Another day at the glorious school of Hexside academy. We cut to the hallways of Hexside showing us two familiar girls: Bosha and Amity. Bosha was using a spell changing her nails while Amity was busy reading her book.
Bosha: *changes her nails to tentacles* Too wiggly. *changes to fire nails* Too obvious. *changes her nails to claws* Now we're talking. I think today is a talons day. Roar.
Skara: *walks up to them* Hey girls. Time to bug out at my birthday party.
Skara takes out something in her hand to reveal a butterfly. The butterfly spreads its wings with words on it that says "SKARAS 15th"
Skara: Invite only but you witches are my VIP.
Amity: Are these made of real insect wings?
The butterfly opens with the words VIP on them.
Skara: My dad spared no expense. You only turn 15 once.
Bosha: You only turn every age once, Skara.
Luz: *offscreen* Prepare thyself.
The three witch girls turned their attention to see both Willow and Luz playing thumb war. With their thumbs with faces on them
Luz: To do battle like a human. Thumb war!
Willow: *giggles* It's fun because it's stupid.
Bosha: It's so weird a human goes here.
Luke: *offscreen* Why am I doing this again!?
The three girls turn their attention around. They currently see Y/N and Luz arm wrestling on a table with a group of boys cheering them on.
Y/N: *struggle* Come on Luke! *grunts* This is *grunts* Fun!
Y/N was struggling to try to drop Luke's hand down while Luke was also struggling.
Luke: *grunts* Define *grunts* fun!
Meanwhile the crowd was cheering them on.
"Arm-wrestle! Arm-wrestle! Arm-wrestle!"
"20 snails on the dragon slayer!"
"50 snails on the moody kid!"
Luke: *grunts* I have a name you know! *grunts* Why didn't *grunts* you ask *grunts* Black steel!?
Y/N: *grunts* Tried! *grunts* But *grunts* he gave me the old *grunts* Gajeel scowl!
Luke: *grunts* And you think *grunts* I wouldn't!
The two continue to try to pin the other's hand down. Y/N was close a few times and the same could be said for Luke. The two started yelling at one another until.
Crash!
The table couldn't handle it anymore and broke as the two fell on the ground. They looked up at the ceiling panting heavily.
"Gentlemen It seems we have a tie!"
Some of the crowd cheered while others groaned. Soon everyone started to walk off leaving the two by themselves.
Y/N: *pants* That *pants* was fun.
Luke: *pants* I *pants* hate you.
Bosha: Ugh. Boys being boys.
Amity was busy staring at Y/N. She couldn't help but smile a bit. Seeing him smile made her smile as well. She realized how long she was looking at him and turned away blushing a bit.
Bosha: Anyway too bad they hang out with Willow. Any friend of hers is an automatic dork.
Amity just glared at Bosha for that. She was going to say something until Bosha insect started to leak.
Bosha: Uck! Skara, why did you give me an invite that was molding? Gross *throws it* Give me another one.
The insect she threw landed on the ground and two hexside students saw it.
*gasp* "An invitation to Skaras party!
The two glared at each other and started fighting over it.
"I want it!"
"No, I want it!"
Suddenly a teacher appeared and saw the two fighting.
*gasp* "Kid fight!"
"Kid fight?"
*yells* "KID FIGHT!"
Both Luke and Y/N get up and look over.
Y/N: *sweat drops* So people like kids fighting, huh?
Luke: *deadpan look* Why am I not?
The two saw Amity and her friends. Y/N smiled and waved at Amity making the witch blush and smile at him. While Luke looked over at Bosha and Skara and smirked and winked at the two. Skara blushed and looked away as Bosha blushed and glared at him. Soon the three girls walked away leaving the two boys.
Y/N: She's going to kill you someday.
Luke: And she is going to kiss you someday.
Y/N: *blushes* Really!?
Luke just chuckled.
Theme Song
The portal gate opens, as the camera zooms in on it, Y/N, Luz, and Luke are seen in the sky. They slowly start to open their eyes as they realize they are falling. Both Y/N and Luz panic as Luke just looks down with a bored expression. Suddenly something zoomed past and caught the three friends. Both Y/N and Luz open their eyes, Luz behind Y/N holding on to him tight, while Y/N was holding on to the staff, as they were caught by Eda. Luke was at the bottom of the staff hanging on with just one hand. Eda smirked at the friends and flew to her house with her palisman staff.
The door with Hooty opens to reveal the three friends. Luz had Eda staff as she twirled it around and posed, Y/N, that had Zack's sword on his back, held up a fire fist and smirked while doing a pose, and Luke had his arms crossed as he did a little smirk, as he leaned on the door way. Eda then appeared, taking her staff back, with an amusing grin. Luz then gave a sheepish smile as Y/N put his fire fist away and scratched the back of his head letting out a nervous chuckle. Luke just playfully rolled his eyes as he continued to smirk at his friends' antics. King then gets in front of the camera with a pose.
The scene changes to a three frame slot showing Willow, Gus, and Amity. Willow makes a heart with her hands, Gus holds out his arms in celebration, and Amity just ignores, and turns her back, crossing her arms. It then burns away to reveal King, holding a stuffed rabbit, commanding his army of stuffed animals. Suddenly the stuffed animals started to fall on him as some of them fell onto the camera.
The scene changes again to reveal Luke in a dark void. He then holds the necklace around his neck in his hand as he stares at the picture of him and Sally with a sad expression. Behind him was the Little Demon as he stared at him from the black room with a smile on his face to reveal his sharp teeth. Darkness engulfs the camera as we are shown Y/N surrounded by fire with a sad expression. He was holding a fire fist in his left hand and Zack's sword in his right hand. As Y/N looks at them, the fire takes the form of his father and he sees Zack in the reflection of the sword. The fire around him starts to engulf the camera.
The scene then changes with Luz riding on Eda staff, Y/N with fire wings, and Luke with dark wings. They fly around Bonesborough passing by friends and foes. Luz then picks up Eda and King as Y/N and Luke are flying beside them. Suddenly the ground below them starts to rumble and reveals a giant worm creature that lunges right at them. Everyone, minus Y/N and Luke, screams for dear life as they try to hang on to the staff. Y/N and Luke, nod their heads at each other, as they summon darkness and fire in their hands to attack the creature with a battle cry.
The scene changes to the night sky as it slowly comes down to the owl house. The five friends are standing on top of the house. Luz takes out a little ball of light, Y/N summons a small fireball, and Luke holds up a little shadow ball. The three friends share a smile as they send their balls up into the air. The three balls exploded to reveal the title screen.
The Dragon Slayer of the Boiling Isles
The scene changes to Willow and Luz at Luz's locker.
Luz: Oh my gosh Willow I'm so excited for photo class! I can't believe you can make pictures with actual memories! I'm see me with some baby Willows!
Willow: I will admit *blushes* I was adorable.
Luz tries to get her book but her locker ends up biting the book before she could get it.
Luz: Don't eat that!
Luz tries to pull the book out but ends up falling down. The locker growls at Luz as Luz hisses like a cat. Luz then heard chuckling and felt someone helped her up.
Y/N: Easy there Luz.
Luz: Thanks Y/N. Oh yea who won between you and Luke?
Y/N: It ended up being a draw.
Luz: *looks around* Where is Luke anyway?
Luke: Right here.
Luz jumped and turned around to see Luke behind her.
Luz: Did you have to do that!?
Luke: *crosses his arms* Yep
Luz just pouts as the group shares a laugh. Luke turns to Willow. Both him and Willow made eye contact and then turned away from each other. Willow had a deep blush on her face and Luke had a light blush on his face. Y/N and Luz noticed this and were about to ask until they heard Bosha's voice.
Bosha: I can't believe they hang out with her. I mean it's so embarrassing.
Luke: (Oh brother.)
Bosha: *puts up her hands as glasses* Look at me, I'm going on a date with my friends.
The group walk by as Skara laughs while Amity was unimpressed.
Luz: That could be anyone.
Y/N: She's right.
Skara: Solid Willow impression Bosha.
Luke: Doesn't look like it.
Y/N was getting annoyed from this and was about to walk over to teach them a lesson. Until Luke stopped him.
Luke: No.
Y/N: But-
Skara: Amity, weren't you friends with her?
Y/N: Wait what?
Amity froze as her eyes went wide. She then shook her head and returned back to her normal expression.
Amity: I'm a Blight, we only associate with a select few. *starts walking* Keep annoying me though I'm happy to select fewer.
Y/N: *worried* Amity.
Skara: Oh I just thought you were.
Amity turned her head a little to see a sad Willow, Luz trying to cheer her up, and disappointed Luke, and a worried Y/N. She turned her head and kept walking. Willow lets out a sad groan as Luz continues to try to cheer her up. Y/N walked over and patted her on the back to cheer her up. While Luke watches. It's not like he wanted to cheer her up, he didn't want to make things any more awkward then it already is. Ever since the whole kiss scene back at the carnival Luke and Willow has been a little distant then before.
The scene cuts to the photo class: Willow sitting beside Luz and Y/N sitting beside Luke.
Luz: *grabs the pliers* Alright, time for a juicy one.
Willow: Becarful with my brain.
Luz uses the pliers and digs inside Willow's ear and pulls out a photo from it. She then puts the picture up on the clips.
Luz: Who says brain surgery is hard?
Luke: This is violation to my mind rights.
Y/N: *holds up the pillars* Come on Luke. One more.
Luke: *shudders* Ugh. Just get it over with.
Y/N uses the pliers and digs inside Luke's ear making the half demon shudder.
Luke: (Why is this a class?)
Y/N pulls out a picture and hangs it on the clip.
Y/N: *hands the pliers to Luke* My turn!
Luke: *takes them* You are enjoying this way too much.
Luke uses the pliers to dig inside Y/N's ear and pulls at a photo and hangs it on the clip.
Teacher: As you work, note that some prints have greater clarity then others. These are moments that evoke strong emotional responses.
Luz: All the colors of the rainbow.
Luz attempts to touch the photo but a giant blue hand with the word "HALT" stops her.
Teacher: But if you damage the prints you damage the memories. *menestly* Be extremely careful.
Luke:... I already don't like this.
Y/N/Luz: Whoa photo class is intense.
One of Willow's pictures started to appear. It was her as a child with her hair done up in three awkward braids, each sporting two bows. There are also stickers in her hair.
Luz: *notice one of Willow's picture* Oh my gosh, Willow, you had an awkward hair phase, too? I knew we were meant to be friends.
More pictures started to show.
Luz: Oh there's more.
Both Luke and Y/N walked up to watch. One of them showed her and her fathers at a playground pushing her on a swing as she was laughing. Another photo showed Willow feeding a spider cow. Then another showed her opening christmas gift with her family. And then finally one that shocked a lot of them, mostly Y/N was with her and Amity. Instead of green hair, Amity had brown hair and she was hugging Willow

Y/N: Wait, is that Amity?
Willow let out an unsatisfied groan as she turned away from the photo.
Luz: Hey *puts her hand on Willow's shoulder* I know you and Amity have history.
Y/N: Wait what? You two were friends?
Luz: *looks at Y/N confused* Yea. She told us back at *realizes* Ooooh right you weren't there.
Y/N: There for what?
Luke: Long story short, she and Mittens were friends, Amity didn't want to hang out with her anymore, and they stopped talking.
Willow: That is the short version of it.
Y/N: Oh. But why would she stop hanging out with you?
Luz: Yea maybe talking about it would make it better.
Willow: No it won't. *takes the picture and flips it over* I'd rather do this instead. That's my mato after all: out of sight out of mind.
Luke: (That only works so well.)
Willow: Anyway let's look at you guys' photos.
Willow started to walk over to Y/N and Luke's table as the others slowly followed.
Y/N: Oh man I'm so excited!
Luke: Aren't there your memories?
Y/N: That may be true buuut I want to know what kind of memories they are.
Luke lets out a tired sigh as Willow giggled. Soon the photos of Y/N's side started to appear. The first picture showed a young Y/N in a cap raising his fist in the air.
Willow: Uhh Y/N what are you doing?
Y/N started to blush with embarrassment. Luz looked at the picture a little longer until she figured it out.
Luz: *gasp* You're reenacting the scene of Inferno aren't you!? The scene where Inferno and Azura first teamed up and he made his grand entrance.
Y/N: *groans* Yes.
Luke: And here I thought you were being an idiot.
Y/N: Hurtful!
Luz: Wow! You were really into huh?
Y/N: *rubs his neck* hehe yea. It was when I first started to read the Azura series.
Soon one of Luke's pictures started to appear. The first photo was Luke as a kid with his hair a mess as he had a big frown on his face. The older Luke covered his face with his right hand.
Luz: Whoa! You had a messed up hair phase too!?
Luke: I did not!
Willow What happened to your hair?
Luke: My mother happened.
Flashback
A young Luke was sitting down, in a chair, with a barber cape around him, and his mother was holding up a pair of scissors.
Young Luke: You do know what you're doing? Right Mom?
Rebecca: Of course honey. Don't worry. Now the video says to start from the top.
Young Luke: (Video!?)
End of Flashback
Luke: And that is why I don't let her touch my hair.
The group couldn't help but giggle as Luke glared at them. One of Y/N pictures started to appear; this one showed him with a familiar soldier boy, Zack Strife. Zack was carrying Y/N on his shoulder as the two were high up on a mountain smiling. Y/N couldn't help but smile from that memory.
Luz: Hey is that-
Y/N: Yea Zack. That was one of our mountain climbing adventures.
Luke: How did that go?
Y/N: Weeeelllll...
Flashback
We cut to Zack carrying Y/N over his shoulders walking through a cave.
Zack: The site, Am I saying that right?
Young Y/N: *nods his head* Yep.
Zack: Site. What a weird word. Anyway, the site says that this mountain has a great view.
Young Y/N: Wow! Really!?
Zack: *nods his head* Yep!
Young Y/N: What's it called again?
Zack: Uhh the Kanch- Kanhu- Kanche- *rubs his head* Sorry I can't pronounce it.
Y/N let out a laugh, making Zack pout, until they heard growling. They looked up and saw a bear walking up to them.
Y/N: *scared* Uhhhh Zack?
Zack: *dramatic* Don't be alarmed ,wild bear. We come in-
The bear roars at them, scaring the two as Zack makes a run from it.
Zack/Y/N: RUN AWAY!
End of Flashback
Y/N: Other than that it went pretty smoothly.
Luke: Were you two trying to get yourselfs killed?
Y/N: Nooooooooo. Hehe of course not.
Another one of Luke's pictures appeared. This one showed him flipping a kid over his shoulder as the kid was still mid-air.
Y/n: Esh I feel bad for that kid.
Luz: You took karate?
Luke: How did you think I got good at fighting? Besides I only use it if someone messes with someone I like.
Both Y/N and Luz made an aww noise as Luke glared at them.
Luke:... Or if someone pisses me off.
They both stopped and turned away nervously. Willow giggled from this and couldn't help but think about what Luke said.
Willow: (I-I wonder if I'm someone he likes.)
Another one of Y/N's memories started to appear. This one showed a young Y/N being held by a woman as she held him tight. The woman had long golden hair and glorious white skin. They both had their eyes and from the looks of it she seemed to be singing a lullaby. Y/N couldn't help but smile and tear up a bit.
Luz: Y/N are you ok?
Y/N: Y-Yea *wipes his eyes* Just a little something in my eye.
Willow: Who's that?
Y/N: My mother.
The group was surprised by this. The woman known as Y/N mother barley or more so not even looked like him.
Luz: Whoa really?
Luke: No offense but I can't see the resemblance.
Y/N: Yea she said I got my looks from... My dad.
The group noticed how Y/N tone changed so Luz decided to change the topic.
Luz: H-Hey from it looks like she's singing. W-What is she singing?
Y/N: *smiles* It's an old lullaby she used to sing to me.
Luz: Oh can I hear it sometime?
Y/N: Hehe yea.
Luke: Be good to sing it to your future kids too.
This made Y/N and Luz blush as they glared at Luke as he smirked. Another one of Luke's pictures appeared; this one showed him being surrounded by girls. Willow had a unconvertable frown from this
Luz: *whistles* Dang Luke. You were a chick magnet back when you were young too.
Luke: *crosses his arms* Never understood how.
Finally something shocked the whole group. At the same time both Y/N and Lukes photos appeared. What was confusing for Willow and Luz was more surprising for Y/N and Luke. The picture showed three kids: Y/N to the left with a big smile on his face, Luke to the right with a small smile on his face, and in the middle was a girl hugging them both eyes closed with a smile. This girl was Sally.
Luz: Whoa.
Willow: Wait, that girl.
Luz: Luke isn't that your sis-
Luz stopped when she turned around and saw the two boys. They both had their heads down: Y/N looked straight down while Luke looked over to the side. What was noticeable about their sadden faces is the look of guilt and regret. Both Willow and Luz looked at each other and then back at them.
Luz: *walks up to them* Hey guys are you ok?
Luke: ... We're... Fine.
Little Demon: Are you really?
Luke: *mutters* Shut it.
Willow: Luke.
Luz: I'm guessing she was important to the two of you?
The two didn't say anything as they continued to look down.
Zack: Y/N.
Y/N:...
Suddenly the bell started to ring indicating that class was over. Students started to leave but the four friends stayed behind. Luke let out a tired sigh and started to walk.
Luz: *worried* Luke.
Luke:... I'm going to lunch.
Luke walks out leaving his friends. Both Willow and Luz looked at each other worriedly. They then turned to see Y/N staring at the picture.
Y/N:... *looks down* I'm sorry.
Zack: It wasn't your fault.
Y/N: But it was.
Luz: Y/N.
Y/N turned and looked at Luz.
Luz: Are you ok?
Y/N: *takes a deep breath and smiles* Y-Yea I'm fine. I'm hungry, who's up for lunch?
Y/N then starts to head out. Luz and Willow watched him and they both knew he was trying to fake a smile.
Luz: Should we-
Willow: I think it is better if we don't.
Luz: But-
Willow: Luz. I think it's better if they tell us when they're ready.
Luz: *looks down sadly* I guess. *cheers up* Well then let me help you with Amity.
Willow: Luz.
Luz: Come on! If you don't tell me what's wrong, I won't be able to come up with a scheme to make you friends again.
Willow: *sighs and smiles* Luz I get it, but I don't want you to do that. No schemes, no plots, no ruses, none. Ok? *walks away* Now let's catch up to the boys and get to lunch.
Willow leaves Luz by herself. She then turns to the photo of Willow and Amity.
Luz: *grabs the photo* She didn't say anything about *flips the photo over* shenanigans. *walks out* Wait up Gu-
Luz stops and looks at the photo of Luke, Sally, and Y/N. She gives a sad look.
Luz: (I wonder what happened) *walks out the room* Wait up guys!
Luke and Y/N
Luke had his hands in his pocket as he kept walking.
Little demon: Feeling a little guilt.
Luke: You are the last person I want to talk to.
Little demon: What? Because I speak the truth.
Luke just growls, making the demon chuckle.
Little demon: If only you made it in time.
The area around Luke started to change. When he looked around he noticed he wasn't at hexside anymore. Soon he started to hear fire making him turn around. His eyes widened as he saw an abandoned run down building on fire as it was slowly crumbling down.
Luke: No no no!
He then looks down and sees someone in the center of the fire: Sally. She stares at Luke with blood dripping down from her mouth and a steel beam that pierced through her stomach. She slowly starts to speak.
Sally: *weak* Lu...ke.
Tears started to flood in Luke's eyes as he was trying his best not to cry. He then hears a scream. He turns and sees Y/N with fire surrounding his body as he screams in pain. Luke starts to step back from the whole scene. He then bumps into someone and he didn't have to turn around to know who it was.
Little demon: *whispers* None of this would have happened.
Luke's breaths started to become hazy. He wanted to scream, cry, and vomit from this scene he had repressed. Soon he then felt a hand on his shoulder making him jump. He quickly grabs it and flips the person over.
"Whoa what just happened!?"
"A fight!?"
"Kids fight!?"
Luke looks around and sees he's back in hexside. He continues to breaths heavily and looks to see who he flipped over and sees it was Y/N.
Y/N: *groans* Ow. Not to self: don't sneak up on Luke.
Luke: *breaths* Y/N.
Y/N: *slowly gets up* Yea thats me. *cracks his back* Man you've gotten stronger.
Y/N gets a good look at Luke and notices his state.
Y/N: Whoa! Luke, are you ok?
Luke looks at him for a second and rubs his eyes.
Luke: I-I'm fine. *walks past Y/N* Let's go eat.
Y/N looks down for a second and speaks.
Y/N: Luke. About what happened
Luke stops walking and faces away from Y/N.
Y/N: I'm-
Luke: Don't apologize. It wasn't your fault.
Y/N: But-
Luke: Look Y/N *turns his head* What happened in the past, stays in the past.
Y/N turns and looks at Luke as the half demon glares at the dragon slayer. But Y/N can tell even though he was glaring at him there was a hint of sadness in Luke's eyes. Y/N turns his head and nods.
Y/N:...Yea.
Luz: Hey guys!
Both boys look and see Luz and Willow walk up to them.
Luz: You weren't going to go to lunch without us right?
Y/N: *chuckles* hehe of course not.
Luz and Willow notice something about the two. Call it weird but they could sense a tension in the air.
Luz: Everything alright?
Y/N: Yep just a little talk.
Luz looked at Y/N then looked over to Luke and saw him turn around. This made her worried and was about to ask but Willow put her hand on her shoulder making the human girl turn and looked at her. Willow shook her head telling Luz not to say anything. Luz was hesitant but nodded.
Luke:... Come on. Let's go eat.
Y/N: Yea I'm starving.
Y/N then runs past Luke as they both glance at each other. Y/N ran ahead to the cafe. Luke stood there for a bit and started walking as Luz and Willow started to catch up.
The scene then changes with Amity and Bosha walking the halls.
Bosha: I can't believe I made him cry. I mean he's the teacher.
Amity was unamused from Bosha story and kept walking. Soon the two passed by the photo class and what Amity saw made her freeze. She saw the picture of her and Willow in photo class.
Amity: *panics* Oh no.
Bosha: *walks up to Amity* Why do you look like you've seen a ghost? Is there a ghost in photo class? *excited* Are they cute?
Amity attempts to shield Boshas eyes. [Which had me dead when I first saw this scene]
Amity: Yep! Just ghost! *closes the door on Bosha* And they're all mine!
Bosha: *otherside of the door* Ask if they have any friends!
Amity ran up to the picture with a look of pure fear and panic. She then grabs the picture and sighs.
Amity: I'm sorry Willow but I have to do this.
Amity then draws a small spell circle. She summons fire and puts it on the picture with her face on it. For good measure she blows on it to put the flames out. She then puts the picture back up with a look of guilt and sadness. She then walks away but notices something. She sees the photos of Y/N and Luke's memories.
Amity: Wait is that-
Amity walks over the table and looks at the pictures. She sees the little Y/N dressed up in the inferno making her giggle and blush.
Amity: Of course he would dress up like that.
She then looks over the picture with Luke and his bad hair making her chuckle.
Amity: Damn Martins even you had a bad hair day.
She remembers when she was a kid trying to do abomination magic and accidentally got some of it in her hair. Her siblings tried to get it out but couldn't and told her they had to cut some of it off to get it off. Worst part was it was picture day and she had some very messed up hair. She continued to look at the pictures and noticed Y/N with Zack.
Amity: Must be his teacher.
She couldn't help but look at the smiling Y/N making her smile too. She then sees Luke's picture, of him flipping over a kid making her wince.
Amity: Not to self: don't get on Martin's bad side.
The next picture she saw was Luke surrounded by girls making her roll her eyes.
Amity: Ugh. Won't see me swooning over him.
She then sees the picture with Y/N being held by his mother. At first she was confused since they didn't look anything alike.
Amity: Who's that? His mother?
Then she saw the last picture with the two boys with one girl as they looked happy.
Amity: Is that?
She remembers her sibling talking about Luke having a sister and looked at the girl closely.
Amity: She must be Martin's sister. She's a lot more, happier than Martins.
As she continued to look at the picture she couldn't help but notice how happy Y/N was with her. She starts to wonder:
Amity: What happened to her?
Then Amity started to smell the air.
Amity: Why does it smell like somethings... *realize* Burning.
She looks over the picture and sees the picture of her and Willow burning. She quickly ran over to it.
Amity: No no no!
Amity starts to panic and looks around to put the fire out. She couldn't find anything so she tried to blow the fire out... But that only made things. Not only did the photo burn completely it also slowly started to spread and burn the rest of the photos.
Amity: Oh come on!
The scene cuts to the cafe. Y/N, Luke, Willow, and Gus were sitting at their regular table. Y/N was busy scarfing down his food as Luke watches unamused.
Y/N: *looks up and looks at Luke with food in his mouth* Whut?
Luke: Do you have to eat like a savage?
Y/N just chuckles, making some chunks hit Luke as he glares at Y/N. Willow just giggles at the scene. Meanwhile Gus had a board in front of him with the title: "Who should I interview?"
Luz: *appears behind the board* Hey there detective. *puts her tray down* Are you solving a crime or are you going to commit one?
Luke: Please say solving.
Gus: Sadly this is one problem crime can't solve.
Y/N: *food still in his mouth* Wuys thwt?
Luke's eye twitch
Gus: My interview with journalism class is due tomorrow! I'm supposed to choose someone: Interesting, Accomplish, and Noteworthy! People aren't meant to be all those things!
Luke: Ok drama king.
Gus: Curse your need for perfectionism Gus!
Luke: Someone please calm him down.
Luz: *takes a juice box and gives it to Gus* Ok Gus just calm down. Why don't you do one on Luke?
Luke: Yea no. I'd rather not be the talk of everyone.
Y/N: Ywu Awys hwed awwtwin [You always hated attention]
Luke: *mutters* Y/N.
Luz: Ok how about Y/N?
Gus: *removes his mouth for the juice box* That would be the most obvious pick. Everyone already knows about him.
Y/N: Fwr. [Far]
Luke: Son of a- Swallow!
Y/N: *swallows his food* I'm not pooping tonight.
Luke/Luz: TMI!
Y/N just chuckles.
Luz: Well what about *looks at Willow* Will- Whoa! Willow, are you ok?
Everyone turns to Willow and sees her sweating up a storm.
Willow: When did it get so hot!?
Willow chucks down a whole cup of water. She then breathes out a steam spooking everyone.
Y/N: Uhhh Willow?
She then grabs a pot of more water and pours it into the cup, but then she suddenly pures it on herself as steam comes out of her.
Luke: Uhhhh.
Gus sips his juice box, Y/N eats a piece of meat and Luke and Luz watch the scene with confusion and worried expressions. Steam comes out from Willow's ears as she takes off and rubs her glasses. She then puts them back on and looks at the group. Suddenly her pupils become bigger and give the group a smile.
Willow: Uhhh *expends her hand* Hi I'm Willow. Reeemind me of your names.
Luke: *stares at her hand*... That's not creepy.
Y/N: Uhh Willow *takes a bit* Ywu ok?
Gus: This is no time for games Willow.
Willow: I-I'm serious. W-Who are you?
Y/N: Wait, is swe fwrrwal!?
Luke: Are you forreal TALKING WITH FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH!?
Gus: I'll admit this ameison has piqued my interest.
Luke smacks both Gus and Y/N in the head.
Luz: Guess I think she really has forgotten us. Like her memory is *gasp* Like her memory is gone.
Y/N: *cough cough* What!?
Luke:... Luz.
Luz jumped a bit and turned to a glare Luke.
Luke: What. Did. You. Do?
The scene changes with everyone running inside the photo class. Luke was busy helping Willow walk straight.
Gus: Hexside represses
Y/N: What's going on in *gasp*
The group looked in shock as they saw purple flames burning away the memories. What shocked them the most was that the culprit was still there.
Y/N: Amity!?
Amity: *tries to blow out the fire and notices everyone looking at her* ... Hi.
Y/N/Luz: You destroyed Willow's-
Suddenly a dark feeling creeped through the classroom. Everyone slowly started to turn around and saw Luke with a pissed off look on his face.
Y/N: L-Luke?
Luke slowly started walking up to Amity making the young Blight panic.
Amity: M-Martins I-I can explai-
Amity was cut off from Luke grabbing her by the collar and lifting her up as she struggled. Luke looked up at Amity with a very pissed off look. Amity was scared for her life as she saw Luke lifted up his right hand and balled it to a fist. She closed her eyes waiting for him to punch her. Luke was about to until he felt someone grab his hand.
Y/N: Luke don't. Put her down and let her explain.
Luke turned his head to Y/N and glared at him as Y/N glared back. It was silent for awhile until Luke sighed and dropped Amity as she fell on the ground she looked up at Luke and saw him looking down at her.
Luke: Explain. *glares* Now.
Amity: *gets up* I-I didn't mean to.
Luke: Oh really?
Y/N: Luke.
Amity: B-But I saved as many as I could.
Amity then held up two photos that were saved from the fire but then some fire got on it burning it.
Amity: Ugh! Why would they make memories so flammable!?
Luke: Maybe it's because *yells* PEOPLE ARE SMART ENOUGH NOT TO LITE THEM ON FIRE!
This made everyone jump when Luke yelled.
Y/N: H-How about I just put out the fire?
Y/N walked up and inheld the fire.
Luke: I don't think-
Y/N then ended up coughing up a storm.
Luke: That's a good idea.
Y/N: *coughs* Regrets *cough* regrets.
Luz walks over and pats his back to help him out as Luke just sighed. Just the everyone heard Willow giggled. They turned and looked and saw her looking at her hand.
Willow: Have I always had these things before?
She then started hitting her face saying blap everytime she hit her face. The group just sweat drops as they watched. She then walks between Luke and Amity and puts her arm around them.
Willow: *giggles* I can tell we are going to be good friends. *looks at Luke* And you're really hot.
She then slides down off Luke and falls to the ground.
Luke: *facepalms* Great.
Y/N: *walks up to them* What do we do?
Luke: *picks Willow up and puts her on his back* Luckily I know just the person to help.
The scene cuts to everyone in the Owl House.
Amity: *looks around* I forgot you three live here.
Luz: That's right.
Y/N: Sleeping her can be rough. Especially with the *shivers* night critters.
Eda: So you set Willow's memories on fire and erased everything.
Luke: Pretty much.
Luke was busy trying to keep Willow from falling down.
Eda: Even miner damage can have huge effects.
Luke: We can see that.
While Luke took his eyes off Willow, the little witch walked over to the couch and bumped into it.
Willow: Ah! A chair for sitting.
Willow lands face first onto the couch. She then does a handstand on it.
Luke: *facepalms* That's not- *sigh*
Luke walks over and helps Willow sit
Eda: Yep her brains burnt up real good. Damage like that can change everything from a person.
Both Y/N and Luz cringed from what Eda said as Amity looked away with guilt. She then looks over to Willow as she is being assisted by Luke. Luke looked over and glared at the young Blight making her look down.
Eda: Willow may never be the same.
Willow: *sitting right* I got it!
Luke: *sighs* We'll then how about *summons a dark fireball* we burn the young Blights memories.
Willow: *giggles* The hot one is funny when he's made.
Luke just lets out a sigh.
Willow: *sees King* Oooh a fiery fruit. I'm going to peel it.
King: What? What is happening!?
Before Willow could, Luke takes King from her.
Luke: As much as I love to see that.
King: Hey!
Luke: I rather you do- What is with that look?
Willow: *giggles* You're really cute.
Luke: Uhh..
Willow then gets on top of Luke with her face very close to his.
Willow: I wonder how your lips taste.
Luke then lightly blushes.
Luke: Uhhh a little help!?
Eda: *smirks* Nah keep going.
Luke: TEACH!
Eda: Alright Alright. *draws a spell circle* Nap time.
She then hits Willow with the spell making her fall asleep on Luke as he drops King. Just then, Nights gets out of the shadow and smirks.
Luke: Whip the grin off your face.
Luke looks at his friends, Y/N and Luz, and sees them smiling at him.
Luke: You guys as well.
King: *jumps up on the couch* Sleep spell *yawns*
Baby dragon walks over and sleeps beside King.
Eda: I didn't cast it on the both of you.
King: *yawns* Who cares?
Baby dragon: *yawns* Agreed.
Nights goes over and sleeps on the other side of the floor.
Luke: Really?
Y/N: Anyway *looks at Eda* Is there any way we can fix her?
Eda: There is one way but it is incredibly dangerous and very illegal.
Luke: So pretty much we are at the right place?
Eda: *smiles* Yep! I'll send you into her mind to fix the damage.
Luke:...What?
Luz: Be still my fantazy loving heart! I always wanted to do this!
Y/N: Enter another person's mind? Cool!
Luke: *walks up to them* I like to point out, this is another way to violate someone's privacy.
Luz: Not if it's your girlfriend.
Luke: Not my girlfriend.
Both Y/N and Luz giggled.
Eda: It won't be easy. You'll have a lot to fix in there cause it's a mess. Yep whoever did this to Willow had no regards to her safety. Down right despicable.
Both Y/N and Luz cringed while Luke glared at a guilty Amity.
Luke: I.E you.
Eda: I can send 4 people So *looks at the three friends* Who's your 4th?
Hooty: Maybe I can come.
Luke: *slams the door* No! I rather her not be anymore broken.
The friends see Gus panic.
Luz: Gus has a lot on his plate right now.
Y/N: That just leaves *looks at Amity* Amity.
Luke: What? Oh hell no!
Y/N: Come on Luke!
Luke: *sarcastic* Sure, let's send the one that messed everything up to go and fix everything.
Y/N: Yea. See you get it.
Luke: I was being sarcastic!
Y/N: Wow really? It's hard to tell since you do it all the time.
Amity: I might have to agree with Martins here. *looks down* Willow wouldn't want me entering into her mind.
Luz: You set everything on fire!
Luke: So she stays!
Luz: No she comes!
While both Luke and Luz were busy arguing Y/N walked up to her and put her hand on her shoulder.
Y/N: Hey Willow really needs help. No one knows her better than you. We need you Amity.
Luke: No we don't!
Luz: Yes we do!
Currently Luz and Luke were in an awkward position with Luz hand on Luke's chin and Luke grabbing her arm.
Y/N: *looks at Amity* Please Amity.
Amity thought for a minute and sighed.
Amity: Ok. I'll do what I can.
Luke: Are you kidding-
Luz: *covers Luke's mouth* Hurry! Sorry Luke majority rules.
Luke: (When did this become a dictatorship?)
Luke and Luz got off each other while Y/N and Amity walked over beside them. Everyone held hands: Luke holding Luz's, Luz holding his and Y/N, and Y/N holding Luz's and Amity's.
Eda: Bold choice, sending the one who ruined it.
Eda then draws a spell circle that appears under them. Then another one that made a bell appeared. Luke takes it with his free hand.
Luke: And this is?
Eda: When you're done, ring that and I'll casted you all back.
Luke: (I get the feeling this is going to be useless.)
Eda: Oh and one more thing: Keep an eye out for her inner Willow. She's the gatekeeper of her memories and emotions. She can help ya.
The spell then activates shining around the friends.
Luke:...Is it too late to-
Eda: Yep! Now have fun!
The friend's bodies then vanish into tiny particles of light and fly over to Willow. The particles enter Willow ear as everything goes dark. Soon a bright light crashes down into the darkness showing the 4 friends with different reactions: Luke was feeling over his body making sure anything wasn't gone, Amity was standing there surprised of what just happened, Luz was losing her balance trying not to fall, and Y/N was holding his stomach looking like he was going to throw up.
Luz: Whoa! That was crazy!
Luke: Arms, Legs, Heart, Brain, Spine. *sighs with relief* Everything is still here.
Y/N: *groans* That felt like a rollercoaster.
Just then a bright light making everyone shield their eyes appeared. The light started to die down and everyone looked around amazed at what they saw. They were in some kind of forest.
Y/N/Luz: Woooow! Coool!
Luke: Huh forest theme. Interesting.
Everyone started to walk around.
Amity: Where's her inner Willow? Do you guys really think it can help?
Luke: Better than you being here.
Amity just looked away sadly.
Y/N: A-Anyway since we really don't know where it could be.
Luz: We should start fixing things on our own.
Y/N: You always know what I'm about to say.
Luz: *giggles* Yep.
Luke just rolled his eyes at his friends' attics as Amity watched with a cold feeling.
Y/N: Alright guys let's fix the memories. *pauses for a second* How do we do that?
Luke just facepalms. Luz then walks up to one of the pictures and looks at it. She then gets an idea and blows on it. Once she does that dust spreads as she coughs from it. Soon an image started to show on the picture showing a tent made of branches. As Luz stares at the picture for a bit she then lifts her hand and tries to place her hand on it. But instead her hand ends up going inside the picture.
Luz: Whoa! *pulls her hand out and in again* I found something magical!
Y/N: Wait really!?
Y/N ran up to Luz and saw her put her hand through and in the picture. He then tried and was amazed.
Y/N: Whoa! So cool!
Luz: I know right! I'm going to put my face in it!
Y/N: Wait what?
Luz then puts her face in the picture. Which then her whole body went inside of it. Y/N watched in shock and horror.
Zack: The girls crazy.
Y/N: *worried* Luz.
Luz pops her head out of the picture.
Luz: *grabs his hand* Y/N! You gotta see this!
Y/N: Wait hold on!
Luz then drags Y/N inside the picture. Luke and Amity walked up to the picture.
Luke: Uhh Luz?
Amity: Y/N?
Luke: Great where did they-
Luke was cut off from Luz and Y/N appeared from the picture.
Luz: We think we found the memory!
Y/N: Come on!
Luz grabs Luke's hand and Y/N grabs Amity's, pulling them both ends as two yelps. The scene changes to a black and white beach. The memory started to shine as the four friends exited. Luz and Y/N let out a yell as they both fell face first on the ground.
Y/N: Owww *turns over* My face.
Soon Luke and Amity came out of the picture: Luke landed on the other side of Luz and Amity landed on top of Y/N. Y/N let out a groan.
Y/N: Ok... That hurt. You ok Ami-
Y/N stopped talking as he saw Amity rubbing her head and looked up at him. She was going to yell at him but noticed how close their faces were to each other causing them both to blush. Amity quickly got off him as she dusted herself off as Y/N started to get up looking away.
Y/N: *blushing* S-Sorry about that
Amity: *blushing* I-It's fine.
Luke: *groans and lifts his head up* Next time give a warning.
Luz: hehe. Anway *gets up* Welcome to Willow's beautiful.. Memory.
The scene changes to the beach covered in burnt marks and holes.
Luke:...If this is beautiful I had to see ugly.
Amity: Lake Lacuna. This is where Willow and I took swimming lessons. The ash must be from the fires.
Luke: That you caused.
Amity looked away sadly.
Y/N: Well let's try to fix it
Luz: How do we do that?
Everyone started to look around.
Amity: *gasp* Our fort! In the dunes!
Amity ran up to the fort as both Y/N and Luz ran with her. Luke sighed and started walking until he heard a voice.
?: Hate you.
Luke stopped, walked and grabbed his head.
Luke: *groans* What was that?
Little Demon: *chuckles* Seems a dangerous emotion is running around.
Luke: What?
There was silence making Luke sigh as he walked over to the others. Amity ran up to the fort and took some rope off the fort.
Amity: One time Willow wanted to play hooky from our swim lesson so we built this!
Amity hands a piece of wood to Y/N as he stares at it.
Y/N: Forts.
Luz: Hooky!
Luke: Willow?
Luz: Can words get any cuter!?
Luke: The little flower was a rebel huh?
Amity: *fixing the fort* We knew the swim teacher would be on the pral. So Willow protected us with an illusion spell.
Luke: She knew how to use Illusion magic?
Amity: Ehh sort of.
Luz: *looks at the fort* Aww it's like a little doll house for kids!
Y/N: That looks amazing!
Amity:... Wait, something is missing.
Y/N looked down at the sand and saw a flag on the ground. He rubs the sand off and on the flag was A + W.
Y/N: *picks it up* Is this it?
Amity: *looks at the flag* Yes, that's it! Can you put it up?
Y/N nods his head and puts the flag on top of the fort. Amity looked at the fort and couldn't help but smile from it. Soon a bright light shone and the four friends were outside the memory.
Y/N: Whoa. What just-
Just then they heard laughter as they turned and saw a little Amity and a little Willow.
Y/N: Aww a cute little Willow and Amity.
This made Amity blush bright red as she covered her face with her hands. The friends continue to watch the memory.
The little Amity and Willow went to their fort. Around the fort were some kind of slug skeletons.
Young Amity: Ugh! The sea skulls are back again!
Y/N/Luke: (Sea Skulls?)
Zack: Oh boy those things are the worst. They steal your food, attack you out of nowhere and they travel in groups.
Y/N: (So like regular seagulls.)
Young Willow: Don't worry I'll get rid of them.
Young Willow draws a circle to try to get rid of the sea skulls, but instead it makes the fort disappear. Once the fort reappeared the sea skulls were inside the fort terrorizing the two friends.
Young Amity: Ugh! Willow!
Young Willow: I'm sorry I thought I was getting better!
Just then the swim teacher appeared grabbing the two friends and sending them back to class. The memory ends.
Luke: Esh.
Amity: Yea Willow was a late bloomer.
Luke: *crosses his arms* And that's what made you stop being friends with her?
Amity looked down in guilt after Luke said that.
Luz: But now she can be a great bloomer.
Y/N: Yep! It seems fixing the memories shows us her moments! Now that we know what to do we can help her! Let's fix some more!
Luz: Yea!
Both Y/N and Luz were about to run off until Luke summoned shadow hands and grabbed them from the back of the collars.
Luke: Not so fast. This is how we are going to do this. *drops Y/N beside Amity* You and Blight are going to fix one side of the memories and me and Luz are going to fix another side.
Luz: What!? Why can't you and Amity fix one side and me and Y/N fix another side!?
Luke: 1. Do you want me to come back with a dead body?
This made everyone flinch.
Luke: And 2. You and Y/N would cause more problems than solutions.
Y/N/Luz: That's not true! Name a time!
Luke: The abomination incident.
This made both Luz and Y/N shut up. Luke walked past Y/N and Amity while carrying Luz with his shadow.
Luke: *glances at Amity* Make sure Blight doesn't ruin any more memories.
Amity just looked down sadly from Luke's comment.
Luz: *struggles* Can you put me down already!?
Luke: I'll think about it.
As the two walked away Y/N looked over at Amity and saw her sad.
Y/N: Hey. *puts his hand on her shoulder* Luke is just angry right now. Trust me I've been on his bad side before. I'm pretty sure after he calms down he'll be a little nicer to you.
Amity: But I deserved it though.
Y/N: Aww come on. You still came to fix the memories though. You're still a good person.
This made Amity smile a bit as she looked at Y/N.
Y/N: Now come on! Lets go fix some memories!
Y/N ran off to fix as Amity watched. She smiled and walked over. But she then stops when she sees Y/N in front of the memory that caused this.
Y/N: Maybe if we fix this memory it will fix the rest.
Y/N was about to jump into the memory causing Amity to panic.
Amity: Wait! [stops and turns toward Amity] How about we uhh start small and make our way up?
Y/N: Uhhhhh...
Amity: Well uhhh like Eda said unless we fix all the memories Willow won't be the same. So lets fix the others first then come back to that one.
Y/N: *looks at the portrait then back to Amity* I guess so.
Amity: *breaths out* Good. Let's explore that one.
Amity runs over to the picture as Y/N stands and watches.
Y/N: That was weird.
Zack: Seems someone is hiding something.
Y/N: Yeaaa *looks at Zack* You think it's bad.
Zack: Maybe.
Amity: Hey Y/N! You coming?!
Y/N: Yea coming!
Y/N ran to Amity leaving the portrait. Just then something stomped on the ground casing the ground to shake
With Luke and Luz
Luke and Luz were walking around the memory forest, well Luke was walking Luz was still being carried by Luke's shadow.
Luz: Can you put me down now!?
Luke: *sigh* Fine.
Luke drops Luz as she falls on the ground.
Luz: Ow! Could have been a little more gentle!
Luke: Yea yea.
Luz: *dusted herself off* Can you explain why I had to come with you?
Luke: I would be hurt if I cared. And I already explained it to you.
Luz just let out a huff.
Luz: Did you have to let Y/N go with Amity?
Luke: Jealous that your crush is with another girl?
Luz: *blushes* What!? no!
Luke: Uh-huh.
Luz just blushes more as her and Luke continue to walk around the forest. They then saw a recent memory of their time with Willow, one of those times where they first met her.
Luke: This one looks easy to fix.
Luke entered the memory as Luz followed behind him. They looked around and saw it was similar to the beach memory.
Luz: How do we fix this?
Luke looked over and saw abomination goo all over the ground making him want to vomit.
Luke:...Oh god. I think I know how.
Luz: Really how?
Luke just points down at the goo. Luz was confused for a second but then understood. The two were outside as Luke was trying his best not to vomit.
Luke: I. Hate. Abominations.
Luz: It's been awhile since we had to do that.
Luke: You. Since you had to.
The scene plays out the same: with Amity belittling her and the others watching. Luke frowns and walks away as Luz follows.
Luz: Wait up! Luke I know you don't like Amity right now but she's trying to fix this.
Luke: Tch. Yea right.
Luz: Why do you hate her so much?
Luke: *stops walking* Memories define a person Luz. You take away the memory, you take away the person. I don't know why she tried to burn one specific memory, but I do know this, she hurt Willow more than ever. *walks away* And I'll never forgive her for that.
Luz looked down sadly. After hearing what Luke said she couldn't help but become sad. She really hoped Amity could fix the memories and maybe Luke would give her a second chance. She then followed Luke to another memory.
With Amity and Y/N
Amity and Y/N were fixing up a swing seat. Amity grabbed a swing pose and put it on the side while Y/N picked up the bone part of it and put it on the top. Then put the pieces together and fixed the memory. The two were outside watching the young Willow with her dads. This made Y/N smile as he remembered when his mom used to push him on the swing seat.
The next memory they fixed was a library one. Amity put one of the books, titled "Weapons of love", back on the shelf fixing it. The memory showed a younger Willow and Amity grabbing the book and reading it. The two giggled but were soon cut off as they ran from the librarian, who was chasing after the two.
Y/N: *confused* Ummm Why did he chase you two? Was there something bad about it?
Amity: *blushes* Uhhh it was very *mutter* rated.
Y/N: Huh?
Amity: *blushes bright red* Nothing! *walks off* Let's go fix another one!
Y/N: uhhh ok then?
Y/N followed Amity as they went to the next memory. The next one was at a roller coaster. Y/N and Amity both put the sign up fixing the memory. As the memory became clear the sign read: "Roller Ghoster" and at the bottom was a picture of a ghost with a seatbelt around him. The memory plays with Amity already in the ride beckoning her to join her. Willow got in the seat in front of her and the ride took off as the girls screamed in joy. Though Willow started to panic.
Young Willow: I don't feel so good!
Y/N: *turns the picture over* Yea we- we don't need to know how that played out.
Amity: Yea Willow threw up a lot that day.
Y/N: Boy do I know it.
Y/N remembers all the times Luz took him on roller coaster rides. He then saw Amity sad face.
Y/N: Hey are you ok?
Amity: Yea it's just *sighs* I can't believe I destroyed all of this. Martins was right, I really messed everything up.
Y/N: Hey. You might have destroyed Willow's memories and I might not know why you did it, but right now, you're trying to fix everything.
Amity: Why aren't you mad at me?
Y/N: Because I know you're a good person Amity. If you weren't you wouldn't be here trying to fix everything.
Amity couldn't help but smile.
Y/N: Now time for a lesson I was taught.
Zack smiled as he knew what Y/N was about to say.
Y/N: We can fix this together! Say it with me.
Amity: *smiles and blushes* We can fix this together.
Y/N: Heck yea!
Amity: *giggles* Who taught you that?
Y/N: My master did. He told me when ever one of your friends were in trouble, or whenever they needed help, always say those words.
Amity: He sounds like a great man.
Y/N: *smiles* Yea he was. Anyway I know this is hard for you seeing these memories, but don't you want to talk about why you two stopped becoming friends.
Amity was hesitant for a second.
Amity: I- We-
She wanted to tell him why but something was making her stop. Y/N just stared at her for a bit but then sighed and walked away.
Y/N: If you don't want to talk about it then fine. If you need me I'll go fix this memory of a ball pit.
The portrait showed Amity and Willow at some kind of... Ball pit?
Amity: Wait Y/N that's not a-
But Y/N already stepped inside. It was quiet for a second until Y/N excited with an egg on his head.
Y/N: It's not a ball pit! It's eggs! Why are there eggs!?
Amity: Yea *runs over* That one is hard to explain.
With Luke and Luz
Luke: I almost forgot how insane these memories were.
Luz: But fun!
Luke: Define fun.
Both Luke and Luz were walking around the forest and saw most of the memories were fixed.
Luke: *sigh* Well looks like there is only one more, in our section, to fiiiiixxxxx...
Luke looked up at the memory and showed him and Willow at the carnival all burned up. Luke had a light blush on his face. Luz sees the memory and gasps.
Luz: This is the time we went to the carnival!
Luke:...Actually let's go see if Y/N and Blight is- And she enters the memory.
Luke looked over to see Luz had already entered the memory. He groans and follows after her. As the two were in Luz was looking around to fix it while Luke didn't want to.
Luz: Now how do we fix this?
Luke: How about we don-
Luz: Ah-hah!
Luz found the ticket to enter the ride was on the ground as she ran up and put it on the counter. A bright light flashed as the two were outside the memory. Luz watched with excitement while Luke groaned.
Luke: So what's been bothering you?
Willow: H-Huh?
Luke: Ever since the dart game you've been looking down for a while. *looks at Willow* So what's wrong?
Willow: I-I *sigh* I'm sorry.
Luke: *raises his eyebrow* Uhhh for what?
Willow: For telling Eda about what happened back at the bat queens cave.
Luke's eyes widened after she said that remembering what happened.
Luke: O-Oh that.
Willow: I know it was something personal, something you didn't want others knowing about, but still it had me worried. I-It's just I didn't know what else to do. Eda was the only person I knew that could help or at least try to help you.
Luke just continued to listen to her but noticed she started to tear up.
Willow: I-I just didn't want to lose you.
Luz: Awww she really cared for you.
Luke just grumbled.
Luke sighs as he raises his finger and flicks Willow on the forehead.
Willow: *rubs her forehead* Ow. What was that for?
Luke: For complaining too much.
Willow looks at Luke confused.
Luke: Look I get it, you knew I needed help and went to someone for that help. I will say thanks for not telling anyone else. *looks at Willow* So just calm down alright?
Willow: Y-Yea. But aren't you mad because of that?
Luke: *sigh* The old me would have *looks out the window* but now, no. (Willow raised an eyebrow) I would try to keep as much as I can to myself, so that way no one else would get involved in my problems... But over time.
Luke: It would just make things worse. It's not like I want everyone to know what's going on with me... Just at least close people around me. People I see as friends I guess.
Willow: *smiles but then frowns* You really see someone as weak as me as a trustworthy friend?
Luke: Yea I do. You're more stronger than you think Willow.
Willow: *looks at Luke* You're not just saying that are you?
Luke: I would gain nothing from lying to you Willow. Or should I say little flower.
This made Willow blush and smile at him.
Luke: Anyway *crosses his arms and closes his eyes* don't worry so much about and jus- MPH!
The memory ends as Luz was holding in a deep breath.
Luz: You!
Luke: No.
Luz: And Willow!
Luke: Stop it.
Luz: Kissed!
Luke: Titan kill me.
Luz: Wow I can't believe it! Well she did tell me, and I had a hard time believing it! But wow you two really kissed!
Luke: Luz! I swear to Titan, God, or whatever being in this universe I will-
Luke was cut off when he saw a giant purple creature in fire walking around. Luke quickly grabs Luz's arm and pulls her behind a tree.
Luz: Hey! Look if you don't want to talk about it-
Luke: Shhh! *whispers* Quiet!
Luz: (Geez someone is embarrassed.)
Luke looked over as Luz looked to. Luz gasped at what she saw. The giant fire creature walked around the forest.
Luz: *whispers* What is that? Could that be the inner Willow?
Luke: If you so *watches the creature move* It's way more bigger than I thought.
Luz: And firey.
The two watch the creature walk up to one of the memories, the one with Willow at the forest with Amity belittling her. The creature glared at the memory and burned it. The two watched in shock.
Luz: It's burning the memories.
Luke: Not anymore it won't.
Luke then dives into his shadow and goes towards the creature. Luke appears a few feet behind it and yells.
Luke: Hey ugly!
The creature turns around and glares at Luke.
Luke: There are a lot of things that piss me off. One of them is making me redo work. So one warning: *cracks his knuckles* Leave. Now.
The creature roared at Luke and threw a fire fisted at Luke. This resulted in an explosion, dust and debris flew around. Luz had to shield her eyes. Soon everything started to clear leaving nothing but an empty creature. The creature looked around for a second, but soon Luke appeared behind it.
Luke: So you've chosen death.
The creature tried to turn around but was cut off by an elbow to the face by Luke sending it flying to a tree. Luke then winced as it left a burnt mark on his elbow.
Luz: Luke! *rushes towards him* Are you ok?
Luke: *rubs his elbow* Yea just a little burnt.
Suddenly Luke's heart started to beat fast. For a split second he started to hear voices but they were so unclear he couldn't make out what they were saying. He held his head in pain for a bit. Luz got worried but was cut off from the monster roaring at them. The monster threw a fireball at them. Luke recovers and grabs Luz, moving them both out of the way. The fireball hits a nearby memory causing a giant explosion while also burning the memory. Luke sees the memory burning away and then looks over to the creature with a glare.
Luke: You're dead.
Back with Y/N and Amity
Currently the two were outside the memory of the weird eggs, with Y/N have an egg on his head.
Amity: We're getting really good at fixing these.
Y/N: *takes the egg off* Yep. *looks around* Now we only have one more memory to fix. *looks at the picture that started it all* The one you are suspiciously avoiding.
Amity: Me!? Avoid!? I'm not avoiding anything! But let's skip it. Where's Eda's bell?
Amity tries to run but Y/N puts his hand on her face to keep her from moving.
Y/N: Ok, 1. It's with Luz and 2. Amity you got to stop being so weird *takes his hand from her face* you know we have to fix all of them. Unless there's something in there you don't want me to see.
Amity crossed her arms and looked away sadly.
Y/N: *sigh* Look *puts his hand on her shoulder* I'm not here to judge, I just want to help Willow.
Amity: *angry* Help? *slaps his hand away* All your doing is praying into your friends' lives!
Y/N: But I'm not-
Amity: Do you see me asking about your personal life!? Do you see me bothering you about your personal memories!? Maybe you should just mind your own business and stop annoying me already!
There was a moment of silence. Amity realized what she said and saw Y/N with a sad face.
Amity: Y-Y/N I-I'm-
Before she could finish the two heard an explosion making the ground shake.
Amity: What was-
Y/N: *points* Over there!
Amity turned her head and saw part of the forest on fire.
Y/N: That's where *runs* Come on!
Y/N ran to where Luke and Luz were as Amity ran after him.
With Luke and Luz
Luke slid on the ground as he looked up at the monster with a glare.
Luke: Guess you're pretty strong. Ok then try this!
Luke drew a spell circle and activated it as shadow hands appeared launching at the flame creature. The flame creature summoned a wall of fire from below burning the hands. Unknown to the creature Luke appeared below it, with a demon claw, and punched it up into the air. Luke landed on the ground on his feet as the creature landed on its back.
Luz: Nice one!
Luke: *shakes his hand* (Damn even with the demon claw I can still feel the burning.)
Luke started to hear the voice again but they were too quiet to make out what it was saying. He shakes his head and walks up to the creature. He draws a spell circle and summons his blade and points it at the creatures neck.
Luke: Sorry pal, but I can't allow any more harm to our little flower. *lift his blade up* So, see ya.
As Luke was about to bring the blade down onto the creature's neck he then heard it whimper. He stopped his action as he was confused. Just then he heard the monster speak, making his eyes widen.
Creature: W-Why?
Everything went black as Luke was standing over the creature, but it was not the creature anymore it was
Willow: *looks at Luke scared* Why are you hurting me? Luke.
Luke's eyes widened with shock.
Luke: W-Willow.
Luz: Luke what's wrong!?
Luke was brought out of his thoughts as he turned to Luz. As he was looking at her he then saw one of the memories that was burnt. He then looked over to the one beside and noticed that they had one thing in command. To test his suspicion he looked over in front of him and saw another one of the memories that were burnt.
Luke: (All these memories. They all had-)
As Luke figured it out he then heard a voice.
Y/N: Luke! Luz!
Luke turned and saw Y/N and Amity running towards them.
Amity: What's going on!?
Luke's eyes widened as he turned and saw the monster getting up and stretched, but Luke was able to understand what it said.
Willow: *looks at Amity* YOU!
Luke: *turns his head* Get back!
Suddenly purple fire started to scatter everywhere. Luz hid behind a tree for cover, Y/N grabbed Amity and moved her out the way, and Luke had to step back to avoid getting burnt. However as soon as Luke stepped back he tripped over a tree stump and ended up falling over. He thought he was going to land on the ground but a door appeared behind him opening as he fell in it. The door closed and then disappeared.
Y/N/Luz: Luke!
The creature then roared and threw a fireball directly at Amity. Amity panics and shields herself, getting ready to be burned to a crisp, but someone came in front of her shielding her from it. Y/N jumped in front of her and ate the fire.
Y/N: *swallows* Sorry pal. Fire doesn't work on-
Y/N was cut off from his heart beating fast. He then fell on his knees holding his chest for dear life as he was panting heavily.
Luz/Amity: Y/N!
Y/N: W-What's going-
Y/N was cut off when he started to hear voices. Unlike Luke, Y/N was able to hear them, however they were speaking all at once and he was unable to understand what they were saying. But as soon as everything went quiet he then heard one clear sentence:
?: You can't do magic, and I don't want to be your friend!
Y/N was breathing heavily as he continued to squeeze his chest. Amity bent down and put her hand on his shoulder.
Amity: Y/N! What's wrong!?
Y/N: I-I- d-don't-
Suddenly they both heard a roar as they looked up and saw the creature throw a flame fist at them.
Luz: Watch out!
Y/N seeing these pushed Amity out of the way.
Y/N: Get back!
As Y/N pushed Amity out the way he was hit directly in the chest causing him to spit up blood and crash into one of the trees. The fire then spread around his body as he screamed in pain.
Luz/Amity: Y/N!
Amity ran to him and saw the damage as she was horrified. Y/N chest area was burnt, his left side of his sleeve was reduced to ash, as his arm was burnt as well. tried to help him up. Luz was going until she heard another roar from the creature. The creature spreaded fire around the forest. Amity quickly lifted Y/N up and ran into a memory and Luz ran into a different one.
Luke pov
I slowly started to open my eyes as I looked around and saw I was in some kind of dark void. I held my head in pain as it was ringing like crazy.
Me: Owww my head.
...Wait a minute.
Me: Why do I sound like a kid?
Suddenly a mirror appeared right in front of me. Huh that's convideeeeeeeeent. I started at the reflection of myself and saw
Me: Why the hell am I 11!?
Ok what in the actual hell!? I ain't trying to go to puberty again! I just stared at the mirror for a bit but I noticed something. My reflection. It wasn't copying what I was doing.
Me?: Confused are we? Martins.
That voice.
Me: I should have known you had something to do with this.
Reflection: Oh Martins, you wound me so. I came to help.
Help?
Me: With what exactly?
The reflection started to change into a black and white version of me or more so a younger version of me.
You want to help the plant girl out, so I figured why not help out.
Me: What's in it for you?
*Chuckles* Entertainment.
I just glared at him as he chuckled some more.
Now then, where have I brought you? The answer is simple, welcome to the out of sight out of mind.
Me: Out of sight out of mind?
That's right. People use that saying so much and think that when they say it, their problems just magically disappear. Sadly that's not true. In reality we bury this emotions deep deep inside of us. Aah the little girl has so much of those build up emotions and they all go to one place. *points down* Right here.
I start to understand what he was saying.
Now your getting it. Quick warning though what your about to experience is *smiles* a living hell.
The mirror changes into a door as it slowly opens. I took a deep breath and walked through it. All that was left in my mind is: What did he mean, a living hell?
With Y/N and Amity
Currently Y/N and Amity were hiding in one of the memories. Y/N was laying down on the tree breathing heavily and Amity was beside him.
Amity: Y/N.
Y/N: I-I'm o-ok. Just a little burnt up. But I'll be
Amity: YOUR NOT FINE!
This made Y/N flinch a little as he heard Amity yell. He then heard Amity start to sob as her head was down.
Amity: *sobbing* This is all my fault.
Y/N: Amity.
Amity: You wanted to fix the memories and all I did was get in the way. *tries to whip the tears away* Maybe if we did fix that memory then everything would be fixed. B-But I was scared.
Y/N: W-Why?
Amity: Willow was my one and true friend. She was there when I needed her and I was there for her too. But then I abandoned her, I let her get bullied, , and worst of all I tried to burn the last good memory she had of me. I hurt her worst then anyone ever could. The real reason I didn't want you to see the memory was because I was scared you would see the old me. Scared *voice crack* that you would abandon me to. I lost one good friend *breaks down in tears* I don't want to lose another!
This made Y/N eyes widen in shock. He watches Amity as she was breaking down crying her eyes out. Using what little strength he had left he put his right hand on Amity's cheek.
Y/N: Hey.
Amity looked up at him with tears in her eyes.
Y/N: Maybe back then you might have been a terrible person, but I can see you really are trying to change. When we first meet you might have been rude, mean, and a little harsh.
Amity just pouts from those comments.
Y/N: But for some reason, deep down, I could tell there was sadness coming from you. The words you said were not coming from you. Now you have a chance to be you, a second chance to get back your old friend.
This made Amity's eyes widen.
Y/N: And never forget Amity. I will never abandon you Amity. Because you're my friend.
This made Amity slowly start to tear up. Instead of tears of sadness it was tears of joy. She then hugs Y/N tightly. It was a split second of pain for Y/N but he eventually hugged her back and smiled.
Amity: T-Thank you Y/N.
Y/N: *smiles* No problem.
After that little section Y/N looked outside and looked around to see the forest still on fire but the creature was gone.
Y/N: Coast is clear.
Y/N slowly exited out the memory but was still in pain. Amity carried Y/N over her shoulder and looked at him worriedly.
Amity: Y/N you shouldn't move so much.
Y/N: B-But we have to find-
Luz: Y/N! Amity!
Both friends looked up and saw Luz running towards them.
Y/N: Luz!
Luz: Y/N! Are you ok!?
Y/N: More or less. What happened?
Luz: Well after that big monster attacked us, and we got seperated, I entered one of the memories. After that I got out of the memory and saw the monster was gone. As I looked around for you two I noticed something. Not all the memories were destroyed, only specific ones were.
Amity: Specific ones?
Luz: *nods her head* That monster isn't after the memories. It's after you Amity.
Amity: Wait what!?
Luz: But don't worry I have a plan.
Y/N: *smiles* Got it.
Amity: (Why do I get the feeling I won't like this?)
With Luke
Luke was currently walking around an endless dark abyss.
Luke: Ugh! Where the hell am I going!?
Like I said she keeps her painful memories and emotions buried deeeeep in her.
Luke just rolled his eyes as he continued walking. Soon he started to see a bright light making him shield his eyes.
Luke: What the-
Soon the area around Luke started to change. Luke looked around and noticed he was in a garden. But the thing is all the flowers and plants were blue instead of green.
Luke: What kind of garden is this?
Luke then heard sobbing as he looked around for the source. He then saw a little Willow on her knees crying her eyes out.
Luke: *takes a step* Will-
A soon as Luke took a step he started to hear voices in his head.
"Hahahah half-a-witch Willow"
Luke immediately took a step back with his eyes widened.
Luke: *backs up* W-What the hell?
When Luke took a step back he heard more voices.
"Can't even do basic spells? Talk about lame."
"Seriously, how are you even a witch?"
Luke stopped moving and looked around the garden.
Luke: T-This is-
Little Demon: Where all the negative emotions rested in her soul.
As the demon talks we look at a crying Willow.
Little Demon: Like I said these are where those emotions are stored.
Luke: But why is she here?
Little Demon: Someone has to keep the memories in check.
Luke just growls from that response and looks at Willow with a worried look.
Luke: *walks up to her* Willow.
The little Willow hears Luke's voice as she turns to him with a fearful look.
Willow: S-S-STAY BACK!
Suddenly Willow started to glow green. The ground began to shake as Luke started to lose his balance. He was able to regain it and looked up but as he did he saw Willow was rooted to the ground as plants started to grow on her. Suddenly vines appeared below Luke wrapping around his ankle. He was soon brought into the air and slammed on the ground hard as he coughed up blood.
"Hahahahaha what a loser!"
Again. Luke heard those same voices of people mocking Willow. Soon the monster threw Luke into a nearby tree. Luke slid down as he groaned in pain. He looked up at Willow as she was crying, balling her eyes out. Luke slowly got up as he coughed up some blood.
Little Demon: Now what will you do?
Luke just stared at Willow.
Back with Y/N and the others
The giant flame monster was walking around looking for either more memories of her and Amity or Amity herself. Just then she heard a voice.
Amity: Hey ugly!
The flame monster headed around and saw Amity standing there with her arms crossed.
Amity: I'm the one you want right!? Well come and get me!
The flame monster let out a loud roar and charged at Amity. Amity gulp for a bit as she kept telling herself.
Amity: (Not yet.)
The monster kept getting closer and closer to her.
Amity: (Not yet!)
The monster let out a terrifying roar as Amity began to sweat.
Amity: (Not yet!)
The monster jumped in the air and started to charge a lot of fire into it's right hand.
Amity: *eyes widened* NOW!
Y/N: FIRE DRAGON:
Suddenly Y/N appeared from the side with his whole body covered and fired and head butted the beast on the left side of its arm.
Y/N: Sword Horn!
The monster was sent flying into a nearby memory as Y/N fell on the ground.
Amity: Y/N!
Amity ran up to Y/N and held him up over her shoulder.
Y/N: *weakly* hehe t-that worked. *looks at Amity* Told you I got your back.
Amity smiled at Y/N
Amity: Still think that was a stupid plan.
Y/N: But a very effective one.
Amity just shook her head and smiled. How does he still survive with that mindset is beyond her? She then carried Y/N into the memory to check on Luz.
Luz was busy drawing the ice glyph spell. As she was she then heard Y/N.
Y/N: Fire dragon
Luz: Oh! Here it comes!
Luz finished the spell and activated it. As soon as she did, a giant ice pillar appeared. Just then the monster came out of the picture and was trying to regain its balance. But as it tried it was tripped over the ice pillar. It slipped and fell into the water. Soon Y/N and Amity walked through the portal and walked over to Luz.
Y/N: Did it work?
Luz: Heck yeah it did!
Y/N: Alright! *hugs both Luz and Amity* We did it!
Both Luz and Amity started to blush from the sudden contact from Y/N. Amity then noticed something.
Amity: Uhh guys.
Y/N and Luz looked over to where Amity was looking and saw smoke around where the monster landed. Soon the smoke started to clear and the monster was none other than Willow. Y/N lets go of Luz and Amity
Amity: Are you the inner Willow?
The inner Willow closes her eyes and opens them to reveal them purple with purple flames around her.
Inner Willow: I was: *walks up to them* Love, sadness, fear.
Inner Willow slowly started to approach the group. Each step she took left a burning mark on the ground.
Inner Willow: I used to be a being made of all emotions. But ever since you set Willow's mind of fire all I can feel: *summons fire in both her hands* IS ANGER!
Willow scatters the fire everywhere. The fire burns the trees and the ground. Then it hit the fort the group fixed, destroying it. It then starts to burn the flag "A+W" away. The group looked around and were horrified by the damage.
Y/N: Wait *grunts as he holds his left arm* stop!
Inner Willow: But Amity wanted this.
Suddenly a picture appeared. It was the memory that started it all. The inner Willow grabs it and holds it up to the group.
Inner Willow: Every memory she touched I'm going to burn!
Amity: *walks up to her* You're just hurting Willow. Why are you doing this?
Inner Willow: *Gets in Amity's face* Still haven't figured it out yet. *hovers in the air* Then I'll show you!
The Inner Willow uses her flame arms and grabs Amity, as Amity lets out a yelp, sending her inside the memory.
Y/N: Amity!
Inner Willow: You two wanted to know everything right. *holds out her hand* Then come take a trip down memory lane.
Luz: You're saying it all creepy but I like the sound of that.
Y/N: *deapand* Really Luz?
Luz: What!? It's true.
Suddenly fire hands wrapped around Y/N and Luz forcing them inside the memory.
Back with Luke
Luke was standing on the other side as he continued to look at Willow. After finding out what this place is he realized how much pain Willow has been keeping locked away behind closed doors. He gives her a sad Luke as he slowly starts to approach her.
Luke: Willow.
As soon as Luke took a step Willow's eyes widened and she let out a fearful scream. Once she did that more vines with thorns appeared heading straight for Luke. Some of them missed him but some hit him hitting his left shoulder, right knee, and the left side of his face. Luke grunted a little but still kept on walking.
Willow: I was always here! Always alone! I was made fun of for being weak, for being a loser, for being born as a half a witch Willow!
With that last yell more vines appeared overhead on Luke and started to fall down towards him. This time a lot more of them struck his body as he grunted in pain. Luke tried to reach a hand out to her but one of them struck him piercing through his hand. Willow put her head down with her hands over her eyes as she cried.
Willow: I tried my hardest. *whimpers* I tried so hard to better myself. *sniffles* But nothing I did worked. I was such a failure.
Other then the sound of Willows whimpers, there was silence. Until a groan was heard from the thorns that Luke was in. Luke slowly started to walk out of it but he was in bad shape. His closes had cuts and holes in them, blood was leaking from his body, and he could barely see. But by some kind of will power he still tried his best to walk towards our little flower girl. Willow saw this and was surprised but then she let out another wale cry. A giant plant arm appeared and advance towards Luke hitting him full on as he was hit into a tree as he grunted in pain. He coughed up some blood and fell down on the ground with his back leaning on the thorns. Luke laid there for a second and started to breathe heavily.
Little Demon: You know there's this thing called: fighting back?
Luke didn't say anything at first until he muttered the words.
Luke:...Shut...up.
Little Demon: *rolls his eyes* Shivery. A man's downfall.
Luke slowly started to get up as he weakly walked towards Willow. Willow saw this and let out another yell as more vines appeared this time below Luke striking him and leaving him in some kind of thorn cocoon. Willow put her head down again and started to sob in her hands.
Willow: I'm such a failure. I'm such a weakling. Everyone just keeps on leaving me. I'm *cries and sobs* alone.
A sound was heard as Luke pushed the vines out of his way suffering even more injures. He then walked towards Willow. Even though he could barely stand, even though he could barely speak, and even though he was about to pass out due to the lack of blood, he still wanted to get close and comfort her. And finally he was there. He was standing in front of Willow holding his left arm with his right, extending his right arm to touch her face.
Luke: *weakly* You're...Not...Alone...I-I'm...R-Right...Here.
As Luke was about to touch her. Willow's head shot straight up with her eyes glowing green and tears falling from them.
Willow: YOU LIAR!
Willow pierces Lukes stomach. Luke coughed up tons of blood as his head was down. Blood was dripping from his stomach as Luke was in pain. But no matter how much pain he was in he kept telling himself the pain he was feeling was nowhere near the pain Willow was going through. He slowly looked up at her and did a small smile. This shocked Willow as she looked at him. He then extended his arms out and slowly and weakly brought them around Willow and hugged her. Willow let out a gasp as Luke bared his head in the crock of her neck.
Luke: I-I'm not...lying. I-I would...Never lie...to you... Little flower.
Willow's eyes widened. Hearing Luke whispered how much he cared for her and feeling him hugged her made her feel safe. Her eyes slowly started to turn back to normal as she let out more tears, not from sadness but from happiness. She then slowly started to hug Luke back and buried her head into his chest. Slowly the vines around Willow and all over the garden started to disappear. The land started to turn back into a beautiful garden field place, with trees around and a great blue sky as the sun rose high. The two then backed away and looked at each other.
Willow: L-Luke.
Luke: *smiles* Glad to have you back.
Willow smiled but then frowned as she noticed Luke was covered in deep cuts and pierced all over. She started to tear up from what she did to him.
Willow: L-Luke I-I'm so-
Luke: Stop. It's ok. As long as you're ok, that's all that matters.
Willow: *tears up* Luke.
Willow then hugs Luke tight as Luke just patters her head and smiles. Soon green magic started to surround Lukes body. Luke raised an eyebrow but then felt all of his wounds around him starting to heal.
Luke: (I er, *sigh* magic Luke.)
Soon all of Luke's wounds were healed and the two looked at each other and smiled.
Willow: It's the least I could do.
Luke: I appreciated it.
Willow smiles and Luke starts to walk. He then looked back and extended his head.
Luke: Let's head back.
Willow looks at his hand and smiles with a blush on her face.
Willow: Yea.
Willow takes his hand and they both start to head back... Until a voice was heard.
Little demon: Isn't that touching.
Both Willow and Luke's eyes open wided
Willow: W-What was-
Suddenly everything started to go dark. It was dark and quiet until bright light started to shine and a song Luke was too familiar with started to play. Both Willow and Luke were in the middle of the black room.
Willow: *looks around* What is this place?
Luke didn't say anything. He was busy staring at the chair that was turned around. Soon the figure in the chair turned it and faced both Luke and Willow.
Little Demon: Hello Luke. *looks at Willow* And hello Little flower.
Back with Y/N
We cut back to Amity, inside of the memory that started this whole mess, bounded on the bed and landed feet first on the ground. She looked around for a second and then saw two figures fly past her. Y/N and Luz ended up being knocked against a wall. Well Y/N did he catch Luz before she could as he groaned in pain.
Amity: Luz! Y/N!
She ran to the two.
Amity: Are you two ok!?
Y/N: Ugh. More or less. *looks down at Luz* How about you Luz?
Luz: *sits up* I'm fine. *smiles* thanks.
Y/N: *smiles at her* No problem.
The two smiled at each other and then blushed as they slowly got up. Amity frowned at this and couldn't shake this cold feeling. Y/N looked around and noticed they were in some kind of bedroom.
Y/N: Where are we?
Inner Willow: The place that a friendship was severed.
The three looked and saw inner Willow descending down at them. Amity slowly hides behind Y/N as Y/N and Luz stand in front.
Inner Willow: *looks at Amity* You said I was hurting Willow! I was only finishing what you started!
Inner Willow summoned purple flames and slammed it down on the ground. The flames scattered around the room and turned the damaged bedroom into a beautiful one. The group then heard the door open and saw a young Amity and Willow walking out. The younger Amity had an angry look on her face and the little Willow had a sad and worried one.
Young Amity: *walks inside the bedroom* You have to get out Willow. Now.
Young Willow: B-But wait. Why?
The two stooped in the middle of the bedroom. Amity had a look of uneasiness and was having a hard time saying the words she was trying to get out.
Young Amity: B-Because! B-Because!
Young Willow: Is it because I still can't do magic. *grabs Amity's hand and gives her a desperate look* Amy I-i'm sorry I got us in trouble at the beach. I-I just *looks down sadly* I can't get the spells right.
Amity gives Willow a sad look but then changes.
Young Amity: W-Well that is why! You're a weakling! You can't do magic and I don't want to be your friend! Now go!
Once Y/N heard that he remembered that same sentence.
Y/N: (So that was-)
Y/N was cut from his thoughts when the Inner Willow made both the young Amity and Willow disappear. She had a look of pure rage.
Inner Willow: Then you let your new friends pick on her for years! All because you thought she was weak! *levitates in the air* But now I can erase that pain! After all: Out of sight *eyes become pure black* out of mind.
Suddenly fire surrounds Amity getting ready to burn her.
Luz: Amity!
Y/N: ENOUGH!
Everyone looked at Y/N and saw him still holding his left arm.
Y/N: Willow you don't have to do this.
Inner Willow: Why not? She did this to me! Do you know how much I've suffered!? How much I was humiliated!? How much I've been through!?
The fires around the Inner Willow started to burn crazy, scaring both Luz and Amity. Y/N stood still and looked at her. As he watched he couldn't help but see a little of himself in Willow.
Y/N:...I don't. But I might have an idea.
The inner Willow glares at Y/N.
Y/N: It's true she said some mean things to you. Sometimes friends say things that hurt us deeply.
When Luz heard that she remembered the time back at the house.
Luz: Maybe it was a mistake to be friends with a freak like you!
Luz looked down sadly.
Y/N: She hurt you Willow and she allowed others to hurt you too. And maybe she's lost the right to call you her friend.
Amity looked down sadly
Y/N: That is, if that was the real Amity that said that to you.
Both Luz and Amity looked up at Y/N as Inner Willow glared at him.
Inner Willow: What are you talking about?
Y/N: Ever since we came here and started fixing all of the memories. I saw with my own eyes the times you both shared and enjoyed *thinks back to all the memories* The times were you two laughed, the times were the both of you cried, the times were you both were happy,... and *smiles* the times you two had an unbreakable bond.
Inner Willow: She destroyed that so-called bond.
Y/N: Was it Amity that destroyed it or was it someone else that made her destroy it?
Amity let out a gasp as Willow started to become irritated.
Inner Willow: What do you mean someone else!? Are you saying it was really my fault!? She's the one that said it! She is the one who ruined our friendship!
Y/N: *gets frustrated* Open your eyes WIllow! Open your ears! Think about how she struggled to say those words! Think about all the times you both shared! Do you truly think at the deepest part of your heart, the Amity you knew would ever say something to you like that!?
The Inner Willow, now enraged, let out a yell as a flame hand came out and grabbed Y/N's by the neck and slammed him on a nearby wall.
Luz/Amity: Y/N!
Y/N coughed up blood as he looked at the enraged Willow.
Inner Willow: You don't know her as I do! I know what she did! I know she's the one to blame for all the terrible things that happened! And I won't let anyone get in my way!
She slowly started to choke the young dragon slayer as he began to cough up more blood.
Luz: Y/N!
Luz was about to run to him until purple vines wrapped around her trapping her in place. She try to break out of it but couldn't. Amity watched the scene in horror. Her ex friend was choking the life out of her crush.
Amity: *starts to tear up* (W-What do I do? W-What can I do?) (I-I can't do anything!)
Tears started to fall as Amity just held her head panicking... That was until she remembered what Y/N told her.
Y/N: I will never abandon you Amity. Because you're my friend.
Amity eyes widen as she slowly puts her hands back down to her side. She turned around and looked at the Inner Willow.
Amity: Willow stop!
The inner Willow looked down at Amity.
Amity: I'm the one you want. Leave Y/N alone.
The inner Willow glared at Amity but then put Y/N down. Y/N fell down on the ground and landed hard.
Inner Willow: Gladly.
Amity: But before you do, there is one thing I want to tell you.
The inner Willow raised an eyebrow.
Amity: *takes a deep breath* Before all of *gestured to everything* this started there was something else.
Suddenly the door started to bang and a voice was heard.
?: *otherside of the door* Amity.
The door opened and showed two shadow figures: A tall female and a tall male. They were both talking to the young Amity.
Zack: *appears beside Y/N* Is that-
Female: What is Willow doing here? She wasn't on the guest list for a reason.
Young Amity: B-But she's, she's my friend.
Willows eyes widen as she watches the memory
Male: Non Scenes. Blights associated themselves with the strongest of witchlings. You may choose a new friend from one of the suitable companies that we invited.
The image shows a young Bosha, looking at her nails, and a young Skara, sitting down with a bored expression.
Young Amity: But they're mean. Just because you work with their parents, doesn't mean I have to like them.
Female: Good children don't squabble dear. Sever your ties with Willow, and if you don't.
Male: *threatening* Then we will.
Amity let out a surprise and scared, gasp.
Female: We'll make sure the girl is never accepted into hexside. Now go and try not to make a scene.
The memory ends with the door closing and everyone but Amity looked at it in shock. The fire surrounds the room returning it back to the once black and white destroyed room. Luz's fire vines disappeared as she ran over to Y/N and helped him up.
Y/N: So that's why-
Y/N looks over to Zack and notices him squeezing his hands.
Zack: I might have expected this from Odalia, but you Alador...Why?
Y/N gives Zack a worried expression as he turns to Willow and Amity. Amity didn't have the fire circle around her anymore. She looked down sadly as Willow continued to stare at the door.
Amity: *sadly* Willow, you were never too weak to be my friend. I was too weak to be yours. *looks up at Willow* I can't take back what I've done but I can promise you this. *reaches into her pocket and takes out Skara's invitation* I won't let Bosha and her gang pick on you ever again!
Amity was about to rip it, making everyone cringe.
Y/N: Uhh you're not going to-
Amity: I'm not actually going to rip it *wraps it up and puts it away* because it's a real butterfly.
Everyone exhales.
Amity: But you get the gesture. Right?
Zack: I hope so. I really didn't want to see any butterfly guts.
Inner Willow: *smiles with tears of happiness* [turns towards Amity] I do. *takes Amity's hand and looks at it* I think Amity should keep her memories of you. *looks at Amity* Good and the bad.
Amity: *smiles* Me too.
Zack, Y/N, and Luz smiled for the two. Luz helped Y/N walk over to them.
Y/N: *smiles* Glad you two made up.
Inner Willow: *frowns* I'm sorry Y/N.
Y/N: Ehh don't worry *points his thumb to himself* I'm still ok.
Suddenly a loud crack was heard as Y/N started saying "ow" repeatedly.
Y/N: *groans* Mostly.
The group couldn't help but giggle from that.
Luz: Well now that's done, is it possible for you to fix all the memories?
Inner Willow nodded her head as a bright light appeared. As the light died down, the forest that was once covered in purple flames, was now back to normal. The three were outside and looking at the tree, where the memory that started this whole thing was. Y/N was holding the portrait and gave it to Amity, while also giving her a smile. Amity smiled back and took the portrait from Y/N and hung it up back on the tree. The group looked up at it and couldn't help but smile. They then heard running and turned to see a small Willow running around the forest. They then see the inner Willow holding her hand and standing a few feet away from the group with smiles on both their faces.
Amity waves at the two as Luz had happy tears in her eyes. Y/N had a bright smile on his face.
Y/N: The bond between two close friends.
Zack: Even if destroyed can be repaired.
The little Willow ended up hitting the tree making Y/N sweat drop. She then walks around it and runs off. The inner WIllow gives her a deapand look but still smiles at her. She then looks at Amity, waves, and walks off.
Luz: So does this mean you and Willow are buddies again?
Amity: *unsure* I-I'm not sure.
Y/N: *pats her on the head* Hey. I'm pretty sure you two are.
Amity: *smiles* Thanks Y/N.
Y/N: *smiles* No problem. Welp time to head back.
Zack: Yea buuuut before that. *snaps his fingers*
Suddenly a bright light appeared. As the light died down Luz and Amity looked around and saw they were in some kind of ravine.
Luz: Uhh where are we?
Amity: I'm not sure. Wait *looks around* Where's Y/N!?
Zack: Ehh don't worry about him.
Amity and Luz turned around and saw Zack sitting on a stone looking down at the two girls.
Zack: He'll be fine.
Amity: Wait, you were the one back at the library.
Luz: *gasp* Your Y/N's teacher.
Zack: *nods his head* Yep the names Zack, Zack Strife.
Back with Luke
Luke and Willow were currently standing on the opposite side of the demon as he looked at the two.
Little Demon: Geez you two look tense. Then again you both went on a rollercoaster of emotions.
Willow: W-Who are you?
Little Demon: Martins, don't tell me you never told her about me? *whips away a fake tear* I'm hurt.
Luke just glared at him.
Little Demon: *looks at Willow* Then again we met before a little flower.
Willow was confused for a second but then she starts to remember the bat queens cave.
Willow: You! You were the one that took control of Luke back at the cave!
Little Demon: Ding! Ding! Ding! You guessed it! That was me! Did you enjoy the show?
Luke was about to say something until Willow walked up to the demon.
Willow: So you're the one that's been hurting Luke?
Little Demon: Well hurt is a strong word I would use.
Willow: *glares at him* Leave. Him. Alone.
Little Demon: Hmmm interesting suggestion. But what if I refuse.
Suddenly Willow's eyes went green and a nearby plant started to grow as vines came through. One of the vines cut the side of the demon's face as some black blood dripped down his cheek.
Little Demon: Oh. *wipes the blood of* That's what would happen. You know that was a bad move.
Willow continues to glare at the demon.
Little Demon: And before you ask why *points his finger* you should turn around.
Willow was hesitant at first but she did. Once she did her eyes widened as she saw the same cut she did to the demon appeared on Luke's face. Luke whipped the blood off and looked at it. Willow ran up to Luke worried.
Willow: Luke! Are you ok!? How did-
Just then she heard the little demon start to laugh. She turned around and was shocked to see his appearance changed into a black and white version of Luke.
Luke?: Oh your reaction is priceless! You see, it's pointless to attack me. The only person that can is *points to Luke* him. You see, in simple terms I am Luke's inner self. You can also call me his dark side in a way.
Willow: H-His dark side.
Luke?: Yep. But by all means try and kill me if you want. Just a quick warning though *eyes glow dark red as he smile sinsterly* I won't go down easily.
This made Willow flinch as she was scared. Her body couldn't stop shaking. But she then saw Luke get in front of her with a glare.
Luke?: *eyes stop glowing* I'm kidding Martins. I won't hurt our little flower. But even if she did somehow kill me... Well she knows what it was like when one has their memories fried, so she has an idea of what would happen if someone's soul was fried or in this case shattered. But enough about that, how about we all just relax and ease our minds.
Luke: Why did you bring her here?
Luke?: *shrugs his shoulders* Eh, why not? You could say for entertainment. It gets lonely in this sad room when you don't visit and you're not much for conversation. So I decided to add another person into the room. Those mind transfers in two ways you know.
Willow was confused as Luke just looked at him with a raised eyebrow. The demon Luke just smiled at the two and walked off.
Luke?: You two are free to leave if you want.
The door opens revel the garden before. The two looked at each other and back at the demon as he smiled at them.
Luke: *sigh* Let's go.
Willow looked at Luke for a second and then back at the demon. She then looked back at Luke and nodded her head as they headed for the exit. Soon the two left and the demon looked at the plant.
Little Demon: For her to still use plant magic, even in the black room, is quite impressive. I wonder *smiles* What should I do with her?
Back with Luz and Amity
Luz and Amity were looking up at Zack as he smiled at the two.
Zack: Soooo you are the two girls that Y/N talks so much about?
This made Luz and Amity blush.
Luz: Y/N talks about us?
Zack: *smiles* Of course. He talks about both of you all the time.
This made both girls blush even more as Amity shakes her head.
Amity: Wait, if your here, then that means-
Luz: *gasp* We've died!
Zack: *chuckles* No no. You two didn't die. You are in the key charm.
Luz/Amity: The Key charm?
Zack nods his head as the two were confused. Until Luz thought about it.
Luz: Wait!? You mean-
Zack: *nods* Uh-huh. The thing that Y/N carries around his neck. You see my soul is in that key charm.
Luz: *gaps* So that's who Y/N was talking too!?
Zack: *nods his head* Yep!
As the two were amazed Zack just smiled.
Zack: Now that you two know where you are, I think it is time to answer why I brought you both here.
Zack jumps down from the cliffed and looks at the two.
Zack: Now the reason I brought you two here is because... I trust the two of you.
Amity: Trust the two of us?
Zack: *rubs his head* Yea. You see Y/N... Well he's gone through a lot in his life.
Both girls look at Zack confused until Amity said.
Amity: Do you know what happened?
Zack was hesitant for a second until he turns around.
Zack:...I do. But... *sigh* I wish I can tell you. I really do... but-
Amity: Only Y/N can, right?
Zack: *nods his head* Yea.
Both girls looked down.
Luz:Hey Zack... Doesn't Y/N trust us?
Zack: He does! *turns around* He really does. It's just... That certain memory is... Very sensitive to Y/N.
Both girls look at Zack.
Zack: All I can tell you Y/N blames himself for that day, is Y/N doesn't fully forgive himself. *looks at the two* All I ask is can you two watch over him for me?
The two girls looked at each other and then nodded.
Luz/Amity: We will.
Zack: *smiles* I can see why he really cares about you two.
This made both Luz and Amity blushes. Zack couldn't help but chuckles from the two
Zack: Now then *takes out the bell*
Luz: *shocked* How did you-
Zack rings it and hands it to Luz.
Zack: Take care girls!
Luz catches it as a bright light appears taking both Luz and Amity
With Y/N
Y/N slowly opened his eyes and looks around. Around him was nothing but red far as the eye can see.
Y/N: What is this place?
?: Yo.
Y/N felt a chill down his whole body. He turned around and was meet face to face with some kind of demon. It was all black with horns coming out of it's head. He had two black wings and beating red eyes.
?: Welcome, Dragon Slayer.
Y/N: W-Who are you?
?: Keh keh. Awww how rude. Then again this is the first time we ever meet, even though you've known about me for.
Y/N was confused for a second until he let out a gasp.
: They say a demon lives within the sword.
Y/N: Y-Your the demon?
?: Keh keh keh. Yep. The name is Slayer. I've been watching you for some time, kid. Your battles, your struggles, and I got to say... I'm not the least bit impressed.
Y/N: W-What?
Slayer: You are not worthy to wield the sword.
Y/N: *angry* What are you talking about!?
Slayer: I said what I said. Your. Not. *eyes glow* Worthy.
Y/N: You shut up! I made a promise to Zack, that I would take up his honor his dreams-
Suddenly Y/N was grabbed by Slayer as he yelped.
Slayer: So what? You took the ownership of one soldier's dream, but what about your dreams?
Y/N was quiet.
Slayer: It's sad really, cause you have no dreams.
Y/N eyes widened as suddenly his body started to glow and he disappeared from Slayers grast. Slayer looked up to where Y/N disappeared and looked up at it.
Slayer: Keh keh. And we were just getting to the fun fact. Thanks for interfering...
The demon turns around to see a familiar black haired soldier, with his arms crossed looking up at the demon.
Slayer: Zack.
Back at the house
To do a little explanation, Gus needed to do a report on who he wanted to interview. King and Eda volunteered to be the one to help him, but Gus had to choose only one. So King and Eda got into a competition winner Gus would interview them. Right now the two were on the table panting heavily with their hands in the air.
Eda: *pants* So? *pants* Who got the gig, kid?
Gus: Well, this has been the hardest choice of my entire life. But with the public interest in mind, the interview goes to... [Dramatic pause.] Hooty!
Eda: *shocked* Hooty?
King: *equally shocked* Hooty?
Hooty: [Opens door.] Hoot?
Gus: Well, your performances got me thinking. What could create such interesting people? Only the Owl House itself.
[DAH! He said it!]
Hooty: [Gasps; thrilled.] Aaaaah!
Gus: Tell me everything, Mr. Hooty!
Hooty: I've been waiting to hear those words all my life! [Closes the door, muffled.] Where to begin? It all started with a hunt. Blood red skies. That's right, I was...
Eda: *Angry* Ooooh, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna bake that bird in a pie!
King: I'm gonna bake that kid into a pie!
Suddenly the two heard a bell ring and looked over. Eda was confused for a second but then remembered.
Eda: Oh yea I put people in there.
Eda summons Luz, Y/N, Luke, and Amity from Willow's mind. They land with a puff of yellow smoke, holding hands. The bell disappears from Luz's hand as everyone lets go.
Luz: Whoa. *looks around* What went down here?
Y/N: And uh where's Gus?
Eda: The kid's fine. He's just dead to us. [Eda and King leave grumpily.]
Luke:... That's concerning.
The group then heard Willow start to steer awake. They turned and looked at her.
Luz: Willow! Do you know who we are?
Willow: [Sits up.] Friendly scarecrows?
There was a moment of silence.
Y/N: *dramatically falls* It didn't work!
Luz: *falls with Y/N* Now Willow will only see us as scarecrows!
Both Luke and Amity looked at them with sweat dripping from their heads.
Luke/Amity: You both realize she's messing with us, right?
Both Y/N and Luz stopped their dramatic crying and looked at Willow. Willow gave the group a smile and giggled.
Willow: Heheh I'm just messing guys, I remember everything.
Luz: She's back, folks! My girl's back! I'm gonna hug you so hard you'll never forget me again! [Hugs her tightly.]
Luke: *walks up to the two* How about not? I really don't want to see that.
Y/N: It's good to have you back.
Willow: Thanks Y/N *starts to frown* I'm sorry for-
Y/N: Willow, don't worry about it. We're just glad you're back.
Willow conuldt help but smile as Luke was confused.
Luke: Uhhh did I miss something or-
Y/N: Oh right you weren;t there.
Luz: *stops hugging Willow* Hang on a second. Where did you go anyway?
This caused Willow to have a big blush on her face as Luke turned his head with a small blush.
Luke: W-Well I w-w-went somewhere.
Willow: Y-Yea somewhere.
Luz: Oooooohhhhh something happened between you two didn't it?
Luke/Willow: No!
The two looked at each other and turned away with a very visible blush. Luz couldn't help but smile slyly while giggling as Y/N couldn't help but chuckle. Amity watched the scene for a while and decided to leave. True she did help Willow, but she still doesn't think things are back to normal. Before she could leave though she heard Luke called her out.
Luke: Hey Blight.
Amity stopped walking and turned towards Luke.
Luke: I might not know what exactly happened, but you did help Willow, so you're ok.
This made Amity smile a bit.
Willow: I remember what you did too. What you did in there. [Points to her head.] I can't say we're friends,
Y/N looked at Willow for a second
Willow: But it's... a start.
This made Y/N smile as Amity smiled as well. She then waves, leaves and closes the door behind her and starts walking off as she hears the group talk.
Willow: [Muffled.] Luz, question: how did Amity happen to see the photo I hid in class?
Luz: [Muffled.] You said nothing about shenanigans...
Luke: [Muffled] So this was your fault!
Luz: [Muffled] Eeep!
Luke: [Muffled] Get back here Noceda!
Amity couldn't help but giggle as she started to walk off.
?: Amity!
She turns around and sees Y/N running up to her with baby dragon on his head.
Amity: Y-Y/N?
Y/N: *stops and pants in front of her* phew glad I caught up to you. Hey about what you did in her memories... I'm glad you helped back there.
Amity: *smiles but then frowns* But I'm the one that caused it.
Y/N: That may be true, but you still came back and fixed it. In my book you're still a good person.
Amity couldn't help but smile and blush from that. Just then an explosion was heard. The two turned around and saw Luke chasing Luz.
Luke: Hold still Noceda!
Luz: *runs for dear life* HEEEEEELP!
Y/N: *sigh* Better help Luz before Luke kills her.
Amity: *sweat drops* Yea.
Y/N was about to run off but stops as he pulls something out. It was the flower Aerith gave him.
Y/N: Here take this. Think of it as my way of thanking you for helping us.
Amity looked at the flower and smiled.
Amity: *takes it* Thanks Y/N.
Y/N: No problem.
Another explosion.
Luke: STOP RUNNING ALREADY!
Luz: STOP TRYING TO KILL ME!
Luke: HOW ABOUT NO!
Y/N runs over to the others as Amity watches. She looks down at the flower and smiles with a big blush as she heads home.

Even if he was able to wield "Slayer" I will never accept him as the wielder.
Why are you so stubborn?
It's who I am.
*sighs* Fine. Why not test him for yourself then?

Ok but on a serious note sorry for the lack of updates. My job has been keeping me busy and I barley have the time to update my story. Huge love to you guys we are almost to 30k readers on this book like...BRO! I'm so shocked! *whispers* Truth be told I thought I would only get 1k. *clears throat* But you guys blow it out the water!
Now for this chapter Amity messed up big time and Luke pretty much hatter her through this whole chapter. Pretty sure everyone know why though. But she was able to get his... Well respect. And it looks like the akwardness of Luke and Willow is gone... Man almost lost his life but hey got a girl am I right?
The demon slayer. As you can guess the demon in the sword is real and dosen't really approve of Y/N being the wielder. So a test is needed for Y/N to take ownership and proof himself and uhh...OH BOY! Prepare from some craziness to go down ladies and gentalmen.
That's all I really have to say. Thanks for all the support and the love that you guys have given this story. I'll try to work hard and get as much chapters out. I'll try to update you guys more on when the chapter will come out. So as always: Let me know what you think of this chapter and short.
