news. We got the bracelets.
Y/N/Luz: *turns around* King.
King and baby dragon were confused for a second. Until Y/N and Luz opened their hands with Willow, Gus, and Levy in Luz's hand, and Gajeel and Luke in Y/N's hand. This shocked both of them.
Levy: King, I know it was probably an accident-
Gajeel: Which it wasn't!
Levy: *sighs* But in that potion, was something that made us small.
Gus: *jumps up and down angrily* And now I can't go on the big boy rides! You monster.
Luke: Seriously Gus.
King: Y-you weren't supposed to shrink. You, you were supposed to disappear. Ooh, no. Wait.
Luz/Y/N: What!?
Luke/Gajeel: I'm sorry! WHAT!?
King: No, no, no. Luz, I can explain. I wanted to win the bracelets and there was this psychic, see? [holds out bottle]
Luz and Y/N put down Willow and the others and walked up to King and baby dragon. Y/N picked up baby dragon.
Y/N: Did you know about this boy?
Baby dragon: *whimpers* Y-Yes.
Luz: Give me the spray bottle King.
King: No, wait I-I-I gotta explain.
Luz: There's nothing to explain. [tries to take the bottle]
King: I was just trying to...
Luz: Shrink our friends?
King: I was just trying to solve my problems.
Y/N was about to walk over and help Luz but then the bottle slipped out of their hands. The spray nozzles loosens, resulting in Luz, Y/N, baby dragon and King getting splashed with the potion.
Everyone: Uh-oh.
All of them begin to shrink making them small then the bottle. This made everyone else sigh as they walked up to them.
Levy/Willow/Gus: Hi.
Luke/Gajeel: I saw that coming a mile away.
Y/N: *sighs* So what now?
King: Wait, I can fix it. Obvioso showed me how. Behold. [taps cheeks several times]
Nothing happens. King does it again but nothing happened. King continues to slap his cheeks as Luke lets out a sigh.
Luke: Annnnnnnd King has lost his mind.
King: *keeps slapping his cheeks* UGH! Why isn't this working?
Suddenly loud footsteps were heard making the group turnaround. What they saw was Tubbles walking up to them.
Tubbles: I say it's working quite well.
Luke: Oh great.
The scene cuts to Tibbles approaching his Tent of Tiny Terrors while holding Luz, Willow, Levy, and King in one hand and Gus, Y/N, Luke, and Gajeel in the other hand. King is still tapping his cheeks.
Gus: Um, Luz, I think King is broken.
Luke: *yells* King! Would you knock it off!? Whatever you're doing or trying to do, it's not working!
King: B-But, tapping my cheeks is supposed to turn us normal. The psychic told me.
Gajeel: What kind of psychic told you that?
Tibbles: Oh, do you really want to know Black steel?
Luke: He's dangerously excited for that question.
Tibbles: *looks at King* But, what if he... lied to you from the start? [summons puff of smoke, is now wearing mustache and patting out "Obvioso's" hat] Hold on. [puts hat on] Lied to you from the start? It's different.
King: You fiend. When Obvioso finds out you stole his mustache.
Gajeel was going to say something until Luke said.
Luke: Give him a minute.
King: *realizes* Oooooooohhhhhhh.
All the males just facepalms.
Tibbles: The potion was designed by me. Guess whose cheeks control it?
Levy: A small potion where only the caster can undo the spell. I read about this.
Tibbles: Aren't you very knowledgeable.
Luz: *yells* Why are you doing this!?
Tibbles: [rips off mustache] When you destroyed my stand, you destroyed generations of Grimm Hammer history. Now it's time to pay.
Y/N: Come on! It was an accident!
Gajeel: Also: Why am I involved!?
Levy: Gajeel!
Gajeel: What!? This has nothing to do with us!
Luke: *sarcastic* Thanks for the help black steel.
Suddenly the group was thrown all together in a fish catch, as they all landed on top of each other. They all let out a groan sound.
Tibble: Welcome to the greatest show on the Boiling Isles!
Crowd: [cheers]
Luz, Willow, Gus, King, and Levy were terrified. While Luke, Gajeel, and Y/N were curious.
Y/N: What do you guys think he means by that?
Luke/Gajeel: *shrugs* Who knows?
Tibbles: Will these witches, demons, and dragon slayers survive feeding time? Let's find out!
Y/N/Gajeel/Luke: Feeding time?
Tibbles rang a bell and the group heard growling. The group turned over and saw three creatures walking out the tent: One was a lion face creature with wings, another was a griffon and the final one was a unicorn... That had a cute face on it.
Luz: *gushes* Aw. At least he's still my friend.
Suddenly its face changes letting out a loud shriek.
Luz: T-That's how friends react.
Gajeel: *looks at Luke* What kind of friends does she have?
Luke I mean *looks at Y/N*
Y/N: *offended* Hey! Hurtful!
Tibbles: You ruined my livelihood. So now, you'll feed my livelihood.
Tibbles twirled his finger. A spotlight turns on. Curtains open to show the inside of the cage are magnified for the crowd's viewing pleasure. Luz, Willow, Gus, Levy, baby dragon, and King are backed into a corner by the manticore and a unicorn.
Gus: Well if I have to go at least i'm with my best friends... And King. And black steel.
Gajeel: Sticks and stones.
Gajeel, Luke, and Y/N walked up to the creatures, cracking either their necks, arms, and or hands.
Gajeel: Now this is my kind of carnival.
Y/N: Same here.
Luke: *sigh* Why can't we have one normal day here?
One of the lions jumps up and tries to scratch Gajeel, but Gajeel catches it's hand and smiles at it.
Gajeel: Bad move!
Gajeel then punches the lion all the way back into the tent. He then cracks his knuckles and smiles.
Gajeel: Anyone else next!
One of the griffins was trying to claw Luke but everytime it tried Luke would duck into his shadow and appear on the other side of it or behind it.
Luke: Having trouble there big guy?
The griffon gets annoyed and goes for another claw shot. But Luke just ducks down and punches it dead in the stomach sending it flying. The griffon eventually falls heavily on the ground as it twitches in pain.
Luke: *dusts his hands off* Wow. That was easy.
Y/N was fighting the unicorn. It would continue to run at Y/N but he would dodge it from side to side.
Y/N: Come on big guy! Got to do better than that to hit me!
The unicorn starts to get annoyed as it charges at Y/N. Y/N smiles at it and jumps over it. He then summons fire on his left leg and brings his leg down.
Y/N: Fire dragon: TALON!
This breaks the unicorns back as it falls down and twitches.
Y/N: Sorry I had to do that.
The group watches and couldn't help but cheer from them.
Gus: Alright guys!
Meanwhile Luz, Willow, and Levy couldn't help but blush from the way they fought.
Gajeel: *looks at Tibbles* Don't tell me that's all you got!
Tibbles: *draws a circle* Oh don't worry!
When the circle was finished more of the same creatures appeared.
Tibbles: There's a lot more where that came from!
Y/N/Luke: You just had to say something didn't you!?
The creatures charged at the group as Y/N, Luke, and Gajeel ran at them. Some of them ran past them to Luz, Willow, Gus, Levy, King and baby dragon. Baby dragon let out a growl as Levy stepped in front.
Levy: Stay behind me!
Levy then draws a circle. As soon as the circle was complete she wrote the words "BARRIER" in the center. Soon a giant blue barrier surrounded the corner the friends were in. The unicorn headbutted the shield causing Levy to flinch back but still kept her hands out.
Levy: *struggling* This shield won't last long! We need to think of something!
The group tries to think of something but they keep getting their thoughts off when one of the creatures would bang on the barrier.
Gus: It's no good! We're doomed!
Willow walks over and tries to comfort Gus. While King looks around: He sees Willow and Gus scared for their lives, Levy struggling to keep the barrier up, sees Y/N, Gajeel, and Luke trying to get to the others but was stopped but the other creatures, and finally to Luz who was trying to think of someway to get out of this situation.
King: Gah! *holds his head* King you idiot! *sadly* This is all your fault!
King then felt someone rub up on him and saw it was baby dragon giving him a sad glare.
King: *rubs his head* If only I had just listened to you back there. None of this would have happened.
Baby dragon nods his head but then looks at King with a determined look.
King: *nods his head* But now's not the time to feel regret. *pulls out the bracelets* Now I have to fix this! Are you with me!?
Baby dragon: *bark bark* Yes Sire!
King: I'll take that as a yes!
King and Baby dragon saw a small crack in Levy's shield and went through it. Luz sees this and panics.
Luz: KING! BABY DRAGON!
Y/N punches a griffon and sees King and baby dragon running.
Y/N: Guys!
Y/N was about to run to them but was cut off guard by another loud yell. He turns and sees Levy struggling.
Levy: I! C-Can't! A-Any!
Before she could finish the unicorn destroyed her barrier making Levy fall in Luz's arms.
Luz: Levy!
The unicorn then dashes at Luz and Levy.
Willow/Gus: Luz! Levy!
Luz closed her eyes ready to get clawed but then heard some metal colliding with each other. She opens her eyes and sees Gajeel had blocked the claw with his steel arm. But she also noticed he had a pisssed off look. Just then she heard something falling and saw Y/N punch one of the lions into the ground. He steps on its back and turns around to the others, scaring them. Luke then blasts a line making a giant mark scaring the creatures. He emerged from his shadow beside Gajeel.
Y/N: *cold* Take one step
Gajeel: *angry* passed that line
Luke: *no emotion* and You're
Y/N/Gajeel/Luke: Dead.
Meanwhile, King was riding on top of baby dragon. They would dodge some of the creatures' attacks. Baby dragon would spit a wall of fire, jump through it, and land and burn one of the griffin's faces. Soon the two made it on top of the cage as King looked down to see Luz and the others safe with Y/N, Luke, and Gajeel in front protecting them. This caused him to be smile but then frown as he was about to tell Luz the truth.
King: *yells* Luz!
This made everyone turn and look at King.
Luz: King!
King: *looks at Willow, Gus, and Levy* I'm so sorry for what I've done! *looks at Y/N, Luke, and Luz* And I'm sorry for taking your friends away from you three! I know you three will eventually go home and now you're spending more time at school. The truth is I just... wanna be around you!
Baby dragon: *bark bark* Same here.
This made the three friends look at King in shock.
Y/N/Luz/Luke: King.
Gajeel: Where's my apology!?
King: Huh oh yeah. *sarcastic* Sorry black steel.
Gajeel: THAT DOESN'T EVEN SOUND LIKE YOU'RE SORRY!
King: Anyway. We're going to fix it!
Baby dragon nods his head as he flies up with King on his head. This made the crowd boo. Tibbles was busy laying down on a floor of coins with coins in his eyes.
Tibbles: *takes a coin off his eye* No refunds.
Tibbles then looked at the screen to show Gajeel, Luke, and Y/N beating up all of his creatures.
Tibbles: N-No. No! That's not possible!
Unknown to him, King and Baby dragon was flying near him.
King: Ok we have only one shot!
Baby dragon: *nods his head and barks* Right!
King takes out the bracelets and looks at them sadly but then looks up with a righteous look.
King: Our friendship *twirls them around and throws them* Is stronger!
In an epic slow motion. It hit Tibbles and then... Did absolutely Nothing! Baby dragon and King just fly there awkwardly.
King: Now thinking about it: Why didn't we use your fire?
Baby dragon: *bark* That would have been a smarter option.
Tibbles: Darn flies. [taps cheek; realizes what he did] Oh, no.
The group all started to shine.
Levy: *looks at her hand* The spell! It's lifting!
Luz: *smiles* They did it.
Meanwhile, A certain owl lady was working for the carnival. Why you might ask? Weeelll let's just say she got caught running her stand without a license.(Classic Eda.) Instead of being thrown into the confirmateram, her task was to work for the circus.
Right now Eda was dealing with an angry customer.
Eda: Hey, hey. No discounts, buddy.
Man: You guys owe me. There's nothing happening in this show.
Man #2: Not a single one of those dumb kids have gotten hurt yet.
Eda: Dumb kids? [turns and sees the screen] Wait. Those are my dumb kids! (Awww she does care)
Suddenly everyone started to grow back to normal breaking the catch they were in. As they all let out a breath of relief they suddenly saw the animals started to grow back to normal size as well.
Levy/Luz: *looks at Tibbles* You shrunk the animals too!
Tibbles: It's the Tent of Tiny Terrors. Something needed to be tiny.
They then heard the crowd boo.
"Finish the job! Kill them kids!"
Luke: (Geez man.)
"Feast!"
One of the people in the crowd throws an apple crab at the unicorn, but the unicorn ends up grabbing it in his mouth and starts eating it. The unicorn gets a happy look and then looks at the crowded growling at them. The buff unicorn whinnies and raises a hoof. The animals charge forward as the crowd screams and flees.
Tibbles: They... foiled my plans! You will pay for this! [pulls out another bottle] This time I'm gonna personally squash you!
Suddenly Gajeel appears behind him and grabs the bottle.
Gajeel: Yea. Not going to happen buddy.
Eda: *walks beside Gajeel* Got to agree with him Tibbles. That's not how entertainment works. The bad guy always gets his just desserts.
Eda then dumps the crab apples on Tibbles
Tibbles: Oh no! Not desserts!
Eda [to the animals] Hey, girls. This one's on the house.
The animals stop eating as they all look at Tibbles. One unicorn has a crab apple on their mouth and immediately eats it. Tibbles looks down at his clothes as the unicorns chase him out, screaming.
Willow: Looks like we ruined his life for a second time.
Gus: We are on a roll!
Y/N/Luke: (Not something to be proud of.)
King: Gus, Willow, Levy! You three are ok!
Gajeel clears his throat.
King: Oh and so are you.
Gajeel: Why you little-
Gajeel gets cut off by Levy elbowing him. Making him grunt and glare at her.
Luz: All thanks to you, King. [kneels down] Here. [hands him four cracked pieces of the bracelets] It was all that was left.
King: [takes them] It's... it's okay. Because now there's a piece for everybody.
King holds a few pieces and hands them to everyone
King: Will you accept it?
Willow: *takes it* Thank you, King.
Levy: *takes a piece* How thoughtful!
Gus: Yeah. I've always wanted to own a jagged piece of cheap metal.
Gajeel: *takes and looks at it* Can I eat this?
Levy then smacks Gajeel in the back of his head, as everyone chuckles.
Y/N: *picks up baby dragon* You did really great out there, boy.
Baby dragon: *bark bark* Thank you!
Y/N: Now that I think about it, What did you want as a prize?
Baby dragon: *bark bark* To spend time with you.
Baby dragon just smiles at Y/N as Y/N smiles back and hugs him.
Luz: *picks up King* That's very sweet.
King: I'm sorry, Luz. Demons do crazy things when they've been missing somebody.
Luz: [whisper] And can I tell you a secret? I've been missing you too. [kisses his skull]
King: [giggles] Hey, we still have a few hours of carnival left. Wanna hit those bumper carcasses?
Luz: You bread my mind.
Luke: (Oh Damn it!)
King: [laughs] Yes! Bread puns! Bread puns forever!
Luz: You coming, Eda?
Eda: [laying on Tibbles's pile of snails] Nah. I think I got everything I wanted.
[The stands collapse behind Eda.]
Eda: Yep. Another great year at the carnival.
Luke: Of course.
Scene changes.
The group all had finished enjoying themselves at the carnival everyone decided to go unto the ferris wheel, with their own partners: Luke with Willow, Gajeel with Levy, and Y/N, Baby dragon with Luz and King.
Luke and Willow
Luke had his arms crossed as he was looking out the window enjoying the sunset, while Willow was holding the bear.
Willow: Well other then the whole shrinking incident, today was a pretty good day.
Luke: *shrugs his shoulder* Hn. I guess so.
Willow then looks down for a bit.
Luke: So what's been bothering you?
Willow: H-Huh?
Luke: Ever since the dart game you've been looking down for a while. *looks at Willow* So what's wrong?
Willow: I-I *sigh* I'm sorry.
Luke: *raises his eyebrow* Uhhh for what?
Willow: For telling Eda about what happened back at the bat queens cave.
Luke's eyes widened after she said that remembering what happened.
Luke: O-Oh that.
Willow: I know it was something personal, something you didn't want others knowing about, but still it had me worried. I-It's just I didn't know what else to do. Eda was the only person I knew that could help or at least try to help you.
Luke just continued to listen to her but noticed she started to tear up.
Willow: I-I just didn't want to lose you.
Luke just sighed as he raised his finger and flicked Willow on the forehead.
Willow: *rubs her forehead* Ow. What was that for?
Luke: For complaining too much.
Willow looks at Luke confused.
Luke: Look I get it, you knew I needed help and went to someone for that help. I will say thanks for not telling anyone else. *looks at Willow* So just calm down alright?
Willow: Y-Yea. But aren't you mad because of that?
Luke: *sigh* The old me would have *looks out the window* but now, no. (Willow raised an eyebrow) I would try to keep as much as I can to myself, so that way no one else would get involved in my problems... But over time.
Images of Sally's death and Luke's dark transformation started to play in Luke's mind.
Luke: It would just make things worse. It's not like I want everyone to know what's going on with me... Just at least close people around me. People I see as friends I guess.
Willow: *smiles but then frowns* You really see someone as weak as me as a trustworthy friend?
Luke: Yea I do. You're more stronger than you think Willow.
Willow: *looks at Luke* You're not just saying that are you?
Luke: I would gain nothing from lying to you Willow. Or should I say little flower.
This made Willow blush and smile at him.
Luke: Anyway *crosses his arms and closes his eyes* don't worry so much about and jus- MPH!
Luke was then cut off by something that shut him up. He opened his eyes and saw Willow with her eyes closed and her lips on his. Yep our little flower was kissing the moody black haired half demon.
Luke: (W-What the he-)
With Gajeel and Levy.
Gajeel was sitting down with his arms crossed and Levy was stretching her body.
Levy: Hmmmmmm! *sighs* What a day huh?
Gajeel: I guess it was something.
Levy: It was really nice to meet your friends Gajeel.
Gajeel: *yells* None of them were my friends!
Levy: *giggles* Yea yea I know.
Gajeel just glares at her but then turns his head.
Levy: *smiles* But I am happy you know. (Gajeel looks at Levy) The old you wouldn't have let anyway even get that close to you. You would threaten to kill them or beat them to near death. Then people would label you as a freak and run off. Just like back at Glandus.
Gajeel stops to remember his time back at Glandus high. It was the time he got expelled.
Gajeel was holding up a beatin up Glandus student as he was begging for mercy
"P-Please stop. *cough cough* I'm sorry."
Gajeel: Sorry won't cut it pal *eyes glow as he smiled sinister* Now time to put you out of your misery.
The last thing heard was the students' yell that echoed. Gajeel had a look of regret. Now lucky the student didn't die, but he did get put into a coma for the next 6 months.
Levy: People who don't know the story would say you did it because you're a monster. *looks at Gajeel* But that's not true. Is it?
Gajeel: ... Maybe.
Levy: *giggles* For a second I thought you were going to be sent to The Conformatorium but you didn't. *looks at Gajeel* I was also shocked you went to Hexside. Why did you?
Gajeel was quiet as he then remembered how he got there.
Gajeel was currently back at the cave, sitting on a log, eating Iron. As he took a bite he was frustrated.
Gajeel: *chewing* Damn it! I lost! How could I have lost!?
As Gajeel continues to chew he remembers his fight with Salamander. But another fight was on his mind: the fight with the human, Luz Noceda.
Gajeel: *swallows* I don't get it! I beat her didn't I! So why *squeezes the iron* Why? Why!? WHY DO I FEEL LIKE I'M THE ONE THAT LOST!?
Gajeel then throws the iron across the wall as it shatters into pieces and destroys part of the cave. Gajeel breaths heavily as he sits back down and sighs heavily he bends down and grabs another iron square and starts to eat it. Just then
?: Feeling alright there, Mr. Redfox?
Gajeel: *jolts and turns around* Y-Your?
Gajeel sees Principle Bump giving him a smile with both his hands together.
Gajeel: Principle Bump!
Bump: Nice to see you again Mr. Redfox.
Gajeel: *turns around annoyed* What the hell are you doing to her?
Bump uses a spell to levitate behind Gajeel.
Bump: *chuckles* I've just come to check up on you, that's all. *looks around the cave* Aaah. This place hasn't changed a bit. Did you know your father used these excacted caves when he needed to vent out his frustration?
Gajeel: *head down* Yea he told me multiple times. So are you here to sight see? If so scram, I'm not in the mood
Bump: *sigh* Like father, like son. *takes a seat behind Gajeel* Tell me Mr. Redfox: What's your next move?
Gajeel: ... Don't know yet?
Bump: Don't know or won't tell?
Gajeel:...
Bump: *sigh* What was your reason for challenging Mr. Dragneel?
Gajeel: To prove he was weak.
Bump: Is that what you truly believe?
Gajeel: *irritated* What? Did you come here to ask 50 questions or something!? I'm not in the mood for any of these! So leave me the hell alone!
Bump... *sigh* I just want to understand you Mr. Redfox. To see if you are the so-called monster people say you are.
Gajeel: Well I am a dragon slayer. Monster is in the tight.
Bump: Monster isn't in that title though.
Gajeel: The word dragon is. In this world when people hear anything associated with dragons their first thought is "There's a monster". The isles are the reason we dragons have nowhere to go. They called us monsters so we gave them monsters.
Bump: But is it what you want?

Bump: A monster enjoys hurting people. Enjoys destruction. Do you?
Gajeel:...Yes.
Bump could hear the sound of uncertainty in his voice.
Bump: Is that true? Then tell me this: How did you feel when you lost to Salamander?
Gajeel: Angry and Frustrated.
Bump: And the human, Luz?
Gajeel:... I... Don't know.
Bump: Unsure I see.
Gajeel: *argivated* Will you just get to the point on WHY THE HELL YOUR HERE!?
Bump: To help you Gajeel. You say you are a monster, but I can see that the word itself hurts you doesn't it.
Gajeel: *looks away*...
Bump: You never were like this were you. I did some research on your expulsion of Glandus high. The student you beat looked like a normal everyday student, that wouldn't stand a chance against you in a fight.
Gajeel: ...So?
Bump: I began to ask myself: Why would he waise time fighting him? And after some research I got my answer. People in this or any world only pay attention to part of a story and not the full one. The only thing people focused on was that you beat up on an innocent Glandus student... But there was more to it. You had a reason for why. Didn't you?
Gajeel: ... He threatened to... I had no choice.
Bump: I'm guessing this was a close friend.
Gajeel: ...My only friend. Whenever she was hurt, whenever they tried to do something to her, I beat the hell out of them. I hate when people pick on the weak.
Bump: And that must be why you don't feel like you won against Luz. Am I wrong?
Gajeels eyes widened with realization. He now remembers that boy he saw when he was looking at Luz. That boy was him standing his ground protecting... Levy.
Gajeel: Heh. Damn. Well you got your satisfaction. Gold star for you. You can leave now.
Bump: Yes your right *gets up and dusted himself off* Come along Mr. Refox.
Gajeel: Yea yea. Wait *looks at Bump* what!?
Bump: You didn't seriously think I came all this way to lecture you... Well not entirely. I've come to enroll you to Hexside Academy.
Gajeel: Have you lost your mind!? *gets up* Why the hell would I ever want that!?
Bump: *smiles* A lifetime of isolation is something nobody every has to endure

Gajeel's eyes widened in shock as he looked down for a bit.
Gajeel: If you let someone like me in, people would start to think you just love to welcome criminals.
Bump: *chuckles* Well as you know the owl lady once went to hexside. Not only that her students are in as well so *shrugs his shoulder* It wouldn't be something I'm not used to.
Gajeel: *squeezes is hands* I-I'm also the one who hurt your students.
Bump:... That's true and *eyes glow bright yellow* That's an action I can't fully forgive.
Gajeel's eyes widened in fear but then noticed Bump's eyes return to normal.
Bump: *sigh* But if I allow a young man like you to fall into the darkness I won't be able to forgive myself. That and I failed as a principle. *looks at Gajeel* You're not a monster Gajeel Redfox.
Gajeel's eyes widened as his lips started to twitch. He tried biting it to get it to stop but it wasn't working. Tears threatened to fall.
Bump: The path of forgives is a hard path to walk, and I can't guarantee salvation. However, what I can do is point you to the road outside the shadows.
Teacher, principles, etc. All kinds of people have called him some kind of names and never once was on his side. But right here, right now, someone had seen Gajeel for something more. Gajeel slowly raises his arms and grabs Bump's hand as the flash back ends.
Gajeel:... Bump saw something in me, no one but you did.
Levy: Well it's not just him and me now it's more people too.
Gajeel was about to say something but then remember Salamander and the others
Levy: And that's good cause *looks at Gajeel with a caring smile* I'm happy you have people that don't treat you like a monster.
This made Gajeel's eyes widen and then remembers his talk with Bump. True he had some trouble with redeeming himself, but when he thought about it he did find some light out of the shadows.
Gajeel: *small small* (I guess... This isn't that bad afterall?)
Sudden;ly Gajeel's stomach started to rumble as he held his mouth with his hand.
Gajeel: *groans* H-How long have we been on this thing!?
Levy couldn't help but giggle from Gajeel antics

With Y/N and Luz
Y/N had baby dragon on his lap rubbing on his back and Luz, sitting beside him, had King on her lap rubbing on his back. Though Y/N was having a little stomach problems. Not as back as the rollercoaster but still pretty bad.
Y/N: *groans* Esh even ferris wheels still give me an upset stomach.
Luz: *giggles* Well on the bright side it's a slow one.
Y/N: *chuckles lightly* I guess.
There was a moment of silence as they both stared at the sunset.
Luz: Y-You know *blushes* I really had a fun time here Y/N.
Y/N: Yea me too. Coming here to spend time with everyone was fun.
Luz: *smiles* Yea it was.
Luz then gently grabs Y/N hand and rubs it making Y/N blush a bit.
Luz: A-And spending it with you *looks at Y/N* was the funniest time of all.
This made both Y/N and Luz blush bright red. Without realizing it they both started to lean in closer to each other. They both felt each other's breath as they continued to each closer. They both close their eyes, is this it? Is it about to happen? Is this the moment-

Yeeeeeeaaaaaa no.
Just then Y/N stomach started to hurt as he leaned back. Luz was confused as she opened her eyes and saw Y/N with a look of pain.
Y/N: *weak* I'm going to baaaaaarf.
Luz just let out a light giggle as she pulled Y/N over onto her shoulder and patted his head. Though she was happy, a small part of her was sad.
Luz: (Another fail huh?)

Now as everyone was enjoying their little ferris wheel ride with their partner, Gus on the other hand didn't have one. He was currently sitting on the bench sighing.
Gus: Man everyone else has someone to go on the ride with but not me.
Gus then gets up with determination.
Gus: Well fine I guess it's time for a Gus day then! Yea *runs off* Gus day!
But before he could take a few steps he ran into someone. Both Gus and the person he ran into fell down.
Gus: *gets up* Sorry sorry! I should have looked where I was going! Are you o-
Before Gus could finish he looked down and saw it was a girl: she has long, dark blue hair that reaches down to her waist, with two bangs framing her face which reach down to her chest alongside her brown eyes. She wears a simple dress with two wavy stripes running across the dress and ending in small pointed edges at the bottom. Around her arms and legs she wears wing-like attachments.
Gus: *blushes* (She's so cute!)
?: Owwwww *rubs her head* My head.
Gus: *panics* Oh uhh I-I um sorry I should've seen where I was going! (Great, now she's going to hate me for sure!)
?: *waves her arm in a panic* O-O-Oh no! It was my fault! I should have seen where I was going!
Gus couldn't believe this. Usually when this happens people would tell him to watch where you're going but not today.
Gus: *rubs the back of his head* Still though. I-I'm sorry.
?:I-It's fine.
There was a moment of silence until the girl speaked up.
?: I-I'm Wendy. Wendy Marvell.
Gus: O-O-Oh I'm Agus I mean Augustus *clears his throat* Gus. My full name is Augustus Porter. But my friends call me Gus.
Wendy: Oh really. I kinda like Augustus, it's a cute name.
Now normally when someone said that Gus would get offended. But this time it made Gus blush.
Wendy: *blushes bright red* I-I-I'm sorry I shouldn't have said that!
Gus: N-No it's fine I didn't mind!
Another awkward silence.
Gus: (Come on Gus! Say something!) So uh what are you doing here? (Wooooow! What are you doing here!? Smart move man! Not like she's here to have fun or something!)
Wendy: Oh right. I originally came here to meet a friend but *looks down sadly* He said he was busy doing other things.
Gus noticed her sad look and decided to cheer her up.
Gus: (Do something!) Well if you want I can hang out with you!?
Wendy: *looks at him both shocked and happy* Really!?
Gus: *nods his head* Yep!
Wendy: *hugs Gus* Thank you so much!
Gus' whole face went red as he smiled to himself.
Gus: (Score!)
The scene changes with Wendy and Gus enjoying the carnival. Similar to what the others did the two would play games, like skee-ball, test your strength (which Wendy was stronger then Gus in.) and a basketball game, except that used a demon's head as the ball. And yes the boy Gus was balling. Made a lot of shots. Currently the two were walking down the carnival talking.
Wendy: Wow Gus you jump up two whole grades.
Gus: *rubs his nose* Hehe. What can I say? I'm good at what I do.
Wendy: *giggles* I wish I was cool like you.
Gus: *scratches his cheek* W-Well I think you're pretty cool.
Wendy: *blushes* Really? (Gus nods his head) Thanks.
?: There you are child.
Both Gus and Wendy turned around and saw another girl. She has white long hair that reaches her shoulder, with two cat ears, and a matching tail with a red ribbon on her tail.
Wendy: O-Oh hi. Carla.
Gus: You know her?
Carla walks up to the two and looks at both of them, especially Wendy.
Carla: I've been searching for you for hours! Do you know how worried I was!?
Wendy: *looks down sadly* I-I'm sorry.
Gus noticed the sadness of her voice and wanted to defend her.
Gus: H-Hey! Don't blame her! It was my fault she did nothing wrong!
Carla: *looks and glares at Gus* And who pray tell, are you? Little witch boy?
Wendy: This is my friend Gus. Please don't be mean to him.
Carla walks up and glares down at Gus making him flinch a bit. Carla just sighs and backs up and starts walking.
Carla: Let's go Wendy.
Wendy: *sighs* Sorry about her. She gets like this sometimes.
Gus: O-Oh no it's fine really.
Wendy starts to walk but then stops.
Wendy: H-Hey Augustas *looks at Gus* C-Can we see each other again someday?
Gus: *blushes* Yes! I mean *clears his throat* I would like that.
Wendy smiles and nods her head.
Carla: *offscreen* Wendy, Child! Hurry up!
Wendy: *yells* R-Right! Coming!
Wendy begins to run and waves at Gus, as the illusion boy waves.
Gus: *sighs* Wow.
Luke: *appears behind him* Seems someone has a crush.
Gus: *jolts* Ahhhhh! Where did you come from!?
Luke: I got down here a little while ago.
Gus: *looks around* Where's Willow?
Luke:...Her and Luz went to talk. *shakes his head* Anyway who was that?
Gus: Oh uhhh... That was Wendy.
Luke: Wendy huh? She's interesting.
Gus: Yea she's shy, cool, and...
Gus gets lost in his thoughts as he remembers Wendy's smile, laugh and
Luke: *waves his hand in Gus's face* Uhhh Yo. Guuuus.
Gus: *breaks out of his thoughts* Huh? What happened?
Luke: Seems like you got it bad for her huh?
Gus: I er umm
Luke just chuckles but then looks over to where Wendy was running.
Luke: (...That girl.)
Meanwhile Y/N and Gajeel were walking around. Y/N was carrying baby dragon on his head and King in his arms. Luz and Levy went to check on Willow since she needed them for something.
Y/N: You think they'll be alright.
Gajeel: The plant girl just wanted the human and Levy. So let them deal with it.
Y/N: *sigh* I guess.
Just then Carla ran past Y/N and Gajeel after a while Wendy did the same thing. As they ran past each other Gajeel looks down to his left and Y/N down to his right to see Wendy. Wendy was too busy trying to keep up with Carla; she didn't notice them staring at her. Soon time continued as she ran past them as both Gajeel and Y/N stopped walking.
Y/N: Hey Gajeel.
Gajeel: Yea.
Y/N: Do you think-
Gajeel: I do.
Both Gajeel and Y/N turned around and looked to where Wendy was running off to.
Y/N/Gajeel: (She's one too. A dragon slayer.)

WHOOOOOOAAAAAA BOY! This took awhile to make sorry for the wait!
So pretty much a lot has happened in this chapter! 1. We got to find out Gajeel had a friend, Levy, and why he was expelled from Glandus Academy. 2. Luke got to meet the Willow's parents and also kiss the little flower girl as well. and 3. Which is my personally favorite: A New dragon slayer has been introduced! Wendy! And Gus is crushing on her!... What!? My boy needs someone to love!
Not going to lie this chapter took a long time to work on do to all of this. I was going to add more but I thought it was getting a bit to long. So I'm going to try to add something else that happened in the carnival into a little short. Also we are getting closer and closer to the end of the first season and I'm excited. Also big thanks for you guys for getting this story to 20k Reads! Was not expecting that! Thanks for the love!
