"Dakota, what is this place?" Cavendish asked nervously.

"Quantum Rick's Apartment Building." Dakota answered back.

"How did you get Quantum Rick's Home Address?" Cavendish asked nervously.

"The Time Baby gave it to me after Bill Cipher played the Council of Ricks for fools." Dakota explained.

Cavendish frowned and looked around.

"He doesn't seem to be home yet." Dakota says in disappointment.

"The Council of Ricks just took the Time Baby out for Ice Cream, they probably gave all their Morty Grandchildren Stomachaches simultaneously." Cavendish explained to Dakota.

"Ice Cream Stomachaches, we should probably check all the Interstellar Hospitals to make sure that Rick and Morty are alright." Dakota says back.

"Good Thinking, Dakota." Cavendish agreed.

"Bill Cipher just Possessed Two Thousand Ricks from the Council of Ricks and trashed their Headquarters." Dakota told Cavendish after he Called Time Baby on his Mobile Phone.

"When you stop hyperventilating, the Time Baby wants us to help the Council of Ricks repair their Headquarters." Dakota told Cavendish.

Blendin Blandin appeared in a flash of light.

"Have you heard what Bill Cipher did to the Council of Ricks yet?" Dakota asked Blendin Blandin.

"Bill Cipher Brainwashed Two Thousand Ricks with his Mind Control Powers, he has complete control of them! We captured one of them recently, Bill Cipher infused his Consciousness into the Rick Brain! It's horrible, they're Bill Cipher Copies living inside Rick Sanchez Bodies!" Blendin Blandin yelled frantically.

"So Bill Cipher merged himself with Two Thousand Rick Sanchez Bodies and nobody knows how yet?" Cavendish asked frantically.

"Phineas and Ferb Merged Murphy's Law into Bill Cipher by accident. It's the only reason that the Time Baby Allowed Time Loops to interact with each other to stop the Bill Cipher's Madness." Dakota told Cavendish.

"We just need to Correct Time Paradoxes that get in our way and keep everything stable." Blendin Blandin explained.

"Any problems on your end?" Dakota asked Blendin Blandin.

"The Red Ribbon Army Killed Heinz Doofenshmirtz and built their own Time Machine. I had to leave Dipper and Mabel inside the 23rd Century to meet you." Blendin Blandin explained.

"At least Bill Cipher will not be expecting Dipper and Mabel inside the 23rd Century." Cavendish remarked hopefully.

"True, but the Red Ribbon Army Killed Heinz Doofenshmirtz and built their own Time Machine." Dakota pointed out.

"That must be how the Red Ribbon Army learned about Bill Cipher, they got help from the future." Cavendish realized.

"The Time Baby will be changing tactics soon because of this development." Blendin Blandin explained.

"Oh My Time Soul!" Blendin Blandin declared in sudden shock.

Dead Rick and Morty Bodies were everywhere.

"The Citadel of the Ricks looks like a Twisted Slaughterhouse, Blood Covered Walls Included. It's freaking me out, where is everybody? Seriously, it's dead quiet in here. Hello, anybody home?" Dakota started rambling.

"Dakota is right, silence is never good during Horror Movies." Cavendish says nervously glancing around for movement.

"Please don't compare this place with any Horror Movies, I'm already expecting Zombies here." Dakota begs.

"We should leave." Blendin Blandin decided and they all vanished between dimensions together.

The Time Baby would hear their Eyewitness Reports later.
