The sun started to raise in the Owl House. The light from it hit the inside of the boys room, Y/N started to stir in his sleep. He slowly opened his eyes and was met by Baby dragon sleeping on his chest. He smiled at Baby dragon and rubbed his head. Baby purred in response and opened his eyes, cooing at the dragon slayer. Y/N chuckled at the baby and removed him off his chest. He slowly started to get up, stretching his body, and for some odd reason started doing handstands. All this noise He was making started to wake up the half demon.
Luke: *sits up and groans* What are you doing?
Y/N: *grunts* Don't know *grunts* For some odd reason *grunts* I just felt like *grunts* working out.
Y/N continues to push his body up and down as Luke watches. He soon stopped and started looking at his hand.
Y/N: Call it weird, but my body, it feels so light. Like something heavy has been lifted off of me.
Luke continues to stare at Y/N until he looks at his own hand.
Luke: *smiles and mutters* Heh. Same here.
Y/N looked at Luke and smiled at him as Luke looked at him and did a small smile back.
Y/N: Welp better get ready for school.
Luke: *sighs* Yea I guess.
Y/N chuckled from his response and headed for the door. As soon as he opened it he was met face to face with Luz. She still had her sleepwear on and her cheeks had a noticeable light red on them.
Y/N: Oh hey Luz.
Luz: *blushes* O-Oh h-hey Y/N.
Y/N: You ok? You're a little red.
Luz: *blushes more* O-Oh me! Psh! I-I'm fine!
Y/N: Ok then? Welp about to get ready for school.
Y/N walks past Luz as she looks at him disappearing from the hall. She smiled as he started walking to the bathroom. Ever since the dance they shared she started to view Y/N a little differently.
Luke: Soooo any particular reason you just happened to be at our front door?
Luz: *blushes* O-Oh I just wanted to see if you guys were up already.
Luke: Riiiight. As in we you mean-
Before he could finish Luz blushes madly.
Luz: Yes, both of you! Not just Y/N! I mean also you too! Cause were friends after all! I mean- I got to get ready!
Luz dashes out the room and heads for the bathroom. Luke noticed the direction she was going and got up.
Luke: Wait, Luz! *outside the door* Y/N is in-
Before Luke could finish he saw Luz staring at the inside of the bathroom with a giant blush on her face. Curious, he walked up beside her to see what she was looking at and they both saw Y/N with his shirt off, revealing his scars and abs. He let out a little phew as he looked up and down at his body.
Y/N: *smirks* Not bad.
Y/N felt someone staring at him as he turned and saw both Luz and Luke looking at him. It was an awkward silence for a bit, until Y/N started to speak.
Y/N: Uhhh guys? I'm kinda already using the bathroom here.
Luke: Yea I can tell *points to Luz* I was trying to tell this one that.
The two boys looked at a full red Luz.
Luz: (Y/N. Abs. Scars.)
Y/N: Uhhh Luz?
Luz breaks out of her thoughts.
Luz: *blushes bright red* SORRY!
Luz slams the door shut as Y/N just sweat drops.
Y/N: *blinks* That was something.
Zack: Seems she liked what she saw.
On the other side of the door, Luz was curled up in a ball with her hands covering her face. Steam was coming from her head. Luke just staring at the latino girl.
Luke: *shakes his head* (Geez girl.)
Theme Song
The portal gate opens, as the camera zooms in on it, Y/N, Luz, and Luke are seen in the sky. They slowly start to open their eyes as they realize they are falling. Both Y/N and Luz panic as Luke just looks down with a bored expression. Suddenly something zoomed past and caught the three friends. Both Y/N and Luz open their eyes, Luz behind Y/N holding on to him tight, while Y/N was holding on to the staff, as they were caught by Eda. Luke was at the bottom of the staff hanging on with just one hand. Eda smirked at the friends and flew to her house with her palisman staff.
The door with Hooty opens to reveal the three friends. Luz had Eda staff as she twirled it around and posed, Y/N, that had Zack's sword on his back, held up a fire fist and smirked while doing a pose, and Luke had his arms crossed as he did a little smirk, as he leaned on the door way. Eda then appeared, taking her staff back, with an amusing grin. Luz then gave a sheepish smile as Y/N put his fire fist away and scratched the back of his head letting out a nervous chuckle. Luke just playfully rolled his eyes as he continued to smirk at his friends' antics. King then gets in front of the camera with a pose.
The scene changes to a three frame slot showing Willow, Gus, and Amity. Willow makes a heart with her hands, Gus holds out his arms in celebration, and Amity just ignores, and turns her back, crossing her arms. It then burns away to reveal King, holding a stuffed rabbit, commanding his army of stuffed animals. Suddenly the stuffed animals started to fall on him as some of them fell onto the camera.
The scene changes again to reveal Luke in a dark void. He then holds the necklace around his neck in his hand as he stares at the picture of him and Sally with a sad expression. Behind him was the Little Demon as he stared at him from the black room with a smile on his face to reveal his sharp teeth. Darkness engulfs the camera as we are shown Y/N surrounded by fire with a sad expression. He was holding a fire fist in his left hand and Zack's sword in his right hand. As Y/N looks at them, the fire takes the form of his father and he sees Zack in the reflection of the sword. The fire around him starts to engulf the camera.
The scene then changes with Luz riding on Eda staff, Y/N with fire wings, and Luke with dark wings. They fly around Bonesborough passing by friends and foes. Luz then picks up Eda and King as Y/N and Luke are flying beside them. Suddenly the ground below them starts to rumble and reveals a giant worm creature that lunges right at them. Everyone, minus Y/N and Luke, screams for dear life as they try to hang on to the staff. Y/N and Luke, nod their heads at each other, as they summon darkness and fire in their hands to attack the creature with a battle cry.
The scene changes to the night sky as it slowly comes down to the owl house. The five friends are standing on top of the house. Luz takes out a little ball of light, Y/N summons a small fireball, and Luke holds up a little shadow ball. The three friends share a smile as they send their balls up into the air. The three balls exploded to reveal the title screen.
The Dragon Slayer of the Boiling Isles
After the whole bathroom incident, the group was on their way to school. Y/N and Luke were flying with their wings, and Luz was on Eda's staff flying with the owl lady. Soon the three approached the school and saw streamers around it and a giant sign that said "GO GET'EM, BANSHEES". Fireworks started to shoot and explode on contact.
Y/N: *amazed* Cool.
Luke: A little much.
The group landed on the ground as Luz got off Eda's staff.
Luz: Our first Grudgby season, we are so excited, we have so much spirit then the school spirit.
Ghost appears: Why do I even bother?
The spirit throws the pump pumps on the ground.
Luke: That's my mood right now to man.
Y/N: *sweat drops* W-Well not all of us.
Eda: Ah. Grudgby season is the best. You know I used to play back in Gory days.
Luke: Please tell me you mean Glory days?
Eda: Yea that two. I was unstoppable on the field. I had the best moves and the best cheats.
Zack: *sigh* She isn't wrong about that.
Flashback
Zack was upside down hanging from a plant that Eda had set up before the game started.
Zack: EDA!
Eda: Haha I win.
Zack: No you didn't!
Eda: The scoreboard says otherwise.
On the scoreboard showed Zack with 0 points and Eda with 100.
Zack: You cheated!
Eda: And cheaters always prosper.
Zack: No they don't!
Eda: Again the score board begs to differ.
Eda walks away with a laugh as Zack just glared at her. Soon Igneel appeared, reading a book, as he walked up beside Zack.
Igneel: *not taking his eyes off the book* You know, you should have seen this coming.
Zack: *looks at Igneel* How was I supposed to know she set this up before the game started!?
Igneel: It's Eda.
Zack:...Fair point. Can you get me down from here?
Igneel didn't say anything as he started walking away.
Zack: Wait, you're not going to leave me here, right? *no response* Ig? Ig!? IGNEEL!
Flashback ended
Zack shutter from the memory as he remembered it took him awhile to get down
Luz: Cheating isn't anything to brag about.
Y/N: How do you know if you were any good if you just cheat your way to victory?
Luke: *looks at the two with a deadpan look* You two do know who you're talking about, right?
Eda: See, Martins gets it.
Luke: I didn't agree.
Eda: *groans* Ugh. What do humans know with your goody goody attitude?
Luke: (Offensive.)
Eda: If cheaters never prosper why was I the star player?
Luke: I can think of many reasons.
Luke was hit in the head by Eda.
Luke: Ow.
Luz: Welp can't argue with crazy.
Luke: *rubs his head* I disagree with that statement.
Luz then reaches inside her hoodie and takes King out.
Luz: Bye King you little snoozers.
She kisses King on his skull and puts him on Eda's staff. Y/N chuckled and pulled a sleeping baby dragon out.
Y/N: See ya soon little buddy.
Y/N kisses baby dragon on his forehead and sets him beside King.
Luke: Your amount of affection disgusts me.
Soon Night appeared out of Luke's shadow and pants at him. Luke glares at Nights as the night fury whimpers. Luke sighs and kisses him on the cheek making the nightfury chirp.
Y/N/Eda/Luz: *mimics Luke* Your amount of affection disgusts me.
Luke turns to the three as they smirked at him.
Luke: *glares* Oh ha-ha. *looks at Y/N and Luz* If you two love kissing so much, kiss each other.
Luke starts walking away as both Y/N and Luz blushed heavily from that. The two looked at each other and looked away blushing more.
Eda: He does have a point you know.
This made them blush more as Luz started walking away. Y/N was going to follow them until Eda stopped him.
Eda: Hey Y/N!
Y/N: Y-Yea.
Eda: Just a heads up, Zack was also part of the Grudgby team as well.
Y/N: Really?
Eda: Yep, he was good enough to be a captain, but sadly he turned it down.
Y/N: *curious* Why?
Eda: I don't know. He never told me why.
Y/N looked at Zack.
Zack: I had my reasons.
Y/N was still confused but smiled anyway.
Y/N: Welp if Zack could do it, then maybe I can.
Eda: *chuckles* And maybe Luz could be your little cheerleader.
Zack: Agreed.
Y/N blushed heavily from this and started walking away. Eda chuckled from Y/N's reaction.
Eda: *sighs* All this talk of grudgby has me feeling nostalgic. Whaddya say you and me take a little trip down memory lane?
King: *disappears in Eda's hair* Hard pass.
Baby Dragon joins King in Eda's hair.
Eda: That's the spirit.
Ghost: You mean me?
Eda: Ugh. Come on! [Flies away.]

The scene changes with the group in History class. As the teacher was talking, Luz, who was beside Gus and Willow, was talking with her friends.
Luz: I can't wait for Grudgby season to start! I study on all magic sports *holds up a book* like this!

Luz: "Good Witch Azura 2: The field of deadly fates." A classic.
Y/N: Oh yea I remember that one.
Willow: *takes it from Luz and reads it* Azura challenges Hecate in the smibbitch championship. But will she risk it all by taking a chance on the deadly Thorn Vault?
Luke: *sighs and holds his head* You do realize there is a difference between books, movies, and reality right.
Y/N/Luz: Shush non believer.
Luke: (Migraine.)
Willow opened it and inside was a CD.
Gus: *takes it* Oh, a shiny cookie.
Before Gus could eat it Y/N took it from him.

Luke turns around and sees Willow blushing.
Willow: D-Do you like what I did?
Luke was confused for a second, until he noticed the clip on Willow's hair.

Willow smiles and blushes from this as the group aww'ed quietly.

Y/N: *nudges him* See you can be a nice guy.
Luke: *grumbles* Shut. It.
Boscha sees the scene and glares at the group. Before anything else happened, the teacher asked a question.
Teacher: The council headquarters was built and paid by

Willow jolted a bit as her name was called as she got up and spoke.
Willow: Umm the pixie dust taxes?
Out of nowhere a student that was on the other side of the door screamed
"Whoo, yeah! Go Willow!"
Luke:...Why?
Teacher: *does a spell circle slamming the door* Impressive Ms. Park.
The students started to cheer for Willow.
Luke: Uhh not that I'm complain for people praising you or anything, but is there a reason why everyone is so you know *gestures to everyone* that around you?
Luz: Yea. It's like all of Hexside has caught Willow fever!
Luke: *raises his eyebrow* Willow fever?
Y/N was about to explain until Luke cut him off.
Luke: Please don't.
Willow: Ever since I patched up with Amity, I've been feeling more confident. I guess it shows.
Luke: I can tell.
Willow blushes from that until her clip was lifted into the air. It circled around the group and landed into a familiar three eyed girl's hand.
Boscha: Aww Willow thinks she's popular now. How cute.
Luke: (And here we go.)
The group glared at Boscha. They noticed Willow's sad and embarrassed expression and decided to stand up for her.
Luz: Hey I admit *gestures to Willow* My friend is very cute, but give that back!
Luz tries to snatch the clip back from Boscha, but the three eyed witch pulled it away before the latino girl could grab it.
Boscha: It's weird Amity hangs out with you now. Ever since Grom she's gone soft.
Y/N: No she hasn't. Unlike you she's expressing her true feelings.
Luke: I question that one.
Boscha: See, your other human friend gets it.
Y/N: Luke! Whose side are you on!?
Luke: *looks at Y/N* Would you believe me if I said no ones?
Boscha: Don't worry I'm still here to show you who's boss.
She puts the clip in her hair and flashes it a bit.
Boscha: How do I look, Martins?
Everyone looked at Luke.
Luke: *sighs* I won't lie, you look nice.
Everyone but Boscha gives Luke an "Are you serious!?" look.
Boscha: Aww thank you.

Luke draws a spell circle and a small shadow tentacle appears below Boscha, taking the clip off her hair and throwing it into Luke's hand.

The group smiled from this. Luke puts the clip back in Willow's hair, making the plant girl blush.
Boscha: Oh so the friends want to get it on this.
Boscha draws a spell circle. By doing this Willow's bag starts to levitate in the air.
Luke: Oh crap.
Her bag turns upside down as her stuff falls onto the others. The group minus Luke let out some whines as the teacher heard.
Teacher: Is that laughter I hear!? Learning isn't supposed to be fun!
Luke: *takes a sheet of paper off his face* (When is it ever?)
Luke looked at the paper and saw his and Willow's name on it: WillowxLuke with a heart around it.
Luke: (Not going to comment on that.)
Luz: We are having zero fun!
Y/N: Boscha here won't stop throwing things at us!
Boscha: *looks innocent* My apologies sir. I was practicing my aim for Grubdy.
She picks up and throws an eraser at Willow head, only for it to be blocked by Luke's shadow.
Luke: Aim somewhere else.
Boscha glared at Luke as he glared back at her.
Teacher: Boscha, how could you throw things at them!?
Y/N: Thank you sir.
Zack: Wait for it.
The teacher takes a piece of chalk and draws a circle on his chest.
Teacher: When you can throw things at me!
Y/N/Luke:...What?
Teacher: *moves around* Am I over here!? Or am I over here!?
Luke:... I said it once and I'll say it again: What is wrong with this place?
Y/N:...I'm beginning to ask that to.
Boscha: Aww thanks. *takes out a piece of Gum out of her mouth* But I already have the perfect targets.
She throws her gum in Willow's hair. Willow tries to pull it out but to no avail. Y/N starts to get pissed and was about to get up until Luke holds him down.
Luz: Calm down Y/N. It's not like she can follow us all day.
Luke: Oh you just had to say that.
The scene cuts to the group outside. Luke had writing on his head and cheek. On his forehead wrote: "Moody'' and on his cheek "Bad boy"
Luke: *looks at his forehead* Seriously moody!? Why do people keep calling me that!?
Y/N: *offscreen* At least that's all she did to you!
Luke looks at the group and sees them covered in... Wow, a lot of things, mainly trash. On their faces were words: For Gus "Boscha" and a note, on his left arm, that read "Hex me". For Luz "Round Ears", For Y/N "Dragon breath", and finally for Willow "Eww"
Luz: She followed us around all day. She literally followed us around all day!
Y/N: How come you barely have anything done to you!?
Luke: Unlike you I was on my toes! *mutters* Until I let my guard down.
Flashback
Luke was currently walking around with his hands in his pockets. He turned a corner but felt something off. He looked up and saw some trash falling down on him, he smirks and quickly dodges it... Unfortunately the trash ended up hitting someone else... Luz. Luz looked up and saw some of Boscha's friends laughing at her. Luz glared at them while Luke just shocked his head.
The next scene showed Luke reading a book with Y/N beside him throwing a Grudgby ball in the air. The two boys were walking around the halls, but, once again, Luke felt something and quickly ducked down, avoiding a giant trash ball heading for him... Again unfortunately it ended up hitting Y/N knocking down, crashing into a wall. Luke sits up, and Y/N pulls himself out of the slime trash ball, to see Boscha standing and smirking. Y/N glared and growled at the witch while Luke just sighed.
In potion class, Luke was busy listening to the instructor teach. While doing so, he started to yawn and feel a little drowsy. Which was weird since he was sure he got a lot of sleep last night... Because Hooty didn't bother him. Slowly he started to drift to sleep. He was out cold for a bit until he heard his friends call his name which made him start to wake up. He sat up and rubbed his eyes. He looked around and saw that class was over. He looked at his friends and was confused when they both sighed sadly.
Y/N/Luz: She got you to huh?
Luke was even more confused. Luz holded up a small mirror showing what was written on Luke's face. He grabbed the mirror and squeezed it, shattering it as he screamed.

Willow: *sighs* I'm sorry I got you guys into this. We should have just kept a low profile. Boscha could just get away with murder if she wanted to.
Just then Bump walks down the stairs with Gajeel behind him
Bump: What's this Boscha got away with murrder? I can't say I approve but at least she's trying new things.
Gajeel: Yet you get on my ass when I try to murder someone! *stops and looks at the group* Geez what the hell happened to you five?

The group was silent.
Gajeel: What? It's true.
Luz: Aaaanway. Don't you have anything that can help us?
Gajeel thinks for a second.

The group fell silent again.
Luke:...How does that help?
Gajeel: *looks at Luke* I mean it will help you.
Luke: How!?
Gajeel: Hey the more you know about a woman, the easier it is.
Luke just gave Gajeel a deadpan look.
Luz: Ok. How about something useful!?
Gajeel: Look I don't know! Why not ask one of her friends!? Or people that used to hang out with her! Not me!
Y/N: *thinks* People that used to hang out with her?
Suddenly Amity walks past the group.
Y/N: *sees her* Oh Amity!
Y/N rubs the dirt off his face and runs up to Amity. Luz noticed this and gave a little bit of a jealous expression.
Luke: *sigh* Don't worry. *walks towards them* I'll make sure he doesn't make out with her in front of you.
Luz: *blushes* That's not what I was thinking!
Luke just chuckles and walks away.
Gajeel: *looks at Luz* You like Salamander or something?
Luz just blushes more.
Amity was busy walking until she heard someone call out to her.
Y/N: *offscreen* Ammity!
Amity's whole body jolts as she turns around with a blush on her face seeing Y/N run up to her.
Y/N: *stops and smiles* Hey Am.
Amity: *blushing* Oh Y/N you're here! I mean obviously this is school! And you go here now! Heh! With me!
Y/N looked at Amity confused.
Amity: *whispers* Have I been talking for too long!?
Y/N: Uhhh..
Luke: *walks up to them* Yes. Yes you have.
Amity glares at Luke until she notices the writing on his head.
Amity: *smug look* Well sorry "Moody".
Luke: I thought I whipped this sh*t off!
Luke tries to whip the words off again.
Y/N: Anyway, *looks at Amity* I really could use your help!
Amity: *blushes from the nickname* Yes I can help... With what exactly?
Luke: (He could have had her help him with murrder.)
Y/N: Boscha won't stop picking on Willow and nobody won't do anything about it, because she's the so-called "Star of the Grudgby team"
Luke: I didn't know being a star would mean you can do anything you want.
Amity: Yea, this type of year she's extra unbearable.
Luke: Well seeing as your friends with her, can't you try reasoning with her. *points to Y/N* Otherwise this one is going to go to prison for trying to kill her.
Y/N: I wasn't going to kill her!
Luke: The death look you give her says otherwise.
Y/N was going to respond but stayed quiet.
Amity: *sighs* I wish I could help guys, but the hard part is there is no reasoning with Boscha. She only speaks in Grudgby terms.
Y/N: *thinks for a second* Grudgby huh? I think I have an idea.
Luke: And that is?
Y/N: We hit her in the head with a Gruby ball!
There was a brief silence.
Luke/Amity: What?
Y/N: Like Amity said, she only speak Grudgby . Sooo we hit her with a Grudgby ball!
Luke: Oooor, hear me out, Oooor we could do something else that involves Grudgby.
Y/N: *thinks for a second* ...Set the ball on fire?
Luke just falls on the ground anime style. How can someone so strong be so dumb? Amity giggled from this. She couldn't help but find Y/N stupidity cute. Just then the moment was ruined when they heard Willow screaming.
Luz: *offscreen* Willow!
Gajeel: *offscreen* Ha! You missed!
The group turned and saw Willow got dumped with a whole bunch of Garbage. Both Y/N and Luke runs to the scene.
Y/N: Guys! What happened!?
Gajeel: Triclops hit your plant friend with garbage. *looks up at her* Too bad she missed me!
Boscha: *glares at Gajeel* Shut it you iron freak!
Gajeel: Well this iron freak got jokes! Stop me if you heard this one before: My ex still misses me, but her aim is getting better!
Luke:...What?
Gajeel: *looks at Luke* It's funny because relationships are terrible.
Boscha: *rolls her eyes* Anyway, *looks at Willow with a smirk* Thanks Willow, I figured trash should stay in one spot.
Gajeel: Yet you're still there!
Boscha just glared at Gajeel as the iron dragon slayer just smirked at her.
Y/N: That's it!
Gajeel/Luke: Please tell me you're going to burn her!/Please don't tell me you're going to burn her.
Y/N: Boscha! Willow challenges you to a Gruby match!
Luke: Wait what!?
Boscha: *drops the trash can* She whats!?
Willow: *looks at Y/N* I what!?
Gus: *trash can lands on him* She what!?

Gus: *inside the can* Seriously, what's going on here?
Luke: Trying to figure that one out myself. *looks at Y/N* Y/N what in the hell are you doing?

Willow was still unsure but Luz put a hand on her shoulder, telling her to trust Y/N. Willow sighs and nods her head. Boscha comes down spinning a Gruby ball on her finger.
Boscha: Ok maybe it was the altitude of the second floor, but I thought you said leaf girl wanted to challenge me to a Gruby match.
Y/N: Funny you ears do work after all. I thought all you can hear is your annoying banter.
Boscha glared at Y/N as Gajeel was doing his best not to laugh.
Gajeel: *snickers* Got'em.
Y/N: We are going to settle this once and for all on the field.
Willow: *raises her hand* O-Or we can just talk about our issues.
Luke/Gajeel: That hardly ever works.
Boscha: Let's do this.
Willow: *whimpers* Oh no.
Y/N: If Willow's team wins, you don't get to pick on her anymore.
Boscha: Fine, and when we win, Willow and your team will be our water gofers.
Luke:(...How is that a punishment?)
Y/N: Fine by me! I like water.
Boscha: And we get to use you as target practice.
Luke: Target practice?
Boscha throws the Gruby ball in the air and kicks it to a nearby tree. It goes through the tree leaving a big whole in it. The group looked at this in both shock and fear.
Luke: Well damn.
Gajeel: Oh right, *looks at Luke* She's really strong too.
Luke: *looks at Gajeel* Why do you keep telling me this!?
Gajeel just shrugs.
Boscha: Oh and one more thing *points to Luke* We get your little moody friend too.
Luke: What!?
Gajeel: I'd say agree.
Luke: *looks at Gajeel* I am not being part of a bet!
Y/N: Fine then.
Luke: *looks at Y/N* WHAT!?
Y/N: Gives me a better reason not to lose.
Boscha: *smirks* See you after school losers. *looks at Luke* And see you later.
Boscha winks at Luke as he just shutter. Her and her team walks away leaving the group alone.
Gajeel: Trust me Martins, you are going to have a fun time. A little wild but fun nonetheless.
Luke just glared at Gajeel. He draws a spell circle, as a shadow arm punches Gajeel into the ground.
Gajeel: *groans* Worth it.
The group then walks to the staircase, Luz helps Gus out of the trash as Y/N stands on the top of the staircase.
Amity: *walks up to the group* Y/N, this isn't a good idea.
Willow: Yea I never played Grudgby before. How am I supposed to beat Boscha?
Luke: And not to mention, You bet me on this!
Gajeel: Well-
Luke: Black steel if you say one word I will F*cking bury you!
Gajeel: Geez alright. *crosses his arms* What are you a scared virgin?
Luke just growled at Gajeel
Zack: I got to agree with your friends. I mean I did a lot of dumb stuff in the past, granted I have no regrets from most of them, but don't you think this is a little much?
Y/N: *sighs* I know what I did was a little much.
Luke: *offscreen* Much being the keyword!
Y/N: But we can't just let her keep getting away and let her do whatever she wants.
Gajeel: He's about to do an inspirational speech, isn't he?
Luke: *sighs* Yep.
Y/N: *walks up the staircase* If we keep letting people like Boscha walk all over us, then they'll continue to bully other people like us. *stops on one of the staircases* The best course of action *punches his fist in his palm* is to beat them at their own game. As long as we work together we can do this. So *raises a fist in the air* Who's with me?
Luz smiles and ran up beside Y/N
Luz: *raises her hand* I am!
Willow: *sighs and smiles* Well if you think this will work then I am.
Y/N: *looks at Gus* Gus?
Gus: *holds up flags* In seasons past these flags used to wave for Grudgby greats.
Luke: Where did you-
Gus: Now they will wave for the greatest! *waves the flags around* Meeee!
Gajeel:...Is he always like this?
Luke:...Yes.
Y/N: Gajeel?
Gajeel: Hmmmm. *holds his left hand up* On the one hand I don't like you Salamander.
Y/N: Harsh.
Gajeel: But *holds his right hand up* On the other hand, I really don't like triclops either. *looks at Y/N* I need some time to think about this.
Gajeel starts walking away leaving the group, as he mutters to himself.
Y/N: Well Gajeel is a maybe. *looks at Amity* What about you Am?
Amity: Me? On the same team with you? *gasp* Running around in cute uniforms? Sweating!?
Amity's whole face turns bright red as she dash out.
Amity: I GOT TO GO!
[I tell you I laughed so hard at this]
Y/N: Uhhhh that was weird *looks at Luz* Right, Luz?
As soon as Y/N turned he also saw Luz with a bright red face. She started thinking about Y/N sweating as he was playing Gruby.
Luz's fantasy
Luz was cheering, in a cheerleaders outfit, for Y/N as he was playing Grudgby. Y/N had his shirt off as he whipped the sweat off his forehead. It was as if time slowed down and Luz was busy staring at his abs with a big blush on her face.
Luz: Woow. You can grind meat on those-
Y/N: *Offscreen* Uhhh Luz?
Back to reality
Y/N: *waves his hand in Luz's face* Boiling Isles to Luz. You ok?
Luz breaks out of her thoughts.
Luz: Huh? W-What?
Y/N: I asked, are you ok?
Luz: *blushes deep red* O-Oh me I'm fine!
Luz just chuckles nervously as Y/N looked at her confused. Luke and the others watched the scene. Willow was giggling, Gus was confused, and Luke
Luke: *sigh and mutters* They better not lose
Had his hand over his face and muttered to himself.
Y/N: Welp! *jumps off the staircase and lands on the ground* Let's get training!
Cuts to the owl house
Eda: And here's when we took down Epiderm High in the semi-finals. [Points to photo of her younger self holding a trophy.] Oh, I was the youngest on the team, but I had what some call "star power". AKA, this. [Pulls a box out from her hair labeled "Eda's Rad Cheats".] This is my cheat box. I have all my best weapons in here. Smoke bombs, sock-worms... *kisses the box* Mwah. You name it. Oh, I never lost a game with this bad boy.
The door slams open. Hooty enters.
Hooty: Hoot-hoot! Guess who found a special friend in the forest. *He brings in Lilith, wrapped up in his elongated body.* It was me. Hoot!
Hooty releases Lilith, who falls to the floor.
Eda: Lilith.
Lilith: Edalyn.
Hooty: [Pops up between them.] Hooty!
Eda: Ugh. Scram, Hooty.
Hooty: Okay!
Hooty's body retracts back into the front door, which then promptly slams shut. Baby dragon gets on guard and growls at Lilith.
Eda: *rubs the baby's head* Down boy.
Lilith: Why are you in your old uniform?
Eda: No reason. It's laundry day. What are you doing here?
Lilith: [Summons scroll, clears throat, reads.] Edalyn Clawthorne, you, and the young Dragneel, are hereby under arrest by the order of the Emperor of the Boiling Isles—
Both Eda and King looks at each other for a bit. Eda uses her magic to roll up the scroll, which smacks Lilith in the face.
Lilith: Ah!
Eda: You were saying?
Lilith: Come on! I have to bring you in. It's time for you to join the coven. The Emperor has big plans for the Isles, and he wants you to be a part of it all.
Eda: [Picks up the photo album; sarcastically.] Ooh, Aah. What an incredible opportunity for me.
Lilith: What are you even looking at? [Grabs the photo album from Eda.] Grudgby pictures? Feeling sentimental?
Eda: Pah! Me? Never. I was just telling King here how good I was. [Summons grudgby ball.]
Lilith: Oh, Edalyn. Not only is the curse affecting your hair, but your memory as well.
[Lilith holds up the picture of young Eda, unfolding it to reveal a young Lilith with an even larger grudgby trophy, and several medals.
Eda: Hey! We both know that Zack would have been the captain.
Lilith was shocked for a bit and then sighs.
Lilith: Yes he would have been.
Eda noticed the change of mood in her sister
Eda: *Groans.* Ah, tell you what. I'll go with you peacefully to the Emperor...
Lilith: *shocked and excited* Really?
Eda: Sure. If you beat me at a game of grudgby. The kids, minus Luke, is always challenging people to things. Why not me?
Lilith: Hmm *walks up in front of her*... Game on.
The scene cuts to the group at the field.
Y/N: Sooo how exactly do we play Grubby?
Luke just facepalms
Gus: Well there's a ball and you use a ball to score on the other team's goal.
Y/N: Huh. Sounds easy.
Zack/Luke: Wait for it.
Willow: It is. Except...
Willow draws a spell circle and summons a leaf. She blows the leaf making it float and land on the field. Soon as it did, it was attacked by fire, plants, ice, and stabbed by some of the ground spikes. The three friends just stared at what just happened.
Luz: Right. Boiling Isles.
The scene changes with Luz wearing a headband around her head as she plays music.
Luz: Alright! Every great story has a great training montage!
Gus: *raises his hand* What's a mon-tage?
Luke: Oh no.
Luz: *smiles* Weeell
CUE THE TRAINING MONTAGE!
First scene shows Luz explaining what a montage is, with the words "Montage" on a chalkboard. Gus was writing notes, Willow was watching him, Y/N was nodding his head, and Luke was mouthing "Help me". The next scene shows them watching a football game as Luz was still explaining it. The next scene was them in animal costumes: Luz was in an adorable kitty custom, Willow was in a frog, Gus was in an otter, Y/N was in a dragon, and Luke was in a wolf. Everyone but Luke was smiling happily, drinking tea, while Luke looked at the camera mouthing "Kill me".
Luke: *pants* Finally, It's over.
Gus: Oh I get it now. Wait were we-
Luke: WHAT HAPPENED IN THE MONTAGE STAYS IN THE MONTAGES!
Gus flinches from Luke's outbursts. He nods his head and smiles nervously
Luz: See Luke gets it!
Luke gives Luz a death glare, making the Latino girl hide behind Y/N. Y/N just chuckles nervously. Luke sighs and walks up and sits on the stands and watches.
Y/N: Alright guys! *holds up a ball* Let's hit the field!
Y/N throws the ball to the center.
CUE THE TRAINING
Gus and Willow screaming... Yea training is going poorly. Currently the two friends are running for their lives. They ran from a giant tentacle, a giant dislocated hand, and a whole bunch of Grudgby balls that were thrown at them, on fire.
Luke: *facepalms and groans* Oh boy.
"Whoo, yeah! Go Willow"
Luke summons a shadow arm punching the student away.
Luke: Your brown nosing is pissing me off.
Luz: *looks at the scene worried* Uhh Y/N. Maaybe this isn't such a good idea.
Willow then gets sent flying by a trampoline that appeared in front of her. She slides on the ground in front of Y/N and Luz.
Zack: Yeeeea I agree with Luz.
Willow: *gets up tired* I need a cup of water.
Gus walks up to the group and falls face first on the ground.
Y/N: Don't worry guys! We just need to do the big finally!
Everyone: (Oh no.)
Y/N takes out one of Luz's glyphs.
Y/N: Let's try the Thorn Vault.
Luke: *offscreen* That only works in movies and books!
Y/N activates the glyph as a giant stump appears launching Gus and Willow in the air. Luke sees this and sighs. He ducks into his shadow and stretches to where Gus and Willow were about to land. He appears before them and catches Willow before she hits the ground. As for Gus
Gus: *lands on the ground* Ow!
He falls face first on the ground. Luz winces at the scene.
Luke: Sorry Gus.
Gus: *muffles* It's fine.
Willow: *blushes* T-Thanks Luke.
Luke: *sets her down* No problem.
Willow runs over to Gus and shakes him a bit.
Willow: Gus! Talk to me!
Gus: I-I think somethings broken.
Luke: Please don't tell me it's your spine.
Gus lifted up one of his flags as it snapped in half.
Gus: *gasp in horror* My flags! I never should have tried to play! You were always enough for me!
Gus starts balling into tears as Luke gives him a deadpan look.
Luke:...I take it back.
Luz runs up to the friends and pats Gus on the back. Willow noticed that her clip broke and looked at it in horror.
Y/N: *walks up to the group* Ok practice was a little... Bad.
Luke: *crosses his arms* A little?
Y/N just chuckles nervously
Willow: Come on Gus. I have some floral tape in the greenhouse. We'll fix it.
Gus: *sniffles* Ok.
Luke: (They are just flags man.)
Y/N: Wait! Come on Guys!
Willow: Not now Y/N. Were tired.
Y/N: But we can still-
Willow: Enough Y/N!
Everyone flinched from Willow's outburst.
Luke:(...This is why you don't anger a gentle person.)
Willow: Not everything can be solved by an inspirational speech, dope music, or a training montage.
Luke:( Did she say dope?)
Willow: We aren't like you Y/N! We aren't some powerful dragon slayer!
Y/N: B-But I-
Willow: We are going to lose. *walks away* And nothing can change that.
Willow walks away with Gus, leaving the three friends by themselves. Y/N looked down sadly as Luz walked up to him and put her hand on his shoulder.
Luz: Hey. They just need sometime. I'll go check up on them.
Y/N: *looks down sadly* Thanks.
Luz noticed his sad tone. Hearing him sad made her feel a little sad too. She gives him a hug to cheer him up. This got him to smile a bit but he was still sad. She breaks the hug and catches up to Willow and Gus.
Luke: *walks up beside Y/N* Even getting a hug from your girlfriend didn't cheer you up.
Y/N: *sighs*... Did I go too far?
Luke: *thinks for a second* Hmmm lets see, *holds up one finger* You made Willow challenge the star of the Grudgby team, without her consented to it, *holds up a second finger* Force the group into training for it, which we could clearly see, they weren't ready for, *holds up a third finger* And finally, beatted me for the so-called inspiration on not to lose.
Y/N: So that's a yes?
Luke: *deadpan* Yes.
Luke starts to walk away leaving Y/N by himself. Y/N let out a sigh as he looked down and saw Willow's hair clip. He picks it up and rubs on the broken pieces.
Y/N: I really am an idiot.
Cuts to the owl house
The outside field of the house was a makeshift grudgby field set up in front of it. Eda and Lilith approach each other from opposite sides. Hooty stretches out to be between them, now wearing a ref's hat and whistle.
Hooty: You gals ready to hoot? We want a clean game here, so no magic allowed.
King: [Next to a scoreboard, dressed as a cheerleader.] Yes! Now I'll strike fear into my enemies with this armor of intimidation.
Baby dragon: *looks at King and barks* Are you sure?
Eda: [Laughs, snorts.] Yeah, intimidation armor. *looks at Baby dragon* (Wish I can put it on him, but he'll end up burning it.) [To Lilith.] Pushing paper all day might make you a little rusty. I'll try to go easy on you.
Lilith: Remember, dear sister, you may have been a star player, but I was team captain for a reason.
Eda grunts. Hooty blows the whistle, and the match starts.
Cuts back to the field.
Y/N was on one of the benches and used his fire to piece the hair clip back together.
Y/N: Almost... There.
Y/N finished and it looked good as new. He smiled at it for a bit but then frowned.
Y/N: *sigh* I really messed up.
Zack: *offscreen* Hey, don't feel too bad.
Y/N looked beside him and saw Zack sitting down with him
Zack: We all make mistakes.
Y/N looked down sadly.
Zack: I always taught you that you have to fight your problems head on, however I never told you not everyone thinks like that. People are different, they handle their problems in their own way.
Y/N:...I just wanted to be a good friend.
Zack: And you are.
Zack still noticed Y/N was sad but he then sees someone approaching them.
Zack: Maybe you just need someone else to talk to.
Y/N looked over at Zack confused, but Zack vanished leaving him alone.
?: *offscreen* Rough practice?
Y/N turned and saw Amity walking up beside him. He smiled for a bit but then looked down sadly.
Y/N: I thought I was helping Willow. People used to pick on me a lot, and at first I tried to do whatever I could to get them to like me. But nothing worked. So I decided to stand up for myself, not caring what other people thought of me. I thought by doing the same for Willow, it would work. But all I did was make things worse.
Amity looked at Y/N sadly. Hearing him say this made her heart hurt a bit.
Amity: *tries to smile* Did you know I was once captain of the Gruby team?
Y/N: *looks at her shocked* Wait really!?
Amity: I-It was a long time ago. Once I left the team it was a part of my life I wanted to forget.
FlashBack
Amity: *Voiceover* We were playing Glandus High for the Island Championship. We had a move planned, and it was a good one. But, at the last minute, I decided I wanted to do something a bit flashier. I changed our game plan to... the Thorn Vault.
Y/N: *voiceover* Wait from, Good Witch Azura 2: Field of Deadly Fates! You watched it too?
Amity: Uh, yeah.
Amity successfully does the Thorn Vault, launching herself to a goal post and tossing the ball in. The score changes for a Banshee win. Amity cheers, then realizes she hurt her teammates.
Amity: It went disastrously wrong. My teammates got hurt. All because I had an idea of how things should be. I pushed them too far.
End of Flashback
Amity: I pushed my teammates too far. I never played again after that day.
Amity turns and sees Y/N close to her face. She yelps with a big blush on her face and almost falls but Y/N catches her.
Y/N: Sorry. Just really liked your back story.
Amity, still being held by Y/N, blushes even more. Being this close to him made her whole body start to shake. Y/N lets her go.
Y/N: *rubs his neck* I guess I really did go too far. *looks down sadly* I really am a bad friend.
Amity: No you're not!
Y/N looked at Amity.
Amity: You're a great friend Y/N! *takes his hand* You may be a little hard headed at times, but you mean well. Anyone would be happy to have you in their life.
Y/N: *smiles* Thanks, Amity.
Amity smiled from this, but then realized she was still holding his hand. She immediately let's go with a giant blush on her face.
Amity: *blushing* S-Sorry.
Y/N: *lightly blushes* I-It's fine.
Just then the two noticed Boscha with her group walking to the field, and surprisingly Luke was there too.
Amity: What are you going to do?
Y/N looks down at the hairclip and sighs.
Y/N: Only one thing I can do.
Y/N starts to walk but stops and turns to Amity.
Y/N: Can you give this to Willow? Tell her I'm sorry for pushing her and Gus too far.
Amity takes the hairclip and stares at Y/N.
Y/N: Oh and *takes off the keychain* Hold on to this for me. I have a feeling I'm not going to get out of this unharmed.
Amity stares at it for a second and gently takes it.
Y/N: Thanks Am. *smiles* You really are amazing.
Y/N jumps down to the field. Amity stares at it for a second and couldn't help but smile and blush for him calling her amazing.
Zack: *offscreen* I'm glad he met you.
Amity turns and sees Zack looking at her with a smile.
Amity: Y-Your
Zack cuts her off by pointing. She looks at the direction Zack was pointing and sees Y/N walking up to Boscha and her group.
Boscha: It's after school, where is the loser of your loser brigade?
Luke: (loser brigade? Really?)
Y/N: This is going to be the hardest thing I say but *inhales* We forfeit! Ow that hurts to say!
This made Amity gasp and shocked the rest of the group.
Zack: It takes a strong person to admit defeat.
Luke: Like the courage but hate what you agreed to still.
Y/N: Fair. But I'm taking Willow's place. I'll be the water golfer, target practice, or whatever else you need.
Boscha: Wow. You really are a good friend.
Luke: An idiot, but still a friend.
Y/N: Aww thanks Luke.
Luke: *glares at Y/N* Don't push it.
Boscha: Annnd
Boscha then lit the ball on fire.
Boscha: A really good target!
Y/N: *pretends to be scared* Ooooh a ball made of fire. Whatever should I do. *smirks and crosses his arms* Did you forget I'm a fire dragon. Fire doesn't hurt-
Y/N then gets cut off by the ball hitting him in the stomach as he lands on the ground.
Y/N: *groans and wheezes* Right forgot. The fire doesn't hurt but the impact does.
Boscha: *hands one to Luke* Want to try, Moody?
Luke just looked at Boscha then at Y/N.
Y/N: *slowly gets up* Umm Luke we are cool *chuckles nervously* Right?
Luke thinks for a second. He then takes the ball and summons dark magic around it.
Luke: *smirks* Think fast.
Y/N: (Oh crapbaskets.)
Luke throws it and luckily Y/N dodges it. When the ball hits the wall it leaves a giant hole in it. Y/N stares at the whole then at Luke.
Luke: *smirks* I'm going to enjoy this.
Luke uses his shadows and grabs more balls as Y/N starts to go pale.
Y/N: (I should skedaddle.)
Luke starts throwing them at Y/N. Y/N panics and starts running while dodging as many as he can. Amity watches the scene in horror. She then looks at the hairclip and decides to put an end to it.
In the flower classroom
Willow was patching up Gus's flags, for some odd reason, had a life support on them.
[To this day, that still just confuses me.]
Willow: There, that ought to do it.
Gus: These are flags of surrender now.
Luz: *sigh* Guys I know Y/N pushed you guys too far, but he really means well.
Gus and Willow just looked at Luz and was about to say something but the door opens revealing Amity.
Amity: Guys! Y/N is in trouble!
Luz: What!? What happened!?
Amity: He walked up to Boscha and surrounder! Now he's taking your place!
Both Willow and Gus looked at each other unsure of what to say.
Amity: Willow. I know Y/N pushed you too far. He can be stupid at times, which I love *blushes* I mean hate.
Luz glared and decided to jump in.
Luz: And he can be a little hard headed, which is adorable *blushes* I mean crazy.
Amity glares at her.
Amity: But he really needs you right now
Amity/Luz: Which is sweet *blushes* I mean I hate it, it's dumb.
The two girls stayed silent as they both had blushes on their faces.
Gus:... You both lost me.
Amity: *sighs* Just here.
Amity hands Willow her hairclip and sees that Y/N had fixed it. She smiles at this and nods at Amity.
Amity: Oh and one more thing: Martins is attack Y/N.
Everyone: WHAT!?
Cut back to the owl house
Eda tries scoring a goal, but Hooty blocks the ball.
Hooty: Hoot!
Eda: Hooty! Whose side are you on?
Hooty: I'm an unbiased participant, hoot-hoot.
Lilith grabs the ball, successfully avoids Eda and Hooty, and scores a goal. King marks the score, now tied 5-5.
King: Point goes to Lilith. We're at a tie here, folks.
Eda and Lilith both pant in exhaustion.
Hooty: Time for one more play.
Eda: *Pulls our her cheat box.* Just one little trick and the game will be mine.
Eda opens her cheat box, only to find it empty, save for a note reading, "I noticed your lunchbox was getting dirty so I cleaned it! LOVE, LUZ", with a drawing of a heart and Luz throwing a peace sign.
Eda: Dang it, Luz! Your nonsense has gotten into my head. Well, time to do this the old-fashioned way.
Lilith: Taking your time. Nervous?
Eda: Not today, sister.
Hooty blows the whistle, beginning play again. Eda and Lilith both jump for the ball. Eda grabs it and makes for the goal. Hooty emerges from the ground.
Hooty: It's me again!
Eda steps on his face, using him as a launchpad.
Hooty: Ow!
Lilith leans on his face.
Hooty: Oh geez, hey!
Lilith: No!
Eda: Yeah!
Eda scores the goal.
King: Ha ha! Game over! Team Owl House rules supreme!
Baby dragon barks in excitement.
Eda: Yes! Still got it! Still got the skills to pay the bills!
Lilith: No! [On her knees, slamming her fists angrily at the ground.] No! I can't go back to the Emperor empty-handed.
Eda sighs. She takes her ring off, and holds it out to Lilith.
Eda: Here. Tell them I put up a heck of a struggle.
Lilith: [Takes the ring.] I will be back for you. And next time, I won't be alone.
Eda: I'll be waiting.
Lilith looks over her shoulder at Eda, then walks into the distance. Unknown to them a mysterious figure was watching the whole scene. The figure looks at Eda and then slowly starts to disappear.
Cuts back to the field
Y/N was dodging more dark grudgby balls Luke was throwing at him. The whole field was covered in smoke and craters. Y/N pants a little and tries to reason with Luke.
Y/N: Luke! *dodges* I get that you're mad. *dodges* Whoa! But if you think about it *dodges* Ah! I was only giving us a better reason *dodges* Gck! Not to lose! You know the old saying *dodges* Ack! When a friend is in danger *dodges* Ahh! You find that hidden strength to save them.
Luke stops and thinks for a minute.
Luke: *holds the grudgby in both his hands* Hmm ok. In theory, If I hurt you I can get stronger.
Y/N: *sweats* I uh don't think that would work in this situation.
Luke: *smirks and reels it back* Let's find out.
Y/N starts to panic as he avoids more balls. Boscha's group watches and laughs at what was happening. Meanwhile Boscha was busy staring at Luke. Seeing this sinister side of him made her admire him a little. A little blush started to form on her face. Y/N back was behind one of the walls as he looked at it in a panic. He saw Luke standing a few feet in front of him throwing a grudgby ball in the air.
Luke: Any last words?
Y/N: I uh *sheepishly* I'm sorry?
Luke just gives him a deadpan look and reels his arm back. He then threw the ball with full force. Y/N shielded his face waiting for it to hit him...But nothing happened. He then unshielded his face and saw a giant tree appeared protecting Y/N. The ball bounces back to Luke as he catches it. The two boys were confused until they saw Willow walking up to them.
Y/N: *smiles with tears* Willow!
Luz: *offscreen* Y/N!
Y/N turns and sees Luz running at him. She hugs him tight.
Luz: Are you ok!?
Y/N: *pants* Yea fine *pants* just tired.
Willow turns and smiles at Y/N. She and Luz then turn to Luke.
Luz: Luke! What the heck!?
Luke: Oh don't look at me like that. You would have done the same if you were in my position.
Willow/Luz:...Fair point.
Y/N: Hurtful!
Willow: Boscha, your issue is with me not Y/N. Leave him be.
Luke: *holds up a grudgby ball* Can I throw one more ball at him?
Willow glares at Luke
Luke: *sweat drops* Guess that's a no.
Boscha: *walks up beside Luke* You need three players on your team, and from what I can tell the dragon boy is too tired to play.
Y/N: *pants* Hey *pants* that's not true *falls on the ground* Ok I need a minute.
The girls looked at Y/N.
Boscha: So where is your third?
The two girls looked up at Gus and saw him with his flags in his hand. They then looked at Luke.
Luke: Don't look at me. I'm a bet.
Willow: U-Umm well-
Amity: *offscreen* Right here.
Everyone turns and sees Amity standing there with her arms crossed. She then walks up to the group.
Boscha: You just destroyed your social life.
Amity looks at Willow, Luz, and more importantly Y/N.
Amity: *smiles* Nah. I think I made it better.
Y/N: *weakly raises his hands* Thhanks Amity.
Amity smiles and nods her head.
Boscha: Uck! Game on!
Boscha walks away to her team
Luke: *walks up to them* Good luck girls.
The girls glared at Luke as he started to sweat.
Luz: We are going to have words after this.
Luke: N-Noted.
Luke walks over and puts Y/N over his shoulder.
Luke: Wish your two girlfriends good luck. (I'm going to need it.)
Y/N: *looks at Amity and Luz* Good luck girls!
This caused Amity and Luz to blush.
Luke: Good luck, little flower.
Willow started to blush a bit.
Willow: *glares* Still not off the hook.
Luke: *mutters* Worth a try.
The two boys started to leave the field.
IT'S TIME FOR A GRUDGBY BATTLE!
The scene shows the teams against each other: Boscha, Cat, and Amelia vs Willow, Luz, and Amity. All the girls were in Grudgby uniforms.
The guys were on the stand watching, and Y/N couldn't help but blush a bit seeing both Luz and Amity like this. Luke looks at Willow and Boscha and just lightly blushes
Little Demon: Did our heart just skip a beat? That is just precious.
Luke: (Shut. The. F*ck. up.)
Gus: Whoo! Go girls!
Y/N: You got this!
Luke: Don't lose.
Willow: *To Boscha.* There's something on your shoe.
Boscha: [Scoffs.] Like I'd fall for that.
The ball is launched into the air. Boscha lunges for it but is stopped.
Boscha: Huh?
She looked down and saw there were vines wrapped around her shoe. She falls over. Willow catches the ball. She sees both Boscha's teammates running at her. Quick on her feet she draws a spell circle. A giant plant appears underground, and wraps around her to bring her underground.
Cat: *looks around* Where did she-
The group gets cut off when the ground, near the goal, shatters open revealing Willow. She threw the ball through the hole making the first goal.
Y/N: Nice one Willow!
Luke: *claps* Good job.
Boscha: *looks at Luke* Hey!
Luke: *shrugs* She did warn you.
Boscha just glared at Luke
Y/N: Uhhh *looks at Luke* who's side are you on anyway?
Luke: Again: Would you believe me if I said no ones?
The game progresses. Luz runs with the ball in her hand, with Amity behind her, going for another point. Just then a Giant Axe, swinging back and forth, appeared in front of them stopping the two. Amity uses a giant abomination arm to hold back the axe for Luz, who scores another goal. Gus creates illusion duplicates of himself to cheer Luz, Amity, and Willow on.
Y/N: *looks at Luke* We should do that two!
Luke: Uhhh wh-
Luke gets cut of from Y/N grabbing his hand and pulling him, as Luke yelps. Y/N summoned fire and wrote "You can do it Luz!" and then used Lighting saying: "Goooo Amity!" Both girls looked and was at aww with a heavy blush on their face's. Meanwhile Y/N was panting heavily.
Luke: *walks up beside him* You do realize, you are still tired, right?
Y/N: *pants* Hey *pants* worth it.
Luke rolls his eyes at his antics
The next scene shows Amelia running through the arena. She was dodging arrows, tentacles, and fire from all sides, running for her life. She made it to the goal, threw the ball, and scored a goal for the Banshees.
Luz: *walks up beside her and holds up her hand* Nice work.
Amelia: Thanks.
The two high-five.
Boscha: [Annoyed.] Hmm.
The game progresses further. Boscha throws a flaming grudgby ball at Luz, who blocks with an ice glyph. Luz catches the ball, seeing a fire glyph burned onto it.
Luz: Whoa.
Luz puts a piece of paper onto the ball, burning the glyph onto the paper. She taps it, activating a fire spell.
Luz: [Gasps.] Fire magic! [Throws ball.] Amity!
Amity knocks it into the goal with a giant abomination fist.
Amity: Yeah! [Laughs happily.]
Y/N: *pants* See that Luke. *pants* she learned another spell.
Luke: Uuuh-huh. Try saying that when your not laying down on the ground.
Currently Y/N was on the ground with both his arms out and legs out, panting like crazy.
Luke: *puts his hand over his face* If this is using so much magic, just dispel it.
Y/N: *pants* Can't *pants* Want to *pants* to support them.
Luke just sighs and shakes his head. Luz overheard this and had an idea. She takes a pen and paper out and draws the fire glyph.
Luz: *to Y/N* Hey Y/N!
Y/N sits up a bit and looks at Luz.
Luz: Catch!
Luz activates the glyph and throws it at Y/N. The glyph activates and fire comes out. Y/N seeing this opens his mouth and eats it. As he swallows it he gets a huge boost of magic.
Y/N: *stands up* Alright! I'm back!
Luke: *sighs* (Idiot.)
Y/N: *smiles and gives Luz a thumbs up* Thanks Luz!
Luz giggles and blushes. Unknown to them Amity watched with a jealous expression while folding her arms.
Amity: (Hmph. It wasn't that impressive.)
The score is now tied 9-9. Both teams huddle up.
Y/N: *looks at the board* Their neck and neck. *looks at the girls* What kind of strategy do you guys think they have?
Gus: Maybe something amazing?
Luke: Idiotic?
Y/N: Guess we'll see.
Amity: There's time for one more play.
Willow: And this play could determine whether us underdogs win or lose.
Luz: Here's what I have to offer. *Holds out fire, light, plant, and ice glyphs.*
Willow: I think we should try... *Points to plant glyph.* this one.
Luz: [Gasps.] The Thorn Vault? Are you sure?
Willow: I'm ready this time.
Gus and his illusions cheer, Y/N joins the cheer with his fire and lightning banners he made, and Luke just casually waves his hand. The two teams face off at center field once again. The ball is launched into the air, and Luz catches it.
Luz: Ha!
Amity: Watch out!
Amity pushes Luz out of the way of Boscha, getting tackled as a result.
Luz/Y/N: Amity!
Luke: *winces* Oooh that had to hurt.
Amity: Go!
Luz: B-But-
Amity: We need to win! So go!
Luz looked at Amity for a bit and nodded. She runs off with Cat and Amelia following closely behind her. Luz turns toward them and smirks. She holds the ball up watching the two get closer and closer to her.
Gus: Has Luz completely lost her mind!? If she doesn't move, they're going to get her!
Y/N: No, they're not.
Gus: B-But-
Luke: *crosses his arms* Just shut up and watch.
Gus looked at the two in disbelief but continued to watch. As the two girls got closer Luz eyes then widen
Luz: (NOW!)
She quickly takes out a plant glyph and slams it down on the ground.
Luz: *looks over* WILLOW!
Willow runs at full speed. She jumps and grabs the ball. She steps on the glyph making a giant Thorn appear, also known as The Thorn Vault.
Y/N: *cheers* Go Willow!
Gus: You can do it!
Luke: Go, little flower.
Willow runs at full speed on the throne and then she successfully scores a goal. The score board showed Banshees 9 and Visitors 10
Y/N: *cheers with his arms over his head* ALRIGHT!
Gus: *waves his flags around* YES! THEY DID IT!
Luke: Heh. Our little flower has grown.
Willow hangs on for a bit until she falls. Quickly she activates a spell making a bush as she falls in it, letting out a little squeal.
Luke: *sweat drops* (Mostly.)
She sat up from it, with leaves in her hair, as she was panting heavily, amazed at what she did.
Luz: Whoo! [Hugs Willow.] You did it, Willow! We did it! We won!
Luz ran up to Willow and hugged her tightly.
Luz: You did it Willow! We did it! We won!
Y/N: *runs up beside them* Nice one girls!
Luke smiled and looked at the scoreboard. He then raised an eyebrow.
Luke: Uhhh guys?
The group looked at Luke, who was pointing at the screen. The three looked at the board and were shocked at what they saw: Banshees 999 and Visitors 10.
Y/N: Wait what!?
Luke: Did the scoreboard malfunction?
Boscha: *offscreen* Nope.
Everyone looked down and saw Boscha holding a golden insect.
Y/N: The hell is that?
Willow: Ah, thorns.
Luz: Wait, I'm confused! What's going on!?
Willow: She caught the Rusty Smidge.
Y/N: *looks at Willow* The what!?
Boscha: While you were celebrating your "victory" I caught this guy. It means we automatically win. All magic sports are like this.
Y/N/Luz: WHAT!?
Luke: *offscreen* Oh that's bullsh*t! Out of everything this f*cking place has! That takes the cake!
Y/N: That makes zero f*cking sense!
Luz: If catching that thing is so important, why the hell do anything else!?
Y/N/Luz/Luke: There is no reason to watch any other players! That's such a stupid f*cking rule!
Zack:...Good titan the mouths on these kids!
Boscha: *walks away* Well we beat them, got a new boy toy,
Luke: (Gag me.)
Boscha: And proved our social dominance. All is right in the hierarchy.
Y/N was about to attack the three eyed girl but her friends ran up to Willow and the others.
Boscha: Hey!
"Good game Willow!"
"I had so much fun playing you guys."
Willow: Oh really?
"Willow, you're really good. Do you want to be on our team"
Willow was hesitant, she looked over at Boscha and the witch looked like she was about to pop a blood vessel.
Luke: (Please say yes. I want to see her scream in anger.)
Willow: Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm done with Grudgby for a while.
Luke: (One thing I asked for one thing.)
Y/N: You did great Willow.
Willow: Thanks, *notices something* Hey where's-
They looked over and saw Amity was struggling to get up.
Everyone: Amity!
The three ran up to her
Luke: Oh right, forgot about her.
The three kneeld down beside her.
Amity: I-I think, I think I hurt my leg. *gives them a reassuring look* But I'll be ok.
Y/N: Are you sure I can carry you, if you want?
Amity: *faces explodes in a deep red* HAHA! I'm fine! Who's Amity!?
Y/N: *chuckles* Come here little witchy.
Y/N picks up Amity bride style as the witch was silent with a big blush on her face.
Amity: Oh...Wow...Sports.
Luz pouts from this, wishing she was the one that got hurt now. Luke and Gus walk up to the group.
Gus: Can we do another montage?
Luke: HELL NO!
The group flinches from Lukes out bursted.
Luke: *rubs his head* Sorry about that.
He then looks over to Boscha who was staring at the group. He sighs and walks up to her.
Luz: Luke where are you-
Luke: Technigly *points to himself* I was part of the bet, remember.
Y/N: O-Oh right.
Luke: *sighs* At least you all did your best. Congrats.
The group smiled from Lukes words as he walked towards Boscha. Luke stops in front of her.
Luke: Welp you won. I'm... *struggles to way* yours now. Bleh! That sounded horrible. So what now?
Boscha just stared at Luke for a bit but then turned away with a huff.
Boscha: Whatever.
She then walks away as Luke just stares at her.
Luke: (A hollow victory huh.)
The scene cuts to the medic. Amity was laying down on one of the beds with a cast on her leg. Beside her was Y/N, sitting on a nearby chair.
Amity: *smiles* Thanks Y/N.
Y/N: Hehe no problem.
Amity smiles at this and then takes out the keychain he gave her.
Amity: Also sorry. I had this when I was playing.
Y/N looked at the chain and was shocked it wasn't broken or cracked at all.
Y/N: Hey it's fine. I'm glad nothing really bad happened to you.
Amity: *blushes* R-Really?
Y/N: Of course. This might mean something to me, *puts his hand on top of Amity's* but your life means more to me than that.
Amity went through a new shade of red. Hearing Y/N say that to her made her heart race fast.
Zack: I should say I feel hurt, but I feel proud.
Y/N: Well I should let you get some rest. See ya later.
Y/N removes his hand from Amity's and just like at Grom, she feels alone again. She tries reaching out to him.
Amity: Y/N wai-
Y/N already opened the door but was surprised to see Luz falling down on the ground.
Y/N/Amity: Luz!?
Luz: *gets up embarrassed* O-Oh this isn't the front door to hexside.
Luz just laughs sheepishly as Y/N gives her a confused look and Amity gives her a deadpan look. Luke was also behind rubbing in between his eyes.
Luke: *groans* Luz.
Y/N: Oh hey Luke.
Luke: Yo. One of the teachers was looking for us. Something about us needing to work on your studies.
Y/N: *rubs his head* O-Oh yea right.
Y/N and Luke start to leave, leaving Luz with Amity.
Luz: Soo *looks at Amity* You like him to huh?
Amity: *looks up at Luz*...Yea. Are you mad?
Luz: Ehh won't say mad *takes a seat beside her* just curious. What made you fall for him?
Amity started to think for a bit.
Amity: I guess, his smile.
Luz became curious.
Amity: Whenever he smiled, it would make all bad thoughts that I had, every nightmare I had, go away. *smiles and blushes a bit* Seeing that smile always helped me.
Luz: *thinks about Y/N's smile and blushes* He does have a nice smile.
Amity: What about you?
Luz: Well, he was always there for me. Whenever I felt alone, or when I couldn't do something, he would be there to help me out.
Amity: He does that a lot doesn't he?
Luz: *giggles* Yea.
The girls shared a laugh.
Amity: You know, just because you're his closest friend, doesn't mean I'm giving up.
Luz: *smirks* Same here. *holds her hand out* May the best girl win, Blight.
Amity looks at her hand for a second and then smirks.
Amity: *shakes her hand* May the best girl win, Noceda.
At this moment a battle of love started. Which girl will Y/N end up with?
Cut to the school ground
Y/N, Willow, Gus. and Luke was outside waiting for Luz
Luz: *offscreen* Hey sorry guys!
The two turned and saw Luz running up to them.
Y/N: Luz!
Luke: Finally. What took you so long?
Luz: Oh just had a little talk with Amity.
Y/N: Uhh what kind of talk?
Luz: Just some girl talk, that's all.
This made Y/N and Gus confused. Willow looked at Luz as the former winked at her. Willow got the message and muttered "Good luck" under her breath.
Luke: *sigh* I honestly don't want to know.
?: *offscreen* Salamander!
The group turned and saw Gajeel in a Gruby uniform with a grudgby ball in his hand.
Gajeel: I decided I hate triclops more! *walks up to the group* So I'm going to help you beat her!
There was a moment of silence.
Y/N: uhhh Gajeel?
Luke: The game is over.
Gajeel: WHAT!? Are you kidding me!?
Luke: What the hell have you been doing all this time?
Flashback
Gajeel was thinking heavily on what to do. Join Salamader and his team and crush triclops, or don't and watch them fail miserbaly. He was thinking so hard, that literally, he would walk around with his hand under his chin. This went on for hours. Until, when he was using the toilet, he decided.
Gajeel: *in a stall* Ok I'll help!
...The sun was setting when he decided this
Flashback ended
Gajeel: I was thinking!
Luke: For that long!?
Gajeel: Don't judge me! So who won?
Y/N: Boscha did.
Gajeel: WHAT!? OH COME ON!
As Gajeel started to complain the group, and Gajeel, walked hearing him complain all the way home.
Unknown to them, someone was watching. The same guard that was tasked to watch Y/N was watching him from the beginning, to when he challenged Boscha, to the end. If it wasn't for his helmet we could see a disappointing look on his face.
?: *offscreen* Dragon guard.
The dragon guard turned around and saw a big body covent guard landing beside him. He had the same outfit the dragon guard had, showing he was part of the empire's coven, but his mask was as one of a knight.
Coven guard: The lack of reports you have been submitting has grown the empire's patients. He wants you to tell him: Should the dragon slayer live... Or die?
The coven guard said the last part with an uneasy voice. Almost like he didn't want to say it at all. The two stared at each other in silence. The wind blows, making their capes flow in the wind. The dragon guard started walking up to the coven guard. The cover guard put his hand on his spear, knowing how much the dragon guard hated getting rushed to do things. He was prepared for a battle if need be. But the dragon guard walked past him uttering two words.
Dragon guard: Let's go.
The covent guard let go of his spear and dropped his hand to his side. He turned his head to the dragon guard, and then to the children. If it weren't for his mask, we could see the look of sadness he was giving the kids. He turns around and follows the dragon guard. Soon a flame circle appeared around them and the two disappeared in the flames. One wonders: What is the answer the dragon guard is going to give the emperor?

Scene 1: Training
Y/N,Luke, Luz, Gus, and Willow were at the court training.
Y/N: *holds the Grudgby ball* So all we have to do is score a ball in the goal?
Willow: *nods her head* Yep.
Y/N: Can I try?
Gus: Sure.
Y/N walks to the center of the court. He looks at the goal and holds the ball in his hands. He breathes in and out and smirks. He then rushes to the goal. Suddenly a giant hand came out and tried to grab Y/N, but the dragon slayer flipped over it and landed on the other side of the ground. He continued to dash towards the goal. Then the ground opens trying to trap Y/N but he ends up jumping over it. Suddenly arrows came out about to hit Y/N, but he ended up lifting the grudgby ball, lit it on fire, and threw it at the arrows. The fire ball and arrows meet and the fire ball shatters all the arrows, going right through them. The ball continues towards the goal and lands inside it signaling Y/N had scored. Y/N lands on the ground and smirks.
Willow: *claps* Nice one Y/N.
Gus: *waves his flags around* Whoo! Yea!
Luke: *smirks* Show off.
Meanwhile Luz was staring at him. The way the fire was behind him, as the wind blew around him, making his hair flow in it, and his smirk. Luz had a big blush on her face and was doing her best not to pass out...which failed.
Willow/Gus: Luz!
Luz: *on the ground in a daze* Woooooow...
Luke: *sighs* This girl.
Scene 2: Hospital
Y/N was sitting down in one of the chairs, with Amity laying on the bed, as the two waited for the nurse to arrive. Y/N noticed Amity playing with her hands. He thought she was probably scared of being in a hospital... Oh how wrong he was.
Amity: *blushing* (I'm in the same room as Y/N. I'm in the same room as Y/N. I'm in the same room as Y/N!) *shakes her head* (No! Calm down! This isn't the first time! Just relax and breath!)
Amity takes a deep breath in and out. Y/N notices this and gets worried.
Y/N: Hey Amity.
Amity: *Jolts and looks at Y/N* Y-Yea!?
Y/N: *worried* Are you ok?
Amity: *looks away nervously and waves* Me!? Hahah yep I'm fine! You know me! Good old Amity is fine! (Shut up! Shut up!)
Y/N: Hey, if you're scared I can hold your hand if you want?
This made Amity blushed bright red. She was trying to answer but only gibberish came out. Y/N just watched her and chuckled a bit. He slowly grabs her hand, which causes Amity to blush even more.
Y/N: *looks at her* Better?
Amity: *looks down with a big blush* Y-Yea. T-Thank you.
Y/N chuckles as he holds Amity's hand.
Scene 3: Captain and his cheerleader
We are at the human world with Luz at her locker in a cheerleader uniform. However she wasn't alone. Her back was on her locker as she looked at the person in front of her, it was Y/N. Y/N was wearing a grudgby jersey and f/c pant's to match. He smirked at Luz.
Y/N: So Luz, want to hang out?
Luz: *blushing* O-Oh I umm, well I love to but I have to study for the next test.
Y/N: Aww come on. Just for a little.
Luz: *blushes* W-W-Well I
Y/N then gently lifts his hand and holds it on Luz's chin.
Y/N: You know *looks into Luz's eyes* You are really cute when you're nervous.
Luz blushed deeply and tried to think of something to say, but nothing came out. Y/N chuckled from Luz's reaction. He then slowly leaned forward about to capture Luz in a kiss. Luz's mouth started to tremble, but slowly she started to lean in as well. The two was close and was about to kiss until
Y/N: *offscreen* Hey Luz!
The scene suddenly changes with Luz in the abomination classroom. Her hand was on her cheek as she was daydreaming. She then looks over and sees Y/N walking up to her.
Luz: *panics* Ahh! Y/N! W-What uhh, what's up?
Y/N: *worried* You ok? You kinda zoned out.
Luz: Me!? Psh! I'm fine! Just thinking.
Y/N: *curious* About what?
Luz then started to think about him and her near the locker almost kissing. This made her blush bright red as she ran out the classroom.
Luz: I GOTTA GO!
Luz runs out the classroom leaving a sweating and confused Y/N.
Scene 4: An old Grudgby uniform
Everyone was at the owl house having fun drinking tea. But they all noticed someone missing
Amity: Hey *looks around* Where's Y/N?
Eda: Aaah the kid got sad that he didn't get to play Grudbgy, so I decided to cheer him up.
Luke: *raises an eyebrow* How?
Eda: Well, his teach used to leave a lot of his old stuff here. Soooo
Y/N: *offscreen* Hey guys!
Y/N came running in and slide in front of everyone. He was wearing a Grudgby jacket, simialer to Eda's, the only differernts is, instead of a E it had a red Z. He looked at the others with a big smile.
Y/N: What do you guys think!?
Willow: It looks nice on you.
Gus: *thumbs up* Looking sharp.
Luke/Gajeel: You look like a bigger idiot.
Y/N: *pouts* Rude. *looks at Luz and Amity* What about you girls?
Both Amity and Luz was quiet as they were busy staring at Y/N with big blushes on their faces.
Y/N: Uhh girls?
Luz/Amity: *in a daze* Soooo hot...
Y/N: *blushes* R-Really?
Luz: *breaks out of her daze* O-Oh I well
Amity: *breaks out of her daze* Y-You um well I we
The two was speaking giberish trying to find the words to say as Y/N just blushed. Luke just sighed and facepalms, Gajeel and Eda just looked at the amused, Gus looks at it confused, and Willow just giggles.
(A/N: Another chapter for you guys!
This was more of a silly chapters with some call outs to Zack. Left the Eda and Lilith one in since they were pretty much being watched by someone the whole time. Yet again our boy, Luke, was another bet prize. Luke wasn't cheering for either side since they both really annoyed him... But mostly he was mad he was betted on.
I also had Y/N and Luke sit out on the Grudgby game. Can't let the two have all the fun? Besides the girls are tough. Speaking of: Luz and Amity's rivalry is set in motion. Who will win and who will lose?
A new guard has enter the fray, meaning we are getting into some really dark parts of the story, Emperor Belos. Oh boy I'm excited! It's almost ready and I can't wait to hit you guys with it!
