"Why is this happening to me?" Bill Cipher asked himself while Rick Sanchez frowned at him drunkenly.

"You escaped and then got pulled back into the Time Prison Facility again." Rick Sanchez pointed out the obvious for him.

"I know what happened, I want to know why it happened to me! Somebody got me pulled out of this Time Prison and then pushed me back inside again... obviously somebody is toying with me here!" Bill Cipher protested.

"Time Baby is still confused how you escaped his Time Loop Generator in the first place, what really happened?" Rick Sanchez wondered.

"Some stupid kids build something that pulled me out of the Time Prison Facility by mistake... I'm right back where I started from all over again!" Bill Cipher ranted.

"So the stupid kids don't know what happened yet?" Rick Sanchez asked.

"Don't even think about it, they were all Real Jedi Padawans from the Star Wars Universe!" Bill Cipher proclaimed.

"You got pulled inside their Jedi Temple and they sent you back to Jail again?" Rick Sanchez asked laughingly.

"Not funny, Mister Broken Portal Gun!" Bill Cipher yelled back at him.

"The Time Baby Captured Morty, I had to use the Self-Destruct on my Portal Gun to distract him... Morty escaped, I didn't really escape the Time Baby's Human Army." Rick Sanchez explained.

"So your Grandson escaped and you stranded yourself here to save him, what an interestingly pointless explanation." Bill Cipher told Rick Sanchez.

"Well, I don't know how the Time Baby Conquered Humanity, however, I walked right into it and somebody reported my Time Travel Attempt to the Time Police instantly.

"Your Time Travel Trip into the future made you dangerous and the Time Police captured you to prevent you changing their Human History because of what you learned here." Bill Cipher told Rick Sanchez.

"What a Wonderful Plot Development." Rick Sanchez says sarcastically.

"Tell me more about this Council of Ricks you work for." Bill Cipher says hopefully.

"The Council of Ricks are coming to rescue me eventually." Rick Sanchez says pointedly to Bill Cipher.

"Did you disable the Time Loop Generator? I think time stopped repeating itself around us!" Bill Cipher noticed instantly.

"I think the Chaos Energy of Murphy's Law happened here, Milo Murphy must be visiting the Time Baby again." Rick Sanchez says pointedly to Bill Cipher while the guards looked confused outside.

"Attention All Time Police, Milo Murphy has been given Time Travel Technology!" The Time Baby announced and Bill Cipher frowned in confusion.
