"Welcome to Retired General Rick's Military Boot Camp, the Guard Ricks will escort you all to your Underground Bunkers." The Speaker System told everyone.

"So this is the Summer Smith that wants to lead my Guard Ricks into battle?" Retired General Rick asked pointedly.

"Yes Sir, General Rick Sir!" Summer Smith proclaimed.

"Sounds Bloodthirsty, I love her!" Retired General Rick announced while smiling back at her.

"Sir, the Cloning Center is operational." Guard Rick 47 reported.

"Summer Smith, Assault Rifle Training with the Guard Ricks, I will be back to check on you later." Retired General Rick says before leaving.

"What's going on?" Retired General Rick asked pointedly.

"Our Timeline just got reversed by Bill Cipher, the Citadel of Ricks is back again." The Guard Rick reported nervously.

"The Time Baby's Destruction has also been reversed, get these Paradox Machines Activated Now!" Retired General Rick yelled frantically.

The sound of the TARDIS appearing was heard and then an Animated Version of the 10th Doctor walked into the Cartoon Dimension.

"Rick Sanchez, what are you doing inside the 22nd Century with Dalek Paradox Machines?" The 10th Doctor asked suspiciously.

"Has the Time Baby detected us yet?" Retired General Rick asked pointedly.

"You can't seriously be Using Dalek Technology to outsmart the Time Baby, you lot are all trapped inside your own Time Loop... I suspect Bill Cipher got you the Dalek Paradox Machines to lure me here. Very clever, however, your Time Bubble is getting unstable." The 10th Doctor rambled.

"Are you going to help us Save Humanity or do you want to watch everyone die?" The Guard Rick asked the 10th Doctor pointedly.

"Well, your problem is actually causing me problems of my own. Your Machines are pulling the Cybermen into this dimension and now I need to stabilize this mess before you accidentally destroy the Universe." The 10th Doctor explained.

"How did Bill Cipher even get his hands on this Dalek Technology in the first place?" The 10th Doctor asked suspiciously.

"Bill Cipher Resurrected the Time Lord Named the Master and he Gave Dalek Technology to the Council of Ricks." Retired General Rick explained.

"Bill Cipher Resurrected the Master and I'm here cleaning up after him!" The 10th Doctor protested.

"The Council of Ricks could always use a Time Lord's Assistance with our Rebuilding Civilization Project here." Retired General Rick offers hopefully.

The 10th Doctor paused and considered the offer thoughtfully.
