"Tell me more about this Council of Ricks you work for." Bill Cipher says hopefully.

"The Council of Ricks are coming to rescue me eventually." Rick Sanchez says pointedly to Bill Cipher.

"Did you disable the Time Loop Generator? I think time stopped repeating itself around us!" Bill Cipher noticed instantly.

"I think the Chaos Energy of Murphy's Law happened here, Milo Murphy must be visiting the Time Baby again." Rick Sanchez says pointedly to Bill Cipher while the guards looked confused outside.

"Attention All Time Police, Milo Murphy has been given Time Travel Technology!" The Time Baby announced and Bill Cipher frowned in confusion.

"Something must be really wrong if Milo Murphy got his hands on Time Travel Technology without the Time Baby knowing about it!" Rick Sanchez declared.

"Attention All Time Police, we have King Pistachion Rescuing Morty Smith from the Time Baby! I repeat, King Pistachion Rescuing Morty Smith from the Time Baby!" The Loud Speakers announced.

"Stupid Morty! How did King Pistachion even get here?" Rick Sanchez screamed rhetorically.

"It sounds like the Living Pistachion Army Kidnapped Morty from the Time Baby, I wonder why?" Bill Cipher says rhetorically.

"Don't rub it in! I already know that Morty is their Rick Sanchez Bait!" Rick Sanchez screamed in sudden protest.

"Don't worry, Bill Cipher will help get your Morty back! We already have a deal remember, Partners 50/50... right?" Bill Cipher gloated.

"I don't remember making any deals with you, Cipher!" Rick Sanchez protested.

"Is the Great Mister Sanchez getting forgetful? The two of us were trapped in the same Time Loop Prison together... I honor my agreements, does Rick Sanchez do the same thing?" Bill Cipher asked him.

"I don't even remember how many Time Loops we experienced together!" Rick Sanchez protested.

"Alright, you promised me that the Council of Ricks would help me take revenge on the Time Baby, sounds really interesting." Bill Cipher explained to Rick Sanchez.

"A Revenge Pact against the Time Baby does sound good right now, let's get Morty back and then work out the details together." Rick Sanchez agreed with Bill Cipher thoughtfully.
