Dimensional Location: Dragon Ball Universe Number 4

Earth Year: 1980 AD.

Cavendish and Dakota were telling the Time Baby what they saw.

Blendin Blandin had left an Automated Security Camera behind in the Citadel Ruins that the Council of Ricks were still rebuilding.

The Ricks were collecting the Dead Bodies and Identifying Everyone.

"It's a Forensics Team made of several Rick Sanchez Counterparts from different dimensions." Dakota explained.

"I'm Detecting Two Rick Citadel Space Stations, both are made from identical construction." Blendin Blandin reported to the Time Baby from a Computer Work Station.

"Parallel Council of Ricks?" Dakota asked curiously.

"It might be a Timeline Split." Cavendish suggested.

Blendin Blandin started typing on his Computer Controls.

"The Other Citadel of Ricks has been pulled into another dimension by an Alternate Timeline Blendin Blandin." Dakota pointed out.

"The Time Baby of another dimension appears to be yelling at the Citadel of Ricks over there, it seems to be getting out of hand." Cavendish stated worriedly.

The Citadel of Ricks exploded taking the Time Baby with them.

The Time Baby looked shocked after watching his own destruction happen.

"The Rick Sanchez Survivors are trying to reverse their Citadel Destruction, I'm sending our recording to the Alternate Timeline Blendin Blandin, hopefully the Time Baby can prevent his own destruction now." Dakota says nervously.

President Morty frowned at the Smirking Bill Cipher beside him.

"The Time Baby reversed his own destruction, get your Citadel of Ricks hidden immediately!" Bill Cipher ordered.

"You tricked me!" President Morty Smith yelled at Bill Cipher.

"No, you made me look stupid! The Time Baby was watching his Dimensional Counterpart the whole time and you made Bill Cipher look stupid! Your Entire Citadel of Ricks exploded taking the Time Baby out with them and then the Time Baby gets the Video Recording from the future that basically showed him his own destruction in advance of it happening! You fools, you basically proved that somebody was spying on your entire operation behind my back!" Bill Cipher started ranting.

"How would I know that the Time Baby would end up getting help from another dimension?" President Morty Smith asked Bill Cipher suspiciously.

"Good point, you didn't know. Somebody else prevented your destruction for you. I wonder why?" Bill Cipher ponders to himself.

"Maybe because you threatened one of my deals earlier." Another Bill Cipher explained.

"You Rescued Time Baby?" Bill Cipher asked suspiciously.

"I Rebuilt the Entire Citadel of Ricks, you destroyed my Rick and Morty Adventures!" Bill Cipher Number Two defended himself.

"Killing Time Baby was worth losing the Rick and Morty Adventures!" Bill Cipher Number One protested.

"I disagree, I love the Rick and Morty Adventures!" Bill Cipher Number Two yelled back.

"My Entire Citadel of Ricks was rescued for Bill Cipher's Amusement? This is just insane!" President Morty Smith panicked.

"See what I mean, Rick and Morty are hilarious together!" Bill Cipher Number Two declared.

"Why is this happening to me? I took power over the Citadel of Ricks and Bill Cipher is still trying to pull my strings!" President Morty Smith panicked.

"Maybe you are right, Rick and Morty Forever!" Bill Cipher Number One cheered.

"Rick and Morty Forever!" The Council of Ricks chanted together.

"Enough insanity, the Council of Ricks will never Worship Bill Cipher as long as I'm alive!" President Morty Smith protested and then the Twin Bill Ciphers killed him instantly.

"Your Evil Morty Problems are finally over, everybody celebrate!" The Bill Cipher Twins declared towards the Council of Ricks.
